This study aims to examine the influence of the work environment on employee performance mediated by work discipline. It is quantitative research with questionnaires as the data collection method. Data were analyzed by using Path Analysis. The populations are all of the full-time employees, and seventy-eight respondents of them were selected by saturated sampling method. The study shows that the work environment affects employee performance, and work discipline mediates the effect of the work environment on employee performance.

This research aims to explain the effect of product quality on brand image, the effect of product quality on customer loyalty, the influence of brand image on customer loyalty, and the role of brand image to mediate the effect of product quality on customer loyalty of Kober Mie Setan in Denpasar City This research was conducted in Denpasar using 100 respondents. Data collection method used is purposive sampling method with path analysis technique. The results showed that product quality had a positive and significant effect on brand image. Product quality has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Brand image has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Brand image as a mediation variable significantly indirect influence on customer loyalty through product quality variables. Kober Mie Satan needs to pay attention to the portion of food to match the expectations of the consumers. In addition, Kober Mie Satan needs to improve the positive reputation for the image of Kober Mie Satan is considered positive and able to create customer loyalty. This study aims to explain the influence of endorser credibility on brand credibility, the influence of endorser credibility on brand equity, the influence of brand credibility on brand equity, and the role of brand credibility mediates the influence of endorser credibility on IM3 user brand equity in Denpasar City. This research was conducted in the area of ??Denpasar City using 170 respondents. Data collection method used is purposive sampling method with path analysis techniques. The results found that endorser credibility, had a positive and significant effect on brand credibility, endorser credibility had a positive and significant effect on brand equity, brand credibility had a positive and significant effect on brand equity, and brand credibility served as a partial mediation of the influence of endorser credibility and brand equity. IM3 providers need to pay attention to strong networks / signals, to be in line with consumer expectations. In addition, IM3 providers need to improve positive endorser credibility so that IM3 providers are able to create better brand equity for consumers. Work discipline is one of the factors that can reflect the performance produced by employees. This study was designed as survey research. The approach used in this research is quantitative research. It conducted this research at the Department of Industry and Trade of Central Mamuju Regency. This study's population were all Department of Industry and Trade of Central Mamuju Regency employees, amounting to 26 people. The data collection techniques used in this research were interviews, a list of questions, and documentation. The work environment plays a positive and significant role in work discipline at the Office of Trade and Industry in Central Mamuju District. Thus, it can conclude that the work environment will play a role in work discipline. Leadership has a positive and significant role in work discipline at the Office of Trade and Industry in Central Mamuju District. Thus, it can conclude that leadership will maintain work discipline.

Employee performance is a description of the level of achievement of the implementation of a program of activities or policies in realizing the goals, objectives, vision and mission of the organization which is expressed through the strategic planning of an organization. The purposes of this study are: 1) to determine whether there is an influence between job stress and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of  PT Famed Calibration, 2) to find out whether there is an effect of work stress on employee performance at PT Famed Calibration, 3) to determine whether there is an effect of job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT Famed Calibration. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with an associative research approach. The sample used purposive sampling method, namely by directly selecting all employees as many as 70 people. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 19 software for windows. The study found that all hypotheses in this study have been proven. 1) Job stress and job satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at the PT Famed Calibration, 2) Job satisfaction has a partial effect on employee performance at PT Famed Calibration, 3) Job stress partially affects the performance of PT Famed Calibration

The role of the community is an essential part to cut down the COVID-19 chain transmission, a current world pandemic. Knowledge determines a person's healthy behavior that can prevent transmission of COVID-19. This research’s goal is to analyze the effect of health promotion via telemedicine on increasing knowledge about COVID-19 prevention in the productive-age population in Indonesia. This study used one group pretest-posttest design and accidental sampling method involving 146 respondents based on the inclusion criteria. The data collection method was carried out by using a questionnaire containing simple and general questions related to COVID-19 that tested subjects before and after telemedicine health promotion. Based on the assessment of the questionnaire through pretest and posttest, there was an increase in the average knowledge after being given health education with telemedicine with p<0.001 (CI 95%). This study shows that telemedicine could significantly increase average knowledge about COVID-19 prevention in the productive-age population in Indonesia.

 This study aims to determine whether there is a partial influence of work environment and motivation on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees. To find out the influence of work environment and work motivation simultaneously on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees.      The nature of this research is correlational. The variables of this study are the work environment and work motivation and employee performance. The population in this study were all Household Employees at the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta with a population of 37, a population of less than 100, so that all populations were sampled by the census method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%.       The results obtained by the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta University. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University in Yogyakarta. Employee performance is influenced by the work environment and work motivation by 29.3%, while the remaining 70.7% is influenced by other factors.

The purpose of this research is to know and examine the influence of Leadership, Discipline and Communication on Performance Through Motivation in Open University Tutor (Study on Wonosobo II Learning Group UPBJJ Yogyakarta Open University). Data collection techniques using documentation, observation, and questionnaire, the sampling method was census method. Analysis using path analysis (path analysis). The result of t test shows that Leadership has an insignificant effect on the motivation of open university tutor. Discipline has no significant effect on the motivation of open university tutors. Communication has no significant effect on the motivation of open university tutors. Leadership has a significant effect on the performance of open university tutors. Discipline has no significant effect on the performance of open university tutors. Communication has a significant effect on the performance of open university tutors. Motivation has no significant effect on the performance of open university tutors.F test results show that leadership, discipline, communication and motivation together have a significant effect on the performance of open university tutors. The result of total coefficient determination test 41,8%. This means that the performance of university tutor tutors is open, explained by Leadership, discipline, communication and motivation variables as intervening variable of 41.8%. And the remaining 58.2% described other variables outside the research model, for example, organizational culture and commitment, the work environment not included in the model. The result of path analysis shows that communication has significant effect to performance, is the most dominant path.Keywords: Leadership, Discipline, Communication, Motivation and Performance

Organizational goals can be achieved with the company's HR performance. Poor performance will have an impact on the company's image and certainly slow down the process in achieving organizational goals. This study was conducted to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance and the role of work stress as mediating variables. This study took 42 employees as respondents using a questionnaire, with a saturated sampling method. Path analysis was used. The results of the study indicate that workload has a negative effect on employee performance. Work environment has a positive effect on employee performance. Job stress has a negative influence on employee performance. This study also found that work stress mediates the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that further research is able to examine the performance of employees with respondents and more complex research locations. The results of this study are also expected to be used as a reference and consideration for companies in decision making related to employee performance. The studies in the field of marketing have shown that characteristics of the source will influence persuasiveness of the advertisement. This study evaluates the effect of celebrity expertise on advertising effectiveness. Research participants ( N = 109) were selected based on area sampling method. The respondents completed a questionnaire that measured the respondent’s perception of celebrity’s expertise, celebrity brand fit, attitude towards advertisement, attitude towards brand and purchase intention. Path analysis was used to evaluate the hypothesis. The study found that celebrity expertise has got a very significant influence on purchase intention indicating that the practitioner should focus on celebrity’s field of expertise before deciding on the endorsement. The study also found that influence of celebrity brand fit on purchase intention is mediated by the attitude towards advertisement and attitude towards the brand.
