The Future

Drilling fluid is an important construction technique in the drilling engineering. However, because of the influence of present situation of domestic drilling geological, drilling fluid has not yet been paid sufficient attention. During the construction process, there is not enough professional personnel and apparatus, the fluid recipes are in mess, and they can’t meet different kinds of formations, which cause that the efficiency of the drilling work is low and accidents in the hole happens frequently. This passage which is based on the characteristics and principles of quality control in each section of drilling fluid studies on the quality control, the system composition and how to ensure quality in details. It is also hoped to have the certain value and significance for the future quality control of drilling fluid.

Drilling fluid is an important technology in drilling engineering in drilling engineering. However, due to the influence of domestic geological drilling, the drilling fluid has not been given enough attention, and there is a shortage of professional technicians and equipment in the construction process. rinse formula clutter, the lack of the formation of targeted  and other issues, resulting in low-efficiency drilling, hole accidents frequently. Based on the characteristics and principles of the quality control of each part of the drilling fluid, the quality control, system composition and how to ensure the quality of the rinse solution are explored in detail. It is hoped that the quality control of the rinse solution will have some value and significance.

Based on the stress characteristics and the composition of lateral deformation about retaining wall structure, a kind of lateral displacement repairing construction technique of reinforced concrete retaining wall is proposed. Meanwhile, the process principle, construction process and quality control points of the technique are systematically analyzed in this paper. From the application effect of site engineering, the construction proposed in the paper has good engineering benefit and promotion value.

The article is devoted to major events in the history of the post-Soviet economy, their influence on forming and development of modern Russia. The author considers stages of restructuring, market reforms, transformational crisis, and recovery growth (1999-2011), as well as a current period which started in2011 and is experiencing serious problems. The present situation is analyzed, four possible scenarios are put forward for Russia: “inertia”, “mobilization”, “decisive leap”, “gradual democratic development”. More than 30 experts were questioned in the process of working out the scenarios.

The compaction quality of the subgrade is directly related to the service life of the road. Effective control of the subgrade construction process is the key to ensuring the compaction quality of the subgrade. Therefore, real-time, comprehensive, rapid and accurate prediction of construction compaction quality through informatization detection method is an important guarantee for speeding up construction progress and ensuring subgrade compaction quality. Based on the function of the system, this paper puts forward the principle of system development and the development mode used in system development, and displays the development system in real-time to achieve the whole process control of subgrade construction quality.

AbstractIn this article Joerg Rieger writes about the historical connection between colonialism and mission, and the connection between neocolonialism and mission in the present situation of globalization. Thinking on mission today, he argues, does not always see the subtle connection between mission and neocolonialism, even though it has recognized and renounced the former colonialism. While mission as "outreach" and "relationship" have some positive aspects, they can easily be tainted with neocolonial attitudes. In contrast, Rieger advocates an understanding of mission as "inreach," by which one approaches the other as truly other, and opens oneself to be changed in the encounter. A dialogical approach to mission – indeed a "multilogical" approach is "no longer optional but essential to the future of both mission and theology."

Taking an international comparative perspective, the paper seeks to identify conditions that favour or impede participation in continuing higher education (CHE), and to answer the question what lessons can be learned from other countries. To this end we present selected findings of a secondary analysis of data from seven countries and systematically relate them to the country-specific institutional context. Our analysis suggests that the present situation and the future development of CHE are strongly path-dependent and context-bound. This systemic character of CHE restricts the transferability of particular features of a country's CHE system. Nonetheless, there remain several lessons to be learned from other countries.

The Future

Based on a subway tunnel construction, the construction method was introduced. The ground subsidence, crown settlement and convergence displacement caused by the cut tunnel are monitored during the tunneling construction and the results of monitoring data for them are analyzed. This technology wells to guide the tunnel-entering construction effectively and avoid the tunnel-entering construction process prone to landslides, thus ensuring the safety of the tunnel construction and will guiding the future construction.
