The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career development, competence and compensation on intention to leave Employees at Ekasakti University, Padang. The research method uses correlational analysis. The sampling technique uses a purpose sampling method, amounting to as many as 30 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using data description, normality test and hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 21. The results of the study illustrate that simultaneously there is an influence jointly with career development, competence and compensation for Intention To Leave, and testing conducted partially, that the development career influences Intention To Leave, competence influences Intention To Leave and compensation influences Intention To Leave.

Objective: This paper aims to test the effect employee job training has on employee career development in the company.Design/methodology/approach: This paper uses a quantitative approach with the process of finding the knowledge by using data in the form of numbers as a tool that can be generalized to prove hypotheses. The population in this study was 135 employees by sampling 100 employees using sampling method probability by using random sampling type samples to use slovin formula. Analysis techniques use multiple linear regressions.Findings: The results showed that job training influences the career development of employees in companies with a significant rate of 0.00 less than α=0.05.Practical Implications: The results of the study are recommended for company employees to conduct job training as a tool to improve career development.Originality: Previous research has been conducted to test job training on employee career development in large companies; the findings conclude that employee job training affects employee career development. This research researchers try to research medium-scale companies down.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product diversity, product quality and location partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Padang Branch. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling so that from the population a sample of 100 respondents was taken, the data collection method used was observation, questionnaire and literature review. Data analysis techniques used are classical assumptions, multiple linear regression and t test. Based on multiple regression analysis, get Y = 6.029 + 0.238 X1 + 0.171 X2 + 0.334 X2 + e. From the t-test, it was found that the product's threat variable had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Padang Branch. Product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Padang Branch. Location variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Padang Branch. It is expected that the results of this study can be used as a reference for further researchers to increase the number of respondents to be used, and carried out with a longer time span, besides using variables that are more suitable to increase customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of prices and distribution channels partially and simultaneously on the sales volume at Padang's ATB Tofu Factory. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used is the total sampling method so that from the population a sample of 32 respondents was taken, the data collection method used was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t test and detemination coefficient. Based on multiple regression analysis obtained Y = 5,056 + 0,207 X1 + 0,486 X2 + e. From the t test, it was found that the price had a positive and significant effect on the sales volume at Padang's ATB Tofu Factory and the distribution channel had a positive and significant effect on the sales volume at Padang's ATB Tofu Factory with a significant value <0.05. The results of the determination coefficient obtained the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable of 47.3%, the remaining 50.7% is explained by other variables that are not used in this study.

Based on the many fraud cases experienced by PT Bank UOB Indonesia, the implementation of the anti-fraud strategy at PT Bank UOB Indonesia refers to the implementation of policies issued by PT Bank UOB Indonesia in order to minimize fraud cases. This study aims to determine the policies and implementation of anti-fraud strategies at PT Bank UOB Indonesia. The object of this research is the Integrated Fraud Management Division. This research was conducted using a case study qualitative research method and using data analysis techniques Miles and Huberman. The data collection techniques in this study were participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Selection of sources is carried out by purposive sampling method, in which sources are selected with specific considerations and goals. The results show that the policy and implementation of the Anti-Fraud strategy have been implemented in accordance with Bank Indonesia Circular No.13/28/DPNP dated 9 December 2011 concerning the Implementation of Anti-Fraud Strategies for Commercial Banks, however there are still deficiencies caused by obstacles in its implementation. namely the lack of awareness of employees to report all indications of fraud, very minimal employee rotation, frequent information about surprise audits that cannot be kept secret, and the recruitment pattern adopted by PT Bank UOB Indonesia does not include material on fraud awareness.

<p class="Style1"><em>This study aims to test and analyze: the influence of good corporate </em><em>governance on the profitability of the banking industri and the influence of loan to deposit ratio on the profitability of the banking industri in Indonesia. The research </em><em>sample used in the study were 13 banking industries that received the best assessment from the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD) of the 30 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) as the top 30 issuers with the highest </em><em>Corporate Governance (CG) scores in the 2012 period -2014. The sampling technique </em><em>uses purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques include: descriptive </em><em>statistics; normality test; classical assumption test: multicollinearity and </em><em>heteroscedasticity; multiple regression test: test the coefficient of determination, F </em><em>test, and T test. The results of the study show that: for good corporate governance the </em><em>number of audit commissions and the number of directors has a significant positive </em><em>effect on the profitability of the banking industri; institutional ownership and the proportion of independent board of directors have no significant effect on the profitability of the banking industri; and the loan to deposit ratio has a significant negative effect on the profitability of the banking industri in Indonesia.</em></p>

Abstract : The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of competence variables and emotional intelligence on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative research method. The population in this study is the employee of Education and Culture Office of Kuningan Regency with the number of 97 people. Sampling technique used is a sampling technique saturated, so that all members of the population sampled as many as 97 people. Data retrieval technique using questionnaire with scale measurement instrument using a likert scale. Data analysis techniques used using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously, between the competence variable and emotional intelligence on the performance of employees. Keyword : Competency; Emotional Intelligence; Employee Performance Abstrak.: Tujuan peneltian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kompetensi dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Kuningan dengan jumlah sebanyak 97 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu sebanyak 97 orang. Teknik penarikan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran instrumen mengunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunkan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan, antara variabel kompetensi dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi; Kecerdasan Emosional; Kinerja Pegawai

<em><span lang="EN-US">The purpose of this study is that researchers want to see how much an increase in student entrepreneurial interest in SMK 1 Kec. Guguak through basic services in the field of career guidance. The population is all grade XII students of SMKN 1 Kec. Guguak, amounting to 236 people, while the research sample were students of class XII multimedia 2, amounting to 20 people. Which is indicated to have low student entrepreneurial interest based on a purposive sampling technique. The data collection instrument is a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using, normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 22. The results of research that have been done there are differences between the pretest value and the posttest value. From the results of statistical tests it is known that tcount 4,737&gt; from ttable 1,729 with df 19 at a significance level of 0.05, it can be said that Ha is accepted meaning that there is an increase in student entrepreneurial interest for pretest and posttest through basic services in career guidance.</span></em>

The objectives of this research are to know and to analyze about the effect of Continuous Improvement on the performance of employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya. Research method which applied in this research is survey research method, while data collecting technique is done by through questionaire. Sampling technique applies sample is accidental sampling technique and the size sample is 55 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in the study is simple regression technique, analysis of the coefficient of determination  and t test. The results showed that the Continuous Improvement  including both criteria, including employee performance criteria, as well as Continuous Improvement  has a positive influence on employee performance of 76,4% in PT . Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya.

Good service quality in public services will give an impetus to the user community to give a good assessment. Good service by the State Civil Servants (ASN) in the Transportation Obligatory Licensing Unit (UPAKWU) in the Karanganyar District Transportation Department was apparently still receiving complaints from the service user community. This shows that there are still some shortcomings in the implementation of the service system in the office. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling method. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents by providing a list of questions or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) are used to measure the level of satisfaction of someone over the performance of other parties, and Cartesian Diagrams to determine service indicators that satisfy or do not satisfy consumers. The results showed that: Service quality in UPAKWU Karanganyar Regency according to customer perceptions has not been satisfactory, despite having good service performance / above average. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to examine the effect of good corporate governance and audit quality on fraud prevention. The research method used is quantitative method is a method of research data in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics. The population used is all employees at CV. Agung Mas Motor, Sukabumi City, amounting to 35 people. The sample is determined by nonprobability sampling with a saturated sampling technique. Sources of data used in the form of data collection carried out through the distribution of questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques use hypothesis testing using SPSS 24. The results of research and data processing show that Corporate Governance has a significant effect on Fraud Prevention and Audit Quality that have no significant effect on Fraud Prevention. The results of simultaneous test between Corporate Governance and Quality Audit have a significant effect toward fraun prevention. ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh good corporate governance dan kualitas audit terhadap pencegahan penipuan. Teknik analisis data untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian dan pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa Tata Kelola Perusahaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Pencegahan Penipuan sementara Kualitas Audit tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Pencegahan Penipuan. Hasil uji simultan antara Tata Kelola Perusahaan dan Audit Kualitas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pencegahan kecurangan.
