Palabras clave: igualdad de oportunidades degénero, educación universitaria, identidad de género, diferenciales de géneroCovert Gender Relevance: Perceptions of FutureTeachers on Equality and Contextual InequalitiesAbstract: This article explores the perceptions andattitudes of students, future teachers of elementaryeducation, about equal gender opportunities, on thebasis of the following research questions: What is thevision of the students on equal gender opportunities? And, what experiences related to gender discriminationinside and outside the university have students lived? This research aims to identify the reality of applying knowledge management practices and reveal their impact on achieving the quality of higher education in Jordan, and to identify the concept of knowledge management and the quality of higher education, and uncover knowledge management practices, and determine the components of applying knowledge management in higher education institutions. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach, relying on the questionnaire as the main tool for collecting research data. The research was applied to a sample consisting of (142) workers and those in charge of the educational process at Al-Balqa Applied University, who were chosen randomly. Among the most prominent results of this research is that there is an effect of knowledge management on higher education quality at Al-Balqa Applied University at the significance level (α= 0.05). As the results showed, one of the essential practices of knowledge innovation and creativity is that knowledge management encourages brainstorming to create new ideas and reveal tacit knowledge. One of the most important practices of applying the knowledge is that the university conducts tests on knowledge before applying it, while the essential practice of storing and distributing knowledge is that the university has many methods and means used to preserve knowledge. In light of the study results, the research recommends the need to pay attention to those in charge of the educational process and those working in it, support them and develop their capabilities, and work to implement the knowledge that it possesses through a specialized work team, and the necessity for the knowledge management to work on developing the creative vision of the employees at the university.   Received: 3 November 2020 / Accepted: 3 January 2021 / Published: 17 January 2021

The article aims to illustrate and discuss how the strategies of universities influence the tactics used by students and graduates while entering the labor market. Its author attempted to find the answers to three research questions. First, what are the ways of entering the labor market of students and graduates of the faculties that appear on the highest positions in the graduate tracking systems and those that hold low positions? Secondly, how do university strategies influence the tactics developed by students and graduates? And last but not least, how to help humanities students enter the labor market. To answer those questions, the author applied ethnographic research carried out with individuals in the space of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and ethnology students and graduates at the University of Warsaw (IEiAK). In her article, she refers to the concept of strategy and tactics developed by Michel de Certeau and describes the implementation of the study results within the framework of the engaged anthropology program at the University of Warsaw. The performed analyses led to the conclusion that SGH had a broader range of strategies that allowed its students and graduates to develop more effective tactics for entering the labor market. On the other hand, implementation of the research results allowed to broaden the scope of both the strategy offered by IEiAK and tactics used by its students and graduates.

ABSTRACT This paper aims to explore - from a decolonial point of view - concepts, policies and actions of internationalization of Higher Education at the University of Georgia based on a qualitative approach with individual semi-structured interviews, observations and documental analysis addressing two research questions about: the conceptions of internationalization of Higher Education; and how internationalization policies and actions are perceived within University of Georgia. From the analysis, three substantive categories have been identified: Subject, Place and Research. Those express concepts supporting policies and actions of internationalization. Subjects can be seen as the starting point and driving force of processes of internationalization. Places are spaces inherently filled with both contradictions and possibilities, bringing together participants who count on support and means to build bridges for understanding, by acting out interdisciplinary joint efforts of research to address complex issues affecting mankind as a whole.

The results of higher education are determined by normative documents and are based on the theory of competence approach. They refl ect the readiness of the future teacher to professional activities in the terms of inclusive education. Analytical verifi cation of various scientifi c sources makes it possible to assert that the essence of the various components of the methodological support of the learning process is the subject of scientifi c disputes. But it is worth noting that currently the researchers have not brought a single interpretation of such a concept as “methodological support”, which forces for their own understanding of this designation to refer to it. Methodological support is mainly singled out not just as a pedagogical component, but also as an integral part of the whole educational process. It is characterized by the volume and content of the working programs of disciplines, provides organizational and pedagogical conditions necessary for the formation of the educational environment of the University readiness of future teachers for inclusion. Properly selected and implemented in full methodological support of any process makes it guaranteed to be effective.

The article considers the problems of ecological training of future teachers of natural sciences in higher education institutions. In order to study the educational environment effectiveness on the process of formation of ecological competency of future teachers of natural sciences, an analysis of educational professional programs for their filling ecological content and conducted teachers and students survey. The main criterion of analysis was the presence of ecological disciplines (subjects of theoretical and applied ecology, methodology of ecological education and upbringing) and disciplines that determine the theoretical foundations of ecological culture and students' worldview of in the educational content. Based on the study results, promising guidelines for improving the effectiveness of students' ecological training of the first and second levels of higher education in the specialty “Secondary Education” of natural profile has been defined. In most universities that train teachers of natural sciences, the environmental component needs to be strengthened in the content of educational professional programs. Most ecological disciplines are optional, so we suggest including at least 50 % of the environmental component in the mandatory block. Due to the intersectional nature of ecology as a science, it is possible to further involve the potential of educational content in the formation of students' ecological competency. Such approaches should be used when designing training and internship programs, in which students will have the opportunity to gain experience in environmentally sound behavior and activities. Important in the students' ecological training is their participation in the work of environmental NGOs, environmental movements, volunteering, which allows to implement the acquired knowledge in practice and contributes to the formation of ecological culture and worldview of future teachers of natural sciences.
