Behavior of sexual deviation is an unacceptable sexual behavior among the public. The lack of knowledge and the many obstacles to obtain information about early detection and community independence about sexual deviation and ignorance of the community in dealing with sexual deviation is also a factor not handled early. Forward chaining, consultation begins with a search of the premise or input data in the form of symptoms to the conclusion that is the conclusion of the type of deviation behavior as well as the solution. From the above problems will be built Web-based system that serves to detect the beginning independently of the perceived disorders that can be accessed with an extensive lap and time is not limited.The system is built using PHP and MySQL programming as the database. The method used for forwarding is forward chaining. While the results of the diagnosis will inform about the diagnosis of the list of symptoms included, information on the results of the rules of the disorder suffered and information about the possibility of handling can be done.Black box testing techniques are emphasized on data entry, output data, system functions, performance, and initialization in the system. While testing the alpha test is done by inviting 10 respondents testing is emphasized on the interface, dialogue, and information generated. From the results of testing the alpha test shows that the system created has been running well and produce information that is accurate, and easy to understand.

Vocational High School or in Indonesian abbreviated as SMK, is a government program that was built with the aim that students can have expertise in certain fields and can be the initial capital for them in looking for work. An accredited educational curriculum and the many practical activities provided to students can also ensure that SMK graduates are ready to enter the workforce. However, in today's world of work, it requires workers who, in addition to having skills, must also have work experience. There are events held by the government regarding Job Vacancy info which are held only a few times a year so that more participants are participating and the unemployment rate in the regions is getting higher. Based on the above problems, the authors provide a solution by creating a "Freelance Service Provider Application" which is expected to bring together workers and job seekers. The application is made web-based so that it can be easily accessed through various types of devices. The author also implements Progressive Web Apps technology or also known as PWA so that it can be more easily accessed on mobile devices. Based on the results of the discussion on the implementation of PWA technology for making applications for freelance service providers, this can be a means for the public and prospective workers to meet and conduct transactions. So based on the questionnaire data obtained from the respondents, it can be concluded that the research carried out was successful and it is felt that it can help the graduates of SMK 3 Mataram to get jobs and also work experience

The monitoring process of children’s health (nutrition fulfillment) carried out by Puskesmas (Community Health Center/ CHC) officials as front personnel of health services for local communities is not well implemented yet. In addition, the unavailability of the early warning system for the identification of child malnutrition had worsen the problem. It is primarily caused by less accurate patient recording system within CHCs, as well as ineffective and inefficient data reporting since the process  is carried out manually. This research proposes an alternative early detecting system of child malnutrition within a number of regions in which CHCs are located based on the development of web-based system for the child malnutrition surveillance and integrated into an Internet network to facilitate its usage by medical personnel. The system is mainly aimed to ease CHC officials to input such systematic patient data that it is relatively fast to identify if there is a possible indication of child malnutrition within a particular area. The system is expected to be an early warning detector of children malnutrition cases and assist the head of health authority as a decision maker to take initiatives accordingly. Recommendations from the system are made available for users following which, health authority and the public can monitor the operation of the system directly by accessing the output data from the nutritional status study of a certain area.

Abstract   Through the mass media news is often found about how a family or community handles family members who have mental disorders by mounting, isolating, and even throwing them away. This shows that one of the things that causes the family to handle the problem inappropriately is the lack of information about diagnoses of mental disorders so that they take actions that could make the sufferer worse. The expert system designed by the writer here aims to produce an expert system that can be used by the general public. The system is made in such a way that it can be used easily to provide knowledge to the public about mental disorders and how to deal with it. With this expert system, families and even the surrounding community can take appropriate action if there are people with mental disorders in the vicinity. This expert system uses a method that is quite popular, namely Forward Chaining which is implemented in the form of a web-based application program. Application is made using the PHP programming language then testing based on the Black Box method   Keywords: Expert system, Mental disorder, Forward Chaining.   Abstrak   Melalui media massa sering dijumpai berita tentang bagaimana sebuah keluarga atau masyarakat menangani anggota keluarganya yang mengalami gangguan jiwa dengan cara memasung, mengucilkan, bahkan membuangnya. Ini menunjukkan bahwa salah satu hal yang menyebabkan keluarga kurang tepat dalam menangani permasalahan tersebut adalah kurangnya informasi tentang diagnosa gangguan jiwa sehingga mereka melakukan tindakan yang bisa jadi membuat penderita semakin parah. Sistem pakar yang dirancang penulis di sini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sistem pakar yang dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat secara umum. Sistem yang dibuat sedemikian rupa sehingga dapat digunakan secara mudah untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang gangguan jiwa dan cara menanganinya. Dengan adanya sistem pakar ini, keluarga bahkan masyarakat di sekitarnya dapat melakukan tindakan yang tepat jika ada penderita gangguan jiwa di sekitarnya. Sistem pakar juru pemantau jiwa ini menggunakan metode yang cukup populer yaitu forward Chaining yang diimplementasikan ke dalam bentuk program aplikasi berbasis web. Aplikasi dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP kemudian dilakukan pengujian berdasarkan dengan metode Black Box.   Kata Kunci: Sistem pakar, gangguan jiwa, Forward Chaining.

AbstractIn practicum activities, laboratory assistants input data in the form of minutes, input values, input presences, and report preparation in an excel form. When the assistant wants to see the development of a student, then the assistant must open excel data one by one and look for the student's name or number and then collect the scores from previous meetings starting from the quiz value, assignment value, report value, project value, and response then check whether the student experiences an increase or decrease in the lab. With a large number of students, of course, the assistant will encounter difficulties if you have to find students one by one while the excel data is not small. The solution provided is to create a web-based system as the application of smart labs to monitor the development of student grades in the campus laboratory environment. By using a web-based system, laboratory assistants and lecturers will be facilitated to recapitulate student grades and monitor students as well as input values or calculate the final grades of students. The study uses the Waterfall method as a method of developing systems and research methodologies by conducting observations, interviews, and literature. The results obtained are that the system can display values in the form of a practicum value report that has been calculated using assessment weights and graphs that show the development of values at each meeting with different value categories.Keywords: Information System, Practicum, Smart LabAbstrakPada kegiatan praktikum, asisten laboratorium melakukan penginputan data berupa berita acara, input nilai, input presensi dan pembuatan laporan ke dalam dokumen berupa excel. Ketika asisten ingin melihat perkembangan seorang mahasiswa, maka asisten harus membuka data excel satu persatu dan mencari nama atau nomor mahasiswa tersebut lalu mengumpulkan nilai dari berbagai pertemuan sebelumnya mulai dari nilai kuis, nilai tugas, nilai laporan, nilai projek dan responsi lalu mengecek apakah mahasiswa tersebut mengalami penaikan atau penurunan pada praktikum tersebut. Dengan jumlah mahasiswa yang banyak tentunya asisten akan mengalami kesulitan jika harus mencari mahasiswa satu persatu sementara data excel tidaklah sedikit. Solusi yang diberikan adalah dengan membuat sistem berbasis web sebagai penerapan smart lab untuk memantau perkembangan nilai mahasiswa di lingkungan laboratorium kampus. Dengan menggunakan sistem berbasis web, maka asisten laboratorium dan dosen pengampu akan dimudahkan dalam merekap nilai mahasiswa dan memantau mahasiswa praktikan serta menginput nilai ataupun menghitung nilai akhir dari mahasiswa praktikan. Penelitian menggunakan metode Waterfall sebagai metode pengembangan sistem dan metodologi penelitian dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah sistem dapat menampilkan nilai dalam bentuk laporan nilai praktikum yang sudah dihitung menggunakan bobot penilaian dan grafik yang menampilkan perkembangan nilai di setiap pertemuan dengan kategori nilai yang berbeda – beda.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Praktikum, Smart Lab

The Environmental Noise Directive (Directive 2002/49/EC) obliged competent authorities to prepare strategic noise maps (SNM) and actions plans (AP) for the major roads, railways, airports and agglomerations with more than 100 000 inhabitants. Both SNM and AP have to be updated every five years, that is why procedures of creating, using and administrating of SNM and AP can be considered as constant processes. These processes are very complex and require specialized knowledge and practical skills within noise mapping area and connected with them proper experience of SNM usage and AP enforcement. Unfortunately as experience shows, Polish administrators of SNM are not competent enough to meet these requirements. The problem outlined above has become the basis to develop web-based system for knowledge transfer to SNM administrators, covering such key issues as: the preparation of guidelines for SAM, gathering the appropriate input data for acoustic model and the subsequent verification of developed SAM.

<p>Indonesia is geographically located in the disaster vulnerable area and frequently hit by various disasters such as earthquake, flood, etc. So that Indonesian people aware that the disaster information system is very important. Thus, the development of information and communication technology application is needed for disaster management. For this purpose, this paper proposes on the development of online disaster information system based on location based service (LBS) technology by using short message service (SMS) gateway and global positioning system (GPS). Then,the web-based prototype of online disaster information system is designed and developed as the media to provide information of location and situation of the disaster area. Furthermore, a user interface is also designed and developed to transmit input data as the location information using manual SMS and automatically using smartphone based on SMS/GPS. The research method used in this research is a spiral method that begins with conceptual design, prototype development, application test, and evaluation. The results of this research are the web-based information system and the implemented user interface application (we called ASIKonLBS) for Android based smartphone. The online mapping of input data from smartphone to the web-based system has been tested. It shows that the disaster location information can be mapped to Google Maps timely and accurately that can be accessed using the Internet connection. The evaluation to mapping delay time shows that it is lower than the refresh time of the web-based system. Therefore, the proposed online system can be categorized as a real-time system.</p>

This chapter presents a framework for a Web-based hospital information system to manage the surgery-management process (SMP). The framework can be used to manage any other hospital information system processes. The developed framework challenges the traditional hospital Web strategies with a dual aim: first, to improve customer satisfaction in an environment that often imposes unexplained deviation from planned activities, and second, to create a system that is an effective decision-support system for SMP. The chapter identifies factors affecting SMP decisions and employs a descriptive modeling technique known as IDEF3 to map the information flow within and between elements of SMP. The IDEF3 process mapping becomes part of an integrated Web-based system of multiple stages. Each stage has three levels of accessibility. The first level of the Web system is accessible to the public, the second level is accessible to patients and their designated representatives, and the third level is accessible only to hospital professionals.

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan kebutuhan akan adanya alat bantu bagi peternak maupun penyuluh dalam mendiagnosis penyakit pada ayam. Basis pengetahuan sepenuhnya diambil dari pengetahuan pakar yang dapat mendiagnosa dan menentukan nama penyakit yang diderita oleh ayam. Penelitian ini dibuat berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan membandingkan 4 jurnal internasional yang berjudul “Expert system of quail disease diagnosis using forward chaining method, An Expert System for Management of Poultry Diseases, Developling Mobile Expert Web-based System Using Brainstroming Method, Disease Diagnosis System”. Berdasarkan keempat jurnal tersebut dapat dikembangkan inovasi baru berupa Sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit ayam menggunakan metode Certainty Factor. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan wawancara dan studi literature sehigga dapat menggumpulkan data yang lebih lengkap. Sistem Pakar ini akan di implementasikan kedalam sebuah aplikasi mobile berbasis android dengan harapan memudahkan user dalam menggunakan karena dibuat kedalam aplikasi android sehingga bisa di install dalam handphone. The knowledge base is completely drawn from the expert knowledge that can diagnose and determine the name of the disease suffered by chickens. Based on the four journals can be developed a new innovation in the form of expert system of chicken disease diagnosis using Certainty Factor method. The research methodology uses interviews and literature studies so that it can collect more complete data. Expert System will be implemented into an android-based mobile application with the hope of facilitating the user in using because it is made into the android application that can be installed in the mobile phone. The cafe business in Medan is currently growing very rapidly. This can be seen by the many cafes that have sprung up, because cafes have become a lifestyle for most people today. The existence of the location of cafes in the city of Medan very much and almost every city of Medan there are more than one cafe. Because the amount that spreads makes people confused even do not know the location of the location of the cafe. Requires a system to check the intended location. Based on these problems, the writer will discuss about making a Geographic Information System for Locating Cafe Locations in the City of Medan Using the Tabu Search Algorithm. This system is made using Android-based, where in this system there is location information, consisting of an address, as well as route routes that can be used to get to the location of the cafe. In this process only the admin can process input data, edit data and delete data. While users can only look for information on the location of cafes in the city of Medan. With a simple and easy-to-understand system for the public to access information on the search for cafe locations, it can be used as an effort to introduce technology based on geographic information systems to the public.

Tanah Laut Regency is the largest producer of broilers in South Kalimantan. However, public knowledge about symptoms and diseases in chickens is still lacking, so this is a problem that must be resolved because it can cause losses. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of overcoming this problem, namely by building an expert system application that can be used by the public and extension workers to diagnose chicken disease. The method used to build this system is a waterfall with the forward chaining technique as a forward-looking solution, meaning that inference is done by looking for input data in the form of symptom data in the form of chicken disease. The system built is equipped with features that display disease treatment and prevention solutions based on the symptoms that have been entered, so that disease-stricken chickens can be handled appropriately and quickly according to their disease. Based on blackbox testing carried out by involving potential users, the results obtained that all functionality can work as expected. Accuracy testing is also done by comparing manual calculations with an accuracy value of 95%. This is influenced by the weighting of the symptom value which affects the decrease in the value of the symptom result when compared to ideal conditions. In conclusion, the implications of using this system can make it easier for the community and instructor to diagnose chicken disease.
