Plagiarism is an immoral act in the world of authorship. But the extent to which the boundaries of a writing is called plagiarism or nonplagiat, that is what until it has not been given a benchmark. Speaking of plagiarism necessarily belongs to the originality of a writing, but when speaking of originality is certainly something that is impossible to do. For every writing must be the ideas of others in it. In the world of Indonesian literature, the issue of plagiarism has often occurred and is expressed. The incident a few years ago re-emerged in newspaper literature, precisely in the year 2011 ago. The case happened to a young writer, Dadang Ari Murtono (DAM), on the accusation that the short story in Rashomon Old Woman is a plagiarism of Rashomon's short story by Rynosuke Akutagawa, Japanese cerpenis. This paper examines the case of such plagiarism using the method of comparative literature study and using the theory of postmodernism. The purpose of this study is to uncover whether or not the DAMs act of plagiarism or the phenomenon is only political literature. In addition, it also opens up a new discourse that forms of writing as do DAM included in the category of theft or a new offer in the world of authorship.

In general, early Pentecostals did not use any pulpits in their halls in order to underline their emphasis that each believer is a prophet and priest equipped by the Holy Spirit with gifts for the edification of other members of the assembly. All participated in the worship service by way of praying, prophesying, witnessing and bringing a message from God. From the 1940s, Pentecostals in their desire to be acceptable in their communities formed an alliance with evangelicals, accepted their hermeneutical viewpoint and built traditional churches in accordance with the Protestant tradition. From the 1980s, the pulpit started disappearing from the front of Pentecostal churches. This is explained in terms of new alliances that Pentecostals made with neo-Pentecostalist churches and a new hermeneutical viewpoint. The hypothesis of the article is that the Pentecostal stance towards the pulpit was determined by its hermeneutical perspectives. It is described by way of a comparative literature study and applied to a specific case study, the Apostolic Faith Mission of South Africa.

This study aims to pinpoint the relevant relation between two literary works which have a relationship with one another in the perspective of comparative literature studies. Data were gathered through the text deconstruction theory method by means of an intertextuality approach. The method is applied to juxtapose two well-known poems, Krawang Bekasi (Indonesia) and The Young Dead Soldiers Do Not Speak (America), which are suspected of having the same content and theme, but their relations were never revealed. This thematic-based study uses a multicultural perspective and is naturally suitable for comparative literature study. The objective of this study was to reveal the existence of Krawang Bekasi as one of the Indonesian poems written by Chairil Anwar and to demonstrate the cultural translation methods, known as cultural intertexts relation, for finding the intertextuality of two literary works. In fact, by tabling line through line, the intertextuality was found to be workable in comparative literature. As a result, the study shows that Krawang Bekasi by Chairil Anwar is an adaptation which borrows from and transforms The Young Dead Soldiers Do Not Speak by Archibald MacLeish. Thus, the intertextual relationship of these two works is revealed.
