Competition in providing the best service needs to be done to pamper and give satisfaction to customers, this can be realized by providing something more for customers to enjoy the food and drinks offered even during the current pandemic. This research is quantitative descriptive. This study took service quality and product quality as the independent variables, consumer satisfaction as the dependent variable, and relationship marketing as the intervening variable. The research location is Café BataPuti Coffee House. The population in this study were people who had visited Café BataPuti. The sample used is as many as 90 respondents to people who have visited the BataPuti Coffee House. The analysis used is Path Analysis Analysis. The results of this study is a significant impact on relationship marketing toward service quality and product quality. service quality and product quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. service quality on customer satisfaction through relationship marketing has a significant effect. Product quality on consumer satisfaction through relationship marketing has a significant effect.

In the business world, quality is certainly something very important. Quality or product quality is a determinant of consumer satisfaction, after buying or using a product. In addition to product quality, one thing that should not be missed is service quality. Service quality is a measure of how good the level of service that a company can provide to its customers. Even Islamic teachings have taught about providing services from businesses that must be carried out properly, both in the products and services provided. Both have an important role in customer satisfaction and loyalty. This type of research is field research with a research approach that is quantitative research. Where the variables used in this study are product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The population in this study were Muslim consumers of Le'gita Coffee & Bristo Pemalang. Sampling using the Lemeshow formula with a total sample of 100 respondents. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection method used is a questionnaire, and the analysis method is path analysis where the variable of consumer satisfaction is the intervening variable. Based on the results of the study, two path test equations were obtained. The result of testing the two equations is that there is an influence between the two independent variables, namely product quality and consumer quality on consumer loyalty either directly or indirectly through customer satisfaction.Dalam dunia bisnis menyoal kualitas tentunya sesuatu yang sangat penting. Mutu ataukualitas produk adalah penentu kepuasan konsumen, setelah memberli ataupun memakai sebuah produk.Selain kualitas produk, salah satu hal yang tidak boleh dilewatkan adalah kualitas pelayanan. Kualitas pelayanan merupakan sebuah ukuran mengenai seberapa bagus tingkat pelayanan yang mampu diberikan oleh sebuah perusahaan pada konsumennya. Dalam ajaran Islampun sudah mengajarkan tentang memberikan layanan dari usaha harus dijalankan dengan baik, baik dalam produk ataupun jasa yang diberikan. Keduanya mempunyai peran penting dalam kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah field research dengan pendekatan penelitian yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Dimana variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan konsumen dan loyalitas konsumen. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen muslim Le’gita Coffee & Bristo Pemalang. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus lemeshow dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, dan metode analisis yaitu uji jalur (path analysis) dimana variabel kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh dua persamaan uji jalur. Hasil dari pengujian kedua persamaan yaitu terdapat adanya pengaruh pada antara kedua variable bebas yaitu kualitas produk dan kualitas konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen baik secara langsung ataupun secara tidak langsung melalui kepuasan konsumen.

This study aims to determine the effect of product and service quality influence on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Starbucks Bale Kota Tangerang. Independent variables consist of product quality and service quality, the dependent variable consists of customer loyalty and variables which include customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at Starbucks Bale Kota which is engaged in sales, located in Tangerang. The background behind sales research at Starbucks Bale Kota is indeed growing, but most of the sales come from new customers, not old customers or repurchases and in this study aims to see what influences the sense of customer loyalty to Starbucks Bale Kota. The authors of this study take product quality and service quality variables because these variables are in a dominant position in the Starbucks Bale Kota phenomenon. The sample used was 170 respondents with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The method of analysis used in this study is a non-probability sampling method with a research technique in the form of Path Analysis. The results showed that product quality and service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. And customer satisfaction as an intervening variable is proven to have a greater influence than the direct effect.Keywords: product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty

The objective of this research is to: (1) Review and analyze the effect of price perception based on customer loyalty of RM. Wong Solo Malang, (2) Review and analyze the effect of service quality to customer loyalty, (3) Review and analyze the effect of price perception through consumer satisfaction, (4) Review and analyze the effect of service quality through consumer satisfaction to customer loyalty, (5) Review and analyze the effect of consumer satisfaction to customer loyalty. This research type is a quantitative study in the form of a causal relationship. The population in this research was 100 consumers in RM. Wong Solo Malang. The technique used in this research is an accidental sampling. The analysis used is path analysis. The results of this research show that : (1) Price perception has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of RM. Wong Solo Malang, 2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 3) Price perception has a significant effect on customer loyalty based on consumer satisfaction, 4) Service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty based on consumer satisfaction, 5) Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on price perception and quality service to customer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine customer satisfaction with drug services at the Syalom Amurang Pharmacy. The focus of the research is, product quality, service quality, Emotional, Cost, and Price. The theory used in this study is the theory of Consumer Satisfaction by Lupyoadi. In this study using qualitative methods, data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were the Amurang City Community who had bought medicine at the Syalom Pharmacy. Location research at Syalom Amurang Pharmacy, with the basis used in law No. 25 of 2009 concerning the standard of public service, the standard of service that has been determined by the service unit, working to serve every citizen and resident to fulfill their rights is not the need for basic needs within the framework of service. Pharmacy units the importance of the service of medicines in community satisfaction can be measured by a predetermined standard, namely, service satisfaction for the services of the Syalom Pharmacy in Amurang in terms of service requirements, product quality, price, service quality, emotional, cost. From the 5 service standards there are results that state that they are not satisfied with the quality of service, product quality emotionally satisfied to eat a short service time, customer fees or rates according to and satisfied with service, price and cost, product quality, Syalom pharmacy Amurang field observation.

This research was conducted in Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado, which aims to find out the 1) effect of product quality ; 2) price and ; 3) service quality on customer satisfaction in Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Manado, both individually and in groups. With the focus of the problem is whether product quality, price and service quality affect consumer satisfaction in Rumah Makan Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh, Wenang Manado. the method used in this study uses quantitative descriptive methods and The population that came in the Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Manado Heritage is unknown, therefore the researcher took a sample of 50 respondents using a purposive sampling technique that is consideration of populations that are easily found and this research will only be given to visitors who have visited the House. Eating Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh, Managing Manado at least 5 times, and the research method used is quantitative descriptive method. The analytical tool used in the data instrument test (validity and reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), data analysis (multiple regression analysis, test t, F test and test coefficient of determination R2). Based on the t test obtained states that product quality has an influence on customer satisfaction individually. While price is the determination of the value of a product in the minds of consumers that must be paid by consumers to obtain a product of Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado. The service quality provided by Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado affects consumer satisfaction.

Research on the influence of two independent variables namely service quality and product quality (of room and food) conducted at Harris Hotel Sentul Bogor aims to examine the level of its influence either partially or simultaneously on customer’s satisfaction as the dependent variable. The dimensions of service quality that are examined in terms of its influence on consumer satisfaction include elements of reliability, assurance, tangible, empathy and responsiveness. Some of the product quality indicators for the rooms quality examined to have its influence on customer satisfaction include elements of design, features, quality of performance and the perceive of quality while indicators for the quality of food products which considered to have effect on consumer satisfaction includes the element of taste of food, aroma of food and the presentation of food. The number of respondents who took part in the research was 300 of respondents who were the consumers invited to share their experience on the questioner during their stay at Harris Sentul Hotel. Data analysis techniques used in this study are linear regression analysis. The study results have answered the 3 hypotheses and show that service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction partially likewise, the study results has showed that the quality of room and food have a strong influence on the level of customer satisfaction who stayed at Harris Sentul as well as study has showed that simultaneously the 2 (two) independent variables had a positive and significant effect.

ABSTRACT This study analyzes the effect of product quality, price perception, promotion, location, service quality on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Bebek Kaleo Restaurant, Tebet, South Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic.Data collection through surveys with 105 respondents incidentally in October 2020. Data analysis techniques through Path Analysis, The Simultaneous Influence of Product Quality, Price, Promotion, Location, and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction as well as Consumer Loyalty, Product quality, price perception, promotion have no effect on consumer satisfaction, location, service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product Quality, Location Service Quality has no effect on Consumer Loyalty, Promotion and Satisfaction has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty, all independent variables can directly influence the consumer loyalty variable without intervening customer satisfaction.Keywords : Product Quality, Price Perception, Promotion, Location, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Consumer Loyalty

For print media, maintaining and adding customers is very important in today's digital era. Including Jawa Pos Radar Jember. Companies must improve Service Quality (service quality), to create and maintain Customer Loyalty (loyal customers). This research is quantitative descriptive. This study was conducted on Jawa Pos Radar Jember customers in Jember Regency, precisely in Sumbersari, Patrang and Kaliwates Regencies. Data collection techniques by observation, questionnaire and direct interview. The number of samples was 125 out of a population of around 7,500 subscribers to the Jawa Pos Radar Jember newspaper. This study uses Service Quality independent variables (Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy), Customer Satisfaction variablesand Customer Loyalty dependent variables. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis with path analysis, classic assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and normality test).The purpose of this study is 1) to testand analyze Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy effect on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. 2) Test and analyze the moderation of Customer Satisfaction against Customer Loyalty.The results show that Tangibility, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy has no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Only reliability has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Conversely, Reliabilty, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Only, Tangibility is not a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Service quality in an economic aspect is very important and a challenge for every company. This study aims to determine the extent of the implementation of service quality and consumer perceptions and satisfaction regarding product quality at Wuling Tulungagung Dealer.The method in this study used a qualitative design with data collection methods through interviews and data analysis using content analysis. The findings in this study indicate that the implementation of service quality and consumer perceptions of product quality on customer satisfaction at Dialer Wuling Tulungagung has fulfilled the pillars of success. Its implementation is to provide quality service that has an impact on good consumer perceptions and consumer satisfaction accompanied by quality Dialer Wuling Tulungagung products.

This research aims to determined customer satisfaction with the quality product, service quality and price at restaurant Rata - rata Yogyakarta. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive used primary and secondary data. The technic use accidental sampling with sampling. Research gives shows better quality, gives more satisfaction to customers. Even in service quality. Better service quality gives more customer satisfaction. So that with the variable of price. With the competitive price, gives more customers satisfaction. It shows that even both partially nor simultaneusly, product quality, service quality and price give effects to the customers satisfaction. Especially for product quality has highest validity. It's about 0,413 or 41,3 % effect to custome satisfaction. As it has the tagline of the restaurant; serv all indonesian taste vegetable soup with 25varians, 45 dining fish.
