The purposes of this research were to know: (1) the current condition of Mete Super Jatisrono based on SWOT analysis and the right strategy to develop Mete Super Jatisrono based on SWOT anaysis The method used in this research was a qualitative method with SWOT analysis as the main method. The researcher used documentation, field observation and quisioner as the data collection techniques. The researcher was able to determine the current condition of Mete Super Jatisrono by identity the internal and external factors. The results of this research were: S-O strategies was the most suitable strategies that can be used as main strategy to develop Mete Super Jatisrono. There is two main poin contained on S-O strategies: the first one is by doing online promotion by themself without hiring a social media expert, and the second one is by doing endorsement to promote Mete Super Jatisrono. Swot analysis is a problem solving process in determining the best strategy for the progress of the organization by looking at aspects of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Swot analysis is accompanied by looking at the efas ifas and swot matrix for measuring the strategy assessment that will be taken. SWOT analysis process by identifying internal factors and external factors by means of data collection and field surveys aimed at obtaining aspects in internal factors and external factors. aspects of strengths and weaknesses are internal because they start from within the organization itself, while aspects of opportunities and threats are included in the external because they originate outside the organization, then the process is continued by connecting internal and external factors in the SWOT matrix to get four strategies, namely how to exploit opportunities, how weaknesses take advantage of opportunities, how strengths minimize threats and how weaknesses and threats seek solutions. from these results can be reflected which strategy is the best to run.Keywords : Strategic planning ,evaluate strenghs, evaluate weaknesses, evaluate opportunities, evaluate threats

Penulisan tesis mengenai Strategi Pengelolaan bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategiyang digunakan oleh Drumblek Gempar, kemudian menganalisis faktor internal daneksternal serta memformulasikan strategi pengelolaan musik perkusi Drumblek Gempar.Metode penelitian mengenai Strategi Pengelolaan Drumblek Gempar ditentukan oleh empatlangkah yaitu, menentukan lingkup penelitian yang terdiri dari lokasi penelitian, objek penelitian, dan subjek penelitian. Langkah kedua melakukan teknik pengumpulan data yangterdiri dari dua poin yaitu pengumpulan data primer dan pengumpulan data skunder. Ketiga,menentukan variabel yang dilakukan melalui dua faktor yaitu faktor internal (kekuatan dankelemahan) dan faktor eksternal (peluang dan ancaman). Langkah terakhir yaitu melakukananalisis data dan metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan analisis SWOT. Hasilpenelitian pertama berdasarkan matriks IE strategi pengelolaan pada drumblek Gemparmelalui matriks IE menunjukan pada posisi IV yaitu Growth and Build, strategi umum yangdigunakan adalah sebagai daya tarik Kota Salatiga melalui kesenian drumblek. Keduaberdasarkan kuadran analisis SWOT menunjukan kuadran I Expansion, yaitu bahwa situasiyang sangat baik karena ada kekuatan yang dimanfaatkan untuk meraih peluang yangmenguntungkan. Hal tersebut mengarah pada variabel kekuatan poin tertinggi yaitudrumblek Gempar merupakan drumblek tertua yang ada di Salatiga. Lalu pada variabelpeluang poin tertinggi yaitu sebagai daya tarik Kota Salatiga melalui kesenian drumblek. Thesis writing on Management Strategy aims to identify the strategies used by drumblekGempar, then analyze the internal and external factors and formulate a drumblekpercussion management strategy Gempar. The method of research on drumblekmanagement strategy Gempar determined by four steps, namely, determine the scope ofresearch consisting of research sites, research objects, and research subjects. The secondstep performs data collection techniques consisting of two points: primary data collectionand secondary data collection. Third, determine the variables made through two factors:internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats).The last step is to analyze data and the method used is qualitative with SWOT analysis. The first result based on IE matrix management strategy on drumblek Gempar through IE matrix shows in position IV that is Growth and Build, general strategy used is as appeal of Salatiga City through drumblek art.

The clay industry in Godean Distric existed due to proximity of its rawmaterial. The clay industry has been established since 1930 and beganto stop producing. The strategy is needed to maintain the sustainabilityof this production activity. The aim of this research is to formulate thesustainable strategy using the SWOT analysis. The SWOT analysis isformulated with internal and external factors that influence thesustainability of this industry. The data is analized with descriptivequalitative technique using IFAS Table, EFAS Table, IE Matrix, andSWOT Matrix. The results show that the internal factors aremanagement, the product reputation, inovation, capital, labour, rawmaterial, and business sucessors. The external factors are market, theexistance of Asosiasi Pengrajin Genteng, government policies,suppliers and distributors, and competitors. The right strategy tomaintain the sustainability of the clay industry is to avoid losing profitand extend the market. One of right way to do is making the own brand.

Competition between the centers is caused by the differences between the two centers. The research is analysis strategy of competitiveness increase of a study of Bobung Wooden Batik Craft Center and Krebet Wooden Batik Craft Center. The aim of this research is to describe, analyze the internal and external factors inside the centers, and formulate the right strategy to increase the competitiveness between the two centers. The method is SWOT analysis method and the IE matrix. The population used for this research are SME entrepreneurs of wooden batik handicraft, which include eighteen entrepreneurs of wooden batik handicraft  of Krebet center and thirteen entrepreneurs of Bobung center. Based on the identification, the main strength of wooden batik handicraft is the product innovation of the design and shape. Based on the analysis, the main opportunity is the increasing number of visitors and the main threat of it is the substitute product. The alternative formulation of strategy using the SWOT matrix produces the main strategic alternative that is the SO strategy to reach the existing opportunity by utilizing the strength owned that is the product innovation. The formulation based on IE matrix produces the main strategy that is the growth strategy.

Problems faced by fast food products in the form of sausage from PT Primafood International with the brand Champ is lost competitor with competitors and sales tend to fluctuate throughout the year. This study was conducted with the objectives formulated from the description of the background. This research aims to 1) Identify internal and external factors of the company in marketing ready-to-eat sausage products, 2) Formulate strategies that can be done by companies to improve the marketing of ready-to-eat sausage on the market regarding products, prices, promotion and distribution. 3) Recommend the best strategy from various alternative strategies that can be formulated The method of analysis used is SWOT analysis. The result of this research is the formulation of alternative marketing strategy obtained by external and internal factors is to cooperate with partner, product differentiation, joint promotion with Charoen Pokphand group, and educative promotion. Based on the SWOT-ANP results, it is found that educational promotion is the priority of the main strategy recommended.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengelolaan Mila Art Dance School, di mana Mila Art Dance School ini merupakan salah satu sanggar tari yang namanya cukup terkenal di Yogyakarta. Mila Art Dance School sendiri didirikan oleh salah satu seniman tari muda di Yogyakarta yaitu Mila Rosinta Totoatmojo. Mila Art Dance School berdiri pada tahun 2015 dan masih beroperasi hingga sekarang bahkan saat ini semakin banyak peminat untuk menjadi konsumen di Mila Art Dance School. Dalam kurun waktu 4 tahun, Mila Art Dance School bisa meluluskan 854 siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian kali ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data primer. Untuk mengoptimalkan stategi pengelolaan yang dapat membantu Mila Art Dance School lebih berkembang dan dapat terus bersaing dengan pangsa pasar lainnya maka, pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis SWOT (kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, ancaman) untuk menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal, agar Mila Art Dance School dapat meraih kesuksesan di masa mendatang. Dari hasil analisis SWOT, Mila Art Dance School saat ini menunjukkan pada posisi kuadran eksponsif sehingga diperlukan strategi yang berupa penggunaan setiap kekuatan untuk menghadapi setiap ancaman. Posisi tersebut mengarah pada strategi ST, di mana Mila Art Dance School harus menambah dan memperbanyak kelas tari sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen, menjaring staf pengajar agar dapat bekerja lebih kreatif dan inovatif sehingga konsumen dapat menumbuhkan keinginan untuk memulai karir di bidang tari, memperbaharui sistem pembelajaran, menambahkan beberapa fasilitas yang dapat menunjang proses pembelajaran, dan menawarkan kepada konsumen tentang jaringan yang luas di bidang tari. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the management strategy of Mila art dance school, where Mila art dance school is a dance studio whose name is quite well known in Yogyakarta. Mila art dance school itself was founded by one of the young dance artists in Yogyakarta, Mila Rosinta Totoatmojo. Mila art dance school was founded in 2015 and is still operating to this day, and even now there are more interested parties to become consumers at Mila art dance school. Within 4 years Mila art dance school could graduate 854 students. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive with primary data collection techniques. To optimize the management strategy that can help Mila art dance school develop and can continue to compete with other market share, this study uses SWOT analysis techniques (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) to analyze internal and external factors of Mila art dance school to achieve success in the future. From the results of the analysis of S.W.O.T Mila art dance school currently shows an exponential quadrant position so it requires a strategy in the form of using each force to deal faithfully with threats. This position leads to the ST strategy where Mila art dance school must add and multiply dance classes by the wishes of consumers, recruit teaching staff to work more creatively and innovatively so that consumers can grow up to start a career in dance, renew the learning system, add several facilities which can support the learning process, and offer consumers a broad network of dance.

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy at King cafe. This research was tested using SWOT analysis by identifying various internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats). A good business strategy is needed to deal with increasingly complex and competitive business competition. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques in research carried out by interview then analyzed by SWOT. The type of data consists of primary and secondary data. The results of the research from the descriptive methodology of  SWOT analysis can be obtained by the matrix value of 2.97 internal factors and the value of the matrix of 2.83 external factors. The cafe business that is being run is in cell number five (growth), which is a situation where the organization experiences a period of growth, both in sales, asset profit, or a combination of the three. From the results of the Cartesian diagram, that the King Cafe Business is in quadrant I (one), which is an aggressive strategy

<em>The development of sharia tourism has a multidimensional impact. One of them is employment and poverty alleviation, especially in Ponorogo, considering that is the 11th largest city contributing to Indonesian migrant workers. The development of the sharia tourism business is increasingly attractive, because the Ponorogo community is a pluralistic society, which embraces a variety of cultures, religions and creeds. So that the role of local government as a leading sector is needed to determine the planning and development of regional sharia tourism. For that we need the right strategy in the development of Islamic tourism in accordance with the characteristics of Ponorogo. In the formulation of the right strategy, data from Muslim, non-Muslim and local government communities is needed. The data is analyzed by the SWOT technique which is supported by internal and external factors. With the result has the potential in the development of sharia tourism considering there are still many natural tourism objects that have not been touched and developed by the community or local government. The development of Islamic tourism is approved by Muslim, non-Muslim communities, while maintaining their respective religious sites. The strategy generated from the SWOT analysis formed a map diagram of the development of sharia tourism business in Ponorogo.</em>

In running business poultry broiler, Rancamaya Farm faces many obstacles. Especially is not being able to meet all demand that there are (excess demand). The demand for chicken broiler currently reached 400.783, can be met by Rancamaya Farm is a 288.194. Along with the high education and people's income, then the demand for chicken broiler will progressively increase. This led to opportunities developed farms will increase anyway. The purpose of this research is to analyze the internal and external factors Rancamaya Farm as well as formulate strategies in developing his business. This research uses the qualitative method, as for the quantitative of with regard to internal factors (IFE) matrix, external factors (EFE) Matrix and internal-external (IE). After that, it was back in the analysis using the matrix Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat (SWOT) and architecture strategy. Respondents used in these studies amounted to 7 persons, with consideration of the respondents understand the external and internal condition of the company. The results of this research indicate that the position is located in Rancamaya Farm II which gives recommendations to grow and develop. The strategy that best suits your Rancamaya Farm is a strategy of intensive (market penetration, market development, and product development) or integrative (integration, integration of the back, and the horizontal integration). The results of the SWOT analysis produces 8 business strategic alternatives for Rancamaya Farm which is then poured into 18 work program needs to be done within a period of five years.

The purpose of this study was to determine the internal (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats) factors in Mandiri Mushroom’s business and to determine the right strategy for marketing oyster mushrooms in Mandiri Mushroom business. The analysis method used is the SWOT analysis. The result showed that internal and external factors based on weighting and rating obtained scores for the main strength factor in this Mandiri Mushrooms business werw the good quality of oyster mushrooms and the weakness namely the lack of venture capital. Meanwhile, the most supportive opportunity factor for marketing in this business is that it can compete with other oyster mushroom businesses and the threat factor that will be faced is the presence of pests that cause oyster mushrooms to not develop properly. The strategy that should be applied to this Mandiri Mushroom business based on the SWOT matrix is the Strengths-Opportunities (S-O) strategy, which is to try to use its main strengths to maintain the quality of oyster mushrooms so that they get the main opportunity, which is to compete with other oyster mushrooms businesses.
