We know the lecturer workforce turnover for a university has considerable trouble. The lecturers' rapid turnover will influence the teaching process's stability. To shorten the lecturer workforce's turnover, the university desires to have an effort to enhance the quality of the lecturers' work-life. This research decides to create life's variables, which is a variables aspect for Maranatha Christian University lecturers to resign from their jobs. Using a survey method to get the data, it distributed questionnaires to 150 lecturers from Maranatha Christian University. The data collected were treated using Amos 22 software. The supervision style and job satisfaction variables' correlation results showed 5.33 and the relationship between salary allowances and supervision style showed a precise result. The conclusion obtained for Maranatha Christian University's lecturers, the quality of work-life, appears not instantly to touch lecturers' desire to move their jobs. However, the supervision and calculation of allowance salaries directly affect job satisfaction, although this relationship realistic presently affects lecturers to drop their jobs. The purpose of this research is to provide information for Maranatha Christian University. This research aims to scale down the lecturers' workforce turnover by increasing the quality work of life variables.

This study aims to determine the effect of (1) the quality of work life, (2) working attitude, (3) job satisfaction of teachers working SMA Kecamtan Jekan Kingdom city of Palangkaraya , Central Kalimantan Province. In the data analysis, this study used a survey method using a causal analysis technique Strip . This study used a sample of 138 teachers in three high schools in District Jekan Kingdom city of Palangkaraya are selected using Slovin formula.The results showed that : first , there are positive influence between the quality of work life and job satisfaction of teachers in schools . Secondly , there is a positive effect between work attitudes and job satisfaction of teachers in schools . Third , there is a positive effect between the quality of working life and work attitudes of teachers in schools.

This study aims to determine the effect of work life quality and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. Collection research data through interviews, observation, and distribution of questionnaires to 110 respondent. The sample in this study were employees who worked at PT. Intrasari Raya Bogor. The sampling method uses simple random sampling. The research data was analyzed using the SPSS version 20. The results showed that work life quality and job satisfaction on organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously where t-value 4.694>t-table 1.6592 and F-value 31.054>F-table 3.08. Organizational commitment of 64.5% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Companies are expected to be able to think of other strategies in implementing quality work life and increasing employee satisfaction so as to create strong employee commitment. The research was conducted to all teachers of junior higt school  districts teluknaga regency of Tangerang. By using  a survey method with  path analysis applied in testing hypothesis the number 113 teachers as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the quality of work life have positive direct effect to job satisfaction; (2) the job involvement have positive direct effect to job satisfaction; (3) the quality of work life have positive direct effect to job involvement. The job satisfaction can be improv through improvement of quality of work life  and job involvement.

The purpose of this research was to study the effect of the reward, the quality of work life and job satisfaction on lecturer organizational citizenship behavior Polytechnic Naval Postgraduate School and the Naval Command and Staff Colledge Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey method. Samples of this study were 77 lecturers with selected randomly. It can be concluded that: (1) the reward has a direct influence on the organizational citizenship behavior lecturer, (2) the quality of working life has a direct influence on the behavior of organizational citizenship lecturers, (3) job satisfaction has a direct influence on the behavior of organizational citizenship lecturers, (4) reward has a direct influence on job satisfaction lecturer, and (5) the quality of work life has a direct influence on job satisfaction of teachers, and (6) the reward has a direct influence on the quality of work life lecturers. Therefore, to improve organizational citizenship behavior lecturer, reward, quality of work life and job satisfaction should be improved.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis menginterprestasi kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, Quality of Work Life Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Perilaku Pada Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftip analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pendekatan kualitatif. dan metode analisis yang digunakan Analisis Path/ Path Analysis. Data diperoleh dari Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar dan Responden adalah karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menemukan bebe-rapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar, antara lain Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Quality of Work Life dan Perilaku. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan ter-hadap perilaku karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karya-wan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karyawan.  This study aims to examine, analyze leadership interpretation, job satisfaction, Quality of Work Life Against Employee Performance Through Behavior at the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City. This research is a descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach and a qualitative approach. And the analytical method used is Path Analysis. Data obtained from the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City and respondents were employees. The results of this study can find several factors that affect employee performance in the Makassar City Dynasty Hotel. These include leadership, job satisfaction, quality of work life and behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior.

The present study attempts to establish the association between Quality of Work Life (QWL) and job satisfaction among the veterinary doctors of Punjab. Multiple linear regression analysis has been employed to examine how far the factors of QWL identified with the help of factor analysis affect the job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is a dependent variable and factors, Monetary Consideration, Social Relations at Work, Constitutionalism at Work, Pride in Job, Facilitation for Current Performance and Future Growth, Nature of Job, Security and Safety, Innovative and Challenging Job, Fair and Unbiased Attitude of Top Officials, Less Educated and Ignorant Clients, Space and Infrastructure, Insufficient Diagnostic Facilities and Staff, and Reporting are independent variables. The results of the present study reveal strong association of Monetary Consideration, Facilitation for Current Performance and Future Growth, Security and Safety, Nature of Job, and Space and Infrastructure with job satisfaction. The eight variables which were not found significant include, Social Relations at Work, Constitutionalism at Work , Pride in Job, Innovative and Challenging Job, Fair and Unbiased Attitude of Top Officials, Less Educated and Ignorant Clients, Insufficient Diagnostic Facilities and Staff, and Reporting. The present study conducted on veterinarians working under department of animal husbandry, Punjab can make a niche in this area. Commitment on the part of government and department itself to work on the activities and initiatives which promote QWL and job satisfaction of the respondents can create a sound and harmonious working environment to get the desired results.
