Sasak ethnic group’s community in Lombok, Nusa Tenggara Barat Province, has an oral tradition of reciting hikayat namely bekayat. During the performance, step of the recitation is followed by interpretation from Melayu language to Sasak. As a part of literary work interpreting, the interpreter applies certain method, technique and ideology. This research is aimed at revealing interpreting technique applied in bekayat performance. Sample of this research is taken from Lombok Barat District, out of three other districts in Lombok. Data collection is conducted through recording and an interview technique. The data are transcribed and then analized by an interlinguistic and descriptive method. Result of the analysis shows that the interpreter of bekayat performance applied three techniques, namely paraphrase, contextual conditioning, and compensation.

This study aims to describe about the application activity schedule of full day school in Primagama Creative Kindegarten Padang. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Informants from this study were principal and full day teachers. The techniques of data collection in this study were observation technique, interview technique, and documentation technique. The data analysis techniqueused was data triangulation technique. The results of the study were generally known that the application of activity schedule of dull day school in instilling disciplinary in Primagama Creative Kindegarten Padang have been well implemented. The teachers have made planning, implementation, and evaluation that was able to develop children’s discipline attitudes through habituation with scheduled activities. So, it can be concluded that planning, implementation, and evaluation carried out in order to instill a discipline in children was accordance with the guidelines designed by the teachers.

AbstrakPelaminan Melayu adalah bagian dari tradisi budaya masyarakat Melayu yang berfungsi sebagai tempat duduk ketika pengantin wanita memiliki upacara pernikahan. Pelaminan Melayu dihiasi dengan sulaman tekat dengan menggunakan berbagai desain ragam hias Melayu. Pelaminan Melayu sebagai simbol perkawinan di Riau telah digunakan sebagai sumber inspirasi dalam pengembangan batik di Pekanbaru Riau, yang disebut batik tabir. Namun, tidak banyak orang yang tahu bahwa ide batik tabir terinspirasi dari pelaminan Melayu Riau. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagian pelaminan Melayu yang menjadi inspirasi batik, desain ragam hias yang terdapat pada pelaminan Melayu Riau dan inovasi pada kerajinan batik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan ditetapkan dengan teknik snow ball sampling. Selanjutnya, data ditinjau dan dianalisis dengan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Validitas data dilakukan dengan partisipan, observasi, triangulasi, pengecekan dan memberchek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) bentuk Tabir salah satu bagian pelaminan  Melayu berbentuk susunan garis-garis vertikal. 2) desain ragam hias Pelaminan Melayu Riau mengacu pada pola flora dan fauna. 3) Pelaminan Melayu sebagai inspirasi untuk inovasi batik. Konsep pola dasar batik berberupa garis-garis vertikal terinspirasi dari bentuk tabir belang pelaminan Melayu dan motif yang dirancang bersumber dari desain ragam hias yang terdapat di pelaminan Melayu Riau. Kata Kunci: Pelaminan Melayu Riau, Desain Ragam Hias dan BatikAbstractMalay pelaminan is part of the cultural traditions of the Malay community that serves as a seat when the bride has wedding ceremony. Malay pelaminan is decorated with tekat embroidery by using various pattern of Malay ornament. Malay pelaminan as a symbol of marriage in Riau has been used as a source of inspiration in the development of batik in Pekanbaru Riau, called batik tabir. However, not many people know that the idea of batik tabir is inspired from Malay pelaminan of Riau. Therefore, this study aims to describe the shape of the Malay pelaminan, pelaminan ornament motifs and innovations to the craft of batik.This research used descriptive method with qualitative approach. Its data collection of the study was conducted by using the interview technique, observation and documentation. The informants were set with snow ball sampling technique. Furthermore, the data reviewed and analyzed  by data reduction steps, presentation of data, drawing conclusions.  The validity of data was done with the participation, the observation, triangulation, checking and memberchek.The results revealed that: 1) the shape of the Malay pelaminan as a whole is rectangular. 2) The decorative motive of Malay Pelaminan Riau refers to flora and fauna pattern. 3) Malay Pelaminan as a inspiration for batik innovation. Batik is the concept of vertical lines of the form tabir belang pelaminan shape, and it is designed from  ornament  in the Malay pelaminan of Riau.Keywords: Riau Malay Pelaminan, Ornament  and Batik

This study aims to find out, how the analysis of bilingualism on Supernova novel Akar by Dewi Lestari specifically examine 1) How is the form of switch code on Novel Supernova Akar by Dewi Lestari 2) How is the form of mixed code on Novel Supernova Akar by Dewi Lestari  3) How the function context of switch code on Novel Supernova Akar by Dewi Lestari 4) How the function context of mixing code on Novel Supernova Akar by Dewi Lestari. The research data in the form of words in the novel Supernova Akar by Dewi Lestari and the source data used in this study is novel literary work entitled Supernova Akar by Dewi Lestari. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are documentation and recording techniques. The products of this research isthe use of bilingualism in Novel Supernova Akar by Dewi Lestari, formof switch codethat is used by a speaker and two speakers, mixed forms are used in order to cool the code, follow the trend, educational exhibit, showing the position and function of the context of the use of switch code and mixed code that is a) transactional function, namely the function of language to tell something to the listener ( to do something), and b) interactional function is linguistic function to maintenance social relathionship, example to negociate role relations, people with the same age solidarity, ship exchange on conversation, saving face to speaker or listener.

<pre><span>This paper aims to describe research in primary schools and explain how the dimensions of legal and professional education management at SDN Bulukantil, Jebres, Surakarta. This research uses qualitative descriptive method with data collection through interview technique. In principle, there are four competencies, namely personality, managerial, entrepreneurship, supervision and social, while teachers have pedagogic, personality, social and professional competence. From two sources of interviews, it is explained that the legal and professional dimensions are well implemented in Bulukantil Primary School in Surakarta. The results of this study can be concluded that in the legal dimension of legal education management and professional headmasters and teachers at SDN Bulkatil has been fulfilled.</span></pre>

Cooperatives, SMEs and trade sector of South Pesisir have not been maximized in supporting the people’s economy. Even the number of cooperatives and SMEs of South Pesisir Regency is still relatively minimal that of 333 the number of cooperatives, only 221 active cooperatives and only 69 cooperative srunning RAT. Also from 4440 the number of SMEs only 210 who have received coaching. In order to make the Cooperatives, SMEs and Trade as the main sector in supporting the economy of South Pesisir community, it is necessary to improve the performance apparatur of the Cooperative, SME, Trade and The Industry of South Pesisir Regency in conducting the cooperative and SMEs in the South Pesisir Regency. So that needed Bureaucratic Reform in improving performance of apparatus of Cooperatives, SME, Trade and Industry office of South Pesisir Regency. This research aims to determine and describe the form of Bureaucratic Reform that is applied and its effect on the performance of apparatus in Cooperatives, SME, Trade and Industry Office of South Pesisir Regency of West Sumatra Province. This research uses Descriptive Method with Inductive approach and data collection technique using Triangulation technique consist of interview technique, observation, and documentation. This research concludes that Bureaucratic Reform has been applied well in Cooperatives, SME, Trade and Industry Office of South Pesisir Regency, so that have improved apparatus performance. However, the implementation of Bureaucratic Reforms leads to quite fundamental changes that require adjustment. Therefore, socialization related to the changes that occurred, the provision of new SOP hardcopy and supervision attached to the apparatus.

Buruda is an oral literary work as a regional cultural asset that is relatively important in the community life of Gorontalo. This research is conducted as an effort to preserve and maintain oral literature as part of the Gorontalo regional folklore. The research is aimed at describing the structure and function of buruda oral literature in the community life of Gorontalo. Moreover, this research applies a qualitative descriptive method, while the data collection technique is done by observation technique through recording and note taking, as well as interview technique that is carried out on informants such as traditional leaders and community leaders. The primary data of this research are buruda verses that have been translated into the Indonesian Language. Then, the data are analyzed structurally to discuss content and form. After that, interpreting, describing, and translating the functions of buruda oral literature are carried out. The research finding revealed that the structures of buruda oral literature are in the form of verse that consisted of ten parts as follows: (1) contains an expression of the feelings of people who are in love; (2) warning of the danger of lust; (3) praise to the prophet Muhammad shallalahu ‘alaihi wa sallam; (4) the birth of the Prophet Muhammad shallalahu ‘alaihi wa sallam as the light and guide to the right way; (5) the miracle owned by the Prophet Muhammad shallalahu ‘alaihi wa sallam; (6) the glory of the Qur’an contains instructions for human salvation in the world and the hereafter; (7) the truth of isra and mi'raj experienced by Muhammad shallalahu ‘alaihi wa sallam; (8) the challenges of the struggle of the Prophet Muhammad shallalahu ‘alaihi wa sallam in spreading the message of Islamic treatises; (9) the importance of avoiding sin and immorality because of ashamed to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala; (10) the power of prayer and the importance of bermunajat (praying wholeheartedly) asking for mercy and compassion from Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala. Furthermore, the function of buruda oral literature in the community life of Gorontalo contains moral messages in the form of a religious function, ethical function, and cultural function.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang, dan mengetahui bagaimana hasil kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara.Hasil Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peran manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang yang diawali dengan pengolaan dalam bentuk fungsi perencanaan dan operasional yang baru.Terutama pengrekrutan jajaran assatidz yang berdedikasi dan berpendidikan tinggi masuk ke pondok pesantren pagelaran II. Sehingga keberlangsungan pesantren akan berinovasi dan pengendalian selalu sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang telah dijalankan dengan baik dan menunjukan keberhasilan dalam upaya menyiapkan insan kamil. ABSTRAK It aims to know how to implementation of human resources management hut pesantren by fire ii, and find out How did santri's performance result in the pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, data collection is done using observation techniques, a documentary study and debriefing. This study found that human resource management's role in optimizing santri's performance in pondok pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. That begin with processing in the form of new planning and operational functions. Particularly recruits for the dedicated, highly educated assatidz went into the pagelaran 2 Sumedang. So martial arts have continued to innovate and control always conforms to the development of The Times. So it is inadmissible that the human resources management at pesantren pagelaran 2 sumedang has been well run and show that is successful in preparing for the perfect human being.

Every literary work emerges from the particular alternatives of its time. This is ostensibly reflected in the attempted innovative renderings of these alternatives in the poetry of contemporary Nigerian poets of Yoruba extraction. Discernible in the poetry of Niyi Osundare and Remi Raji is the shaping and ordering of the linguistic appurtenances of the Yoruba orature, which themselves are sublimely rooted in the proverbial, chants, anecdotes, songs and praises derived from the Yoruba oral poetry of Ijala, Orin Agbe, Ese Ifa, Rara, folklore as well as from other elements of oral performance. This engagement with the Yoruba oral tradition significantly permeates the poetics of Niyi Osundare’s Waiting laughters and Remi Raji’s A Harvest of Laughters. In these anthologies, both Osundare and Raji traverse the cliffs and valleys of the contemporary Nigerian milieu to distil the social changes rendered in the Yoruba proverbial, as well as its chants and verbal formulae, all of which mutate from momentary happiness into an enduring anomie grounded in seasonal variations in agricultural production, ruinous political turmoil, suspense and a harvest of unresolved, mysterious deaths. The article is primarily concerned with how the African oral tradition has been harnessed by Osundare and Raji to construct an avalanche of damning, peculiarly Nigerian, socio-political upheavals (which are essentially delineated by the signification of laughter/s) and display these in relation to the country’s variegated ecology.

This study aims to explain how the distribution of productive zakat in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra and how the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution in improving the welfare of mustahik in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method, which is a problem that guides researchers to explore and photograph situations that will be thoroughly investigated, broadly and deeply. Data collection techniques with field research, while the tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study inform that in distributing productive zakat funds, Rumah Zakat is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. The distribution of productive zakat carried out by the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra through the Senyum Mandiri Program to mustahik in Medan Helvetia Subdistrict has been effective, because it can improve the welfare of mustahik, this is evidenced by the income of eight of thirteen mustahik people in total, five people whose income is fixed and four out of eight people whose income has increased has reached the level of muzaki.
