Рассмотрены результаты информатизации отечественного высшего образования, ее направления и приоритетные программы. На основе выделенных особенностей образования эпохи сетевого общества представлены технологии и средства обучения, которые целесообразно использовать преподавателям вуза при подготовке будущих педагогов в эпоху цифрового обучения. The article considers the results of informatization of domestic higher education, its directions and priority programs. On the basis of the selected peculiarities of the education of the era of network society, technologies and means of education are presented, which are useful for teachers of the university to use in training future teachers in the era of digital education.

The relevance of the problem under study is associated with an important task of the higher education system the preparation of students future teachers for project activities in an educational institution. A modern teacher should have a wide range of knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of project activities. The purpose of the paper is a theoretical substantiation of pedagogical conditions that contribute to the formation of project competence of future teachers in the university environment. As designated pedagogical conditions are named and described: organization of training in cooperation; introduction of an additional course Learning to work on a project into the educational process; the use of the project method as a form of independent work of students in the study of various disciplines of the curriculum. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that pedagogical conditions have been developed and substantiated, contributing to the effective formation of the project competence of future teachers in the conditions of a university. The theoretical significance of the study lies in the fact that its results enrich the theory and methodology of vocational education in the field of forming the project competence of future teachers; complement scientific ideas about the pedagogical conditions for the effective formation of project competence, as well as about the features of its functioning; scientific approaches are systematized. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the revealed pedagogical conditions lead to the effective formation of the project competence of future teachers in the conditions of a university. The developed additional course can be applied in the practice of teaching universities in order to improve the quality of professional training of future teachers. The experimental base of the study was the budgetary institution of higher education Surgut State University. The methods used in the research: generalization, analysis and synthesis of information, comparison, analysis of educational and project activities of students. The effectiveness of preparing students - future teachers - for project activities with students is an urgent task in the education system, which can be ensured through the implementation of certain pedagogical conditions. It is the pedagogical conditions that increase the effectiveness of educational and cognitive activities and contribute to the most fruitful work of the teacher and students.

The results of higher education are determined by normative documents and are based on the theory of competence approach. They refl ect the readiness of the future teacher to professional activities in the terms of inclusive education. Analytical verifi cation of various scientifi c sources makes it possible to assert that the essence of the various components of the methodological support of the learning process is the subject of scientifi c disputes. But it is worth noting that currently the researchers have not brought a single interpretation of such a concept as “methodological support”, which forces for their own understanding of this designation to refer to it. Methodological support is mainly singled out not just as a pedagogical component, but also as an integral part of the whole educational process. It is characterized by the volume and content of the working programs of disciplines, provides organizational and pedagogical conditions necessary for the formation of the educational environment of the University readiness of future teachers for inclusion. Properly selected and implemented in full methodological support of any process makes it guaranteed to be effective.

Resumen: Este artículo indaga sobre las percepcionesy las actitudes de los estudiantes, futuros maestros deEducación Infantil, sobre la igualdad de oportunidadesde género. Para ello se han planteado las siguientescuestiones de investigación: ¿Cuál es la visión de losalumnos sobre la igualdad de oportunidades de género?y ¿Qué vivencias relacionadas con la discriminaciónde género dentro y fuera del ámbito universitariomanifiestan haber experimentado los estudiantes? Lametodología cualitativa, utilizada en la investigación,nos ha permitido analizar el pensamiento del alumnadoa través de sus propias voces. Los resultados del estudiomuestran que los estudiantes son conscientes de laimportancia de la igualdad; no obstante, denuncian lapersistencia de creencias estereotipadas y disparidadesespecialmente fuera de la universidad. Aun así, susexpectativas son positivas y apuestan por avanzar enla igualdad de oportunidades fundamentalmente en laformación académica y en el desempeño profesional.Aunque en ocasiones existen ciertas incongruencias entrecómo piensan y actúan, muestran una postura favorablehacia la equidad. Este estudio pone en evidencia que esimportante desarrollar acciones concretas y formalesen la docencia universitaria, ya que una legislaciónfavorable no es suficiente para construir una auténticacultura de género.Palabras clave: igualdad de oportunidades degénero, educación universitaria, identidad de género,diferenciales de géneroCovert Gender Relevance: Perceptions of FutureTeachers on Equality and Contextual InequalitiesAbstract: This article explores the perceptions andattitudes of students, future teachers of elementaryeducation, about equal gender opportunities, on thebasis of the following research questions: What is thevision of the students on equal gender opportunities?And, what experiences related to gender discriminationinside and outside the university have students lived? Thequalitative methodology used in the research has allowedus to analyze the students’ thinking through their ownvoices. The study results show that students are awareof the importance of equality; however, they denouncethe persistence of stereotypical beliefs and disparitiesespecially outside the university. Even so, expectationsare positive and they are committed to advancing equalopportunities mainly in academic and professionalperformance. Although there are some inconsistenciesbetween how they think and act, they show a favorablestance towards equity. This study highlights theimportance of developing concrete and formal action inuniversity teaching because favorable legislation is notenough to build a true culture of gender equity.Keywords: equal gender opportunities, higher education,gender identity, gender differentials

The article reveals the conceptual problems of creative self-realization of future teachers-artists. The authors note that the level of readiness of future professionals to work depends on the formation of creative pedagogical potential at the university, which consists of several components, such as motivational-axiological, cognitive and manipulative. The article justifies the need for specialists in the field of artistic and aesthetic education, who are able to work effectively in the new socio-economic conditions. It is possible to increase the effectiveness of the creative self-realization of future teachers-artists in the process of higher education by creating certain pedagogical conditions.

The development of digital competence of new generation teachers is a priority of a modern higher education institution. It is important in this context to develop a methodological component of the system of digital competence development of future teachers of humanities, which will determine the goals, content, methods, forms and means of digital competence development. Therefore, the aim of the article is to substantiate the methodological component of the model of development of digital competence of future teachers of humanities. The study analyzes the international framework of digital competence for citizens, in particular the framework of digital competence DigCompEdu, UNESCO standards “UNESCO ICT Competency Framework for Teachers. Version 3”, which reflects the latest technological and pedagogical advances in the use of ICT in education. It is important to describe the digital competence of the pedagogical worker, which includes the requirements to a humanities teacher and a set of skills to acquire, as well as the levels of digital competence of a pedagogical worker. A new Digital Education Action Plan (2021–2027) has been substantiated, outlining the European Commission's vision for high-quality, inclusive and accessible digital education in Europe. In the context of the study the analysis of the Concept of development of digital competencies adopted in Ukraine in 2020, the ways and means of solving the problems outlined in the document and the expected results are very important. The action plan for the implementation of the Concept of development of digital competencies includes regulatory, scientific and methodological, information support, deadlines and performance indicators. The described methodical component of the system of digital competence development of future teachers of humanities is developed in accordance with the European framework of digital competences, the concept of digital competence development and the description of digital competence of a pedagogical worker. This system is focused on application in the system of higher education. The methodological component of the system of development of digital competence of future teachers of humanities, which is carried out in the digital educational environment of Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University, has been also substantiated.

When considering the various areas of computer mathematics, especially geometry sticks out, where the problem analysis clearly and fully illustrates the computer. The discipline called "Computer Geometry" (F.Preparato, M.Sheymos) worthily appreciated by modern scientists. However, the practice of training in the higher education institutions (especially training of future teachers), does not provide studying of the Computer Geometry as an academic subject. Perspectives and methodology of Computer Geometry are developed by detailed study of specific problems, and the selection of the content of such course should be conducted on the basis of certain principles, all of which in total have to reflect the prospects of formation of the identity of the trainee as the subject of education adequately.

The processes of globalization that have engulfed the whole world require the preservation of national traditions and cultural identity. Given that it is characterized by the spread of spiritual values, the relevance of the problem of forming the spirituality of future teachers in the process of professional training in higher education increases. Based on the analysis of research works on the formation of spirituality of future teachers at the University.The article reveals the indicators of preparedness and component structure, as well as the methodological basis of the problem under study. The authors comprehensively covered and analyzed the theoretical materials on the formation of spirituality of future teachers in the process of professional training at the University gave an independent mental statement. It is also emphasized that the development of the spiritual culture of the future teacher ensures a harmonious entry into the world of the professional image and its changes in the context of the noospheric path of civilization development.

<p><em>Constant system of monitoring of students` professionals merits is an effective instrument of quality evaluation in higher education. Different approaches to understanding of professional merits are considered in the article. The main professional merits are defined for professionals in the field of international relations. Results of monitoring of students` professional merits are described from first to fifth courses of international relations department. The second research is aimed to the professional merits of future teachers-students. The research demonstrates that the educational environment of university and especially designed and approved program of development of professional merits are important for formation of students` professional competence.</em></p>
