<p><strong><em>Abstract. </em></strong><em>The era of information technology makes all aspects of life move from conventional to computerised. In Indonesia, where the majority of the population make a living as farmers have applied information technology to solve several problems. One of the issues faced by farmers is a pest attack on rice plants. As a result of pest attacks, farmers' crops become less than optimal. In this study, developed an Android-based application can be used to detect early attacks of rice pests. Development of Android-based rice pest attack applications using the Build And Fix method. The Build and Fix method choose because it is considered suitable for developing applications that are not too large. As for testing applications using the Black Box method. By using the Build And Fix method, an early detection application for Android-based rice pest attacks has been successfully created. The system built has an application capability level of 100% after being tested using the Black Box method.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords : Rice, Farmer, Pest, Android-Based Application</em></strong></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><strong>Abstrak.</strong><strong> </strong>Era teknologi informasi membuat semua aspek kehidupan beralih dari konvensional ke komputerisasi. Di Indonesia yang mayoritas penduduknya bermata pencaharian sebagai petani telah menerapkan teknologi informasi dalam menyelesaikan beberapa permasalahan. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi petani adalah serangan hama terhadap tanaman padi. Akibat serangan hama, hasil panen petani menjadi kurang maksimal. Pada penelitian ini dikembangkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis android yang dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi dini serangan hama padi. Pengembangan aplikasi serangan hama padi berbasis android menggunakan metode <em>Build And Fix</em><strong>. </strong>Metode <em>Build and Fix</em> dipilih karena dianggap cocok untuk pengembangan aplikasi yang tidak terlalu besar. Sedangkan untuk pengujian aplikasi menggunakan metode <em>Black Box</em>. Dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem <em>Build And Fix</em>, telah berhasil dibuat aplikasi deteksi dini serangan hama padi berbasis android. Sistem yang dibangun memiliki tingkat kemampuan aplikasi sebesar 100% setelah diuji menggunakan metode <em>Black Box</em>.</p><p><strong>Kata Kunci:</strong><strong> </strong><strong>Padi, Petani, Hama, Aplikasi Berbasis Android</strong><em></em></p>

Indonesia is one of the largest rice producing countries in the world. In rural areas, the majority of the population has a livelihood as rice farmers. Being a farmer also has several obstacles, one of which is the attack of planthopper on rice plants. This makes the yield less optimal. Farmers must be vigilant from the outset against planthopper pests. Onward with the development of technology, farmers can use information technology as a learning tool to detect planthopper pests early and control them. The result of the development of information technology that every community uses and owns is an Android-based smartphone. For this reason, with the socialization of the application of early detection of planthopper pests and their control using biological agents can help farmers in managing rice plants. The app is made based on Android, so farmers can install the application into a smartphone to detect planthopper pests. Whereas for the control of planthopper pests selected using Biological Agent, because Biological Agents are a safer way to control planthopper pests than using pesticides. By utilizing Android applications and biological agents, farmers are expected to get maximum yields.Keywords—: Rice; Wereng Pest; Socialization;  Biological Agents.

Eradicating rice pests in South Kualuh is difficult to do optimally, because most farmers do not understand the types of pests that attack their rice plants. The objective of this study was to obtain information about the type of pest insects in rice plants and to find out the diversity index of insect pests in rice plants. This research was conducted using trap method and collection of insects was done using a insect net. Observation data was analised using Shanon Wiener (H) diversity / diversity index. The result showed 13 types of pest insects which belongs to 10 families. That is Tettigonia sp.(Linnaeus, 1758), Sogatella furcifera (Horváth, 1899), Nephotettix virescens (Distant, 1908), Cofana spectra (Distant, 1908), Atractomorpha crenulata (Fabricius, 1793), Erotides sp.(Laporte, 1836), Leptocorisa acuta (Thunberg, 1783), Aulacophora indica (Gmelin, 1790), Chrysochus cobaltinus (LeConte, 1857), Silba capsicarum (McAlpine, 1956), Hercostomus germanus (Wiedemann, 1817), Cnaphalocrosis medinalis (Guenée, 1854), Scirpophaga incertulas (Walker, 1863). The diversity index of rice pest insects was categorized as moderate with a value of 2,35 and a dominance index of 0,108. This value indicates that the distribution of species is evenly distributed so that no insect species dominates in the area.

<p>Tanaman padi merupakan tanaman pangan yang rentan terserang hama. Pengenalan terhadap jenis hama yang menyerang merupakan langkah awal yang sangat penting untuk menunjang keberhasilan dalam usaha pengendaliannya. Hama tanaman padi tersebut dapat menjadi kendala bagi petani untuk bisa meningkatkan produksi. karena hama tersebut dapat merusak tanaman padi hingga membuat gagal panen. Dengan diadakannya klasifikasi pada hama padi menggunakan algoritma C4.5 diharapkan para petani dapat segera mengetahui jenis hama padi dan tingkat keganasannya. Sehingga diharapkan mampu menangani hawa secara tepat, agar tidak terjadi kerusakan dan gagal panen.</p><p> </p><p><em>Rice crop is a food plant susceptible to pests. The introduction of pests that attack is a very important first step to support the success in control efforts. Pests of rice plants can be an obstacle for farmers to be able to increase production. because the pest can damage the rice plants to make crop failures. With the holding of classification on rice pests using C4.5 algorithm is expected farmers can immediately know the type of rice pest and the level of ferocity. So it is expected to be able to handle the air properly, in order to avoid damage and crop failure.</em></p>

Current machine intelligence metrics rely on a different philosophy, hindering their effective comparison. There is no standardization of what is machine intelligence and what should be measured to quantify it. In this study, we investigate the measurement of intelligence from the viewpoint of real-life difficult-problem-solving abilities, and we highlight the importance of being able to make accurate and robust comparisons between multiple cooperative multiagent systems (CMASs) using a novel metric. A recent metric presented in the scientific literature, called MetrIntPair, is capable of comparing the intelligence of only two CMASs at an application. In this paper, we propose a generalization of that metric called MetrIntPairII. MetrIntPairII is based on pairwise problem-solving intelligence comparisons (for the same problem, the problem-solving intelligence of the studied CMASs is evaluated experimentally in pairs). The pairwise intelligence comparison is proposed to decrease the necessary number of experimental intelligence measurements. MetrIntPairII has the same properties as MetrIntPair, with the main advantage that it can be applied to any number of CMASs conserving the accuracy of the comparison, while it exhibits enhanced robustness. An important property of the proposed metric is the universality, as it can be applied as a black-box method to intelligent agent-based systems (IABSs) generally, not depending on the aspect of IABS architecture. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the MetrIntPairII metric, we provide a representative experimental study, comparing the intelligence of several CMASs composed of agents specialized in solving an NP-hard problem.

<div style="text-align: justify;">This research is motivated by the importance of knowing an Islamic great day calendar on AD calendar. It was intended to answer the question: How to design converter Hijri calendar to AD calendar for determining Islamic great days using Matlab? The research used ‘design’ method, because it was one of activities to translate the result of analysis to software form and also used to develop an existing application. This application made by a Matlab software. Matlab was a conversion tool to determine Islamic great days. Data of this research was obtained from questionnaire. And all the questionnaire datum was used to design application. The technique of feasibility analysis application was obtained from a validation. It was using black-box method. The result showed that the application was made by three ways: First, making an appearance in GUI Matlab appropriate with interface design application. High dengue fever cases strongly influenced by the behavior of the public them self. Almost most of the territory in urban and rural areas can be considered as potentially endemic. In the development of the Center of Desease Control give serious action against the locations of the potential for development of the Aedes Aegypti. One way that can be done in order to prevent the environment to being free of dengue wiggler is through some sort of surveys. This monitoring system is designed using Waterfall methodology using the programming language such as Javascript, PHP, CodeIgniter framework, AngularJS, and Ionic also using MySQL database. A needs analysis conducted by interviewing one of the members of Center of Desease Control’s member and the Village Head of Muktiharjo so that the design could be done, appropriate and well targeted. The results of the final project is mobile and desktop applications that can change the performance of the JUMANTIK (Mosquito Eradication Officers) with more modern, neat, and systematic application so that the data obtained can meet the desired needs. The system that has been designed has been tested using black-box method and the results of these tests indicate that all the functions contained in this system has worked well.

The knowledge of cultivation and the methods of treating and solving pest problems naturally without neglecting the local culture has been an inseparable aspect of Balinese agricultural life, which is known for its irrigation system called subak. This study aims to examine agricultural scripture named Usada Wisada Pari from two perspectives. First, this study examines the types of pests and its countermeasure. Secondly, it is important to study the lexicon form of these pests. This study shows that the types of rice pests in the Usada Wisada Pari text are categorized into two types, namely animals and plants. The countermeasure consists of natural ritual elements from plants and incantations. Furthermore, this research also shows that all kinds of plague and agricultural pests, along with ways to overcome them, reflect the very strong Shivaistic teachings. All kinds of diseases, countermeasures and prevention are described as the authority of Lord Shiva as the god of destruction in the Hindu concept. It can be concluded that the scripture of Usada Wisada Pari is a text that provides knowledge about rice pest antidotes in an environmentally friendly and holistic manner because it involves natural and religious elements. This study is expected to contribute both to academics or future researchers as well as to the public. It is hoped that academics and researchers can use this present study as a source and expand as well as deepen the object of study based on ethnoagriculture. Meanwhile, the general public can increase their knowledge regarding alternative management of agricultural epidemics in synergy with nature and local wisdom.

Abstrak: Tata kelola teknologi informasi fokus pada teknologi informasi, sistem, manajemen kinerja dan resikonya.Kerangka kerja COBIT 2019 digunakan dalam melakukan penerapan tata kelola teknologi informasi. PT XYZ diambil bertujuan mengetahui kualitas layanan, kinerja manajemen, serta resiko pada perusahaan dengan melihat pada referensi dari laporan tahunan PT XYZ dan menganalisis nilai capability level serta maturity level. Setelah dilakukan analisis terhadap 11 design factor, didapatkan bahwa ada 5 proses domain yang memiliki nilai diatas 75% yaitu BAI02, BAI03, BAI06, DSS02, dan DSS04 kemudian dilanjutkan dengan core model evaluation dan diperoleh hasil nilai capability level masing- masing yaitu BAI02 memiliki nilai capability pada level 2; BAI03 memiliki nilai capability pada level 1; BAI06 memiliki nilai capability pada level 1; ). DSS02 memiliki nilai capability pada level 2; dan DSS04 memiliki nilai capability pada level 2, maka nilai maturity level keseluruhan dari PT XYZ adalah 1, capability level dapat ditingkatkan dengan melakukan aktivitas yang belum dilakukan oleh perusahaan sampai dengan mencapai nilai fully untuk tiap level.   Kata kunci: capability, COBIT, maturity, tata kelola, teknologi.   Abstract: Information technology governance focuses on information technology, systems, performance management and risk. The 2019 COBIT framework is used in implementing information technology governance. PT XYZ was taken to determine the quality of service, management performance, and risk to the company by looking at the references from the PT XYZ annual report and analyzing the capability level and maturity level. After analyzing 11 design factors, it was found that there were 5 domain processes that had values ​​above 75%, namely BAI02, BAI03, BAI06, DSS02, and DSS04 then continued with core model evaluation and the results obtained for each capability level, namely BAI02 had a value. capability at level 2; BAI03 has capability value at level 1; BAI06 has a capability value at level 1; ). DSS02 has capability value at level 2; and DSS04 has a capability value at level 2, so the overall maturity level of PT XYZ is 1, the capability level can be increased by doing activities that the company has not done until it reaches the full value for each level.   Keywords: capability, COBIT, governance, maturity, technology.
