Tanah Laut Regency is the largest producer of broilers in South Kalimantan. However, public knowledge about symptoms and diseases in chickens is still lacking, so this is a problem that must be resolved because it can cause losses. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of overcoming this problem, namely by building an expert system application that can be used by the public and extension workers to diagnose chicken disease. The method used to build this system is a waterfall with the forward chaining technique as a forward-looking solution, meaning that inference is done by looking for input data in the form of symptom data in the form of chicken disease. The system built is equipped with features that display disease treatment and prevention solutions based on the symptoms that have been entered, so that disease-stricken chickens can be handled appropriately and quickly according to their disease. Based on blackbox testing carried out by involving potential users, the results obtained that all functionality can work as expected. Accuracy testing is also done by comparing manual calculations with an accuracy value of 95%. This is influenced by the weighting of the symptom value which affects the decrease in the value of the symptom result when compared to ideal conditions. In conclusion, the implications of using this system can make it easier for the community and instructor to diagnose chicken disease.

It is a must for children (infants and toddlers) to get more attention due to their health because their body’s protections are not yet strong. This makes them susceptible for germs, bacteria, and viruses attacks. Those attacks cause disease. This disease symptom could appear all of sudden to the children. It makes their parents afraid, especially for those who have less sensitiveness for the symptom. For this reason, I make an application based on android smartphone expert system to provide information on type of disease, treatment, and prevention based on the symptoms given. This application uses forward chaining and backward chaining inference engine to make conclusion, and Depth First Search algorithms for searching the method. The result shows that this application could help parents in giving some information about common diseases attacked to infants and toddlers. This application facilitates them in delivering information which can be accessed anywhere as first aid for infants and toddlers who indicated disease.

ABSTRAK             Pada saat ini perkembangan teknologi dan komunikasi dari waktu ke waktu terasa semakin pesat. Salah satu aplikasi dibidang komunikasi adalah sistem pakar. Program aplikasi sistem pakar   yang dirancang adalah sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit seperti penyakit campak. Dengan adanya program aplikasi ini diharapkan orang awam yang kurang pengetahuan tentang penyakit campak akan menjadi lebih mengetahuinya. Kemudian aplikasi ini mudah penggunaannya dalam mendiagnosa penyakit campak tanpa harus pergi ke dokter, serta mudah diakses dimana pun dan kapan pun. Metode pelacakan yang digunakan adalah metode penalaran forward chaining (pelacakan ke depan). Program ini dirancang dengan menggunakan media pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Preprosessor) dan menggunakan database MySQL sebagai penyimpanan data yang tujuannya agar tampilan dapat lebih menarik dan mudah dalam penggunaannya, juga bisa diakses internet.              Kata Kunci : Sistem Pakar, Diagnosa Campak, Forward Chaining                                                             ABSTRACT           At this time the development of technology and communication from time to time seem more rapidly. One application in the field of communication is an expert system. Expert system application program is an expert system designed to diagnose diseases such as measles. With the application program is expected to lay people who lack knowledge of measles will be more informed. Then the application is easy to use in diagnosing measles without having to go to the doctor, as well as easily accessible wherever and whenever. Tracking method used is a forward chaining reasoning method (tracking ahead). Ovarian cyst disease can only attack women after 25 years old of age and above the lack of public knowledge about the symptoms of ovarian cyst disease is the problem, therefore the authors make an expert system diagnosing ovarian cyst disease with a forward chaining method where patients consults with how to answer a number of questions related to the symptoms of an ovarian cyst and the patients answers questions according to the symptoms felt by the patient. Abstrak— Anak-anak pada usia 2 bulan sampai 5 tahun (Balita) lebih rentan terkena penyakit. Lingkungan sangat mempengaruhi kesehatan Balita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit pada Balita berbasis mobile. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga tahap. Tahap pertama adalah pengumpulan data dan informasi dari Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit (MTBS) dan wawancara dengan Bidan. Dari pengumpulan data dan informasi tersebut ditemukan fakta penyakit, keluhan, gejala dan saran penanganan. Tahap kedua adalah pembuatan rule dengan 18 penyakit. Tahap ketiga adalah implementasi aplikasi sistem pakar berbasis mobile dengan fitur diagnosa penyakit, riwayat diagnosa dan kumpulan penyakit. Aplikasi sistem pakar yang dibuat dapat mendiagnosa penyakit dan memberikan saran penanganan. Hasil evaluasi dari 50 data uji coba menghasilkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 82%, dimana 41 hasil diagnosa yang benar dan 9 diagnosa yang salah. Kata Kunci— Sistem Pakar, Forward Chaining, Diagnosa Penyakit, Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit, Knowladge BaseAbstract— Children at the age of 2 months to 5 years (toddlers) are more susceptible to disease contagious. Environmental condition significantly influences the children health. This  research aimed to create a mobile-based expert system application to diagnose disease in toddlers. This research consist of three stages. The first stage were data and information collection from Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit  (MTBS) and interview with medical staffs. From the first stage, we can discover the disease facts, signs, symptoms and treatment advices. The second stage was the construction of rules for 18 diseases. The third stage was the implementation of mobile-based expert system application with features of disease diagnosis, diagnosis history and collection of disease diagnosis. Expert system application made able to diagnose the disease and provide treatment advice. The results of evaluation using 50 testing data provides the level of accuracy of 82%, where 41 diagnosis result were true and 9 diagnosis were false. Keywords— Expert System, Forward Chaining, Disease Diagnosis, Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit, Knowledge Base

Behavior of sexual deviation is an unacceptable sexual behavior among the public. The lack of knowledge and the many obstacles to obtain information about early detection and community independence about sexual deviation and ignorance of the community in dealing with sexual deviation is also a factor not handled early. Forward chaining, consultation begins with a search of the premise or input data in the form of symptoms to the conclusion that is the conclusion of the type of deviation behavior as well as the solution. From the above problems will be built Web-based system that serves to detect the beginning independently of the perceived disorders that can be accessed with an extensive lap and time is not limited.The system is built using PHP and MySQL programming as the database. The method used for forwarding is forward chaining. While the results of the diagnosis will inform about the diagnosis of the list of symptoms included, information on the results of the rules of the disorder suffered and information about the possibility of handling can be done.Black box testing techniques are emphasized on data entry, output data, system functions, performance, and initialization in the system. While testing the alpha test is done by inviting 10 respondents testing is emphasized on the interface, dialogue, and information generated. From the results of testing the alpha test shows that the system created has been running well and produce information that is accurate, and easy to understand.

Bone disease is a condition that damages the skeleton and makes bones weak and vulnerable to fractures. The high disease is caused by ignorance and lack of knowledge about the disease. Therefore, an expert system was created to diagnose bone disease in humans. The method used in making this expert system is the forward chaining method, forward chaining method using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of this study are the application of expert systems to diagnose human bone disease using a forward chaining method that can be accessed by the public at large to diagnose early symptoms of bone disease without limited distance and time used.

Abstract   Through the mass media news is often found about how a family or community handles family members who have mental disorders by mounting, isolating, and even throwing them away. This shows that one of the things that causes the family to handle the problem inappropriately is the lack of information about diagnoses of mental disorders so that they take actions that could make the sufferer worse. The expert system designed by the writer here aims to produce an expert system that can be used by the general public. The system is made in such a way that it can be used easily to provide knowledge to the public about mental disorders and how to deal with it. With this expert system, families and even the surrounding community can take appropriate action if there are people with mental disorders in the vicinity. This expert system uses a method that is quite popular, namely Forward Chaining which is implemented in the form of a web-based application program. Application is made using the PHP programming language then testing based on the Black Box method   Keywords: Expert system, Mental disorder, Forward Chaining.   Abstrak   Melalui media massa sering dijumpai berita tentang bagaimana sebuah keluarga atau masyarakat menangani anggota keluarganya yang mengalami gangguan jiwa dengan cara memasung, mengucilkan, bahkan membuangnya. Ini menunjukkan bahwa salah satu hal yang menyebabkan keluarga kurang tepat dalam menangani permasalahan tersebut adalah kurangnya informasi tentang diagnosa gangguan jiwa sehingga mereka melakukan tindakan yang bisa jadi membuat penderita semakin parah. Sistem pakar yang dirancang penulis di sini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sistem pakar yang dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat secara umum. Sistem yang dibuat sedemikian rupa sehingga dapat digunakan secara mudah untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang gangguan jiwa dan cara menanganinya. Dengan adanya sistem pakar ini, keluarga bahkan masyarakat di sekitarnya dapat melakukan tindakan yang tepat jika ada penderita gangguan jiwa di sekitarnya. Sistem pakar juru pemantau jiwa ini menggunakan metode yang cukup populer yaitu forward Chaining yang diimplementasikan ke dalam bentuk program aplikasi berbasis web. Aplikasi dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP kemudian dilakukan pengujian berdasarkan dengan metode Black Box.   Kata Kunci: Sistem pakar, gangguan jiwa, Forward Chaining.

- This adenium plant is a plant that began to demand by many hobbyist plants because plants have unique characteristics Adenium. In addition adenium treatment is also very easy, but adenium plants are also susceptible to pest disease, so it becomes a disease that can make this adenium plant damaged or dead. The lack of expert on adenium plant diseases causes the hobbyists to find it difficult to recognize the symptoms and ways to cure when the plant is infected with the disease. This expert system is made to facilitate the hobbyists in coping with adenium plant diseases. The method used in this expert system is forward chaining, because the Forward Chaining method is a suitable method for the control and forecasting of adenium plant diseases. Using skincare and facial skin care must be in accordance with the type of facial skin, because if it is not suitable, it can cause problems such as facial skin breakouts, dry skin, irritated skin, and acne prone skin. To find out the type of facial skin, you have to do an examination with a skin and genital specialist, but the high cost of consultation and the long queue process is an obstacle for everyone. Therefore, the authors created an expert system to identify facial skin types using a combination of certainty factor methods with forward chaining techniques. The diagnostic results from calculations using an expert system application and the results of manual calculations from one of the respondent data from 100 respondent data, namely producing the same level of confidence, each of which produces a percentage of 99.45% and the diagnostic results state that the user has a normal skin type.

The eye is one of the organs in the body that has an important role in human life, because the eye is one of the organs that has a function as vision in carrying out every activity. Eye health really needs to be maintained by diligently consulting or having your eyes checked by a doctor so that vision remains clear and there are no eye problems when looking at objects around us. However, eye health is often neglected, so that many various diseases can attack the eye. If not handled properly, diseases that attack the eye can cause visual disturbances and lead to blindness. Therefore, the eye must be kept healthy and kept clean because it is a very important organ of the human body. The purpose of building this expert system is to assist the public in diagnosing eye diseases from the symptoms that are being felt. This expert system will be a way out of eye problems that are suffered by the community, In this way people no longer have trouble going to the doctor. All data and facts to be processed are obtained from an expert, the method used in diagnosing this eye disease is the forward chaining method to apply the rules of the 28 symptoms and 8 diseases described by the expert. The results of the diagnosis using the Forward Chaining method is a very good level of accuracy in determining the type of eye disease that is suffered by the community and can provide early prevention for users who use this expert system.
