PT. X is a company engaged in the textile industry in Bandung. In one of the departments it owns, namely the weaving department, there are a number of machines to roll the yarn into sheets of cloth. Among these machines, there are 2 engines, namely Pirn Winder (PW) and Two For One (TFO) machines, which have almost the same function, which is rolling thread. In both machines, problems were found, namely operators working with a high workload, especially from repetition factors and poor work postures, so operators often complained of pain in their body parts. This is evident from the results of the preliminary research using the QEC method that the operator on the machine has an exposure level of more than 60% so that changes in the existing working conditions are needed. Using the method of Assessment Repetitive Task (ART) and REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment carried out measurement of repetitive working conditions that occur and also carried out measurements of the actual work posture. Then, the design of a tool in the form of a machine to reduce repetitions that occur must be done by the operator and improve operator work posture while working. The results were simulated using software and found out that the risk of repetition, posture has been reduced and there is a time savings of 67%.

COVID-19 has become a global pandemic, and one of the government's actions in the education sector to prevent transmission through online class activities or online classrooms has been adopted. During the pandemic, it was discovered that using computers with improper or non-ergonomic body postures during online classes might cause muscular fatigue and raise the incidence of musculoskeletal problems. Using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method, this study seeks to detect musculoskeletal complaints and assess the posture of UMM students when using a laptop. Because online learning lasts more than 2 hours, posture that is not in accordance with the comfort of using a laptop can lead a person to exhaust more rapidly in front of a laptop for a relatively long period, especially in the upper neck, back, and waist, which stand for 80% of the body parts. This is supported by the study of respondents using a questionnaire distribution technique that provided a REBA score of 7 and a moderate risk level, indicating that remedial action is required. After a recommended improvement with a low risk level for MSDs, a REBA score of 3 was established. Suggestions that can be considered are that it is necessary to improve sitting work posture, it is recommended to work on a table and sit in a reclining chair so that the proposed work posture improvement can be carried out.

PT Surya Putra Mulia is a company that produces gray (greige) using the knitting process. This research is focused on the warehouse section on the loading process finished goods. In the warehouse section there are some excessive physical activities due to activities are carried out manually. Measurement of work posture is needed to determine whether the work posture carried out by the operator is good and ergonomic. Assessment of work posture is carried out using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method. Based on an assessment using the REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) method, it shows that the withdrawal of finished goods includes a moderate level of risk, which means that improvements are needed. The activity of loading finished goods onto trucks (figure 3) includes a moderate risk level which means that repairs are needed, while in Figure 4 it is a high risk level which means that immediate corrective action is needed. For the preparation of finished goods on trucks, it is a moderate risk level, which means that repairs are needed. So that in the process of withdrawing finished goods, proposals are given to reduce the burden being transported. Then add a tool in the process of loading finished goods to the truck in the form of a hand stacker.

The economy is an important thing in a country, without an economy, a country can't run. The economy of a country is certainly supported by an industrial sector, one of which is the metal and iron processing industry. Workers in the company will certainly have regulations that will regulate the workforce when doing work at the company. PT. Smart Teknik Utama Bandung is a company engaged in the processing of metal, iron, and others that produces various products derived from iron and plates. The main product of this company is Roding China. The company has a problem, namely the work posture of the employees on the production floor. Wrong work posture results in MSDs complaints among workers which reduce the quality of workers. The purpose of this research is to analyze the work posture used by the workforce is already ergonomic or not. Work posture analysis used the Nordic Body Map method, Ovako Work Posture Analysis, and Rapid Entire Body Assessment. The analysis was carried out on 12 employees from 7 workstations. With the analysis carried out, it is known that all employees have MSDs complaints which are caused by incorrect and unergonomic work postures, then suggestions are given to improve work posture to reduce MSDs complaints experienced by employees.

The activity of welding specimens on a big pipe that causes various problems for the body, in this activity the worker is at a risky position such as lifting a pipe weight 90 kg, lifting the specimen and welding the pipe with the specimen and the final process is to lower the pipe that has been connected. The purpose of this study is to design workstation by the principles of ergonomics to help reduce physical worker complaints. The research method in this study was the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire to determine complaints of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs); the work posture was analyzed by the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the welding work requires a tool in the form of a bench, pipe support, a pulley used at a new welding workstation. With a new workstation, poor work posture can be repaired. With a new work station, there is an efficiency of 8.33 minutes of work time from previous working conditions.

Musculoskeletal problems are problematic in Indonesia because manual work activities such as lifting, transporting, pulling and pushing are still being done. Pottery-making workers in the Kasongan are still doing those moves traditionally such as lifting, transporting, pulling and pushing manually. The purpose of this study was to analyze the risk of MSDs in the pottery making workers in Kasongan. This research was cross sectional design. The sample amounted to 78 workers selected using accidental sampling techniques. The instruments used Nordic Body Map questionnaire and Rapid Entire Body Assessment. Data analysis was using the chi fisher test. The results showed that the variables associated were age (sig= 0.000) and variables that had no relationship were gender (sig= 0.341) and work posture (sig= 0.352). The risk factor associated with complaints of MSDs is age, so to reduce the risk of the occurrence of MSDs, they can do physical activity or stretch muscles.

Sandria Sukses Bersama is a company engaged in oil palm plantations. Oil palm harvesting activities are carried out using egrek tools. The activity is carried out on hilly land which is quite steep with the age of 16 years old oil palm trees with tree heights reaching 10-15 meters. This condition causes operators to tend to tilt their heads up when doing work so operators often complain of feeling pain in their necks and legs. This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the work posture of oil palm harvesting operators in carrying out their work. The results of this study indicate that the operator's exposure score with an average of 88.97%. This value is at exposure level 4 which is 71-100% which indicates that the working posture of oil palm harvesting at PT. Sandria Sukses Bersama needs to take action now because it is very risky for work-related injuries if it is carried out continuously.

This research aims to identify mental workload on  NASA-TLX for mental workload and packaging division and work posture on processing division at PT. XYZ. This research uses RULA and REBA methods for work posture. NASA-TLX (Task Load Index) is  used to determine mental work in packaging division. RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) is used to determine the upper body musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) injury in the process of production (which consists of weighing and processing station) at PT. XYZ and REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) is used to determine entire body MSDs injury in the production process. Those methods are applied to indicate that the workers are in fact working above the safety limit. Based on NASA-TLX method, it is clear that 21 of 30 workers feel that the work is very heavy. Another case, two unusual postures are found, one is determined by the action level of worker who lifting 20 kgs sack of powder is 10, so the action level of REBA in this case is hardly dangerous. The other one is determined by a worker who entering an ingridient to the machine, weight of the ingridient is 17,05 kgs. It means more than 10 kgs, and thus it can affect body posture. Keywords: Ergonomics, NASA-TLX, REBA, RULA

Introduction: Diseases caused by work become a common health problem and can affect almost all people in the world. As you can see, one of the hazards in the field is ergonomics. The danger from bad posture at work is the cause of the position of the body parts moving uncomfortably which can cause various problems at work, both health problems and work accident problems. Therefore, so that a job does not pose a dangerous risk, it is necessary to have an assessment of ergonomic risk. Researchers aim to analyze the level of ergonomic risk to Welding workers with the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) Method in the Workshop area of PT. Cemindo Gemilang Bayah Banten in 2020. Methods: This research uses mix methods, which is a research step by combining two forms of research approaches, namely qualitative and quantitative. The subjects in this study were the main informants and key informants totaling 4 people. The main informants in this study were 3 welding workers. The key informant is 1 person, namely HSE. Results: The results of the risk level assessment using the REBA method for welding workers are obtained from the scoring of group A with a value of 8 and the results of scoring for group B with a value of 4, then the total results of C to the scoring of groups A and B have a value of 10. Discussion: Based on the Action Level Score, REBA score 10 shows a high level of risk. 3 people out of 4 workers are known to be at high risk of pain so further review and implementation of changes / immediate action are required.
