<p><em>This study aims to apply twitter bootstrap in an e-commerce web so that the web display becomes more responsive, that is, it can provide a display according to the device used to access the web. The object of this research is the Putra Reban Store in Kendal which markets local art equipment and supplies, especially masks</em>.</p><p><em>The system development method used in this research is the Scrum method with stages including product backlog, sprint backlog, sprint and working increment. This method was chosen because it can save system development time and can transform a business that is difficult to measure into one that is easy to develop. The system is designed with 2 actors, namely admin and customer. Admin has access rights to manage product data, customer data, and order data, while customers have the right to access product data and make order transactions.</em></p><em>With this developed system, it is easier for Putra Reban Stores to market their products because product descriptions and product availability stocks can be informed more easily and accurately. With complete and accurate product information, it will also be easier for customers to make transactions.</em>

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangung aplikasi Document Management System (DMS) di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang berbasis web. Aplikasi Document Management System dikembangkan menggunakan HTML, PHP, dan Framework CodeIgniter dengan format penyimpanan MySQL sebagai databasenya.metode pengembangan sistem adalah menggunakan model pengembangan Waterfall. Aplikasi ini berisikan beberapa komponen dalam Document Management System seperti Storage yaitu penyimpanan dokumen dalam bentuk elektronik, Distribution yaitu sebuah sistem manajemen dokumen harus membantu dalam hal penggunaan atau pembagian dokumen pada orang yang tepat, dan Annotations yaitu pengguna aplikasi DMS dapat menambah atau menghapus informasi tambahan, tanpa mengubah dokumen aslinya. Aplikasi ini telah diuji dan berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.AbstractThis research purpose to build a Document Management System (DMS) at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang based on the web. The Document Management System application was developed using HTML, PHP, and CodeIgniter Framework with the MySQL storage format as the database. The system development method implement the Waterfall development model. This application contains several components in a Document Management System such as Storage, namely storing documents in electronic form, Distribution, that is a document management system must assist in the use or sharing of documents to the right people, and Annotations, the DMS application users can add or delete additional information, without changing the original document. This application has been tested and run as expected.

Pharmacy is a health service that is very important for the community, this means that this is very much related to public health. To facilitate the community in finding the right and fast pharmacy with the best recommendations and shortest routes and several alternatives to the location of the pharmacy. This study aims to create software that makes it easier for people to find pharmacies based on alternative routes and other information related to the pharmacy located in the city of Palembang. This software uses the Floyd Warshall Algorithm as the shortest path algorithm and the Item-based collaborative filtering method for selecting items based on the rating given by the user. The system development method used is the prototype method. This research produces pharmacy location search software with alternative routes along with general information related to the pharmacy

Abstract The organization is a unit that is a means to achieve various goals or targets carried out through joint activities. In achieving organizational goals certainly will not be separated from various problems. One way to solve the problem is to discuss the problem in a meeting. Meetings are used to find solutions to problems that are expected to reach consensus, resolution, and decision. In this study will develop an application that is used for meeting management. The meetings that have been held will be grouped according to their main activities. So it can be seen how many times a meeting has been held and what the results will be. Office internal applications for documentation of web-based meeting results are built using the PHP programming language and using a MySQL database. The framework used is Laravel. System development method with a waterfall model. From the results of testing with the blackbox method it is known that the office's internal application for the documentation of the results of the web-based meeting is 100% as planned. Dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi tentunya tidak akan lepas dari berbagai permasalahan. Salah satu cara untuk memecahkan permasalan adalah dengan mendiskusikan permasalahan tersebut dalam suatu rapat. Rapat digunakan untuk menemukan solusi dalam suatu permasalahan yang diharapkan dapat mencapai suatu mufakat, penyeleseian, dan keputusan. Pada penelitian ini akan mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi yang digunakan untuk pengelolaan rapat. Rapat-rapat yang telah dilakukan nantinya akan dikelompokkan sesuai dengan kegiatan utamanya. Jadi dapat diketahui sudah berapa kali mengadakan rapat dan hasilnya seperti apa. Aplikasi internal kantor untuk dokumentasi hasil rapat berbasis web dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan database MySQL. Framework yang digunakan adalah Laravel. Metode pengembangan system dengan model waterfall. Dari hasil pengujian dengan metode blackbox telah diketahui bahwa aplikasi internal kantor untuk dokumentasi hasil rapat berbasis web 100% sudah sesuai dengan yang telah direncanakan. Computer technology is needed everywhere including inventory activities. The existence of inventory activities can minimize defects or obscurity of each device starting from the data collection of the device entering and exiting device, data collection of consumable and non-consumable device, data collection of damaged device or items that must be destroyed. But so far the inventory activities at the SMK Negeri 5 Laboratory have not been going well and the reporting process is very ineffective. Assist in research made by the Inventory Information System of Device that will assist administrative staff, laboratory personnel and principals in inventory activities. This system was designed using the prototyping system development method. Whereas the programming language used is Visual Basic and SQL Server 2008 databases. Principals, laboratories responsible, and administrative staff have their user access according to their respective user access rights according to the access rights specified by the system administrator. These data can produce reports on receipt, utilization, transfer, and maintenance of a device. Help reduce delays in reporting by organizing data collection and making inventory reports.

Correspondence is very important in managing an organization. With correspondence, the administrative process of an organization will be neater making, so that it is expected that all records can be arranged properly. This study aims to provide a computer-based letter management system consisting of the process of managing bid letters, payment letters and contract letters and making report management letters more efficiently and effectively. The system development method used is the Web Engineering. Design tools using UML (Unified Modelling Language)-Based Web Engineering (UWE).  This software was built using VB.Net. The benefit of this research is to increase an understanding and insight in the world of work that computer science will facilitate work in a company from any matter, for example, one example letter making and archiving

Rumah Laundry Kiloan is a business that offers laundry services. This business still uses aconventional transaction system. So that the system used in Rumah Laundry Kiloan still has shortcomingsand risks. The system used has the risk of losing customer notes, damage and loss of ledgers. This studyaims to help business processes that are running at Rumah Laundry Kiloan, so that they can overcomeproblems and reduce the risks of Rumah Laundry Kiloan by building a desktop-based sales informationsystem that includes saving transactions, adding transactions, adding customer data, store customerdata, and all fields included in the transaction. The system development method used is a prototypedevelopment method. The results of this study are an information system that can be used by RumahLaundry Kiloan that have been tested with black box testing.

The right and appropriate system of receiving and transferring goods is needed by the company. In the process of receiving and transferring goods from the central warehouse to the branch warehouse at PDAM Tirta Kerta Raharja, Tangerang Regency, which is currently done manually is still ineffective and inaccurate because the Head of Subdivision uses receipt documents, namely PPBP and mutation of goods, namely MPPW in the form of paper as a submission media. The Head of Subdivision enters the data of receipt and mutation of goods manually and requires a relatively long time because at the time of demand for the transfer of goods the Head of Subdivision must check the inventory of goods in the central warehouse first. Therefore, it is necessary to hold a design of information systems for the receipt and transfer of goods from the central warehouse to a web-based branch warehouse that is already database so that it is more effective, efficient and accurate. With the web-based system of receiving and transferring goods that are already datatabed, it can facilitate the Head of Subdivision in inputing data on the receipt and transfer of goods and control of stock inventory so that the Sub Head of Subdivision can do it periodically to make it more effective, efficient and accurate. The method of data collection is done by observing, interviewing and studying literature from various previous studies, while the system analysis method uses the Waterfall method which aims to solve a problem and uses design methods with visual modeling that is object oriented with UML while programming using PHP and MySQL as a database.

E-Commerce is a process model of selling and buying goods using information and communication technology. This business model offers a broad market for products owned by the seller. However this sales model is not yet common for agricultural products. Most of the process of buying and selling agricultural products is still done conventionally. The lack of agricultural e-commerce sites is the main reason for the research conducted. This research will develop an agricultural e-commerce system. This system has two main modules that are sales module and purchasing module. This article specifically develops sales modules for agricultural e-commerce. In the development of modules applied Dynamic System Development Method. The used of this model is based on characteristic of the project which have limited number of development team and short development time. The development stages consist of pre-project, feasibility study, business study, functional model iteration, and design and build iteration. In this study a prototype has been produced for the sales module on agricultural e-commerce that is being developed

Inventory management of deteriorating drugs has attracted considerable attention recently in hospitals. Drugs are a kind of special product. Two characteristics of some drugs are the shorter shelf life and high service level. This causes hospitals a great deal of difficulty in inventory management of perishable drugs. On one hand, hospitals should increase the drug inventory to achieve a higher service level. On the other hand, hospitals should decrease the drug inventory because of the short shelf life of drugs. An effective management of pharmaceuticals is required to ensure 100% product availability at the right time, at the right cost, in good conditions to the right customers. This requires a trade-off between shelf-life and service level. In addition, many uncontrollable factors can lead to random lead time of drugs. This paper focuses on deteriorating drugs with stochastic lead time. We have established a stochastic lead time inventory model for deteriorating drugs with fixed demand. The lead time obeyed a certain distribution function and shortages were allowed. This model also considered constraints on service level, stock space and drug shelf life. Through the analysis of the model, the shelf life of drugs and service level were weighted in different lead time distributions. Empirical analysis and sensitivity analysis were given to get reach important conclusions and enlightenment.

Abstrak: Citra MJ merupakan perusahaan yang mempunyai suatu usaha   penjualan berupa pakaian. Dimana Citra MJ dalam proses usahanya masih terkendala dalam hal pengelolaan data. Selain itu sistem pembayaran transaksi yang dilakukan oleh kasir masih bersifat manual sehingga menyebabkan banyak waktu yang terbuang. Sistem yang masih manual dalam pengelolaan data menyebabkan kasir kesulitan dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam mencari data produk, data pelanggan maupun data transaksi.  Karena itu untuk mempermudah hal tersebut toko Citra MJ membuat pengolahan data dan pembuatan laporan administrasi sistem kasir, Toko Citra MJ memanfaatkan penggunaan teknologi salah satunya penggunaan teknologi komputer dengan membuat perancangan aplikasi program kasir untuk toko Citra MJ. Tujuan dari perancangan program ini adalah membantu kegiatan kasir dalam hal pengolahan data seperti pengolahan data produk, data pegawai, data transaksi, data pelanggan serta pembuatan laporan di toko MJ. Aplikasi program ini sementara ini di peruntukkan untuk kasir saja ke depannya tidak menutup kemungkinan mengembangkan menjadi aplikasi yang berbasis web. Sistem kasir ini menggunakan metode waterfall, yang mana metode ini dilakukan secara berurut mulai dari analisa, rancangan, pengkodean, pengujian sampai implementasi. Dalam perancangan program kasir di toko MJ bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah java, database xampp dengan software pendukung adalah NetBeans IDE 8.1. Dengan melihat dari hasil pengujian yang menggunakan metode kuisioner diperoleh tngkat kepuasaan pengguna aplikasi program kasir sebesar 82,12 %, hal ini berarti bahwa pengguna sangat puas dengan aplikasi program kasir.   Kata kunci: program kasir, rancangan program   Abstract: Citra MJ is a company that has a sales business in the form of clothing. Where Citra Mj in its business process is still constrained in terms of data management. In addition, the payment system for transactions carried out by the cashier is still manual, causing a lot of wasted time. The system that is still manual in data management causes cashiers to have difficulty and takes a long time in finding product data, customer data and transaction data. Therefore, to make this easier, the Citra Mj store makes data processing and makes administrative reports for the cashier system, the Citra Mj store utilizes One of the uses of technology is the use of computer technology by designing a cashier program application for the Citra MJ store. The purpose of this program design is to assist cashier activities in terms of data processing such as product data processing, employee data, transaction data, customer data and report generation. This program application is currently intended for cashiers only, in the future it is possible to develop it into a web-based application. This cashier system uses the waterfall method, where this method is carried out sequentially starting from analysis, design, coding, testing to implementation. In designing the cashier program at the Mj store the programming language used is java, the xampp database with supporting software is NetBeans IDE 8.1. By looking at the test results using the questionnaire method, the level of user satisfaction of the cashier program application is 82.12%, this means that the user is very satisfied with the cashier program application.   Keywords: cashier program, program design
