Abstrak Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh status sosial ekonomi orang tua dan prestasi akademik mahasiswa terhadap minat melanjutkan studi S2 mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi angkatan 2014 Unesa. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini yakni simple random sampling. Total sebanyak 270 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) adakah pengaruh positif signifikan status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat melanjutkan studi S2 dan tingkat signifikansinya sebesar 0,000 < probabilitas 0.05. (2) adakah pengaruh positif signifikan prestasi akademik mahasiswa terhadap minat melanjutkan studi S2 dan tingkat signifikansinya sebesar 0,000 < probabilitas 0.05. Kata Kunci: status sosial ekonomi orang tua, prestasi akademik, minat melanjutkan studi S2. Abstract The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of parents socio-economic status and student academic achievement on the interest in continuing the S2 study of 2014 faculty of economic faculty students at Unesa.. In this study using a quantitative approach with an associative type. The sampling technique in this study is simple random sampling. Total sample is 270 respondents. The technique of collecting data uses questionnaires and documentation.The results of the study are: (1) There is a positive significant influence of parents socio-economic status on the interest in continuing S2 studies and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 probability. (2) There is a positive significant effect of student academic achievement on the interest in continuing S2 studies and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 probability. This study aims to determine; (i) whether there is a positive and significant influence on the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) model and classroom management on the learning motivation of students PPKn at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar, (ii) whether there is a positive and significant effect of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) model on the learning motivation of students PPKn at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar, (iii) whether there is a positive and significant influence of classroom management on the learning motivation of PPKn learners at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar. This type of research used in this research is quantitative with survey methods. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 8 Makassar, amounting to 440. The sampling technique was Simple Random Sampling technique with a total sample of 195. Data collection techniques used were collected through questionnaire, and documentation.The results of this study indicate that (i) there is a positive and significant influence on the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) model and classroom management on the learning motivation of students PPKn at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar. Shown with the Fcount value of 108.104 > Ftable 3.04. While the significance level is 0,000 < 0.05 and simultaneously there are 53% of the contribution of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) model and classroom management to the learning motivation of students PPKn at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar. (ii) there is a positive and significant influence between the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model on the learning motivation of students PPKn at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar. Shown by the tcount 12, 749 > ttable 1.645 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. and (iii) there is a positive and significant effect between classroom management on students' learning motivation of PPKn at SMP Negeri 8 Makassar. Shown tcount 11, 365 > ttable 1.645 with a significance of 0,000 < 0.05

The aim of this research is; 1) investigating the level of online learning satisfaction among students during COVID 19; 2) analyzing the influence of differences in gender, years of study, major in determining online learning satisfaction among students during COVID 19; 3) to analyze the relationship between online learning satisfaction and student academic achievement during COVID 19. The population was 656 students at STKIP Singkawang, and then a sample of 357 students (87 males and 270 females) was taken using a simple random sampling technique. The instrument in this study was adapted from Aman's Satisfaction instrument, which was then used to collect research data. Data analysis using SPSS with descriptive statistical techniques, MANOVA, and correlation. The results showed that online learning satisfaction was at a high level, meaning that students were satisfied with the online learning that had been implemented. The major differences have a significant effect on determining online learning satisfaction. Intercorrelation shows that there is a significant relationship on each indicator of online learning satisfaction with academic achievement, meaning that the higher the satisfaction felt by students in online learning, the student's academic achievement will increase.

This study assessed the demographic characteristics of students’ performance in Mathematics in senior secondary Certificate Examination in Delta Central Senatorial District of Delta State. The purpose of the study is to assess the relationship between gender, location, socio-economic status and students’ performance in Mathematics in Senior Secondary Certificate Examination. The ex-post facto research design was used for the study. The population of the study is 15,170 SS3. A sample of 759 students was randomly selected from the total population using simple random sampling technique of balloting and stratified random sampling technique. Four research questions and four hypotheses were raised to guide the study. The instrument used for the study was a 40-item multiple choice senior secondary Mathematics Achievement test (SSMAT). Multiple regressions were used for the analysis. The study established that gender and socio-economic status contributed to students’ performance in Mathematics in senior secondary certificate examination. Recommendation was made based on the findings of the study.

This study aims to determine the effect of trust on the repeat intention to give cash waqf at BWA Surabaya through beliefs which include aspects of attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. Retrieval of data in this study using a questionnaire with a total sample obtained by 35 waqif, who had already given money endowment at BWA Surabaya in one past year. The sampling technique are both non probability and simple random sampling. This research uses a quantitative approach with path analysis techniques. The endogenous variable in this study is the repeat intention to give cash waqf, while the exogenous variable used is trust and the intervening endogenous variable is beliefs. The results of this study showed that trust has a positive and significant influence on beliefs. Nevertheless, trusts does not affect the repeat intention to give cash waqf. However, trusts indirectly affects to the repeat intention to give cash waqf through beliefs variables that have a positive and significant effect on the repeat intention to give cash waqf at BWA Surabaya. Suggestions for BWA Surabaya should be maintaining and increasing trusts and beliefs of waqif which can increase the repeat intention of waqif to give cash waqf at BWA Surabaya.Keywords: Trust, Wakaf, Belief

AbstractEvidence from literature shows that deviant behavior is on high side among undergraduates in Nigeria whereas some certain psychosocial factors causing this phenomenon have not been fully explored. This study examined whether age, gender, socio-economic status and attitude towards drug abuse determine deviant behavior among the undergraduate students. It adopted ex-post facto design. Simple random sampling technique was used to sample 269 participants. The Prescription Drug Attitudes Questionnaire (PDAQ) and Deviant Behavior Variety Scale (DBVS) were used to gather data from the participants. T-test analysis and multiple regression were used to test the formulated hypotheses. The results revealed that age, monthly allowance and attitude towards drug abuse have significant joint prediction of deviant behavior (R=.358 R2 =.128, F=10.594, p<.05) while only attitude towards drug abuse independently predicted deviant behavior (R=.236, R2 =.056 F = 17.112; p<.01). Also, there was a significant gender difference on deviant behavior [t (293) = 4.196, p<.01], where male respondents scored high significantly (M=4.09, SD=3.44) compared to female respondents (M=2.53, SD=2.31) on deviant behavior. It is therefore recommended that policy makers in educational sector and the governing council of tertiary institutions need to create awareness on the debilitating effects of drugs on students’ behavior, especially among males.

This research is to observe the purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of breastfeeding toward the development of children aged 6 - 12 months living in RW 04 Sambibulu Village, Taman Sub-district, Sidoarjo. The design of  research was analytic  retrospective  study. The population involved 29 couples with their children aged 6  -  12 months living in the above mentioned region. The simple random sampling technique was used to take 27 couples as the samples of research. The independent variable of this research was breastfeeding, whereas the dependent one was  the child’s development. Questionnaires of breast and checklist of KPSP (Pre Screening Questionnaire for Child Development) were used to collect the data which analyzed by using Mann-Whitney’s statistic test with the significance level α = 0.05, it means that there was a relationship between breastfeeding and  the development of children p (0.000) < α (0.05)

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and family environment partially and simultaneously on the interest in entrepreneur in student of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar. The number of samples is determined by the Probability Sampling technique using the Simple Random Sampling method of 75 students in the sixth semester of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar. Analyzed by classical assumption, multiple linear regression analys, determination analys, simultaneous significant test (F-test) and partial significant test (T-test). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence partially or simultaneously between entrepreneur education and the family environment towards the interest in entrepreneurship in students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar.

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that every capable Muslim must do. One of the institutions that manage zakat funds is the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). This study aims to partially and simultaneously examine the effect of promotion and service quality on people's interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is field research. The data used in this study were primary and secondary. 87 Respondents in this study were Muzakki in BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir Regency. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The data collection methods were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique partially used the t-test and simultaneously used the Anova test. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, promotion and service quality had a significant influence on people's interest in paying zakat in BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency.

This study determined the prevalence of se1f regulatory skills (behavioural, emotional,verbal) and assessed the level of social competence of primary school pupils in Osun State. The study further examined the influence of self-regulatory skills and social competence on primary school pupils’ academic achievement. These were with a view to providing information on the association between Self-regulation and Social Competence in relation to lower Primary School Pupils’ academic achievement in Osun State Nigeria. The study adopted the correlational survey research design. The population for the study comprised primary III pupils in Osun State. Sample size consisted of 418 Primary III pupils selected using the multistage sampling procedure. Firstly, from the three Senatorial districts in Osun State, nine Local Government Areas (LGAs) were selected using simple random sampling technique (three from each senatorial district). Secondly, in each LGA, two primary schools were selected using simple random sampling technique. Thirdly, eighteen intact classes of primary Ill pupils were selected from each of the selected schools using the simple random sampling technique.The three instruments used for this study were: Sell-Regulation Observation Scale (SROS) Teachers Rating Scale (TRS); and Pupils’ Achievement Test (PAT). Data was analyzed using percentage and chi-square. The results showed that the level of primary school pupils’ behavioural self-regulatory skill was low (30%), emotional self-regulatory skill was at average (43%) while the verbal self-regulatory skill was low (27%). Overall, the level of self-regulatory skills of primary school pupils’ was low (39%). The results also indicated that the level of’ manifestation of social competence was high (64%). Results further showed that there was a statistically significant influence of self-regulatory skills and social competence on primary school pupils’ academic achievement (x2= 873.532, p<0.05). The study concluded that whilst Self-regulatory skill contributed little to pupils‘ academic achievement, Social Competence greatly influenced primary school pupils’ academic achievement in Osun State.

This study aims to determine whether the impact of Yongmoodo military martial sports on the self-confidence of TNI-AD members. The method used is the ex post facto method which is a research method used to solve or answer the problems faced in the current situation. The population in this study were members of the Indonesian Armed Forces in the Army Pangalengan. The sample used amounted to 27 people selected through simple random sampling technique. The instrument used was in the form of a questionnaire with the number of questions used 35 questions with instrument reliability 0.893. The results of the test of significance level indicate that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0,000 smaller than <0.05, which means that there is a significant influence of Yongmoodo martial arts on the confidence of members of the Army. The results of processing the confidence percentage data were 91.78%, with sub-variables of confidence in self-ability 92.59%, optimistic 82.96%, objective 90.33%, and responsible 91.85%, rational and realistic 89, 38%. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence on the yongmoodo military martial arts against the confidence of members of the TNI-AD SECATA, Pangalengan.
