This study aims to analyze the effect of  Return On Assets , Return On Equity , Debt Equity Ratio on policies in viden. The study of retrieving data from financial statements of pharmaceutical companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014 - 2017. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The data collection technique used in this research is the documentation data collection technique, a measuring instrument to find out the company's dividend policy in this study, which is using Dividend Pay o ut Ratio . From the results of this study it can be concluded that the ROA, ROE, and DER that we call the independent variable (X) have a significant effect and are positive for the DPR or what we call the dependent variable (Y).

Sukuk in Indonesia is growing rapidly with marked Corporate Sukuk issuance reached 65 Sukuk. Within this development also trigger the issuance of Ijarah Sukuk more in demand by the issuer as it is considered more prospective than the Mudharabah Sukuk.This study aimed to determine the issuance effect of Ijarah Sukuk on the financial performance issuer in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009 to 2013. The independent variable in this study is Sukuk to Equity Ratio and the dependent variable in this study are Return on Assets, Return on Equity and Earnings per Share. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis OLS with 95% of confidence level.The results of this study show that Sukuk to Equity Ratio has significant effect on Return on Assets, but Sukuk to Equity Ratio has not significant effect on Return on Equity and Earnings per Share.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt Equity Ratio (DER), and Price Earnings Ratio (PER) on stock returns of consumer goods companies. The data in this study were taken from 10 consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research period is 4 years, namely 2017 until the second quarter of 2020. The method used in this study is to compare the elements in the financial statements. In this study, the method used to analyze the data is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing between the dependent variable and the independent variable. ROA, ROE, DER, and PER are independent variables, and stock returns are the dependent variable. Based on hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that ROA and DER have a significant positive effect on stock returns. ROE has a significant negative effect on stock returns. And PER has no significant effect on stock returns. While collectively all variables have a significant effect on stock returns. By knowing financial performance as an indicator for investors before investing in the capital market, fundamental analysis is still an effective tool for investors in selecting stocks. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt Equity Ratio (DER), dan Price Earnings Ratio (PER) terhadap return saham perusahaan barang konsumsi. Data dalam penelitian ini diambil dari 10 perusahaan consumer goods yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Periode penelitian selama 4 tahun yaitu tahun 2017 sampai dengan triwulan II tahun 2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah membandingkan unsur-unsur pada laporan keuangan. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data yaitu regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis antara variabel dependen dan variabel independen. ROA, ROE, DER dan PER adalah variabel independen, dan return saham sebagai variabel dependen. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis, diperoleh hasil yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa ROA dan DER berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap return saham. ROE berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap return saham. Dan PER tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. Sedangkan secara bersama-sama semua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. Dengan mengetahui kinerja keuangan sebagai indikator bagi investor sebelum berinvestasi di pasar modal, maka analisis fundamental masih menjadi salah satu alat yang efektif bagi investor dalam memilih saham.

This study has several objectives, namely to determine the simultaneous, partial and dominant influence between the variables of return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), and debt to equity ratio (DER) on stock prices in insurance service sub-sector companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is associative quantitative research and data collection methods using documentation studies and literature studies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling by taking a sample of 5 years with 10 companies. The results showed that the independent variables had a simultaneous effect on profitability. The t-test shows that the ROA variable has a partial effect on Stock Prices and the ROE variable  has a partial effect on Stock Prices and also the DER variable has a partial effect on Stock Prices.

 This study aimed to analyze the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure of financial performance in the mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 as many as 34 companies. However, by using purposive sampling method then selected 10 companies that serve as the research sample. Financial performance as the dependent variable that is measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) Return on Assets (ROA), and Earning per Share (EPS). With this type of associative research, seen the effect of CSR on DER, ROA  and EPS. Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an independent variable, measured by the index of CSR in all aspects of CSR. Testing is done with descriptive statistics, classical assumption test and simple linear regression. The results of this study illustrate that the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility does not show positive and significant impact on Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA), and the but positive and significant effect on the Earning per Share (EPS), the mining company listed on the Stock Securities Indonesia Year 2012-2014.Keywords: DER, EPS,CSR disclosures, ROA.

This study aims to determine how much influence the Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have on the Return on Equity (ROE) of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research design used in this research is associative/quantitative research. The population in this study is the annual financial statements of PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk for the period 2012-2019, while the sample was taken using time series data, namely the annual financial statements of PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk for the period 2012-2019 which consists of balance statements, income statements, and cash flow from funding activities from 2012 to 2019. The result of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.813. This figure means that 0.813 or 81.3% of the diversity of data from financial performance data can be explained by the two independent variables, namely the Debt to Asset Ratio and the Debt to Equity Ratio. While the rest (1-0.813 = 0.817) or 18.7% is explained by other factors outside the study. The results of statistical tests show that the Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio together (simultaneously) have an effect on financial performance (Return on Equity).

A company founded is of three objectives, that is to say, to obtain maximum profit, to prosper the owner of the company, and to maximize the value of the company. The purpose of financial management itself is to help the achievement of the company goals. However, sometimes there is a conflict of interests between the owner and management which is called an agency problem that can be reduced with various mechanisms, one of which is the dividend policy. The present study examined what effects the debt to equity ratio, cash ratio, and return on assets, growth rate, and institutional ownership would have on the dividend policy of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. Being familiar with the effect of debt to equity ratio, cash ratio, and return on assets, growth rates and institutional ownership on dividend policy of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 is the aim of this study. The type of data used is entirely secondary data that was quantitative. Documentation is the method used in gathering data on this study. Data were analyzed using logistic regression models. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that Return on Assets has a positive effect on dividend policy of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017, while Debt to Equity Ratio, Cash Ratio, growth rate, and institutional ownership have no effect on the company's dividend policy in 2013-2017.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of debt to equity ratio, return on assets, return on equity and earning growth partially and simultaneously to stock return of coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2008-2015. The populations in this research are all companies of coal mining industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method, consisting of 8 companies. Based on the type of data and analysis, this research is quantitative research and the data source used is secondary data. Data collection method used is direct observation method. Based on multiple linear regression test, it can be concluded that debt to equity ratio, return on assets, return on equity have significant and positive influence toward stock return with significant value below 0.05, while earning growth have no influence toward stock return with significant value 0.9. Simultaneously, all the independent variables significantly influence the stock return with significant value 0.000143. Based on the coefficient of determination can be concluded that all the independent variables affect the financial performance by 26.92%.

This study is aimed to ascertain and analyse the influence of return on assets, return on equity, debt to equit ratio, inflation, and interest rate, both partiall and simultaneously on the stock returns in manufacturing companies of secondary sectors listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research uses quantitative methods and EVIEWS panel 8 to analyse the regression. The population are manufacturing companies of secondary sector listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange consisted of basic and chemical sectors, miscellaneous industry, and consumer goods sector in the period of 2010-2015. The sampling method used is pusposive sampling with the final number of 40 companies. The research required secondary data. The results show that return on assets has no negative effect on stock return, mean while, return on equity and interest rate have positive effect on stock return. Return on assets, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, inflation and interest rate all simultaneously have effect on stock returns.

Capital structure is one of the issue that attract many researchers in the field of finance and an important issue for any company because of its capability to directly effect on companies’ financial position. This study aims to determine the effect of debt to equity ratio (DER) and debt to assets ratio (DAR) as the dimension of capital structure to return on equity (ROE) and return on assets (ROA) as dimensions of company profitability ratios, either simultaneously or partially on mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2015. This research was conducted by using multiple linear regression analysis and yielded two equations of regression model. The data obtained are secondary data using documentation method. The result of regression analysis shows that the two dimensions of capital structure have significant effect to both dimensions of profitability simultaneously. While partially, only DAR which have a significant effect on the ROE and ROA.

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Return on Equity (ROE) on the value of the company or Price to book value (PBV) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of this research is quantitative research. The Data on this research is secondary data derived by collectin from literature and documentation. The sample in this study is 16 companies which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2012-2017 period. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method. To analyze the data using a panel data regression test with software Eviews 9. The results of the analysis show that a partial debt to equity ratio has a positive and significant impact on firm value (PBV), while dividend payout ratio and return on equity have no significant impact on company value (PBV). The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.9378 or 93.78%. This shows that 93.78% of the company's value (PBV) is influenced by the debt to equity ratio, dividend payout ratio and return on equity. While the remaining 6.22% of the company's value (PBV) is influenced by other factors. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh debt to equity ratio (DER), divident payout ratio (DPR) dan  return on equity (ROE)  terhadap nilai perusahaan (Price to book value) (PBV) di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 16 perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probality sampling. Analisis yang digunakan menggunakan uji regresi panel dengan software eviews 9.  Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukkan dalam analisis menunjukkan debt to equity  ratio secara parsial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), sedangkan dividend payout ratio dan return on equity tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,9378 atau sebesar 93,78%.  Ini menunjukkakn bahwa 93,78%  nilai perusahaan (PBV) dipengaruhi oleh debt to equity ratio, dividend payout ratio dan.  return on equity.  Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 6,22% nilai perusahaan (PBV) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain
