<em>The development of sharia tourism has a multidimensional impact. One of them is employment and poverty alleviation, especially in Ponorogo, considering that is the 11th largest city contributing to Indonesian migrant workers. The development of the sharia tourism business is increasingly attractive, because the Ponorogo community is a pluralistic society, which embraces a variety of cultures, religions and creeds. So that the role of local government as a leading sector is needed to determine the planning and development of regional sharia tourism. For that we need the right strategy in the development of Islamic tourism in accordance with the characteristics of Ponorogo. In the formulation of the right strategy, data from Muslim, non-Muslim and local government communities is needed. The data is analyzed by the SWOT technique which is supported by internal and external factors. With the result has the potential in the development of sharia tourism considering there are still many natural tourism objects that have not been touched and developed by the community or local government. The development of Islamic tourism is approved by Muslim, non-Muslim communities, while maintaining their respective religious sites. The strategy generated from the SWOT analysis formed a map diagram of the development of sharia tourism business in Ponorogo.</em>

The clay industry in Godean Distric existed due to proximity of its rawmaterial. The clay industry has been established since 1930 and beganto stop producing. The strategy is needed to maintain the sustainabilityof this production activity. The aim of this research is to formulate thesustainable strategy using the SWOT analysis. The SWOT analysis isformulated with internal and external factors that influence thesustainability of this industry. The data is analized with descriptivequalitative technique using IFAS Table, EFAS Table, IE Matrix, andSWOT Matrix. The results show that the internal factors aremanagement, the product reputation, inovation, capital, labour, rawmaterial, and business sucessors. The external factors are market, theexistance of Asosiasi Pengrajin Genteng, government policies,suppliers and distributors, and competitors. The right strategy tomaintain the sustainability of the clay industry is to avoid losing profitand extend the market. One of right way to do is making the own brand.

  The purpose of research is to find out how the local governments in the strategy to empower the farmer in the village of Lasiai, District East Sinjai, Regency of Sinjai. This type of research is qualitative and descriptive type of research is phenomenological, with 15 informant people. Sources of data in this research is data of primary and secondary data, data collection techniques in this study is observation, interviews, documentation and FGD conducted directly by researchers. Technical analysis the data in this study is the reduction of data, serving data and verification and validation method the data in this study is a triangulation of sources, methods and triangulation time. The results showed that the local government strategy empowerment of farmers group with indicators such as using SWOT analysis is Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat indicators using SWOT analysis to determine the internal and external factors in the local government to empower farmer groups so that the self-reliance of farmer groups in the village Lasiai.  Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemerintah daerah dalam pemberdayaan kelompok tani di Desa Lasiai, Kecamatan Sinjai Timur, Kabupaten Sinjai. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan tipe penelitian ini adalah fenomenologis dengan informan 15 orang. sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan FGD yang dilakukan secara langsung oleh peneliti teknik analisi data dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, sajian data dan verifikasi dan teknik pengabsahan data dalam penelitian ini adalah triangulasi sumber, triangulasi metode dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemerintah daerah dalam pemberdayaan kelompok tani dengan indikator yaitu menggunakan analisis SWOT yaitu Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity Dan Threat dengan indikator menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk mengetahui faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal pemerintah daerah dalam melakukan pemberdayaan kelompok tani sehingga terwujudnya kemandirian kelompok tani di Desa Lasiai.

in Toisapu Sub Vilage, micro business is dominated by women engaged in the informal sector who are members of a women's business group that has a local commodity processing business (Nutmeg Juice). The development and empowerment of Women's Microfinance Institutions (LKMP) is the right step in supporting the rural economy, because it is able to provide flexible services, especially in financing businesses that are not feasible to be funded by non-bankable financial institutions. This study aims to analyze the role of Hunilai LKMP and analyze internal and external factors to create a strategy to maintain the existence of microfinance institutions. Using the SWOT analysis method. The results of the study showed that the role of the Hunilai LKMP was able to change the wheels of the economy on a micro scale, provide easy access to capital in the form of funds, tools, training and be able to foster the confidence of LKMP Hunilai members in increasing their role in families and communities. The development strategy needed is to create a legal umbrella for LKMPs and other supporting policies in optimizing the role of LKMPs to alleviate poverty in rural areas, increase human resource capacity and strengthen cooperation with other stakeholders.

The purpose of this study was to determine the internal (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats) factors in Mandiri Mushroom’s business and to determine the right strategy for marketing oyster mushrooms in Mandiri Mushroom business. The analysis method used is the SWOT analysis. The result showed that internal and external factors based on weighting and rating obtained scores for the main strength factor in this Mandiri Mushrooms business werw the good quality of oyster mushrooms and the weakness namely the lack of venture capital. Meanwhile, the most supportive opportunity factor for marketing in this business is that it can compete with other oyster mushroom businesses and the threat factor that will be faced is the presence of pests that cause oyster mushrooms to not develop properly. The strategy that should be applied to this Mandiri Mushroom business based on the SWOT matrix is the Strengths-Opportunities (S-O) strategy, which is to try to use its main strengths to maintain the quality of oyster mushrooms so that they get the main opportunity, which is to compete with other oyster mushrooms businesses.

The purposes of this research were to know: (1) the current condition of Mete Super Jatisrono based on SWOT analysis and the right strategy to develop Mete Super Jatisrono based on SWOT anaysis The method used in this research was a qualitative method with SWOT analysis as the main method. The researcher used documentation, field observation and quisioner as the data collection techniques. The researcher was able to determine the current condition of Mete Super Jatisrono by identity the internal and external factors. The results of this research were: S-O strategies was the most suitable strategies that can be used as main strategy to develop Mete Super Jatisrono. There is two main poin contained on S-O strategies: the first one is by doing online promotion by themself without hiring a social media expert, and the second one is by doing endorsement to promote Mete Super Jatisrono. The title of this study is the Strategy of Increasing Consumer Food Loyalty in CurupCity, Rejang Lebong Regency (Case Study in "Henvian" Typical Food Industry). Thisresearch is based on the importance of strategies in increasing business and consumerloyalty to products sold.Strategies to increase business and consumer loyalty can bedone with a SWOT analysis. Place of this research is the "Henvian" shop that sellstypical Rejang lebong food. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative.Informants in this study were people who were considered to know for certain about theHENVIAN Specialty Food Store in Curup City, Rejang Lebong Regency. The dataanalysis technique used in this study is a SWOT analysis to determine the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a typical Rejang Lebong food business.By using SWOT analysis techniques that consist of strengths (weakness), weaknesses(weakness), opportunities (opportnity) and threats (threath). The results of this studycan be concluded that the internal factors that are the strength of the marketing strategyare the quality of the product that is good at a price affordable to the public andtourists, service that is friendly and responsive to consumer needs, as well astechnological advancements that facilitate the promotion of business. Internal factorsthat are a weakness are often lack of stock, there are some products that do not meet thestandard packaging, the product shelf life is short, employees do not use uniforms.External factors that become opportunities are a fairly high economic community,abundant raw materials while external factors that are a threat are the manycompetitors, an unstable economy, the price of basic needs increases. This research intended  to evaluate the development strategy of Marine Fish Hatchery Unit at Gumilamo Island, North Halmahera. Analysis SWOT was used to determine the development strategy. Data were collected by questionnaire, interview and literature relevant to the research. SWOT analysis showed the internal and external factors that affected the development of Marine Fish Hatchery at Gumilamo island. The strenght were location, water quality , local government support, and availability of seeds and feed. Weakness were lack of public interest, lack of extension and human resources. Opportunity were the high value of the sale, business opportunities and  local government regulation. Tourism shows a significant contribution to foreign exchange and regional income in Indonesia. Defined as a priority and leading sector in the RPJMD, tourism development in the Regencies and the Province of Gorontalo must measure the results, benefits and impacts for all stakeholders. Contribution to regional income (PAD) and the composition of internal and external factors in each of the leading destinations is needed for the purpose of determining the strategy and policy of sustainable tourism development. The study concluded that tourism sector was relatively small in its contribution to each PAD total by Regencies in Gorontalo Province. The low of PADsp is relevant to the low occupancy rate (TPK) of the hotel and the length of stay (LoS). The lack of retribution income from recreation and sports spot is relevant to the lack of activities to support the attractiveness such as art and cultural attractions and local products that can be souvenirs for tourists. Infrastructure facilities at leading tourism objects are relatively incomplete or do not meet tourism standards. The low of PAD, TPK LoS can also explain that the increase in tourists to Gorontalo is only a transit to the other tourist objects outside of Gorontalo Province.Keywords: Tourism, Leading Sector, Gorontalo, Income, Swot Analysis

Chapter 10 provides a summary of the argument of the book. It elaborates some of the benefits of Literalism, such as less conceptual confusion and an expanded range of entities for research that might illuminate human cognition. It motivates distinguishing the questions of whether something has a cognitive capacity from whether it is intuitively like us. It provides a conceptual foundation for the social sciences appropriate for the increasing role of modeling in these sciences. It also promotes convergence in terms of the roles of internal and external factors in explaining both human and nonhuman behavior. Finally, it sketches some of the areas of new research that it supports, including group cognition and artificial intelligence.

The Covid-19 Pandemic has hurt the beverage outlets' sales. This study investigates the strength of the internal and external factors that influenced sales in the online platforms of hype drinks. Thus, the study focused on the adaptation strategy to improve the sales in the online platform of hype drinks under environmentally-health pressures. The approach was mixed-method by obtaining the data through questionnaires, interviews, and observation. The participant in this study was consumer, employee, and owner.  Data analysis is conducted under the SWOT analysis that has four steps in presenting the data. The finding concluded that internal and external factors positively impacted the business strategy to increase online sales of beverage outlets by riding the wave of hype among customers.
