This study aimed at examining the effect of Instructional software for earth and environmental subject on Increasing achievements of ninth grade students at king Abdullah the II for excellence school in Irbid. In order to achieve the objective of the study، The researcher adopted the experimental method، and prepared instructional software and achievement test، the subjects of the study consisted of (53) ninth basic graders، (27) males، (26) female. The subjects were randomly distributed into two groups، (26) of them in the experimental group taught by the instructional software، and (27) in the control group taught by the conventional method. The results of the study indicated that there were statistical significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) due to the teaching method، the mean value for control group is (20.44)، while the mean value for experimental group is (23.19)، in the favor of the experimental group subjects taught by the instructional software، and there were no statistical significant differences due to the gender or to the interaction between the gender and teaching method. The study suggested a number of recommendation and implications in order to increase students achievement in earth & environmental subjects and all curriculums.

The present study aimed to identify the effect of using electronic software in increasing the achievement of ninth grade students in geography. The study adopted the experimental method. The tool consisted in (achievement test in geography), prepared by the researcher, it was applied to a random sample of two divisions of the class students. The ninth primary school in Abu Ayyub Al- Ansari Elementary School for Boys, affiliated to the Directorate of Education of the Governorate of Aqaba during the academic year 2018/2019, for Division (B) as an experimental group, consisting of (20) students, and Division (A) as a control group, and consisted of (20) students. The results of (T) test showed that there were statistically significant differences between the average scores of the students on the achievement test due to the variable of teaching method, where the control officer obtained a total average (25.80) in exchange for the pilot obtained a total average (36.02), and for the benefit of the experimental group, and in the light of the results Study The researcher recommended the training of teachers on electronic software in the teaching of geography.

The objectives of this study are (1) to find out the speaking ability of students in grade 9th of SMP SultanAgung 1 taught without using Cartoon “frozen” movie. (2) to find out the speaking ability of students in grade 9th of SMP Sultan Agung 1 taught with cartoon “frozen” movie. (3) to know the difference in speaking ability of students in grade 9thin SMP Sultan Agung 1 taught with and without using cartoon “frozen” as Media.This study investigates the speaking ability of the students taught using cartoon “frozen” movie as media, the speaking ability of the students taught without using cartoon “frozen” movie as media, whether or not there is significant difference of speaking ability between the students taught using cartoon “frozen” movie and those taught without cartoon “frozen” as media..This study, belongs to experimental quantitative method. The population of the study was ninth grade students of SMP Sultan Agung 1 Semarang. In this study, purposive sampling has been used to take the samples. The samples were 9A as experimental group, and 9E as control group. Then, the instruments of this study were test and document.It was found that the mean of experimental group was 72.53. Meanwhile, the mean of control group was 60.67. The mean of experimental group was higher than the mean of control group. So, it found that there was significant difference of the speaking ability between the students taught using cartoon “frozen” movie and those taught without using cartoon “frozen” movie as media.From the research findings, it can be concluded that since the use of cartoon “frozen” movie as modelin teaching speaking , the students were more interested in teaching learning process. It was proven based on the computation. The result of t-test was3.71 and t-table was 2.00. So the value of t-test was higher than t-table (3.71>2.00).It concludes that using cartoon “frozen” movie as media can promote students speaking ability. Based on the conclusion, some suggestions were proposed for the teacher and the students. The teacher can use cartoon “frozen” movie as media for teaching speaking. The students can use cartoon “frozen” movie to enhance the understanding of the content information, and to promote their speaking ability.

This study aimed at investigating the effect of using multimedia in science achievement and developing metacognitive skills of ninth grade students in the Sultanate of Oman. The sample consisted of 62 students and was divided into two groups; an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group included 31 students and was taught using multimedia, and the control group included 31 students and was taught using the conventional method. To answer the questions of the study, an achievement test and a metacognitive skills test were developed and administered to the study subjects. The results revealed that there was a statistically significant difference (p < 0.05) in both the achievement test and the metacognitive skills test. The difference was in favor of the experimental group. Accordingly, the study recommended further studies to find out the impact of multimedia on the various skills of thinking.

The study sought to identify the effect of using differentiated instruction in the achievement of biology among ninth grade students. population of this study (25) students was chosen for the control group and (25) students for the experimental group. During the first semester of (2021/2020). to achieve the objectives of this study, a biology achievement test was prepared. results showed that there were a statistically significant differences on achievement test in favor of the grades of the experimental group. this study recommended hiring differentiated teaching because of its effect on students’achievement.


The purpose of the research was to investigatethe effect of activity-based games on the academic achievement of graduate-level pupils in social sciences.An experimental research design with a pre-and post-test control group was used in this study. As pre-test and post-test, MCQ achievement tests containing 70 items were used as research methods for data collecting. The initial stage in this initiative was to collect data on what inspires children to learn. Both groups took a pre-test, and the results were tallied.The project's second phase was to study the effects of variousactivities on academic achievement. Both groups were given an MCQ performance test. The T-test was used to analyze the data. The findings of this study demonstrated that, compared to the control group, mostpupils'marks improved in the experimental group. The mean value showedthat experimental group participants scored 18.77on the post-test, while control group students scored 16.21. According to a post-lesson poll, most students regarded activity-based games to be more engaging than lecture-based instruction.

The aim of this study was to know the effectiveness of the use of alphabet cards game as interesting tool to explain vocabularies and it make it easier to remember their meanings. This study belongs to the quasi experimental research and presents pre-test, post test and to investigate the effect of using alphabet cards game on vocabulary mastery of commercial business administration students. The participants were the students from commercial business administration students at the third semester (N=54) of State Polytechnic Bengkalis and divided into two groups. Both groups were taught vocabulary, however, the experimental group students who are exposed to alphabet cards game and the controlled group students who received conventional method. Pre-test and post-test were given to both experimental group students and controlled group students. The score of the vocabulary tests were compared through independent sample t-test. The mean value of pre-test of experimental class was 61.35, while the control class was 52.23. After learning using alphabet card games in experimental class the mean value obtained in post-test was 78.85, while in control class was 59.04.  The improved of learning outcomes can be seen from the level of significance was 0.000 and it was lower than t test 0.000<0.05.  It means that the hypothesis null is not accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the score of the students in learning vocabulary between the experimental group and control group was significantly different. The experimental group students who learned vocabulary using alphabet cards game had increased their vocabulary mastery.

    The present study aimed at uncovering the effectiveness of employing the enrichment activities for mental thinking on the development of mathematical thinking and achievement among Grade 7 students. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher used the semi experimental design known as the design of the control group with the tribal and remote tests. In light of the experimental design, the average Grade 7 students tested the sample of the study in the second semester of 30 students who were divided into 15 students for the experimental group and 15 students for the control group after checking the validity and stability of the tools. The results showed that there was a statistically significant difference at (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups in the cognitive achievement test related to the unit of Engineering in the second semester and the mathematical thinking test for the average of the experimental group. The results also showed a statistically significant difference) between the average scores of the experimental group students in the tribal and remote applications in the cognitive achievement test and the mathematical thinking test, and in favor of the average post-implementation. In the light of these results, the study presented a number of recommendations and suggestions.   ، ، ، ،

The study aimed to investigate the effect of a strategy based on multiple intelligences in developing reading comprehension skills in Arabic language for ninth grade students compared to the usual method. The sample of the study, which was chosen randomly, consisted of (75) students divided into two groups, an experimental group totaling (38) students, and a control group totaling (37) students from the ninth grade students from Abdullah II School for Excellence in the Directorate of Education in Aqaba Governorate for the academic year 2020/ 2021. To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher designed the study tools, which are: a list of reading comprehension skills, the educational program, and a test of reading comprehension skills. The results showed a statistically significant difference at the level (α = 0.05) between the two groups in favor of the experimental group that was studied using the multiple intelligences strategy. The study recommended employing a strategy based on multiple intelligences in teaching reading to primary school students.

This experimental study is an attempt to bring a new perspective and a new teaching method CDIO (Conceiving, Designing, Implementing, and Operating) to the ELT field. The CDIO method was applied in the 11th grade in a private high school in Diyarbakir, Turkey. The students were subjected to a pretest before the treatment process and to a posttest after the process. The treatment procedures and materials were prepared according to the CDIO curriculum and standards. The treatment process lasted for fifteen weeks for the experimental group while the control group continued learning English without being exposed to the CDIO teaching method. Subsequently, the collected data was analyzed with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 to see whether the CDIO methodology has effective results on the students’ performance or not. After the data was collected and analyzed, the results showed that the students performed better after learning English using CDIO in the rate of 14.45%, where the mean score of the pretest was 71.66 while the mean score of the posttest was 86.23. Moreover, the results exhibit that the participants’ fulfillment developed in grammar, vocabulary and reading comprehension skills. Accordingly, there is a great improvement in the students’ performance of the experimental group. Also, the outcomes show that the CDIO has played a big role in developing the students’ level and has shown a positive effect on learning English. Finally, it is expected from this research to open the door for schools and faculties of teaching English to adopt the CDIO approach and apply it in their programs.

This study aimed to investigate the effect of using the differentiated education strategy on mathematics achievement among ninth grade students in Jordan. The number of the study members was (106) male and female students, who were divided into two groups: the first is  an experimental group that studied using the differentiated education method consisting of (24 male and 18 female students), and the second is a control group that studied in the traditional way consisting of (39 male and 25 students). The study plan of the experimental group included Geometry unit topics that were designed using the differentiated education strategy. An achievement Exam was done in the Geometry unit and it was judged , The values of honesty and reliability has been calculated, and the results of the study showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of (α = 0.05) between the students ’grades in Mathematical Achievement due to the teaching method used for the benefit of the experimental group that studied in a method Differentiated Education, and the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of (α = 0.05) between students ’grades in achievement rates attributable to the gender variable, as well as the absence of a statistically significant interaction between the teaching method and gender.
