The main cause of maternal mortality is pre-eclampsia as many as 2 out of 5 maternal deaths. The severe complication ratio is 218/1000 and the mortality ratio of pregnant women is 198/1000. Hypertension accounted for 16 (28.1%) of 57 cases with severe complications both bleeding and abortion were 14 (24.6%). MDG’s Targets 1 to 3 in social factors contribute to the incidence of pre-eclampsia. The aim of this is to analyze the research that has three social determinan whiach are age, education and  occupation associated with the incidence of pre-eclampsia. Design of this Research was  a survey with a cross - sectional study approach, which was carried out from  June 23  to July 28, 2018 at the Bontomanai Health Center in Jeneponto District. A sample of 45 women who experienced pre-eclampsia from January 2016 to June 2018. Data analysis with Logistic Regression is used to link dependent and independent variables. Variable proximity is seen using Odds Ratio (OR). The division of the Pre-eclampsia category is divided into two categories, namely as many as 26 people (57.8%) and mild pre-eclampsia as many as 19 people (42.2%). There are three variables in this study, age, education and occupation. Of the three  variables, only age is significant while education and employment have no significance. Therefore, it can be concluded that: Subsequent research into the relationship of health status, culture with pre-eclampsia.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of rewarding with work motivation of nurses in the Inpatient Room of H. Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja Hospital in Bulukumba Regency, with total sampling taking 48 respondents. This research is a quantitative study using an analytic observational design using a cross-sectional study approach. The results of bivariate fisher analysis showed that the value of the p-value was 0.028 p (<0.05). The value of 0.028 is below the alpha value (0.05), thus there is a relationship between giving rewards with work motivation of nurses. Then it was concluded that there was a relationship between rewarding and work motivation for honorary nurses in the inpatient room of H. Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja Hospital in Bulukumba Regency. Prelabor rupture of the membrane (PROM) requires greater attention because of the high prevalence and its tendency to increase. The incidence of PROM at  37 weeks of gestation (aterm) is around 6.45-15.6% and about 2-3 percent of all single preterm pregnancies and 7.4% in twin preterm pregnancies. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between leukosituria and the incidence of premature rupture of membrane at < 37 weeks of gestation at the General Hospital of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang during 2015-2017. This is an analytic observational research with a cross-sectional study approach. Data were analyzed with Chi Square. Out of 36 samples that fit in the inclusion criteria, 18 patients had preterm PROM while 18 others had Aterm PROM. PROM mostly occurs in multigravida patients (58.3%, 21 patients). Patients with 38-39 weeks of gestation had the highest prevalence of PROM. Out of 18 Preterm PROM patients, 9 patients had leukocyturia. Only 1 aterm patients had positive leukocyturia. The result of this study showed a significant relationship between the incidence of PROM and preterm pregnancy.

This study aims to determine the relationship between length of work and nutritional status with work fatigue on gold craftsmen in Malimongan Village, Wajo District, Makassar City. This type of analytic observational research uses a cross sectional study approach, involving 30 gold craftsmen as respondents who were taken by simple random sampling. Collecting data using questionnaires, body scales and stature meters which are then analyzed using non-parametric methods with the Kruskal Wallis test. The results showed that the length of work 8 hours/day was 44,3%, normal nutritional status was 70% and work fatigue was 60%. Statistical analysis showed that there was a relationship between length of work and work fatigue for gold craftsmen (p-value=0,016) while nutritional status and work fatigue were obtained (p-value=0,311). In conclusion, it is known that there is a relationship between length of work and work fatigue, and there is no relationship between nutritional status and work fatigue in gold craftsmen.

This study aimed to analyze the relationship of insulin-like growth factor 1 with bone mass in obese female. This study used a cross sectional study method using 30 obese women aged 19-23 years, body mass index (BMI) 25-35 kg / m2, normal blood pressure, normal resting heart rate (RHR), normal hemoglobin (Hb). and fasting blood glucose (FBG) <100 mg / dL. Measurement of IGF-1 levels used the Enzym Link Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) method. Measurement of bone mass using TANITA (Body Composition Analyzer DC3607601 (2) -1604 FA, TANITA Corporation of America, Inc., USA). The data analysis technique used the Pearson product-moment test with Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The results showed that mean levels of IGF-1 (1.17 ± 0.10) ng / mL and bone mass (2.49 ± 0.06) kg (r = 0.712, P ≤ 0.001). Our findings suggest that there was a positive correlation between IGF-1 levels and bone mass
