The results of work discipline research have a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 35.0%. Hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table (6.887> 1.987). Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 45.5%. Hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table (8.578> 1.987). Work discipline and training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation Y = 10.908 + 0.262X1 + 0.479X2. These results indicate the coefficient of work discipline variables of 0.262 and training of 0.479, all variables are positive meaning that the better discipline and training, the better the performance of employees. The contribution of the influence of work discipline and training was 51.6% while the remaining 48.4% was influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count> F table (46,364> 3,100), thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and simultaneous training on the performance of Transkom Indonesia employees in Tangerang.

This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The object of this research is the Employees of the Full River City Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). The number of samples in this study were 98 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) There is a positive and significant effect of competence on employee performance. (b) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance. c) There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance. The results of the study simultaneously showed that competence, organizational culture and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And based on the coefficient of determination test (R2) the value is 0.624 or 62.4%, this shows that the percentage of the contribution of the independent variable competency, organizational culture and work discipline to the dependent variable of employee performance is 0.624 or 62.4%. While the remaining 37.6% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance..

The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method by using statistical formula to help analyze data obtained from the field. The data in this research is obtained by distributing questionnaires to 43 respondents who become the sample. Then processed using Product Moment correlation formula, and assisted with soft ware computer that is SPSS 24 to know there is a relationship between discipline and performance. The result of the research shows that the test regression equation test have positive direction toward employee performance with significant level is proved tcount 3,893>ttable 2.0195 in other words have close enough relationship with performance. For a correlation calculation of 0.519, this indicates a positive relationship between discipline and performance. Furthermore, the determinant coefficient obtained by 27%, the rest of 73% influenced by other factors outside the study of this study.
