Drilling fluid is an important construction technique in the drilling engineering. However, because of the influence of present situation of domestic drilling geological, drilling fluid has not yet been paid sufficient attention. During the construction process, there is not enough professional personnel and apparatus, the fluid recipes are in mess, and they can’t meet different kinds of formations, which cause that the efficiency of the drilling work is low and accidents in the hole happens frequently. This passage which is based on the characteristics and principles of quality control in each section of drilling fluid studies on the quality control, the system composition and how to ensure quality in details. It is also hoped to have the certain value and significance for the future quality control of drilling fluid.

Based on the characteristics and principles of the quality control of each part of the drilling fluid, the quality control, system composition and how to ensure the quality of the rinse solution are explored in detail. It is hoped that the quality control of the rinse solution will have some value and significance.

Based on the stress characteristics and the composition of lateral deformation about retaining wall structure, a kind of lateral displacement repairing construction technique of reinforced concrete retaining wall is proposed. Meanwhile, the process principle, construction process and quality control points of the technique are systematically analyzed in this paper. From the application effect of site engineering, the construction proposed in the paper has good engineering benefit and promotion value.

The composition and properties of the petrochemical wastewater were introduced firstly, the current situation of petrochemical wastewater treatment at home and abroad were reviewed in the study. Especially the development of petrochemical industry in sichuan was introduced. AbstractIn this article Joerg Rieger writes about the historical connection between colonialism and mission, and the connection between neocolonialism and mission in the present situation of globalization. Thinking on mission today, he argues, does not always see the subtle connection between mission and neocolonialism, even though it has recognized and renounced the former colonialism. While mission as "outreach" and "relationship" have some positive aspects, they can easily be tainted with neocolonial attitudes. In contrast, Rieger advocates an understanding of mission as "inreach," by which one approaches the other as truly other, and opens oneself to be changed in the encounter. A dialogical approach to mission – indeed a "multilogical" approach is "no longer optional but essential to the future of both mission and theology."

Taking an international comparative perspective, the paper seeks to identify conditions that favour or impede participation in continuing higher education (CHE), and to answer the question what lessons can be learned from other countries. To this end we present selected findings of a secondary analysis of data from seven countries and systematically relate them to the country-specific institutional context. Our analysis suggests that the present situation and the future development of CHE are strongly path-dependent and context-bound. This systemic character of CHE restricts the transferability of particular features of a country's CHE system. Nonetheless, there remain several lessons to be learned from other countries.

Based on a subway tunnel construction, the construction method was introduced. The ground subsidence, crown settlement and convergence displacement caused by the cut tunnel are monitored during the tunneling construction and the results of monitoring data for them are analyzed. This technology wells to guide the tunnel-entering construction effectively and avoid the tunnel-entering construction process prone to landslides, thus ensuring the safety of the tunnel construction and will guiding the future construction.
