In the period of the Covid-19 pandemic, lecturers were confronted with difficulties to give a more intelligent learning model, one of which was a problem-based learning model. The reason for this investigation was to decide the impact of issue put together learning models with respect to understudies' basic reasoning abilities and acquiring inspiration, particularly in actual training learning. This exploration is a genuine test with a randomized pretest-posttest control bunch plan. The population is all understudies of class X, XI, and XII. The testing method utilizes straightforward irregular inspecting. The examples utilized in this examination were 112 individuals. The examination instrument utilized was target tests as various decision inquiries for basic reasoning abilities and mastering inspiration polls. The information investigation utilized was Paired example t-test and Independent example t-test. The consequences of his exploration are there is an impact of issue put together learning models with respect to understudies' basic reasoning abilities. There is an impact of the issue put together learning model with respect to understudy inspiration. The problem-based learning model is more compelling than the immediate showing model for understudies' basic deduction abilities in actual schooling mastering. The model of problem-based learning has a more beneficial outcome than the immediate encouraging model on understudies' learning inspiration in actual schooling learning. From these outcomes, it very well may be presumed that there is an impact of issue put together learning with respect to basic reasoning abilities and understudy inspiration, and issue based learning shows better outcomes contrasted with direct educating.

Implementation of Curriculum 2013 requires students to learn actively, independently, and critical thinking. Critical thinking is an activity through thinking about ideas related to concepts or problems. The efforts to improve critical thinking skills of learners can be done by using the appropriate learning model. One of the learning models that can be used to improve the ability of critical thinking is a problem-based learning model. This type of research is quasi experiment with randomized control-group pretest posttest design. The sample of this research choosed by used purposive sampling method. Class VIII6 as experimental class and class VIII4 as control class. Data of this research result are quantitative data of critical thinking ability. Data were analyzed by using t test. The results showed that the mean difference of posttest value with pretest value of critical thinking ability of experimental class learners is higher than control class. Hypothesis testing with t-test obtained tcalculate=2,94>ttable= 1,67, then H1 accepted. Based on these results the authors conclude that the implementation of problem-based learning model has a positive effect on the ability to think critically learners on the material additives and addictive substances.

Solution material is one of the materials that requires a student's level of understanding at the critical thinking level. Critical thinking skills train students to learn to find and solve problems using scientific methods based on real experiences encountered and experienced directly. To be able to find the concept of knowledge based on existing realities, an appropriate learning model is needed, namely a problem-based learning model. This study aims to determine students' critical thinking skills. The type and design of this research is development research with a nonequivalent control group design. The samples of this research were students of semester 2, Biology Education Study Program, University of Flores. This research was conducted from April-June 2020. Data were collected using the critical thinking ability test technique of students in the chemical solution subject, followed by processing and analyzing data using the prerequisite analysis test in the form of normality test, homogeneity test, and t-test. The data analysis shows the significance value of the normality and homogeneity test, namely α> 0.05, while for the t-test α <0.05. From these results prove that problem-based learning can improve students' critical thinking skills in chemistry subject matter solution

The Effectiveness of PBL Setting TTW and TPS Seen from Students Learning Achievement, Critical Thinking and Self-Efficacy  AbstractThis study aims to describe the effectiveness of problem-based learning (PBL) setting think talk write (TTW) and PBL setting think pair share (TPS) and describe the difference of the effectiveness between PBL setting TTW and PBL setting TPS in terms of learning achievements, critical thinking ability and self-efficacy of grade students. This research is quasi-experimental research. The research instruments to collect the data are a learning achievement test, a test to examine the ability to think critically and a self-efficacy questionnaire. One sample t-test was conducted to examine the effectiveness PBL setting TTW and PBL setting TPS. Meanwhile, multivariate test (MANOVA) was carried out to determine the difference between PBL setting TTW and PBL setting TPS. The results show that both PBL setting TTW and PBL setting TPS are effective in terms of students learning achievements, critical thinking ability, and self-efficacy and there is no significant difference between the effectiveness of PBL setting TTW and the effectiveness of PBL setting TPS in terms of learning achievements, critical thinking ability and student self-efficacy.

[Title: The Effect of Thinking Aloud Pair Problem Solving Learning Model Toward Student Physics Science Learning Outcomes]. This research aims to know the effectiveness of the learning problem based learning model assisted work sheet for the critical thinking ability of physics students of grade X SMAN 1 Lingsar inacademics year 2016/2017. This was an experiments research that using design research Posttest-Only Control group Design. The population in this research were the whole grade X SMA Negeri 1 Lingsar in academics year 2016/2017. Sampling taken with using cluster random sampling technique with the students of class X. MIA. A as experiments class and grade X. MIA. D as controls class. Research hypothesis was analysis with the t-test for one party (the party right). Based on the hypothesis test results obtained tcount> ttable at significance level of 5%, then it can be inferred that the model of learning problem based learning assisted work sheet effective for critical thinking ability of physics students SMAN 1 Lingsar.

The aims of this study to determine the improvement of students' critical thinking skills through the application of learning model the Problem Based Learning in Biology subjects in class X SMA Negeri 1 Kluet Tengah. The subjects in this study were students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Kluet Tengah, with total of 31 students, with focus of this research critical thinking skills ability in Biology subjects. The research design used was classroom action research, which was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. In the pre-cycle, the students 'critical thinking ability was 37.81% in the less critical category, since implementation of the first cycle the students' critical thinking ability became 51.80% with the fairly critical category. In cycle II, the average achievement of students' critical thinking skills has increased to 76.90% in the critical category. Thus the results of this study indicate that the application of learning model the Problem Based Learning can improve students' critical thinking skills in Biology subjects in Class X SMA Negeri 1 Kluet Tengah.
