<em>The purpose of this study is provide data warehouse modeling which make executive of school can analyze data easily, the problem is executive of school are analysis list registrant list difficulty, what the most and least registrant junior high school come from and the major which most and least registrant. This study do is because how important data management on education organization and how the data can be managed better. The study use descriptive quantitative method research and use 4 step data warehouse dimensional modeling by Kimball. On building data warehouse used ETL, data be extracted and transformed into data warehouse as dimension and fact. For next data be imported and be showed by web base business intelligence app. The result of this study is an web base business intelligence app which can show sum of registrant on gender, majors, junior high school graduate come from, recommendation and register year. Data warehouse is good at data analyzing for decision making, because data warehouse can show information quickly and accurate.</em>

Abstract:Description Alternative: Abstract: The students 'reading ability is low, it certainly affects the students' writing ability. Implementation of the School Literacy Movement at the stage of habituation to reading, the lack of assistance in extracurricular reading clubs that are scheduled at the State Junior High School 5 Malang. This study aims to foster students' character through the culture of school literacy that embodies the Implementation of the School Literacy Movement so that students of SMP Negeri 5 Malang become lifelong learners. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type that describes the School Literacy Movement in State Junior High School 5 Malang by using data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: 1) The habituation phase was carried out by way of students bringing reading books from home or borrowing books to the library. At this stage a class reading corner was prepared, reading 15 minutes before learning began, and a literacy journal; 2) The Development and Learning Phase increases the school resources especially at the State Junior High School 5 Malang, namely the existence of a reading corner in each class, an increase in the number of books, a 30-minute reading club, and a product of the School Literacy Movement.Keywords: School Literacy Movement, Habituation, Development, and Learning Abstrak: Kemampuan membaca peserta didik tergolong rendah pasti berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan menulis peserta didik. Implementasi Gerakan Literasi Sekolah pada tahap pembiasaan minat baca, kurangnya pendampingan pada ekstrakurekuler club baca yang di agendakan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 5 Malang.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkembangkan budi pekerti peserta didik melalui pembudayaan literasi sekolah yang mewujudkan dalam Implementasi Gerakan Literasi Sekolah supaya peserta didik SMP Negeri 5 Malang menjadi pembelajar sepanjang hayat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif yang mendeksripsikan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 5 Malang dengan  menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Tahap Pembiasaan dilaksanakan dengan cara peserta didik membawa buku bacaan dari rumah atau meminjam buku ke perpustakaan. Pada tahap ini sudah disiapkan pojok baca kelas, membaca 15 menit sebelum pembelajaran dimulai, dan jurnal literas; 2) Tahap Pengembangan dan Pembelajaran meningkatkan sumber daya sekolah khusnya di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 5 Malang yaitu adanya pojok baca di masing-masing kelas, penambahan jumlah buku, adanya club baca 30 menit, dan hasil produk Gerakan Literasi Sekolah. This research aimed to reveal the effect of junior high school (SMP) students’ self-knowledge, academic achievement, counseling and guidance service, school (SMK) image to their interest in continuing their education to vocational high school (SMK) in Magelang District. The population of the research was all of grade IX SMP students, with 387 students as samples. The data were collected using questionnaires and documentation and were analyzed using descriptive and regression analysis. The result of this study shows that: (1) the interest of SMP students’ to continue their study to SMK is very high; (2) there is a positive and significant contribution of students’ self-knowledge, academic achievement, counseling and guidance service, school (SMK) image; to SMP students’ interest in continuing their study to SMK. The r2 values are 0.338; 0.063, 0.226, and 0.155, respectively; and (3) the four variables collectively have a positive and significant contribution to the interest in continuing the study to SMK in Magelang District with an r2 value of 0.440.

This research aims to find out the mathematical model and predict the growth in the number of elementary, junior high, high school, and vocational school students in NTB Province, using the Newton-Gregory Advanced Polynomial method. The result of simulating the predicted growth of the number of elementary school students in NTB in 2020 is 319565, with MAD at 353178, MSE at 1247346996840, MAPE at 68,655. Then for the predicted growth of the number of junior high school students in NTB in 2020 of 165141 with MAD of 1876271.7, MSE amounted to 3520395492220, MAPE amounted to at 1077.7039. Furthermore, the predicted growth of the number of high school students in NTB was 399679 with MAD of 44154, MSE of 19495757160, MAPE of 42.0719. while for the results of the simulation of predicted growth in the number of vocational school students in NTB in 2020 is 3738854 with MAD of 393779, MSE amounted to 15506190084.1, MAPE amounted to 49.2027. Based on the results of this study can state that Newton-Gregory Interpolation advanced by using GUI on Matlab, can predict the growing number of elementary, junior high, high school, and vocational students in NTB by using data on the number of students in 2009-2019 and obtained mathematical models of elementary, junior high, high school, and vocational school growth.

Abstract   This research is the result of observations we made in the field about the perspective of elections in high school / vocational high school students held by parents' expectations. The purpose of this study was to examine the expectations of parents of eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Balongbendo in choosing majors in high school / vocational school. This research is a quantitative study using a correlational descriptive method using data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire with a total of 22 question items and using a Likert scale rating scale. The population of this research is students of class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Balongbendo taken as a sample with a total sample of 35 students. An interesting result is the child's perception of expectations that have been adjusted to the selection of high school / vocational school majors in junior high school students.Keywords: Parental expectations, career, outlook, decision making.

Abstract: Gender issues must be resolved immediately. The study aims to describe: 1) Implementation of gender-based class segregation policies; 2) Inhibiting factors and solutions in implementing gender-based class segregation policies and school efforts in overcoming the problems faced in implementing gender-based class segregation policies. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. This research was carried out at Islamic junior high school Maarif 01 Singosari. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis phase used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. To check the validity of the data using data and source triangulation. The results showed that 1) The implementation of the gender-based class segregation policy process of its implementation was carried out by separating classes between male and female classes, from grades VII, VII and X but in one building, one organization and supported by the implementation of orderly. 2) Barriers and solutions faced by schools in carrying out policies are: attitudes of male students disagree with the existence of policies that have an impact on the class structure when learning hours are less conducive. The solution that is done by the school, by providing approaches and direction to students, and every teacher and especially the counseling guidance teacher and subject teachers must know all the problems that often occur to Islamic junior high school Al-Maarif 01 Singosari students to be evaluated on an ongoing basis.Keywords: Gender, Segregation, Policy Implementation Abstrak: Permasalahan mengenai gender harus segara dituntaskan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) Implementasi kebijakan segregasi kelas berbasis gender; 2) Faktor penghambatdan solusi dalam implementasi kebijakan segregasi kelas berbasis gender dan upaya sekolah dalam mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi dalam implementasi kebijakan segregasi kelas berbasis gender. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Islam Al-Maarif 01 Singosari. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu Wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Tahapan analisis yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk mengecek keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi data dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Implementasi kebijakan segregasi kelas berbasis gender proses penerapannya dilakukan dengan cara pemisahan kelas antara kelas laki-laki dan kelas perempuan, mulai dari kelas VII, VII dan X akan tetapi dalam satu gedung, satu organisasi dan didukung dengan diterapkannya tata tertib. 2) Kendala dan solusi yang dihadapi sekolah dalam menjalankan kebijakan yaitu: sikap siswa putra kurang setuju adanya kebijakan hal tersebut berdampak pada suasana kelas pada saat jam pembelajaran kurang kondusif. Solusi yang dilakukan sekolah, dengan memberikan pendekatan dan arahan terhadap siswa, dan setiap guru dan khususnya guru BK dan guru mata pelajaran harus mengetahui segala problem yang sering terjadi pada siswa SMP Islam Al-Maarif 01 Singosari untuk dievaluasi secara berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: Segregasi, Gender, Implementasi Kebijakan

The purpose of the service to high school/vocational high school, and junior high school students in malagusa Village, Aimas Distric, Sorong Regency is to provide knowledge and understanding to students about waste and plastic waste, types of plastic waste, the solution ecosystem. The method used is a lecture and demonstration method with sxhool students in Kelurahan Malagusa about waste and its handling. The results of the implementation of this community service where students attending Malagusa Village were(1) appreciation of the local government in this case the Malagusa village Government in this case the Malagusa Government regarding the seminar activities carried out (2) the high motivation of the community service seminar participant coming from Vocational, high school and junior high school students the whole village of Malagusa with liveliness asking questions at the discussion session guided by the activity organizing committee. (3) Increaasing students’ understanding, knowledge and ability in understanding about waste and increasing waste for the environment.

The revised Bloom’s taxonomy consists of six level which are remember (C1), understand (C2), apply (C3), analyze (C4), evaluate (C5) and create (C6). Every level of qualification sometimes applies different level of taxonomy, either complete model (C1 to C6) or incomplete model (C1 to C3, C2 to C4, C4 to C6). Thus, this research aimed to find the proportion of the complete and incomplete level of thinking models and their suitability in primary and secondary education. This research was a descriptive research using the ex-post facto approach. from six Educational Institutions for Educators in Java, Indonesia with 82 educational experts. The data was collected using survey questionnaire and was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that: (1) for the complete level of thinking model, elementary school covered the C1–C6 level of thinking with the most substantial proportion was C1; in junior high school was C2; and senior/vocational high school was C3; (2) for the incomplete level of thinking, elementary school covered the C1–C3 level of thinking with the most significant proportion was C1; junior high school covered the C1–C4 levels and the most substantial proportion was the C2; and senior/vocational high school included the C1–C5 levels with the most significant portion of the C3; (3) the suitable level of thinking was the complete model whereas the current practice referred to the incomplete model.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) tingkat pemahaman diri, layanan BK, dan citra terhadap SMK dari siswa SMP di Kab.Hulu Sungai Utara; dan (2) besarnya pengaruh pemahaman diri siswa, bimbingan dan konseling di SMP dan Citra SMK secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap minat siswa SMP di Kab. HSU melanjutkan studi ke SMK. Populasi seluruh siswa SMP di Kab.Hulu Sungai Utara. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan cluster sampling sebanyak 245 siswa. Intrumen yang digunakan adalah angket tertutup. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment dan regresi ganda dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) minat SMP di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara masuk SMK berada pada kategori cukup, (2) pemahaman diri SMP di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara masuk SMK berada pada kategori cukup, (3) layanan BK pada SMP di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara masuk SMK berada pada kategori cukup, (4) citra SMK pada SMP di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara masuk SMK berada pada kategori cukup, dan (5) faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhi minat SMP di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara masuk SMK yaitu pemahaman diri siswa dengan koefisien korelasi r = 0,527 dan uji t yang menghasilkan nilai p = 0,000, layanan bimbingan konseling memiliki koefisien korelasi 0,512 dan n uji t yang menghasilkan nilai p = 0,000, dan citra SMK memiliki koefisien korelasi 0,504dan uji t yang menghasilkan nilai p = 0,000. FACTORS THAT INFLUENCING THE INTEREST OF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL (SMP) STUDENTS IN ENTERING VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL (SMK)AbstactThis research is aimed to find out: (1) the level of self-understanding, the counseling (BK) service, and the image of SMK of Junior High School (SMP) students in Hulu Sungai Utara (HSU) Regency; and (2) how much the influence of the students’ self-understanding, BK service in SMP, and the image of SMK, both individually and in aggregate on the interest of SMP students in HSU Regency to continue their study to SMK. The population is all of SMP students in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. The sample of this research was taken based on the cluster sampling technique which consisted of 245 students. The instrument used was an open questionnaire. The data analysis technique to test hypothesis was the double linear regression method with three predictors with the level of significance of 5%. The result of this research shows that: (1) the variable of students’ self-understanding is categorized as ‘fair’ (cukup) with the percentage of 73.88%, that of the counseling service is categorized as ‘fair’ with the percentage of 62.45%, and that of the image of SMK is also categorized as ‘fair’ with the percentage of 69.39%, (2) the factors influencing SMP students’ interest in entering SMK at HSU Regency are the students’ self-understanding with the correlation coefficient of 0.527 (p=0.000), the counseling (BK) service with the correlation coefficient of 0.512 (p=0.000), and the image of SMK that has the correlation coefficient of 0.504 (p=0.000).

Singing activities are general activities that seem very easy. It could be said that anyone can sing. However, to be able to sing well and correctly seems to need to be learned. For Junior High Schools in Indonesia, singing activities are included in the teaching material of cultural arts sub music material. This study aims to “analyze how singing activities are taught in classes on learning Art and sub music material”. The approach of this research is interdisciplinary which involves music disciplines and music learning. The research method applied is interpretive qualitative. The research location is Semarang, by involving Semarang Junior High School Students and Teachers as the subject of research. Data collection techniques used in this research is observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data validity technique is using data source triangulation. Data analysis techniques used in this research are interactive flow. The results showed that teachers taught singing, both in classes Vll, Vlll, and Vlll. Singing activity for class Vll focused on basic singing techniques. The eighth grade is focused on singing, whose vocals or singing techniques are more applied to singing local songs and Nusantara songs. Meanwhile, singing activity in class VIII is more focused on improvising any song. This study concludes that teachers always emphasize the use of western song singing models as a basic technique, regardless of the type of song used in the learning process.

<div><p class="1eAbstract-text">The success of students learning Mathematics at “X” Junior High School is very low. Alike success of students learning Mathematics, the students also have low motivation, low self-esteem, and low self-confidence. According to this fact, guessed that there is correlation between motivation and success of students, between self-esteem and success of students, and between self-confidence and success of students learning Mathematics, so needed a research to see that correlation. Research method that was used to see that correlation is correlation method, with questionnaire as a tool to collect data from 131 students of “X” Junior High School. Technique used to analyze data are statistical techniques, which are descriptive and inferential statistic. The conclusions are 1) there is a significant correlation between motivation and success of students learning Mathematics at “X” Junior High School, 2) there is significant correlation between self-esteem and success of students learning Mathematics at “X” Junior High School, and 3) there is significant correlation between self-confidence and success of students learning Mathematics at “X” Junior High School.</p></div>
