Literary work as a means of a humanitarian mission having the role of the rise of the in the context of social life. Short stories as one kind of literary work , in present-day also keeps growing. Various issues related to the environment for an integral part in the development of the short stories in Indonesia.  Ecocriticism  is subjects who specializes in an effort to “plumbed” the links between literary work to the environment. This research focus on study literary work short stories who raised issues of on environment today in Indonesia. The image of the results obtained , that engineering telling / style and a moral message taken up in a few short stories titled environment increasingly more varies.  This opportunity can be used in full as a saving the environment and rescue literary work , short stories main. Literary work ( short stories ) can be “wind fresh”  for both.  Moreover environmental phenomenon that happens in society the recent very alarming directness of creatures in the future.

The writing lesson is actually very important given to the students to practice using the language actively. Our school in general is rather ignorant of writing lessons. The theoretical test material can lead to the motivation of the language teacher to teach the composing material only to be able to answer the exam questions, while the skill aspect is ignored. In addition to the above matters, it is assumed that some teachers who consider the authoring assignment given to the student are too burdensome or the task is too much for the student, so he feels sorry for the heavy burden to his students. Based on the above explanation, the researcher would like to try to do research with the title "Increase Learning Achievement of Indonesian Language Writing with Guided Learning Methods on Grade VII Students of Junior High School Saint Yosef Surbaya".

This study to describes the form of lexical interference of Javanese language into Indonesian language in the protocolly lectures, the form of morphological interference of Javanese language into Indonesian Language, and the syntactic of interference form Javanese language into Indonesian language. This research uses qualitative descriptive research method, with contextual linguistic research strategy, that is language research with structural analysis on speech of language user society. Sources of data in this study as the form of a speech the students of Educational language and Indonesian literature programs FKIP Kediri who studied in the protocolly lectures for odd semester 2016. This study to analyze the findings of Javanese language interference in oral speeches of participants in the subjects of protocolly lectures in Educational language and Indonesian literature programs. The instrument of this research is self-researcher because the research is in the form of oral discourse. The techniques of data collection are using the technique of recording note and recording. While the data analyze was used the interactive model including reduction data, presentation data, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that of the three types of lexical interference is the most when compared with morphological interference and syntax interference.  It can be seen from the number of lexical interference data found in student speech transcripts. Syntactic interference ranks for the second, then the third order of morphological interference.

Ngembah Belo Selambar is one of the rituals of marriage of girls according to Karo custom. The purpose is to get the willingness of girl, parents, sembuyak, Anak Beru, Kalimbubu Singalo Bere-bere and kalimbubu Singalo perkempun on the proposal. Initially the event Ngembah Belo Selambar is done at night after finished eating. However, nowadays events are sometimes held at noon or afternoon, which begins or ends by eating together. Studying it through the social semiotics of the implementation of Ngembah Belo Selambar has a semiotic meaning of custom equipment used from Amak Mentar Kehamaten (Honest White mat), Khamas Kehamaten, Luah (gifts) as cimpa unung unung bulung singkut (lepat pulut wrapped wear palm leaves), side dishes of chicken, Uis pudun pensih can be tried with money, Ose (clothes), all this equipment has a very wide meaning as a symbol in the Karo Langkat tribe. This article looks for meaning not according to the researchers themselves, but the meaning in accordance with what is expressed by the speakers. Researchers look for the quality of the semiotic meaning of verbal and nonverbal symbols based on the quality of the content, the usage of the symbolic meaning that most appear in the marriage of lexical or grammatical meaning, meaning based on social context. The research method used is descriptive analysis method, where will be made a systematic and accurate description of the data under study. Descriptive method was chosen because of research done to see clearly about the object under study naturally. Form Symbol/semiotic sign lays on the discourse Ngembah Belo Selambar and Semiotik Meaning on Equipment discourse Ngembah Belo Selambar.

In the novel Saman, it can be found some interesting problems to be analyzed. This paper limits the descriptive analysis of flow and conflict structures and their interrelationships in the meaning of novel. The problem is considered interesting because the path created by the author is not sequential. In addition, the flow in the novel is also interesting because it is different from the conventional rules flow. Saman is a fragment of Ayu Utami's first novel, Laila Tak Mampir di New York. This Fragment won the Jakarta Arts Council Roman contest 1999 and also the recipient of the award for his work which is considered to expand the limit of writing in the community. The structure of Saman's novel flow is not based on the order of life events (in fact). It is intended by the author to have the reader interested in reading the entire contents of the novel. The meaning to be conveyed is to commit the wrong action (affair, leave the duties of priesthood) will lead to other people hurt and will lead to conflict or problems. The form of conflict that built the flow of novel Saman there are two, namely social conflict and inner conflict. Both forms of this conflict arise because this novel raises the problem of infidelity and sexual problems.

Efforts to preserve the legendary cultural heritage and in the framework of seeking the identity of the nation as well as the diversity of ethnic groups in Indonesia, one way to do is to collect and care for folklore. This research as a means to treat foklor legend of Lake Ranu and Ngebel legend Telaga. Both legends have almost the same story, both the character and the story. The purpose of this study is to determine the similarities and differences in the two legends, through its structure, function and cultural values. Such long-term goal in this study is, to provide knowledge about oral literature research on literature students who can be used as a reference for the future. In addition, this research can also provide new knowledge for the general public about the storyline of the legend of Lake Ngebel and the legend of Lake Ranu. Based on the results of research that has been done then can be drawn a conclusion, namely: the structure there are four equations and has three differences. Something contained in the two legends have three functions, namely; as entertainment, as a means of legitimizing institutions and cultural institutions, as child educators. For the cultural values contained in these two legends are the value of Diktatik, Ethical, and Religious values

Foreign terms from English into Indonesian in Indonesian dictionary the fourth edition is analyzed based on morphophonemic. Morphophonemic based translation process is based on the form (Form-based translation) and translation based on meaning (Meaning-based translation) (Larson, 1984). The shape of these foreign terms will be analyzed using the theory of generative phonology transformation (Schane, 1992) which is based on the change in morpheme formation of foreign terms to find the meaning of the translation process either BSu or the meaning of the grammatical BSa. This study uses a tool agih determining precisely which part of the language in question (Sudaryanto, 1993:15). This research method has three techniques, namely (1) elicitation, (2) a large library Indonesian Dictionary Fourth Edition (2012) and English dictionary, and (3) the recording or transcription. The results of this study is the term foreign English into Indonesian spelling is undergoing a process of adjustment in accordance with the rules of phonotactics in Indonesian so that it can pass through several stages to thank the suffixes are morphophonemic adjustments and not be separated from the shift in the meaning of BSU to BSA so that the reader the foreign term to understand the intended meaning of the presence of foreign terms.

Poetry literature is a form of work that brings the imaginative and contemplative minds and feelings of the poet. Poetry represents the writer's thoughts and feelings expressed through the power of language language formed the physical structure and inner writers through a particular language. It is the power of language that mediates communication between poets as writers and poetry readers. Again, the nature of the poetry language does tend to be symbolic with certain symbols so that it makes the poetry have different sensations and sensations from other literary works such as short stories and novels. Often even a poet uses a game of symbolism not with words but also with numbers and other forms such as certain images or graphics to attract readers. One of the interesting poems for the branches of meaning related to other stories in the rest of the world is the poem A. Muttaqin. This poet is mengulik Ryonen's face in a particular image that will be revealed in this short article. Apparently, there is an acknowledgment on Ryonen's statement, which was later also acquired by A. Muttaqin. The behavior of a disciple with his teacher travels on an interesting journey to be understood by A. Muttaqin's poem. There are layers of pain experienced by Ryonen from the first visit, second, third, to sixth. On the seventh visit, there is a symbolization that indicates that Ryonen has reached the seventh hell, to finally arrive at the first tier of heaven. It means that "happiness" (even if he wants to accept it) has and will always smother her. The 7th and 14th stanzas can tell the story above. The meaning is strong enough implied is a kind of obsession that has always been a marker that humans are always haunted by a variety of pleasures both physical and spiritual even up in the world there. The pleasures, ranging from the rough to the subtle, the low to the high, have been depicted in the seventh and seventh-grade layers of heaven representing the seven levels of pleasure. It can be said that the world of the monastery is a heavenly world, because its atmospheric vibrations are very subtle. When a person enters a region of the sanctuary there is a certain happiness when someone is in a shopping place.

Hegemony is often used in political science to show the meaning of domination, but through the study of the novel, it can be seen hegemony opposed to domination in power at that time is determined by physical force. Lack of school facilities, unavailability of literary laboratory, and the lack of media in teaching literature in the weakening interest in the study of literature, shortcuts taken by learners is looking for another facility (online media) to address the issues of literary study. Data search (literature) in online media is not without problems, copy and paste process dulls creativity of learners. In fact, the study of literature in schools can deliver the products literature (poetry, short stories, folklore, etc.), which can simultaneously create new writers. The development of creative industries in the fields of art, including the works of literature, to be able to force teachers and students to race in making literary works can be recorded and enjoyed by the public school
