<p><em>This research is intended to analyze Partnership and Community Development Program (PKBL) of PT INKA (Persero) at UMKM as one of the program. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and to find out the relationship between the partners of PT INKA (Persero) Partnership and Community Development Program (PKBL). The research was conducted on 50 partners of PT INKA (Persero) located in Madiun Regency. Data Technique uses primary and secondary data. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistic with Likert scale, Importance of Performance Analysis (IPA), and Cross Tabulation Test (Crosstab). The result showed that PT INKA (Persero) Partnership and Community Development Effectiveness Program achieved the program objectives effectively. Based on the result of Cross Tabulation (Crosstab) there is a significant correlation between characteristic of assisted life with coaching program.</em><em></em></p><p><strong><em><br /></em></strong><em></em><em></em></p>

ABSTRACTTPT. ANTAM Tbk is a company engaged in the exploration of mining materials such as nickel, gold and silver, and bauxite. Tambea village is one of the areas in Pomalaa Subdistrict, Kolaka Regency, which is close to PT. ANTAM Tbk. The purpose of this study can evaluate the CSR program of PT. ANTAM Tbk in Tambea Village, Pomalaa District, Kolaka Regency. The method of determining the sample uses the System of Rising Intensification method with a population of 24 heads of households as respondents. The analytical method used to determine the relationship between the level of performance and level of expectation is the method of IPA analysis (Importance-Performance Analysis). The results of this study indicate that the company PT. ANTAM Tbk still has to improve its performance on the elements of program distribution and supporting elements of the program. Companies, either state-owned and private which operates in the field and/or related to natural resources must implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), such as by PT Indonesia Power (PT. IP) UBP-Tambaklorok which is located nearby Tanjung Mas Harbor, Tambaklorok Village, North Semarang District. Semarang City. The CSR implementation should benefit for both sides, the company for its image and the local community for the implemented programs. Therefore it is important to analyse perception of the local community as well as their opinions about the company's CSR activities in their village, in this case is the people of Kemijen village which is located adjacent to the PT. IP’s area. This research is descriptive qualitative, done in 2019, describing the phenomenon of CSR implementation by PT. IP, and the perception of the local community of Kemijen village towards the CSR activities implemented by PT. IP. The informants were taken using purposive sampling technique, covering both formal and informal leaders, the local people, as well as community development officer of PT. IP. Primary data was gathered using in-depth interview technique and observation. Secondary data consist of documents. Primary and secondary data was then coded and analysed interactively. PT. IP has formulated and implemented the Company’s strategies into CSR Roadmap 2015-2019, which is the grand strategy and a milestone of CSR implementation to integrate CSR strategy into the Company’s strategy, in the sectors of education, health, economy, and infrastructure. According to the perception of the Kemijen villagers, there have been both benefit and insufficiency of the PT. IP’s CSR implementation. They expect more programs to be implemented, in order to allowing them more opportunities for poverty alleviation.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a form of social responsibility from the business to also care about the conditions of the social environment around it. In this concept, businesses are not only required to realize their economic responsibilities in fulfilling the production of goods and services but are also asked to care about aspects of social and environmental responsibility affected by these production activities. PT. Bukit Asam (Tbk) (PTBA) as one of the companies engaged in coal mining in Muara Enim district, is also inseparable from the responsibilities that have been mandated in the form of related regulations and laws. PTBA as a BUMN is also mandated to implement the Partnership and Community Development Program (PKBL), which is also a form of CSR programs. In its implementation, if it is associated with the mandate of CSR and PKBL regulations, it is appropriate for the CSR-PKBL program not only to measure its business benefits, both in terms of the company's reputation, but also to continue to operate to the marketing aspects. However, CSR and PKBL must be able to provide economic benefits to the recipient community. For this reason, this study presents how the perspective of the community in seeing the CSR-PKBL program that has been conducted by PTBA to the community in Muara Enim Regency. The study was conducted in communities in 17 villages in 3 sub-districts identified as having received the CSR-PKBL program from 2014-2015. This study is useful for companies to provide a direction to the future CSR-PKBL program, and also to local governments to formulate policies related to the implementation of CSR-PKBL as mandated by law.

Purpose This paper aims to determine the roles of corporate social responsibility (CSR) or social responsibility practiced by state-owned enterprises (SOEs) toward the development of entrepreneurial attitude and revenue of micro and small entrepreneurs in Pekanbaru. Design/methodology/approach This research used quantitative analysis with t-test (different test) to view the differences in entrepreneurial attitude and revenue before and after receiving the CSR fund through Partnership and Community Development Program (PKBL program). Findings PKBL aid by a state-owned company is highly effective and helps small and micro entrepreneurs in increasing revenue. It is seen from the significance of sales turnover and cost efficiency development. Some positive impacts of receiving PKBL fund on the development of entrepreneurial attitude towards positivity are significant and some are not. A significant change is found in the development of entrepreneurial attitude in the aspect of planning and leadership that show that micro and small entrepreneurs have a plan and a good leadership after receiving PKBL fund. There appears a significant difference before and after PKBL fund distribution. Confidence, task orientation, risk taking and honesty dimensions show no signs of significant difference before and after receiving PKBL fund, as they are related to someone’s nature, which is attached to each individual, and it requires time, processes and optimal treatment to change. Originality/value No study has investigated the roles of CSR or social responsibility practiced by SOEs towards the development of entrepreneurial attitude and revenue of micro and small entrepreneurs in Pekanbaru, Riau.

This study aims to find empirical evidence regarding the relationship between institutional ownership and company value which is moderated by corporate social responsibility (CSR). The population in this study were 48 property and real estate companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2017, with the number of samples used was 35 companies. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual reports obtained from the IDX website (www.idx.co.id). The testing in this study was conducted with moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results show that institutional ownership has no effect on corporate value and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has not been able to moderate the moderation between institutional ownership and firm value.

The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Corporate Financial Performance (CFP), bank size, the level of risk in the bank and Advertising Intensity (ADINT) in the Commercial Banks in Bangladesh. Sample selection has been made as per the purposive sampling process. The study is based on the secondary data and uses quantitative analysis approach. Data are collected from “Review of CSR Initiatives in Banks” brought out by the Central Bank of Bangladesh, annual reports of the respective banks and reputed Journals. The study period has covered from 1st July, 2012- 30th June, 2013. The study found that there is a significant relationship between levels of CSR and CFP, bank size, the level of risk in the bank and ADINT commercial banks in Bangladesh.Journal of Business and Technology (Dhaka) Vol.10(2) 2015; 57-66

Apart from having a positive impact on the regional and state economy, coal mining is inseparable from the negative impact that has become the public spotlight. A mining company’s responsibility is not over even though it has finished its operational period. The reclamation and post-mining are the closing stages of the company’s activities. The Istana Kelulut program is a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity in the form of environment-based community development and is integrated with the post-mining plan. This study aimed to determine community development stages through Kelulut beekeeping in post-mining communities in Balangan Regency, South Kalimantan. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach and in-depth interview with PT Adaro Indonesia’s CSR managers and beneficiary communities and a study of company documentation as secondary data. The results revealed that community development was carried out through assistance to the community, including training activities to improve beekeeping techniques to make the harvest process more effective. Innovations were also made through the manufacture of automatic honey-suction hoses and artificial nest housings. Throughout 2019, 20 people have joined as Kelulut beekeepers after seeing the Istana Kelulut succeed in developing its colony and increasing beekeepers’ income.

ABSTRAKPT. ANTAM Tbk UBPN SULTRA merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang eksplorasi bahan-bahan tambang seperti nikel, emas dan perak, serta bauksit.Desa Hakatutobu  merupakan salah satu wilayah yang terdapat di Kecamatan Pomalaa Kabupaten Kolaka yang berada dekat dengan PT. ANTAM Tbk UBPN SULTRA. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam program corporate social responsibility (CSR). penelitian ini menggunakan metode Sample Random Sampling denganpengambilan sampel secara acak,dengan populasinya adalah masyarakat Desa Hakatutobu yang berada dikawasan binaan perusahaan PT. ANTAM Tbk UBPN SULTRA yang berjumlah 303 kepala keluarga (KK). Penentuan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan mengambil batas toleransi kesalahan 10% dari jumlah populasi yaitu 75 KK sebagai responden penelitian.Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk memetekan hubungan antara tingkat kinerja dan tingkat kepentingan yaitu metode analisis IPA (Importance Performance Analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan PT. ANTAM Tbk UBPN SULTRA  melaksanakan   kinerja pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam program CSR sudah sangat baik.Dengan adanya pemberdayaan masyarakat ini ,diharapkan agar perusahaan terus memberikan keterampilan kepada masyarakat desa dengan  lebih baik,menempatkan masyarakat menjadi proaktif dalam menentukan arah kemajuan. Kata Kunci: Kinerja perusahaan, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Program CSR dan perusahaan PT. Determination of the sample use probability sampling technique and take the limit tolerances of the error are 10% from total population 75 household as respondent research.The analytical method used to determine the relationship between performance levels and importance levels is the Importance Performance Analysis method.  The result of this research indicates that company PT. ANTAM Tbk UBPN SULTRA implemented empowerment society in program CSR is very good.  Presences of empowerment society expected that company can give skills to society better. The Malaysia halal industry is growing, and a lot of interventions have been taken by the government to grow the industry. Halal certified status carry a very strong obligation towards Muslim community. However, some food and products businesses were caught with unethical and irresponsible act due to multiple cases related to halal food and products indirectly impacted Muslim consumers at large. The study is a desk and descriptive research. It is based on secondary data. Author reviewed the existing literatures such as journals, magazines and research works related to the conceptual of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and halal industry. The analysis has shown food manufacturer need to undertake a serious move to review company procedures in dealing with halal issues to engage in productive and legitimate operations. Therefore, this paper elaborates the halal concept from the lens of various scholars and its relationship to the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and business ethics related to halal industry.

This research aims to test the influence of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the financial performance of Sharia banks, both directly and through reputation mediation. The data used consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from questionnaires of 215 respondents, while secondary data was obtained from the 2018 annual report of seven sharia public banks. The analysis method used in this research is partial least square (PLS) using SmartPLS software version 2.0. The findings reveal that CSR has no effect on the performance of sharia banks, and reputation cannot mediate the relationship between the two. This result contributes literature on the relationship between CSR, reputation and performance of sharia banks, and can be used as a guideline for Sharia banks to continue to carry out CSR activities.
