Marketers are excited about two main reasons that are concerned with neuroelectrical brain imaging. The first reason is that they expect neuroimaging will offer a more efficient exchange between cost and benefit. This expectation is based on the assumption that consumers don’t want to express their preferences explicitly or that it is not possible for them to do this when their preferences are asked; or that consumer' s brain, which is related to real preferences, contains confidential information. Such information is used in theory to influence purchasing behavior. Thus, the cost of performing neuroimaging studies against improved product design and increased sales benefit is outweigh. As the second reason, marketers expect that they will be able to obtain an accurate marketing research method that can be applied even before an existing product. The purpose of this study is to determine the rational influence activation of consumers and to emphasize the deficiency of using traditional method of questionnaire based solely on declaration to understand consumers. Accordingly, volunteer subjects watched an advertisement film and their brain activities were tried to be measured while they were watching the advertisement. This measurement was performed with a 10 channel EEG device. During the research, the emotional responses of participants and their brain activities were measured and EEG patterns were obtained. The obtained data were interpreted by academicians and EEG experts.

Much has been written about sport as a tool for development and peace. But more research on Sport for Development and Peace (SDP) organizations, is needed to better understand their actual contributions to the UNs sustainable development goals. Yet, the unstable, risky, and restricted contexts in which many NGOs and SDP agencies operate often leaves researchers struggling to find effective yet feasible methods through which to examine agencies in these fields. Indeed, conducting field work on and with SDP agency often implies allocating significant quantities of researcher’s limited time, funding, and other vital resources. And as limited resources need to be invested wisely, SDP researchers will clearly need to prepare their fieldwork. Nevertheless, there are but a handful of methodological papers that address the question of how to prepare for SDP field work. In other words, the question of how we know if it is worthwhile, and safe enough, to proceed with SDP field work remains. Building on previous research, the purpose of this study is to raise important ontological and epistemological questions about what can be known about a given context, before setting off on fieldwork. We further explore the use of the Actantial Model as a research method for analyzing existing data before deciding whether to conduct fieldwork in complex and frequently insecure situations. In other words, will the cost (material, temporal, financial, and physical) of conducting fieldwork be worth it? By applying the Actantial Model, with the specific aim of informing decisions regarding subsequent fieldwork, to one specific case, contributions regarding the pertinence of conducting fieldwork are provided.

AbstractA more systematic marketing research approach has finally revealed good ideas anticipating a market need for the use of shape memory alloys. The success of those new ideas, prototypes and applications are analysed in terms of “the value of the function”, defined as the importance of the function divided by the cost of providing the function. A high importance and/or a low cost of the function are thus the basic requirements for the successful introduction of shape memory applications. Attention is also paid to the way how the 4 P's, product, price, place, promotion (the marketing mix) are applied by the European companies. Those different items will be illustrated on the basis of some small-, medium- and largescale applications, used in different markets. “to the point research”, fundamental and applied, on material properties as well as on manufacturing (cost reduction) is being discussed as the key factor to increase the function value.

Fixed gear bike is a derivative of bike racing because its shape resembles a racing bike used in racing but the cost to make it is affordable to many circles. Ergonomics is the science that can be associated with the use of a bicycle as a tool that is directly related to humans. By using qualitative research method, science of ergonomics can be associated with fixed gear bikes. This research is conducted by observing fixed gear bike communal events, interviews to the bicycle designers and users of fixed gear bikes as well as literature describing ergonomics of fixed gear bikes. Fixed gear bikes are used for transportation by humans. They are used for long distance trips on the streets by the community in accordance with the form and the components of the fixed gear bikes; without of brake components, biking could endanger the user when driving it. Ergonomics is needed for fixed gear bikes because these bikes have a personal dimensions in accordance with they users. It is because fixed gear bikes are based on user needs. Keywords: bikes, fixed gear, ergonomics

Safeguarding the rights of minorities is crucial for just societies. However, there are conceivable situations were minority rights might seriously impede the rights of the majority. Favoring the minority in such cases constitutes a violation of utilitarian principles. To investigate the emotional, cognitive, and punitive responses of observers of such utilitarian rule transgressions, we conducted an online study with 1004 participants. Two moral scenarios (vaccine policy and epidemic) were rephrased in the third-party perspective. In both scenarios the protagonist opted against the utilitarian option which resulted in more fatalities in total, but avoided harm to a minority. The scenarios varied in whether the minority would have been harmed accidentally or deliberate. The majority of participants chose not to punish the scenarios’ protagonists at all. However, 30.5% judged that protecting the minority over the interests of the majority when only accidental harm would have occurred (vaccine policy) was worthy of punishment. In comparison, only 11.5% opted to punish a protagonist whose decision avoided deliberate harm to a minority at the cost of the majority (epidemic). Emotional responses and appropriateness ratings paralleled these results. Furthermore, complex personality × situation interactions revealed the influence of personality features, i.e., psychopathy, empathy, altruism, authoritarianism, need for cognition and faith in intuition, on participants’ responses. The results further underscore the need to consider the interaction of situational features and inter-individual differences in moral decisions and sense of justice.

This paper aims to determine the influence of cost efficiency by six proxies on each KSP and USP Cooperative which has been assessed by Dinas Koperasi and UMKM Surakarta in 2015 on the level of health of the cooperative based on the results of the cooperative health assessment. In total, KSP and USP Cooperative samples in this paper were 25 cooperative that have been assessed an implement RAT in 2016. This research method using a model of quantitative research. The data analysis technical use analysis of the ratio consisting of 6 ratios (BOAPB, BUSK, EP, RA, RMS, and KOP) is calculated with guidelines health assessment to generate score ratings healthy assessment cooperative on each ratios and multiple linear regression analysis with independent variable cost efficiency and the dependent variable levels of health cooperative. Based on the research it was found that the level of efficiency by 6 proxies KSP and USP Cooperative on average have sufficient predicates efficient. However, the results also found 2 of 6 proxies affect cost efficiency and 4 proxies do not affect the level of health cooperatives. Then, the results of the paper concluded that the cost efficiency 4 proxies has no the influence because the paper sample indicated divergence conducted by KSP and USP Cooperative, these statements are based on the data obtained and the analysis of the health assessment score of each ratio. Therefore, 4 proxies is not significant influence partially.

The write-off of receivables is a loss arising from uncollectible receivables caused by various causes. The problem raised in this study is whether the application procedure is in accordance with the PMK No. 31 / PMK.07 / 2005 and what factors become obstacles in the process of write-off of receivables. The method used in this research is descriptive research method that is qualitative. Based on the results of the research from the RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado, the procedures for the elimination of goods are in accordance with applicable government regulations. If the factors are negative inhibitors, the operational costs are irregular, the amount of operational costs required for the cost exceeds the amount of the receivables to be collected, the non-timeframe for submission of proposals for write-off of receivables, documents / filing requirements for origination submissions not made RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado must meet the requirements regarding the time period for collection of accounts more effective and efficient. Keywords: Proposal Submission, Research, Accounts Receivable Removal
