The economic crisis a few years ago to make economic conditions in Indonesia have made great progress , so that requires leaders and company management to improve competitiveness by providing the best services for its customers in order to survive . One of the company's goal is to support their survival to earn profits . The company's main goal can be achieved if the maximum performance of the company and work well , because of the success and the success of an enterprise is the ability to generate profit and expand its business .The population in this study were clients and employees of PT . Surya Artha SRB Barokah Semarang . number of employees required sample is 45 people and the customer sample 99.88 or 100 people . The analytical method used is descriptive analysis .Results of the study is a financial ratio used is ROA , ROA and LDR . Results of this study indicate that the SRB Surya Artha Barokah Semarang from 2010 through 2012 can achieve cost effectiveness and generate optimal profits . Performance of the financial perspective shows good results even continue experiencing good growth . Results of this study indicate that explains that the market share in Semarang Barokah Surya Artha SRB increased to reach an average value of 161.88 % . Surya Artha SRB Barokah Semarang maintain competitiveness , interest rates , increasing mastery of market segments in order to meet customer needs . Surya Artha SRB Barokah Semarang start expanding operations by expanding the branch network , the development of a variety of products and services offered . It aims to improve after-sales service and provide additional benefits to our customers in order to still have the loyalty of the BPRS Artha Barokah Surya Semarang . Results of measurements describing the success ratio AETR increased efficiency , effectiveness and accuracy of the transactions conducted BPRS Artha Barokah Surya Semarang . Results of this study showed improvement indicated that employee productivity is increasing every year . This happens because in assessing the percentage of successful employee training SRB Surya Artha Barokah Semarang . Regarding the level of employee satisfaction shows the value of the overall average score of 4.03 . The figure shows the results of a good or satisfied . <p>The purpose of this study is to measure the performance of Shari’ah KANINDO Malang in East Java by using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). BSCis a performance measurement method which not only reflects the financial performance, but also non-financial performance (aspects of the customer, internal business processes and learning and growth). The method of analysis in this research is by using descriptive analysis. The research result, the average value for each of the perspective that is the financial perspective is needed to be improved</p> <p>because there are several ratios that are still not as stable as the LDR. Customer perspective, which is indicated by the level of customer satisfaction (customer satisfaction) foward the services provided by KANINDO to the members and the prospective members. In the internal business perspective, it needed targetsin the performance assessment by which it can easily know the barometer of success of a program of work in order the company’s goals can be achieved optimally and the learning and the growth are quite good as indicated by the increased of productivity of employees from year to year. So it can be concluded that the performance of Shari’ah KANINDO Malang of East Java is included in criteria of quite well and it is suggested that KANINDO implements the Balanced Scorecard method for performance appraisal.</p>

The purpose of this research is firstly to measure the company performance of Ground Coffee Sahabat viewed from the perspective of finance, customers, internal business processes, learning and growth. Second to recommend strategies that should be applied in the future. The method used is Balanced Scorecard (BSC), by measuring equally financially and non-financially, divided into four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, learning and growth. The results showed that the company performance of Ground Coffee Sahabat based on financial perspective is good with the number of score 4, the perspective of the customer category good with the number of score 1, internal business process perspective in the category of good with a score of 5, and learning and growth perspective also in good category with score 1. Overall the performance of this company can be said good with the overall weighting value of 0.7 and is on the scale of business "good". In the future strategy recommendations, the company further improves financial performance in generating profits, increasing sales, providing better service to customers, expanding the marketing area, expanding the form of cooperation with suppliers, increasing production numbers, better able to retain employees, and improve employee productivity. This study aims to determine the performance of Baiturrahman Sharia Cooperative based on the balanced scorecard method. This research is descriptive with the method of collecting data documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. The analysis used is the Balanced Scorecard analysis. The respondents in this study were 93 cooperative members and 14 cooperative employees. Based on the results of the study using the balanced scorecard, the financial perspective obtained values in each ratio, namely the current ratio of 25, Total Debt to Total Asset Ratio of 0, and Return On Asset of 25 which showed poor performance in the cooperative financial perspective. In the customer perspective, customer retention has increased by 24%, the level of customer acquisition has increased by 10%, as well as the level of customer satisfaction which has a score of 4.0 which shows good customer performance. In the perspective of internal business processes, the innovation process gets a score of 4.6, the operating process gets a score of 4.7, and good after-sales service shows the performance of a good internal business process perspective. In the perspective of learning and growth, employee productivity increases, the results of employee retention indicate that the company can hold employees accountable, and employee satisfaction which scores 4.6 which shows performance in the perspective of good cooperative learning and growth. Overall, the four perspectives show good categories except in a financial perspective.

This study aims to improve learning outcomes in English aspects of reading skill ability through the word by word pronunciation learning method. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah 2 Parepare with a total of 10 people. The data collection technique of this research used observation, tests, and field notes. While the data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the increase in learning for fourth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah 2 Parepare through pronunciation word by word is in the first cycle in the low category with an average score of 53.00, while in the second cycle there is an increase in the high category with an average value. average 85.00. In connection with these results, it can be concluded that the learning method of pronounciation word by word can improve learning outcomes of English aspects of reading skill ability for fourth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah 2 Parepare.

This research was intended to know how the performance of corporate government (BUMN) in Bali on period 2014-2016. It was reviewed from balance scorecard perspective. It was for to the detection and measures performance. The research concluded (1) the performance was reviewed from financial perspective maximal yet. Due to still found ratios fluctuations, only cash ratio that experience enhanced (2) the performance has been reviewed from non-financial perspective was good perspective (maximal). It was seen from perspective of customer and employee, average achieve satisfied criteria, from average employee productivity level experiences enhanced and from value side manufacturing cycle efficiency more than one.

Performance management is intended to improve the strategic focus and effectiveness of the company by ensuring continuous improvement in individual and team performance. The most popular approach used is the BSC (Balanced Scorecard). Coffee shop "Kalem Coffee" wants to develop their business, therefore in this study we want to design a performance measurement instrument Kalem Coffee using BSC. The initial stage in designing a performance instrument is to conduct internal and external analysis in order to know the business position in the industry and what strategies should be used. The SWOT approach is used in internal and external environmental analysis. From the SWOT analysis, it is known that Coffee Sugar is in quadrant IV position. The strategy that should be applied is diversification. This strategy requires Kalem Coffee to make a difference with similar businesses to bring greater opportunities for business to take place. The next stage is the formulation of strategic objectives. The strategic objectives designed are; (1) increase in profit, (2) increase customer loyalty, (3) improve relations with new customers, (4) develop quality products with innovation, (5) develop good and quality services, (6) increase employee job satisfaction, (7) improvement of employee skills, and (8) Knowledge of employee knowledge. The eight strategic objectives are translated into 2 financial perspective Key Performance Indicators (KPI), 3 KPI internal business processes, 4 KPI customer perspectives, and 5 KPI growth and learning perspectives, with the target of each KPI set based on discussions with Kalem Coffee owners.

This study aims to determine the performance of Credit Unions ARTA PANCA JAYA when measured using the concept of balanced scorecard through four perspectives, namely: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process and learning and growth perspective, so it can be used as information for management in assessing company performance. The data used is quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative data is data that can be measured, including comparative balance sheet, profit/loss and others. While the qualitative data is data that cannot be measured. The purpose of this study was to make a descriptive/picture, describe a systematic, factual and accurate information on the facts, characteristics and relationships between phenomena diselidiki. This study seeks to get an overview of the performance of companies in this regard, namely Credit Unions ARTA PANCA JAYA when viewed from four perspectives of the balanced scorecard. Performance measurement in this study using a score of -1 for the performance of “less”, and 0 for performance “pretty” and one for performance “good”. Total score assessment of performance against Credit Unions ARTA PANCA JAYA is 8, of the total weight of the standard 15. Thus, the average score is 8/15 = 0.53 (situated between 0 to 0.6).Berdasarkan results of performance assessment Credit Unions ARTA PANCA JAYA in 2010 showed that the performance of Credit Unions ARTA PANCA JAYA   overall was good.

This study aims to determine the performance of PT. Matahari Department Store using the Balanced Scorecard. This measurement is looking at the business unit from four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning- growth. The analysis showed that: 1) In Financial perspective, which seen from the growth of revenue, ROI (Return onInvestments), and profit margin shows the performance of PT. This research aims to determine the performance of the beef processing industry in Kefamenanu City District and to analyze the amount of added value generated from beef processing in Kefamenanu City District. This research was conducted in the MSMEs VIVI meat processing industry, Kefamenanu City District, North Central Timor Regency. This study used the Surfei method with quantitative descriptive analysis. The variables observed were the performance of the meat processing industry and the added value of beef processing. The application of the balanced scorecard concept in analyzing the performance of VIVI MSMEs shows that from a financial perspective it has a good performance with an infinite CR value; average NPM 8,216%; an average ROA of 15,39% and an average ROI of 2,24 times of the investment value. From the customer perspective, it has a good performance with 51,49% of general customers who are satisfied and 49,79% of partner customers who are satisfied. For the perspective of internal business processes and the perspective of learning and growth have a good performance, respectively, with a value of 60,76% and 54,86%, respectively. It is concluded that the value added of beef products per kilogram of output is Rp. 48.060.00 for shredded products and beef jerky products of Rp. 37.551.00.
