The aim of this study was to discover the influence of head teachers’ managerial skills  (Effective Communication, Motivation, Study Habit, interest, Human skills, Conceptual  skills, Time Management skills, Leadership skills, Supervision) on students’ Academic  Performance at secondary school level. In this study, quantitative research design was  applied by the researcher. Moreover, purposive sampling technique was used by  distributing the questionnaires among sample of 239 students and 206 teachers of  Government secondary school in Multan District. While analyzing the data Z-test, Pearson  Correlation, and Multiple Linear Regressions were applied in order to explore the  influences of head teacher’s managerial skills upon the students’ academic performance.  The findings of the study indicated that all the factors were highly correlated with each   other and with students’ academic performance. Multiple Regression Model showed that all  the independent variables have positive influence on the dependent variables and all these  factors were statistically significant with respect to the students’ Academic Performance.

The title of the existing topic is “Impact of stress on student’s academic performance at secondary school level”. The important motives of this study are to explore the stress impact on the students’ academic performance. Stress has a key role in student’s academic performance. This study was to focus on the negative impact on the student’s academic performance. The purposes of the study were to investigate; firstly, the type of stress linked with student’s performance; secondly, to evaluate the impact of stress on the academic performances of students; and thirdly, differentiate the impacts of stress on the academic performances of both gender students. To achieve the above-mentioned objectives of the study, the researcher can suggest a reasonable solution for the impact of stress on student’s academic performance. The data collected for this topic, has been gathered from all the secondary schools in District Vehari.  In this study the researcher was taken a sample of (n=10) secondary schools from each Tehsil of District Vehari. The researcher was further divided (n=10) secondary schools into two groups (n=5) males and (n=5) female secondary schools. The researcher was taken (n=15) students from each secondary school selected as sample. The researcher was used simple random sampling technique for data collection. Five points Likert-scale used in this research. 99% respondents are responding about the factor of stress impact on their academic performance. After collecting data, it was analyzed by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20. The tool (questionnaire) used for the collection data was 0.850 Cronbach alpha. In this study, different tests were applied as to factor analysis and regression. Generally, the major findings of study divulged that there are significant impacts of stress on student’s academic performance. This study concluded that major factors of stress among the students are teacher and parents.

Financial management is preparing, directing and managing the monetary activities of an institution and it has become necessary for the educational managers to have good financial management skills. The objectives of the study were; 1) To explore the heads financial managerial skills at secondary school level 2) To find out the effect of heads financial managerial skills in accelerating secondary school performance. The study was descriptive in nature. All the heads of secondary schools comprised the population in district Sahiwal. Researchers selected 110 headteachers from secondary schools through a simple random sampling technique. A questionnaire was used as a research tool for the study and researchers visited the respondents personally and the target of 100% data collection successfully achieved. The study concluded that due to heads teachers financial management skills the overall performance of school has been improved including students attendance, teachers attendance, results of different classes and drop out of the students.

The study sought to explore students' views on the utility of non-formal education in addressing the school dropout phenomenon at secondary school level. Qualitative research approach was adopted and a case study design was utilised. The population consisted of all the students in the non-formal programme at the school from which a sample of 11 students (2 male and 9 female) was selected through purposive stratified sampling technique. Data were gathered through structured in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. Non-formal education was seen to address the school dropout phenomenon by providing school drop outs with an opportunity to continue their education and hence becomes a form of empowerment. A number of challenges such as lack of adequate tuition in some subjects, lack of conducive learning environment as well as negative perception of non-formal education held by pupils in the formal stream and community members were identified. The study recommends that the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education should review the staffing situation in schools to ensure the availability of teachers in the various subjects in the non-formal stream. Schools should make an effort to provide appropriate learning facilities for students in the nonformal stream. Furthermore, schools should conscientise their communities on the importance of non-formal education.

The general purpose of the research is to investigate the school head teachers’ awareness level about rules related to Punjab Education Code. The nature of the study is descriptive and a cross-sectional survey design has used for this study. The sample consists of 100 head teachers of secondary schools in the district of Sheikhupura. The sample was selected using a stratified random sampling technique. To measure the awareness level about the Punjab Education Code a questionnaire is used to collect the mandatory information. The questionnaire is comprised of the items related to head teachers’ awareness level of rules given in the Punjab education code. The data produced by the instrument is tabulated and analyzed through the Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS). According to the research questions, descriptive statistical techniques are applied. The results of this study are showed that most of the head teachers are not having complete awareness of the rules given in the Punjab Education Code.

The present study has been conducted for the identification of Principals leadership’s competencies in academic and administrative areas at the secondary school level of education in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The population of this research study encompasses all 1422 Secondary School Principals. Random sampling technique was applied to select 377 school heads as respondents. To conduct the research study, data was collected through questionnaires, which were further tabulated for analysis through Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), and analytical tools of mean, standard deviation, and correlation were used. It is found that the majority of the respondents responded that they had properly managed human resources, and performed academic and administrative activities for the promotion of education in the institutions. It is recommended that the level of leadership in administrative and academic areas be improved with modern approaches.

Effective classroom management strategies can play an important role in teaching learning process. Classroom management encompasses many factors including management of subject matter, environment, discipline and time. These all are the byproducts of teacher’s effective classroom management strategies. This study was focused to investigate the teacher’s Classroom Time Management Strategies (CTMS) at secondary school level. All secondary school teachers of Khyber Pukhtunkhwah (KP) were considered as the population of the study. A sample of 480 teachers form 80 schools of five (5) districts (96 teachers to each district) was randomly selected. The sample was further distributed into eight (8) strata of male/female, urban/rural, science/arts, and public/private through stratified random sampling techniques such that the number of teachers in each stratum remains 240. The data was collected through a self-prepared questionnaire of reliability 0.87 and was analyzed through statistical tools. The analyzed data reflected that mostly teachers (62.7%) were in practice to utilize time management strategies. Further it was found that: male teachers were superior to female teachers; urban teachers were superior to the rural school teachers; science teachers were superior to the arts teachers; and public school teachers were superior to the private school teachers in classroom time management strategies CTMS; and. Classroom management oriented refresher courses for female teachers may be arranged to abridge gender gap in various CTMS and these strategies should be stressed more frequently in curriculum and pre-service teacher trainings.

The purpose of this research is to discover the effect of cyber bullying on students academic achievement and their behavior. The objective of the research was to find out the academic achievement affected by cyberbullying and behavior of students on gender basis at higher secondary school level. Through random sampling technique, 2160 students and 48 teachers from 6 districts were selected. Questionnaires and interviews were used for data analysis using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results showed that cyber bullying significantly affects students academic achievement than their behavior. No significant effect of cyber bullying was found on students academic achievement and their behavior with respect to their gender. The qualitative data obtained from interviews teachers concludes that students are well aware of cyber bullying and cyber bullying equally affects boys and girls of public sector higher secondary schools.

The purpose of the research is to find out the impact of continuous assessment techniques such as oral tests, written test home assignments and re-cape exercises on the academic performance of students at the secondary level. Present research work revolves around some salient issues on continuous assessment implementation with emphasis on the empirical impact of continuous assessment on the academic performance of students in secondary schools. The descriptive research design is most suitable for data collection. Researchers use a simple random sampling technique for sample selection. This study was continued with a sample of 226 secondary school teachers, of which 80 female teachers and 146 were male and 300 students of secondary level. The finding of research shows that four continuous assessment techniques have a significant effect on academic performance. It is recommended that techniques such as oral tests, written tests, home assignments and re-cape exercises should be used for enhancing the academic performance of students at the secondary level.

Organizational conduct requires an understanding of justice. Justice has received ample attention from researchers from various disciplines, including economics, psychology, law, and corporate life. The study's objectives were to 1) explore the perceptions of teachers about organizational justice and academic performance; 2) ascertain the relationship between organizational justices with teachers' academic performance. The population consisted of teachers who taught students in grades XI-XII, and the survey consisted of 155 teachers. A 30-item questionnaire was used as a testing instrument for data collection. The research found that most administrators rewarded workers for doing their jobs well, the majority of teachers were pleased with the practices they implemented, and their strategies and procedures were fair. On the other hand, teachers' student success is closely related to what they write on their whiteboards. Additionally, it concluded that teachers effectively test student learning. Teachers should do an assessment of their students' academic difficulties for preparing.

AV aids are very important in the learning process. It prepares students for useful learning. There is no doubt that learning materials have great importance in education. Due to this the researcher conducts a study regarding "impact of AV AIDS on the academic achievement of students". A descriptive nature study was conducted. All the 10th class students of Gov secondary schools were the study population. As a sample 500 respondents were selected from 12 Govt. secondary schools, by applying a simple random sampling technique. The researcher delimited the study only to 10th grade of the 12 females and males' schools. To collect the data, a self-made tool was used. The collected data was analyzed by SPSS. John Curry formula was applied. Frequency, percentage, and linear regression were used for analysis. It was revealed that students' academic achievement has a positive relation with AV aids.
