The research was purposed to find out whether there was any partial or simultaneous effects of organizational culture, work discipline, and job satisfaction toward the work performance of non-medical employees at Malang Islamic Hospital. The population of this research is 93 non-medical employees and 62 are selected as sample. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling of non-medical employees which already a permanent employees. Data analysis was made with multiple regression analysis. Analysis result show that organizational culture, work discipline, and job satisfaction have any partial and simultaneous effects toward the performance of non-medical employees at Malang Islamic Hospital.

This research aims to determine the effect of competence and work ethic on work performance with motivation as a moderating variable. In this study using a population of all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko with a total of 70 respondents, the sampling technique used saturated sampling with questionnaires which were distributed to all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko. This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the competence variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the work ethic variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable can moderate competence on work performance, The motivation variable cannot moderate work ethic on work performance Keywords: Motivation, Competence, Work Ethic, Work Performance

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on work performance, knowing the effect of self efficacy on work performance and knowing the effect of work motivation and self efficacy together on work performance. This type of research is correlational. The population in this study was the lectures at Atma Jaya Yogyakarta University. The sample used in this study was 76 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The technique used in data collection is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. To find out the effect simultaneously used the F test, and to determine the effect partially used the t test. The results showed that motivation partially influences the work performance of lecturers, self efficacy partially influences the work performance of the lecturer, motivation and self efficacy simultaneously influence the work performance of the lecturer.Keywords: motivation, self efficacy, work performance

A da'i must have a good personality when entering the field of da'wah so as to move or spur the mad'u to arise awareness in performing charity and that the goal of da'wah can be achieved. This study aims to explain effect of da’i personality and da'wah bil-hal towards spiritual motivation of mad’u. Its population is all mad'u and da'i in Boarding School of Bahrul Ulum of Pemalang Regency. The sample in this study is 77 mad'u which is divided into 35 people (45,5%) women and 42 people (54,5%) men. As for the entire population of da'i is used as a sample, which is 4 da'i. Sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling. The measuring tools used are personality scale, bil-hal da'wah scale, and spiritual motivation scale in the form of Likert. The data analysis used is Multiple Regression Analysis at 0.05 significance level. The results showed that there was a significant effect of da’i personality and da’wah bil-hal towards spiritual motivation of mad’u. The variables that show the most dominant positive tendencies and significantly influence the spiritual motivation of mad'u are the personality of extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, religious, education, organization and social.

<em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture and intrinsic motivation on affective commitment. This study also aims to examine whether job satisfaction acts as a mediating variable on the influence of organizational culture and intrinsic motivation on affective commitment to the employees of the Cooperatives and SMEs Service Office of Sleman Regency. This study uses the Associative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in Sleman Regency, with a sample of 45 employees. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression, Sobel test, coefficient of determination, and standard beta. This study resulted in the findings that organizational culture has an effect on job satisfaction, and intrinsic motivation has an effect on job satisfaction. Likewise, organizational culture influences affective commitment. However, intrinsic motivation has no effect on affective commitment. Other findings show that job satisfaction has an effect on affective commitment. This study also produces findings that job satisfaction mediates the effect of organizational culture on affective commitment, and job satisfaction also mediates the effect of intrinsic motivation on affective commitment. The purpose of this study is to explain the locus of control as a moderating variable that has the influence of role stress on job satisfaction. This research was conducted on Melia Bali Hotel accounting employees. The number of samples in this study were 50 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sampling using the Likert Summated Ratings (LSR) method. Data collection was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires for Melia Bali Hotel accounting employees. Data analysis in this study uses moderated regression analysis and the model feasibility test. The results of the moderated regression analysis and the model feasibility test indicate that the locus of control variable as a moderating variable influences the role of stress on job satisfaction of accounting employees at Melia Bali Hotels. The results of this study indicate that the higher the role stress felt by Melia Bali Hotel accounting employees, the job satisfaction felt by employees will decrease. This study aims to determine the effect of time budget pressure (TBP) and professionalism on audit quality with auditor experience and job satisfaction as moderating in KAP in Bali. The population in this study were all auditors who worked in KAP in Bali, amounting to 77 auditors. Determination of samples in this study using non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The sample amounted to 42 auditors. The results of this research questionnaire were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that time budget pressure has a negative and significant effect on audit quality; professionalism has a positive and significant effect on audit quality; auditor experience weakens the effect of time budget pressure on audit quality, and strengthens the influence of professionalism on audit quality; and job satisfaction weakens the effect of time budget pressure on audit quality, and strengthens the influence of professionalism on audit quality. <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepemimpinan dan integritas terhadap kinerja anggota polri Ditreskrimum Polda Jateng dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening.</p><p>                Sampel penelitian 96anggota polri Ditreskrimum Polda Jateng yang didapatkan dengan teknik <em>purposive</em> sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah SmartPLS 3.0. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda.</p><p>                Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen (kepemimpinan dan integritas) mempengaruhi kinerja anggota polri Ditreskrimum Polda Jateng secara langsung. Kepuasan kerja Gaya kepemimpinan mempengaruhi kinerja anggota polri Ditreskrimum Polda Jateng sementara kepuasan kerjaterbukti sebagai variabel mediasi antara kepemimpian dan integritas terhadap kinerja anggota Polri.</p><p> </p><p><em>This study aims to determine the relationship between leadership and integrity to police officer performance at Ditreskrimum Polda Jateng with work satisfaction as intervening variable. </em></p><p><em>The research sample was 96 members of the police officerDitreskrimum Polda Jateng obtained by purposive sampling technique. Measuring instrument used in this study is Smart PLS 3.0. Methods of data analysis used in this study is a multiple regression analysis. </em></p><p><em>                The results showed that all variable independent (leadership and integrity) affent to police officer performance directly. work satisfaction affent to police officer performance and work satisfaction as intervening variable between leadership and integrity to police officer performance.</em></p>

This study aims to measure online advertising and tokopedia.com service quality on brand image. The population of this study is the people of Padang city who have done shopping at the online store tokopedia.com. Sampling of this study using accidental sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 100 respondents. The data collection technique of this study was to use a questionnaire with data analysis, namely using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate tocopedia.com online advertising, a positive and significant effect on brand image and tokopedia.com service quality has a positive and significant impact on brand image.Keywords: online advertising, service quality, brand image
