<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh remunerasi, kepuasan kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja anggota BPKB Ditlantas Polda Jateng melalui <em>organizational citizen behavior</em>sebagai variabel intervening.</p><p>Responden yang digunakan adalah 50 anggota bagian BPKB Ditlantas Polda Jateng. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Teknik Analisis Regresi Berganda, uji-t, analisis jalur, dan sobel-test.</p><p>Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh<strong> </strong>positif remunerasi terhadap <em>OCB</em> (2) Terdapat pengaruh<strong> </strong>positif kepuasan kerja terhadap <em>OCB</em>  (3) Terdapat pengaruh<strong> </strong>positif kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap <em>OCB</em> (4) Terdapat pengaruh<strong> </strong>positif remunerasi terhadap kinerja anggota BPKB Polda Jateng. (5) Terdapat pengaruh<strong> </strong>positif kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja anggota BPKB Polda Jateng(6) Terdapat pengaruh<strong> </strong>positif kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja anggota BPKB Polda Jateng  (7) Terdapat pengaruh<strong> </strong>positif <em>OCB</em> terhadap kinerja anggota BPKB Polda Jateng.</p><p> </p><pre><em>This study aims to determine the effect of remuneration, job satisfaction and </em></pre><pre><em>transformational leadership on the performance of members of BPKB Ditlantas </em></pre><pre><em>of Central Java Regional Police through organizationa citizen behavior l as an </em></pre><pre><em>intervening variable.</em><em></em></pre><pre><em>The respondents used were 50 members of the BPKB Directorate of Central Java </em></pre><pre><em>Regional Police. Data analysis </em></pre><pre><em>was performed using Multiple Regression Analysis Techniques, t-test, path analysis, </em></pre><pre><em>and sobel-test.</em><em></em></pre><p><em>Based on the results of the study it is known that (1) there is a positive influence on remuneration on OCB (2) There is a positive influence on job satisfaction on OCB (3) There is a positive influence of transformational leadership on OCB (4) There is a positive influence of remuneration on the performance  (5) There is a positive influence on job satisfaction on the performance (t count = 2.236, probability (ρ) = 0.030). This research aims to determine the effect of competence and work ethic on work performance with motivation as a moderating variable. In this study using a population of all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko with a total of 70 respondents, the sampling technique used saturated sampling with questionnaires which were distributed to all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko. This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the competence variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the work ethic variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable can moderate competence on work performance, The motivation variable cannot moderate work ethic on work performance Keywords: Motivation, Competence, Work Ethic, Work Performance

The research aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership style on intention to quit mediated by job satisfaction. This research was conducted on employees at PT. Visionet Data Internasional Service Point Denpasar, Bali. The population contained in this study were 48 and by using saturated samples there were 48 respondents. The method of data collection is done by questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are Factor Analysis, Classical Assumption Test and Path Analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership style variables had no negative and significant effect on intention to quit, transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on intention to quit, job satisfaction had a mediating role in a negative and significant influence transformational leadership style towards intention to quit So the higher the transformational leadership style and job satisfaction in the company will be able to reduce the level of intention to quit employees. Zakat institution growth is increasing in Indonesia, but the absorption of zakat potential is not optimal yet. Low of intention to pay zakat on institution is one of factor why it is not optimal. This research aims to know the influence of perception in accountability, transparency, and responsibility of zakat institution to intention for paying zakat on DPU DT Yogyakarta. This is field research with primary data and secondary data. The method used to collect the data using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The technique used for sampling is convinience sampling with 51 respondents and suggested the use of multiple regression analysis techniques using SPSS 16.00 for data analysis. The result of this research indicated that all variables significantly influence intention to pay zakat simultaneously. But, the result of test partial indicated that accountability and transparency significantly positive influence to intention of paying zakat, then there is no influence of responsibility.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Etika Profesi, Kompetensi dan Kerjasama Tim APIP pada kualitas Laporan Hasil Pengawasan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka digunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Etika Profesi memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna dalam Kualitas Laporan Hasil Pengawasan, Kompetensi memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna dalam Kualitas Laporan Hasil Pengawasan serta Kerjasama Tim memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap Kualitas Laporan Hasil Pengawasan pada BKPSDM Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Pinrang Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Professional Ethics, Competence and Teamwork of APIP on the quality of the Supervision Report. To achieve this goal, data collection techniques were used through the distribution of questionnaires, with data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study found that Professional Ethics had a significant influence on the Quality of Supervision Reports, Competence had a significant influence on the Quality of Supervision Reports and Teamwork had a positive influence on the Quality of Supervision Reports at the BKPSDM Regional Inspectorate Office, Pinrang Regency, South Sulawesi Province.

The purpose of this study is to identify and understand the factors that can influence the intention to purchase through trust, price, and service quality on consumers Bhinneka.com. This research uses quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents Bhinneka.com. Data analysis method used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis. The result shows that the three variables used have a positive influence on intention to purchase variable. The most dominant variables in explaining the variation of intention to purchase are service quality variable of 35.5%, the price of 17.2%, and trust of 24.6%. Proper employee compensation will keep them motivated to improve their performance in a vigorous manner so that the results achieved from the job can give their employees satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation on employee job satisfaction on the production in PT. Etowa Packaging Indonesia, to determine the effect of non-financial compensation on employee job satisfaction on the production at PT. Etowa Packaging Indonesia, and to know the influence of financial compensation and non-financial compensation simultaneously to job satisfaction of production employee at PT. Etowa Packaging Indonesia. The research design conducted by researchers is explanatory research. With a population of 253 respondents taken a sample of 171 respondents. The instrument of data collection used is observation and spreading of questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The results stated that financial compensation and non financial compensation after tested partially or together significantly influence the employee job satisfaction in the production at PT. Etowa Packaging Indonesia.

<span class="fontstyle0">The objectives of this research is to analyze and provide empirical proves about the influences of dishonesty behavior dan moral competence towards academic fraud of accounting students. The variable used in the research are dishonesty behavior and moral competence. The population of the research is the accounting students from Trisakti University, Bina Nusantara University, and Indonesia Banking School. 242 respondents has been involved as sampels in the research. Data used in the research consist of primary data collected using a questionaire. Multiple regression analysis will be used in the data analysis to test the hypotheses, and the data will be tested using the 20 version of SPSS The result of the test shows us that dishonesty behavior is proven to have an effect on the academic fraud of accounting students. While moral competence has not shown an effect on the academic fraud of accounting students.</span>

The research was purposed to find out whether there was any partial or simultaneous effects of organizational culture, work discipline, and job satisfaction toward the work performance of non-medical employees at Malang Islamic Hospital. The population of this research is 93 non-medical employees and 62 are selected as sample. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling of non-medical employees which already a permanent employees. Data analysis was made with multiple regression analysis. Analysis result show that organizational culture, work discipline, and job satisfaction have any partial and simultaneous effects toward the performance of non-medical employees at Malang Islamic Hospital.
