Because modern human beings pay more and more attention to physical health, and there are many problems in the traditional medical service system, human beings have a higher and higher voice for the new medical model. At present, there are many researches on the application of modern science and technology to put forward solutions to medical development, but they generally pay attention to some details and ignore the construction of the whole medical service system. In order to solve the problems of low efficiency of the traditional medical model, difficult communication between doctors and patients, unreasonable allocation of medical resources, and so on, this article proposes establishing a perfect medical and health service system. First, the correlation functions are used, such as cosine correlation, to calculate the correlation of various medical products, and then the correlation measurement methods of cloud computing and the Internet of Things are used to realize the network connection of smart medical equipment, efficiently store, calculate and analyze health data, and realize online outpatient services, health file management, data analysis, and other functions. Then, the energy consumption formula of the wireless transceiver was used to reduce the resource loss in the operation of the system. Then, we use the questionnaire to understand the current situation of mobile medical and put forward improvement suggestions. This article also scores the performance of the system. The experimental results show that the performance rating of traditional medical institutions is B, while the model rating of mobile medical institutions is a, and the efficiency is optimized by 4.42%.

Abstract COVID-19 pandemic has claimed millions of lives and devastated the health service system, livelihood and economy in many countries worldwide. Despite the initiation of vaccination programs in many countries, the spread of the pandemic continues and effective treatment is still urgently needed. Although some antiviral drugs have been shown to be effective, they are not widely available. Repurposing of anti-parasitic drugs with in vitro anti-SARS-CoV-2 activity is a promising approach being tested in many clinical trials. Combination of these drugs is a plausible way to enhance their effectiveness. We tested in vitro anti-SARS-CoV-2 activity of combinations of Niclosamide, Ivermectin, and Chloroquine; and show here that these combinations resulted in more than 10-fold reduction in the half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) as compared to individual drugs. Synergy landscape analyses showed Niclosamide-Ivermectin combination to have the best synergy score with a peak Loewe synergy score of over 20 and a mean score of 6.60 in Vero E6 cell and a peak Loewe synergy score of 13.2 and a mean score of 2.897 in Calu-3 cells.

This study explored the experiences of healthcare consumers who had recently attempted suicide, and their carers, following placement on a Suicide Prevention Pathway based on the Zero Suicide framework. Qualitative interviews were conducted with 10 consumers and 5 carers using a semi-structured interview schedule. Interviews were transcribed and thematic analysis was applied to identify prominent themes and sub-themes. Three interrelated themes were identified. The first theme was ‘Feeling safe and valued’ with the associated sub-theme pertaining to perceived stigmatizing treatment and self-stigma. The second was ‘Intersection of consumer and staff/organizational needs’ with a related sub-theme of time pressure and reduced self-disclosure. The final theme was ‘Importance of the ‘whole picture’, highlighting the relevance of assessing and addressing psychosocial factors when planning for consumer recovery. Overall, consumers and their carers reported a favorable experience of the Suicide Prevention Pathway; however, there were several areas identified for improvement. These included reconciling the time-pressures of a busy health service system, ensuring consumers and carers feel their psychosocial concerns are addressed, and ensuring that adequate rapport is developed. Key to this is ensuring consumers feel cared for and reducing perceptions of stigma.

With the development of information technology, big data, and cloud computing, the concept of smart healthcare has gradually become more and more important. Compared with the traditional healthcare service, the new model, health service platform, is becoming increasingly popular and convenient. The use of wearable monitoring devices and some APPs is improving the health monitoring efficacy and effectiveness. To improve and facilitate the smart healthcare services, an effective and convenient app health service platform is needed urgently to serve the older and younger. Based on the above, this paper elaborates the principles of health service system and health information perception terminal design of the APP health service platform.

It is important to promote the development and application of hospital information system, community health service system, etc. However, it is difficult to realize the intercommunication between various information systems because it is not enough to realize the in-depth management of health information. To address these issues, we design the 5G edge computing-assisted architecture for medical community. Then, we formulate the directional data collection (DDC) problem to gather the EMR/HER data from the medical community to minimize the service error under the deadline constraint of data collection deadline. Moreover, we design the data direction prediction algorithm (DDPA) to predict the data collection direction and propose the data collection planning algorithm (DCPA) to minimize the data collecting time cost. Through the numerical simulation experiments, we demonstrate that our proposed algorithms can decrease the total time cost by 62.48% and improve the data quality by 36.47% through the designed system, respectively.

Purpose This study aims to examine the systems and mechanisms at provincial level to develop health volunteers to improve health of the immigrant workforce in Ubon Ratchathani, Thailand. Design/methodology/approach This qualitative study collected data from document research and in-depth interviews with 22 concerned people who worked at policy and provincial levels to develop health volunteers to improve the health of immigrant workforce. Data were collected from May to July 2017. Then, content of the conceptual framework was analysed. The research objectives were examined and summary and induction analysis interpreted data from documents, observations and interviews. Findings Ubon Ratchathani has developed a Thai village health volunteer network to provide health care to immigrant workforce. This consisted of four systems and one supporting mechanism, namely, selection of health volunteer, knowledge management on primary health care, welfare management and moral enhancement and resource and budget support. Development is driven through the committee under the mechanisms of government agencies, i.e. the provincial public health office together with non-government organizations and network partners. Originality/value The findings from this study could help develop health volunteers to significantly improve the health of the immigrant workforce in the Thai health service system.

In the context of the national strategy Healthy China, it is imperative to establish a social mental health service system. Co-construction of universities and medical institutions is an important measure to respond to national policy requirements and improve the quality of psychological services for college students. In order to improve the quality of university students’ mental health, planning and deployment should be made in terms of top-level design and specific implementation plans to maximize the mobilization of resources of colleges and universities and the medical system, so that psychological interventions such as mental health education, psychological consultation, and psychological treatment can be integrated into university students’ mental health service system.

Diabetes Mellitus is a silent killer disease that can cause both macro and microvascular complications. The prevalence of DM in Indonesia is 1.5% of interviews diagnosed with doctors, and in DIY 12.2% of DM patients are not treated and show taking medication or using insulin from all ages in the Yogyakarta area 89.94%. Prolanis is a health service system and a proactive approach that is implemented in an integrated manner that involves participants, health facilities, and BPJS Kesehatan in the framework of health care for BPJS Kesehatan participants who suffer from chronic diseases to achieve optimal quality of life with cost-effective and efficient health services. Community service is carried out at the Kartika Husada Clinic in DM prolanic patients with counseling methods about DM disease and its prognosis and appropriate pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies. Followed by supporting health tests as a basis for drug administration. The administration of drugs to prolanis patients is carried out by the interactive Information and Education Communication (IEC) method for both the patient and accompanying family. A series of community services carried out to support the BPJS prolanis program which aims to improve the quality of life of patients by controlling blood sugar and regulating lifestyle.
