Teacher Eligibility Test known as TET is an Indian entrance examination for teachers. The test is conducted by both Central government and State governments in India. The test is conducted in order to fulfill the achieve Right to education goals.  After passing the teacher eligibility test only teachers will be selected for the government services. Even most of the teachers are against teacher eligibility test. The present study will plan to know the views & attitude towards teacher eligibility test among the school teachers. Attitude is simply defined as views, opinions, ideas, feelings, fears, towards particular event.  This paper is an attempt to find the Attitude towards teacher eligibility test among BEd trainees. In the present study survey method was used. The investigator adopted the survey method to study the attitude of BEd trainees towards teacher eligibility test. Investigators selected only 300 BEd trainees as sample in Coimbatore district using stratified random sampling. The findings reveal that there is a moderate attitude towards teacher eligibility test among the selected BEd trainees in Coimbatore district.

Teacher Eligibility Test is an Indian entrance examination for teachers. The test is mandatory for getting teaching jobs in government schools from Class 1 to Class 8.  Paper 1 is meant for teachers opting for Class 1 to Class 5 and Paper 2 for Class 6 to Class 8. It is conducted by both Central government and State governments in India. Most states conduct their own TET. The present study focused on the positive and negative attitudes towards TET examination. For this purpose, this research was conducted with 500 student teachers in survey method. A self-made tool consists of 27 items. The findings of this study brought into light some vital reasons behind the attitudes exhibited by the teachers regarding TET, was mainly due to the importance of TET, its necessity, and the problems faced by the teachers while attending TET. On the basis of the findings it is suggested that, as the test is mandatory for getting teaching jobs in government schools, all the opportunities, resources and facilities should be given to the student teachers during their B.Ed. course for their professional development and to fulfill and achieve educational goals. It is necessary to ensure teachers with the essential aptitude and ability to meet the challenges of teaching at the primary and upper primary level.

Teacher attitude is simply defined as the views, opinions, ideas, feelings, fears, etc. of a teacher. The study aimed to examine the teachers’ attitude towards teaching programme. The investigator adopted survey method to study the teachers’ attitude towards teaching programme for this study a sample of 100 school teachers from five Govt and Private schools which are situated in and around Coimbatore district in Tamil Nadu were selected by the investigator using simple random sampling technique. The findings reveal that is inferred that there is no significant relationship between teacher’s attitude towards teaching program and the academic achievement of their students.

Homework is defined as a set of tasks assigned to students by their teachers to be completed outside the class. Common homework assignments may include a quantity or period of reading to be performed, writing or typing to be completed, problems to be solved, a school project to be built (such as a diorama or display), or other skills to be practiced. The study aimed to examine the attitude towards home work among teachers at secondary levels. The investigator adopted survey method to study the attitude towards home work among teachers at secondary levels. For this study a sample of 300 secondary level teachers from five Govt and Private schools which are situated in and around Coimbatore district in Tamil Nadu were selected by the investigator using simple random sampling technique. The findings reveal that is inferred that there is a difference in the level of attitude towards homework among school teachers at secondary level.

Environmental pollution is the undesirable change in physical, chemical and biological characteristics of air, land and water. As a result of over-population, rapid industrializations, and other human activities like agriculture and deforestation etc., earth became loaded with diverse pollutants that were released as by-products. The paper is an attempt to identify the awareness on environmental pollution among BEd student teachers. The investigator adopted the survey method to study the awareness on environmental pollution among BEd student teachers. The study is based on primary data which is collected from 300 BEd student teachers in and around Coimbatore district using simple random sampling technique. The findings reveal that there is a difference in the level of awareness on environmental pollution among BEd student teachers.FCASR

Abstract: Preliminary study in several Government Primary Schools indicates a number of Primary Schoolprincipals have low degree of professionalism and some others have high degree. Based on this fact, this researchformulated a problem if there is an effect of the principal’s professionalism towards the job satisfaction of thegovernment primary school teachers. This quantitative research was performed in Kedaung Angke, Sengkareng,West Jakarta as from 1 through 30 April 2014 employing survey method with correlational technique.The variablesobserved was the principal’s professionalism (X) and the government primary school teachers’ job satisfaction (Y).Based on the statistical analysis the research concluded, there is a significant effect of the principal’s professionalsmtoward the government primary school teachers’ job satisfaction. The principals, therefore, are suggested to improvetheir professionalism to support the maximal attainment of their teachers’job satisfaction. Central Java is one of the areas in Indonesia that is affected by the covid 19 virus. Therefore, the Central Java government also carries out instructions given by the central government to prevent the spread of the covid 19 virus. The government imposes social distancing and also Work From Home. However, what happens is that people in the Central Java region are looking for activities outside the home by cycling. This is also experienced by people in the Demak district. The problem taken in this study is how the public's interest in recreational sports cycling during the Covid 19 pandemic in Demak. This study used a quantitative descriptive design with a survey method conducted online by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. The population in this study were bicycle users in the Demak area with a sample size of 100 people. The data analysis technique used percentage descriptive analysis. The results showed that the most dominant indicator was the indicator of attention with a score of 78% in the high category. The overall results in this study are 75% in the high category. This shows that people's interest in recreational sports during the Covid 19 pandemic is in the high category. The conclusion in this study is that people's interest in recreational sports cycling during the Covid 19 pandemic is in the high category with a percentage of 75% with an average score of 282. People with very high criteria are 24 people, high criteria are 73 people, and criteria are sufficient. as many as 3 people. The public believes that cycling is a suitable sport to do during a pandemic, during a pandemic, health is the thing that we must protect the most because the body is susceptible to viruses. By cycling we can still maintain the health protocols that have been implemented during this pandemic Keywords: public interest, recreational sports cycling, covid 19   Abstrak Jawa Tengah merupakan salah satu daerah yang ada di Indonesia yang terdampak oleh virus covid 19. Oleh sebab itu pemerintah Jawa Tengah juga melakukan instruksi yang diberikan oleh pemerintah pusat untuk mencegah persebaran dari virus covid 19. Pemerintah memberlakukan social distancing dan juga Work From Home. Namun yang terjadi masyarakat diwilayah Jawa Tengah justru mencari aktifitas diluar rumah dengan bersepeda. Hal tersebut juga dialami oleh masyarakat dilingkungan kabupaten Demak. Permasalahan yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana minat masyarakat untuk olahraga rekreasi bersepeda pada masa pandemi covid 19 di Demak. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survey yang dilakukan secara online dengan menyebar angket melalui google form.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna sepeda diwilayah Demak dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator yang paling dominan adalah indikator perhatian dengan perolehan skor persentase 78% masuk pada kategori tinggi. Untuk hasil keseluruhan dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 % masuk pada kategori tinggi. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa minat masyarakat untuk olahraga rekreasi pada masa pandemi covid 19 masuk dalam kategori tinggi. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah minat masyarakat untuk olahraga rekreasi bersepeda pada masa pandemi covid 19 masuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan pensentase 75% dengan perolehan skor rata-rata 282. Masyarakat dengan kriteria sangat tinggi sebanyak 24 orang, kriteria tinggi sebanyak 73 orang, dan kriteria cukup sebanyak 3 orang. Masyarakat berpendapat bahwa bersepeda merupakan olahraga yang cocok yang dilakukan pada masa pandemi, pada masa pandemi kesehatan merupakan hal yang harus paling kita jaga karena tubuh rentan terkena virus. Dengan bersepeda kita masih bisa menjaga protokol kesehatan yang telah diterapkan dimasa pandemi ini.                                                                                         Kata kunci: minat masyarakat, olahraga rekreasi bersepeda, covid 19

The objectives of the research were to know and to analyze the influence of religious value and commitment application to work ethos and their impact to human resources quality in the Government City of Tasikmalaya. The research method used survey method. The data gathering used questionnaires and library study. The population in this research was 8984 Civil Servants in the Government City of Tasikmalaya. The sample of this research used proportional random sampling. By using path analysis, the study found that religious values, commitment, and work ethos have a significant impact to work quality. Simultaneously, religious value, commitment and work ethos have a significant impact to work quality, so the hypothesis was verified.

Language and life are inter-related. The scope of language is widened with the widening scope of human activity. Today there is no activity, which does not find its expression in terms of language. Listening and reading are passive or receptive skills and speaking and writing are active or productive skills. The paper is an attempt to find to identify the receptive skills in English among B.Ed trainees. The investigator adopted the survey method to study receptive skills of B.Ed trainees. The study is based on primary data which is collected from 300 BEd trainees in and around Coimbatore district using simple random sampling technique. The findings reveal that totally 25% of the selected B.Ed. trainees belong to low level of receptive skill, 46.6% of the selected BEd trainees belong to moderate level of receptive skill, 26.6% of the selected BEd trainees belong to high level of receptive skill. Also it is found that there is no significant difference in receptive among the selected B.Ed trainees based on gender and locality.

This study aims to obtain information about the influence of organizational culture and job stress on contra productive behavior of public elementary school teachers in Pulo Gadung sub-district. This research is an Associative quantitative research. The research was conducted using a survey method with the data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is the path analysis technique. The population in this study was 688 respondents, and a sample of 253 respondents were selected using random sampling. The research is focused on two aspects that determine contra productive behavior; organizational culture and job stress. The results of the analysis concluded that (1) there is a direct influence of organizational culture on contra productive behavior, (2) there is a direct effect of job stress on contra productive behavior, (3) there is a direct influence of organizational culture on job stress.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan ketahanan pangan ikani rumah tangga perikanan tangkap laut skala kecil. Metode Survei digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Responden dipilih dengan menggunakan metoda proportional random sampling berdasarkan jenis alat tangkap. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan statistik non-parametrik Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peubah pendidikan, budaya makan ikan, nilai aset dan pendapatan berhubungan positif dan nyata dengan tingkat ketahanan pangan ikani rumah tangga perikanan. Pemerintah diharapkan terus mendorong upaya peningkatan ketahanan pangan terutama pangan ikani dengan lebih mengkaitkan arah kebijakan dan programnya dengan upaya peningkatan pendidikan dan pengetahuan akan pangan dan gizi pada rumah tangga perikanan tangkap laut skala kecil, peningkatan pendapatan dan peningkatan aset rumah tangga. Tittle: Fisheries Food Security on Household of the Small-scale Marine Fisher: Case Study in the Gebang Mekar Village, Cirebon District, West Java.The purpose of this research was to assess the factors that relate with fisheries food security at small - scale marine fisher. Research was conducted using survey method. Respondents were chosen using proportional random sampling method based on types of fishing gears. The research was using primary data based on interview and analysis used Chi-square approach. Results showed that education, habits in consumption, asset value and income of fisheries household significantly related with fisheries food security at small-scale of marine fisheries household. Therefore, the government has to push on fisheries food security improvement forward into policy and program education and knowledge of food and nutrient at small-scale marine fisher’s household, increase income and economic asset of the fisher.
