With the rapid development of science and technology and the arrival of the information age, computer technology has also gained rapid development, and has a very wide application prospect in the current social environment. But at the same time, robots may also induce a variety of ethical problems, the existence of these ethical problems also affect the sustainable development of robots. This paper mainly aims at the change of robot application trend and related ethical issues, hoping to provide some reference for robot application and development.

The Chinese government actively uses the new media platform to disseminate government information and provide government services. Contemporary scientific and technological innovation, with computers and information science and technology as engines, has become the core driving force of “leading development”. This article puts the new media of Chinese government affairs under the perspective of technological innovation, analyzes the bottlenecks and possible solutions it faces, discusses the sustainable development path of new media for Chinese government affairs, and strive to provide some reference for the sustainable development of new media for government affairs in other countries or regions.

In the current era of rapid development of science and technology, computer technology has been used in various fields and has become an indispensable part of people’s lives. Nowadays, the quality of life has improved significantly, and at the same time, people are pursuing higher and higher goals. In order to meet the ideal living conditions that people are pursuing, relevant computer personnel are also working hard to explore modern applications of computers and technology. The connection makes the computer a symbol of the development of the times. At this stage in China, since computer technology is not yet mature, this article discusses the problems in the modern application of computer science and technology and the methods to solve the existing problems.

Computers are a vehicle for the information age, and are central to the dispersal of descriptive accounts of technology, and to interactive discussion between growing communities. Despite the commitment of all countries to free flow of information and access to knowledge sources based upon social justice there are still ethical problems of the digital divide. The attitudes of respondents towards science and computers in both Japan and Thailand is compared between 1993 and a decades later. There is more positive support towards science and technology in general in Thailand than in Japan, but both countries continue to be positive in attitude. There is a clear social mandate in both countries for their government policies promoting the development of information technology and science and technology in general. The perception of benefits and the worries about computers are discussed, as are some emerging issues.

Whereas hotels face threat from the high loss rate of personnel' demission that even exceeds expected numerical value,as a result,loss directly influences the sustainable development of enterprises. This paper describes the status and characteristic of loss of hotels employees according to the investigation datum of personnel' demission interview in one hotel of Shenzhen,and dissects the main reason why employees leave their posts by adopting Maslow’s demand level theory.

ABSTRACT Introduction: The essence of sustainable development is ecological civilization. The entire modern development, including sports in colleges and universities, is built based on resource conservation, enhanced environmental support capabilities, and a virtuous ecological environment cycle to achieve sustainable economic and social development. Objective: Looking at the development history of sports in Chinese colleges and universities for more than 50 years, there have been many successful experiences in human resource development, and there are also many problems that need to be solved. Methods: The author took 442 people from 4 provinces as the survey object, researched and discussed the evaluation indicators of the sustainable development of sports in colleges and universities. After factor analysis and professional theoretical research, a total of 15 indicators in 5 categories were established: science and technology, moral education, system Standard category, economic, competitive development category, external input category, and the coach training system category that eliminates “inbreeding.” Results: The author found in the research that both sports and non-sports families in China are unwilling to engage in sports and college sports for their children. The main reasons are traditional ideological issues, sports social status issues, and athletes’ education issues. Among them, coaches, the “inbreeding” training system is one of the main reasons that affect the sports talent resources of colleges and universities in China. Conclusions: There can be at least five types of evaluation indicators for the sustainable development of sports in Chinese colleges and universities: science and technology and ethics education, institutional norms, economic and competitive development, external investment, and a coach training system that eliminates inbreeding. The income of sports families is generally lower than that of non-sports families, and their education level is also lower.
