The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of prices and distribution channels partially and simultaneously on the sales volume at Padang's ATB Tofu Factory. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used is the total sampling method so that from the population a sample of 32 respondents was taken, the data collection method used was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t test and detemination coefficient. Based on multiple regression analysis obtained Y = 5,056 + 0,207 X1 + 0,486 X2 + e. From the t test, it was found that the price had a positive and significant effect on the sales volume at Padang's ATB Tofu Factory and the distribution channel had a positive and significant effect on the sales volume at Padang's ATB Tofu Factory with a significant value <0.05. The results of the determination coefficient obtained the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable of 47.3%, the remaining 50.7% is explained by other variables that are not used in this study.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product diversity, product quality and location partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Padang Branch. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling so that from the population a sample of 100 respondents was taken, the data collection method used was observation, questionnaire and literature review. Data analysis techniques used are classical assumptions, multiple linear regression and t test. Based on multiple regression analysis, get Y = 6.029 + 0.238 X1 + 0.171 X2 + 0.334 X2 + e. From the t-test, it was found that the product's threat variable had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Padang Branch. Product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Padang Branch. Location variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Padang Branch. It is expected that the results of this study can be used as a reference for further researchers to increase the number of respondents to be used, and carried out with a longer time span, besides using variables that are more suitable to increase customer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment to Employee Work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office. The dependent variable used is Work Discipline, the independent variable is Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment. This type of research is causal associative. The sampling technique used is the Census technique to obtain a total sample of 48 respondents who are civil servants. Data analysis techniques in this study were multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and adjusted determination coefficient test (R2). From the regression results for this study the equation is obtained, namely Y = 8.756 + 0.565 X1 + 0.434 X2. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office.Keywords: organizational climate, organizational commitment, work discipline

<p><em>This study analyzes the influence of organizational commitment and compensation simultaneously on the performance of personnel BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin, analyzing the influence of organizational commitment and partial compensation to personnel performance BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin, analyzing the dominant variable of organizational commitment and compensation affecting BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin performance.</em></p><p><em>The research method used is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population of this research was 52 people with purposive sampling sampling technique with 52 samples. data collection was done by using questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple regression with F test and t test.</em></p><p><em>The Influence of Organizational Commitments (X1) affects the performance of personnel (Y). The proof of the statement can not be based on the value of t greater than the value of t table (4.824&gt; 2.007) and lower value significantly than error rate (0,000 &lt;0,05). The effect of Work Compensation (X2) influenced the performance of personnel (Y) of t table (3.931&gt; 2.007) and significantly lower value than error rate (0,000 &lt;0,05). This result shows that partial compensation work variable has an effect on personnel performance. The table above shows that 0.942 = 94.2% means there are still other variables that affect the personnel performance besides the organizational commitment variable and the simultaneous commitment to the personnel performance of BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin.</em></p>

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career development, competence and compensation on intention to leave Employees at Ekasakti University, Padang. The research method uses correlational analysis. The sampling technique uses a purpose sampling method, amounting to as many as 30 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using data description, normality test and hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 21. The results of the study illustrate that simultaneously there is an influence jointly with career development, competence and compensation for Intention To Leave, and testing conducted partially, that the development career influences Intention To Leave, competence influences Intention To Leave and compensation influences Intention To Leave.

Immunization is one of the preventive efforts in preventing diseases early on. Where a newborn baby has immunity that is not perfect so that it will increase the risk of infection. One of the immunizations that must be given to babies is DPT which can prevent diphtheria and tetanus.If a baby is infected with the disease, there is a high risk of developing growth and development disorders that can result in death. However, immunization will cause side effects in the form of fever in infants due to the process of antibody formation, so the baby will tend to be fussy when after immunization. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of giving immunization to the rise in baby's body temperature. This research method uses experimental design in which the variables studied are DPT immunization as an independent variable and an increase in body temperature. The population in this study were infants who received DPT immunization, as many as 16 infants with a sampling technique using the cocecutive sampling method. The instrument used was the baby KMS observation sheet and temometer.Researchers conducted a bivariate analysis using a paired test, using a significance level of 95% or with a p-value ratio of a = 0.05.The results of the study note that there is an effect of DPT immunization on the rise in baby's body temperature obtained p-value that is 0,000 so it can be concluded that the p-value of 0,000 <(0.05) thus Ha is accepted. It is expected that the mother continues to provide immunization to her baby so that the baby is protected from disease infections and can grow and develop optimally.

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of product quality, location and price on purchasing decisions at Kinol Bistro N 'Poll Cafe in Padang City. The population in this study were all consumers who made purchases at the Kinol Bistro N ’Poll cafe in Padang City totaling 2,446. while the number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method, namely by taking samples based on certain criteria. Data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses are multiple linear regression, and statistical T test. The results showed that the variables of product quality, price and location had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Kinol Bistro N 'Poll Cafe in Padang City. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the influence of brand image, price and promotion on the decision to purchase a Honda Brio car in the city of Padang. The population in this study were all consumers who bought a Honda Brio car in the city of Padang at the Honda Gajah Motor Padang, totaling 584 people. While the number of samples in this study were 85 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method, namely by taking samples based on certain criteria. Data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses are multiple linear regression, and statistical T test. The results showed that the variable brand image and promotion had a significant effect on the decision to purchase a Honda Brio car in the city of Padang. While the price variable does not significantly influence the decision to purchase a Honda Brio car in the city of Padang.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously on the customer loyalty of the Padang city PDAM. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling so that from the population a sample of 100 respondents was taken, the data collection method used was observation, questionnaire and literature rieview. Data analysis techniques used are classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and detemination coefficient. Based on multiple regression analysis, service quality and customer satisfaction variables on customer loyalty get Y = 1,493 + 0,408X1 + 0,059 X2 + 0,481X3- 0,038 X4 + 0,192 X5 + 0,114 X6 + e. From the t test, it was found that tangible had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of PDAM Kota Padang. Variable reliability does not affect the customer loyalty of PDAM Kota Padang. The variable responsiveness has a positive and significant effect on the customer loyalty of PDAM Kota Padang. The assurance variable does not affect the customer loyalty of Padang City PDAM. Variable empathy has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of PDAM Kota Padang. Satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of PDAM Kota Padang. From the results of the F test, it is proven that the variables of service quality and customer satisfaction simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty PDAM Padang city, while the results of the determination coefficient obtained the ability of independent variables explain the dependent variable of 28.7% the remaining 71.3% is explained by other variables which is not used in this study, it is expected that Padang City PDAM can provide the best quality service to customers so that the customer is satisfied with the services proviuded so as to increase customer loyalty and for further researchers the authors suggest, in order to increase the number of respondents to be used, as well as carried out with a longer time span, so that the research done is better than tthe results of this study.

<p>The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of self efficacy, tolerance of risk, freedom in work, need for achievement, and readiness to desire instrumentation Gunadarma University students to be entrepreneurs. Type of data used is the primary data. The research method used was survey by an inductive analysis approach to look ways  that  generally used  in  examining the  factors  that  influence the  willingness  of students to become entrepreneurs. Methods of collecting data is using a questionnaire with 100 people as respondents. The sampling technique used was simple random technique (Random Sampling Method). Data were processed and analyzed using SPSS application assistance. Analysis tools used in this study is to test the validity, reliability, multiple regression liniear, pearson correlation, and independent sample t test. These results indicate that the variable of self success, Freedom in Works, and the Necessity of achievement which is a dominant variable in influencing the desire of Semarang University Students to become an entrepreneur.</p>

This research aims to determine the effect of direct compensation and competence on employee performance at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Palembang. Distribution of questionnaires using google form with 56 respondents. The sampling method in this research uses a saturated sampling method. This research method uses an associative approach, which is looking for bonding patterns or patterns of influence between variables on one object, in order to recognize the influence between independent and dependent variables. The method of collecting information is a questionnaire. The variables studied were employee performance as the dependent variable, direct compensation and competence as the independent variable. Information that has been processed using the SPSS program produces a regression equation Y = 4,898+ 0.369X1 + 0, 503X2. Based on the results of the t test, it was found that tcount was 3.264 for direct compensation and 4.362 for competence so that direct compensation had a significant effect on employee performance and competence had a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, the f test results in 34,300 so that direct compensation and competence together have a significant effect on employee performance.  Keywords: Direct compensation, competence, performance Abstrak Riset ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi langsung dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Palembang. Penyebaran kuesioner memakai google form dengan 56 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam riset ini memakai metode sampling jenuh. Metode riset ini memakai pendekatan assosiatif ialah, mencari pola ikatan atau pola pengaruh antar variabel pada satu objek, agar dapat mengenali pengaruh antar variabel bebas dan terikat. Metode pengumpulan informasi ialah, kuesioner. Variabel yang diteliti kinerja karyawan selaku variabel terikat, kompensasi langsung serta kompetensi selaku variabel bebas. Informasi yang sudah diolah dengan memakai program SPSS menghasilkan persamaan regresi Y= 4,898+ 0,369X1+ 0, 503X2. Berdasarkan hasil pada uji t diperoleh thitung 3,264 untuk kompensasi langsung dan 4,362 untuk kompetensi sehingga kompensasi langsung mempengaruhi signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta kompetensi mempengaruhi signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu pada uji f yang hasilnya 34,300 sehingga kompensasi langsung dan kompetensi secara bersama sama mempengaruhi signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
