Kata kunci: beton prategang parsial, pendekatan beban kerja, persentase prategang, lebar retak ABSTRACTPartial prestressed beam section can be designed with two analysis methods are failure load analysis method and service load analysis method. The design of the partial prestressed beam section generally is using the failure load analysis method which has been specified in SNI 03-2847-2002, but the design with the analytical method of service load is not included. Therefore an analytical study was conducted to determine the extent to which the service load analysis method can be applied for the design of a partial prestressed beam section. This case study was carried out at 60, 70, 80, and 90 prestressed percentages. From the case study results it was found that using the analysis method of service load can be done but with variations of a limited percentage are 90, 95, and 99. The method of analysis of workload can be done in certain cases and using high-quality concrete and tendons for building safety factor. Keywords: partial prestressed concrete, service load analysis method, prestressed percentage, crack width

This research focuses only on passive fire protection systems in-hospital buildings because the Hospital is public buildings that many people use as facilities for health needs. Hospital residents are not only healthy people, but most sick people are not able to save themselves because of that the building safety system must be reliable especially fire protection systems. This study uses descriptive analysis method by checking directly in the field against the variables that have determined and then analyzed, based on the weight of the AHP method after that each variable and sub-variable will be assessed with a Likert scale according to its suitability with regulations and standards, then weights will be multiplied by the value of conformity to get the reliability value. The results are the level of reliability of the building fire passive protection system  2,250 it includes which in the category enough. This is to increase the value of the level of reliability, it must fulfill the design guidelines in the form of standards.

Parallel harmonic resonance is closely related to the singularity of a node admittance matrix. It was found that the smallest eigenvalue of the matrix defines the mode of parallel harmonic resonance. This paper applies eigenvalue theory and modal sensitivity analysis method to determine which network components contribute significantly to a harmonic resonance phenomenon. Case study results further confirm the theoretical correctness and effectiveness. Thus, this practical method not only provides significant measures for harmonic resonance manage, but also support theoretical and experimental bases for the component parameter design.

This research is a qualitative case study aiming at analyzing the effects of accreditation on school system elements. Accordingly, interviews were conducted with administrators and teachers at an IB-PYP accredited school. There are questions directed towards understanding the impacts of the accreditation on the elements of open system in the semi-structured interview form used for the data collection tool in the interviews. Thematic analysis was utilized as the data analysis method. Inputs, process, outputs, feedback and envirionment elements of open system were used as the data analysis framework. According to the study results, the administrators and teachers think that accreditation has positive effects on the school system. However, the school community’s attitude, the staff’s professional competency, communication and teamwork skills have a decisive role in the formation of these positive effects and successful implemation of the program. Moreover, it could be stated that schools devise strategies to manage the dilemma they encounter among the national system, exam pressure and the program’s objectives, and learning outcomes.

Beef cattle's sharing is an Indonesian traditional economic system that is formed naturally based on local wisdom values. Even though it is done traditionally, the principles of good cooperation have been practiced. Based on that, this research aims to describe the economic perspective, particularly the accountability values embedded in Indonesia's local cattle sharing system. This research employs a case study to obtain the accountability values in two local, regional cattle sharing locations in Java and Madura. Informants of this research are local cattle farmers, investors, and middlemen. Data analysis uses a single case-multilevel analysis method. The study results show that Javanese's accountability values apply in "mantep-mantepan lan percoyo" wisdom or mutualism trust. Meanwhile, the Madurese perform accountability values in "oreng jujur bakal pojur" or honest man will get his luck. The value of local wisdom affinity is also carried out in profit sharing management. The Javanese and Madurese considerate accountability in cattle sharing system based on mutual support within parties involved and brotherhood establishment. The added value of the local wisdom tends to reduce the profits sharing risk obtained by the parties.

Harmonic resonance is composed of series and parallel harmonic resonance. It is closely related to the singularity of a network loop impedance matrix or node admittance matrix. It was found that such resonance phenomenon is associated with the singularity of the network matrix. The smallest eigenvalue of the matrix defines the mode of series harmonic resonance. This paper applies this eigenvalue theory and modal sensitivity analysis method to determine which network components contribute significantly to a series harmonic resonance phenomenon. Case study results further confirm the theoretical correctness and effectiveness. Thus, this practical method not only provides significant measures for series harmonic resonance manage, but also support theoretical and experimental bases for the component parameter design.

Current supply chain methods are having difficulties in resolving problems arising from the lack of trust in supply chains. The root reason lies in two challenges brought to the traditional mechanism: self-interests of supply chain members and information asymmetry in production processes. Blockchain is a promising technology to address these problems. The key objective of this paper is to present qualitative analysis for blockchain in supply chain as the decision-making framework to implement this new technology. The analysis method used Val IT business case framework, validated by the expert judgements. The further study needs to be elaborated by either the existing organization that use blockchain or assessment by the organization that will use blockchain to improve their supply chain management.
