With the various demands regarding occupational health and safety issues, companies must be able to fulfill their responsibilities in protecting employees by carrying out occupational health and safety programs. It is only natural that the workforce also plays an active role and takes responsibility for the implementation of programs for the maintenance and improvement of welfare for the realization of good protection for workers and their families. So, not only the company is responsible for this problem, but employees must also take an active role in this to achieve common welfare. Based on the description above, the purpose of this study aims to determine the relationship between K3 and Motivation with Employee Performance at PT. Surabaya National Airport Facility. The population used in this study are employees of PT. Sarana Bandar Nasional Surabaya with samples taken were 40 respondents. The research model uses Spearman rank correlation to test the significance of the hypothesis. Based on data analysis and discussion of the research results that have been stated, it can be concluded that the following questions are answered: Occupational safety and health have a moderate relationship with employee performance. Motivation has a strong relationship with employee performance.

UOB Indonesia Bengkulu Branch. From the calculation of the Spearman rank correlation coefficient analysis of the amount of 0.89 or 0.80 to 1.000 rho in a very strong, which means that the relationship between the variables of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) with the performance of employees of PT. UOB Indonesia Bengkulu Branch relate very strong. Hypothesis testing results, from 14.863 t and t table is 2.0003 or (14.863> 2.0003), then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted means there is a significant relationship between occupational safety and health (K3) with the performance of employees at PT. It is very important to pay attention to factors that can affect employee performance, such as work stress experienced by employees or occupational safety and health. This research was conducted at PT. Akas Mila Sejahtera Probolinggo with the objectives (1) To determine the simultaneous effect of work stress and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) on employee performance. (2) To determine the partial effect of work stress and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) on employee performance. (3) To determine the dominant influence between work stress and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) on employee performance. The population of this research is the employees of PT. Akas Mila Sejahtera City of Probolinggo, amounting to 90 people. The sample taken by the Slovin method is as many as 73 people, with the criteria of employees who work as drivers, kondiktur, kernet and workshops with incidental data collection techniques. The approach used is quantitative with analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that work stress and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) had a significant effect on employee performance.

The Occupational Safety and Health Act No. 15 of 2007 and reread in 2010, offers for the safety health and benefit of personnel and all individuals lawfully current at places of employment in Kenya. Despite this workers have continued to face occupational health and safety challenges which expose them to a wide range of accidents which eventually pull down their performance. According to ILO statistics on safety and health at work of 28th April 2016, 6300 individuals succumb daily due to occupational accidents or employment associated ailments and deaths exceeding 2.3 million yearly. The study was purposed to investigate the effect of occupational health and safety (OHS) on employee performance in Sugar Industries in Western Kenya. The explicit objective was to determine the effects of occupational environment on employee performance in sugar industries in Western Kenya. The target population comprised 8801 staff in all the sugar firms in Western Kenya. Stratified random sampling technique was used to select a sample of 383. Primary data was gathered by use of questions which were validated through a pilot study of 10 staff prior to the main research. Cronbach alpha coefficient with a threshold of 0.70 was used to test the reliability of the research instrument. The study findings revealed that: occupational environment contributed to employee performance β=0.585. The R2 change after incorporating Top Management Support was 0.290, P=0.000 implying that TMS statistically moderates the relationship between occupational health and safety and employee performance. Study concluded that: Occupational environment has a significant effect on employee performance while TMS has a significant moderator and influences the relationship between OHS and employee performance.

Kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja, disiplin kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang membangun kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi pemahaman Keselamatan dan Kesehatan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Batamec Shipyard Batam. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional, dengan populasi karyawan lapangan PT. Batamec Shipyard sebanyak 433 karyawan, dengan sampel 221 karyawan yang dipilih secara random. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angketyang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi pemahaman Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Batamec Shipyard Batam sebesar 4,2%, kontribusi disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Batamec Shipyard Batam sebesar 2,8%, kontribusi  pemahaman Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Batamec Shipyard Batam sebesar 6,9%. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja dan disiplin kerja berkontribusi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci:Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, disiplin dan  kinerja. Occupational Health and Safety, work discipline is one of the factors that build employee performance. The aims of the research is to determine the contribution of Occupational Safety and Health understanding and discipline in work  through the performance of PT. Batamec Batam Shipyard’s  employees. This research is correlational. Population is 443 field employee of PT. Batamec Shipyard with 221 sample, using simple randam sampling technique.Questionnaire is an instrument used in this study who had been on the validity and reliability. The results showed that there is a contribution of Health and Safety understanding, the performance of Batamec Batam Shipyard Company’s employees amounted to 4,2%, a contribution of work discipline on the employees performance of Batamec Batam Shipyard Company amounted to 2,8%, a contribution safety and health understanding and work discipline on the performance Batam Shipyard Company’s employees at 6,9%. Based on the findings of this study concluded that the Health and Safety understanding and discipline contribute to employee performance. Keywords:Occupational Health and Safety,discipline, performance of work.

There is a strong relationship between monitoring and controlling risks from several perspectives and developing effective measures to ensure continuous improvement by creating value in occupational health and safety. Business systems that transform into complex and sociotechnical systems have a dynamic structure and contain various serious risks that threaten employee health and safety based on the technological development. Even if the risk impact is reduced with the classical attempts of occupational safety experts to prevent losses, new risks may arise owing to missed risks. Therefore, risks must be continuously monitored and controlled with functionally complementary tools. In addition, these tools must interact with each other. Achieving effective results from their effort in coping with risks is another key factor for businesses. In this paper, an integrated conceptual framework for monitoring and controlling risks in occupational health and safety is proposed. The proposed framework consists of four parts. The hypothesis proposed in the first part focuses on learning from accidents, and that proposed in the second part is related to the proactive analysis and evaluation of risks. The hypothesis proposed in the third part deals with the correct ranking of risks, and that proposed in the fourth part focuses on the development of an early-warning system based on safety technologies. The hypotheses should interact and support each other in the integrated conceptual framework. Finally, the safety performance can be enhanced, and continuous improvement can be achieved by preventing the waste of time and resources.

This study aims to determine the relationship of incentives and Occupational Safety and Health (K3) with employee performance at PT. Petro Antar Nusa Bengkulu City. The sample in this research are 32 driver and conductor at PT. Petro Antar Nusa City Bengkulu. Data collection method using questioner and analysis method used is spearman rank correlation and hypothesis test with t test. Incentives have a very strong relationship with employee performance at PT. Petro Antar Nusa Bengkulu City with correlation value of 0.778. This illustrates that the incentives provided by PT. Petro Antar Nusa Bengkulu City can support in improving the performance, because with the incentives will lead to high morale and employees strive to always excel. This is reinforced by hypothesis test result that is tcount bigger than ttable (6,780> 1,697). Thus the result of hypothesis test is H01 rejected and Ha1 accepted. This means that incentives have a significant relationship with employee performance at PT. Petro Antar Nusa Bengkulu City. Occupational safety and health has a strong relationship with employee performance at PT. Petro Antar Nusa City Bengkulu with correlation value of 0.644. This illustrates that with the company's attention to the health and safety of employees of PT. Petro Antar Nusa Bengkulu City will improve the performance of the employees. This is reinforced by the result of hypothesis testing that is tcount is bigger than ttable (4,611> 1,697). Thus the result of hypothesis test is H02 rejected and Ha2 accepted. This means that Safety and Health (K3) has a significant relationship with the performance of employees at PT. Petro Antar Nusa Bengkulu City.

[ID] Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) merupakan seperangkat alat yang digunakan oleh tenaga kerja untuk melindungi seluruh atau sebagian tubuhnya terhadap kemungkinan adanya potensi bahaya di tempat kerja atau kecelakaan kerja. Berdasarkan dari data survei yang dilakukan kejadian kecelakaan kerja di PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa Tahun 2014-2016 mengalami peningkatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perilaku keselamatan kerja terhadap penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) yaitu tingkat pendidikan, pengetahuan, pendidikan, sikap kerja, pelatihan K3 dan pengawasan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif analitik observasional. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Analisa data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian ini adalah variabel yang mempunyai hubungan terhadap penggunaan APD yaitu tingkat pendidikan (p-value= 0,030), pengetahuan (p-value= 0,003), sikap kerja (p-value= 0,000), pelatihan K3 (p-value= 0,004), dan pengawasan (p-value= 0,015). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perilaku keselamatan kerja terhadap penggunaan APD. Disarankan memberikan penyuluhan tentang perilaku keselamatan kerja dalam penggunaan APD yang baik dan benar,menganjurkan kepada karyawan di PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa untuk selalu menggunakan APD pada saat bekerja. Abstract Occupational health and safety is the most important aspects at work, especially for workers related to machine equipments. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of occupational safety and health on the performance of employees in the sawmill process at UD. Rahmat, Kuala Begumit, Langkat, North Sumatra, Indonesia. The method used is descriptive analysis. Respondents in this study were all employees who worked in the sawmill process at UD. Rahmat, Kuala Begumit, Langkat, North Sumatra, Indonesia. The sampling were 30 respondents. The multiple regression analysis method with the simultaneous test. The results show that occupational safety and health have a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the perception of workers the company has provided personal protective equipment but the workers feel uncomfortable and if they wear personal protective equipment they assume that it interferes with their work.

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is a system of programs designed for both workers and employers in an effort to prevent the occurrence of occupational accidents and diseases caused by working relations in the work environment by identifying the things that potentially cause workplace accidents and anticipatory action in the event of such a thing. The resulting impact of this workplace accidents can be bad, such as the loss of lives, disability, damage to production, which is ultimately detrimental to all parties. In Indonesia, every company has to follow the program of the Occupational Health and Safety (K3), but can be seen in workplace accidents are still common. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of occupational safety and health (K3) on employee performance in PT. Pertamina (Persero) Medan. Digunakana research method is simple linear regression. The estimation deskriptif showed that is company an very important for health and safety (K3) on employee company and the health and safety (K3) positif and significant effect on employee performance in PT. Pertamina (Persero) Medan.
