The aim of this study is to determine the effect of the leadership style, infrastructure, and work climate of the principal on teachers’ performance. With a descriptive approach, this approach involves quantitative methods. 105 participants consisted of the researh population. There were 79 people in the research sample. In this research, the sampling technique is Simple Random Sampling. The technique of using a questionnaire was used to gather data. Using a Likert Scale to weigh values. Validity, reliability, descriptive analysis, inferential analysis (prerequisite test and classical assumption test), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis analysis (t test and F test) and determination coefficient analysis were used to analyze the results. The findings showed that the leadership style of the principal, infrastructure advice, and work climate had a substantial influence on teachers' performance of SMP Negeri in the Sembawa District partially and simultaneously.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Wae manurung di Kabupaten Bone . Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 67 pegawai PDAM Wae Manurung di Kabupaten Bone. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 24. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah teknik sampel acak sederhana dan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dan secara parsial yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah budaya organisasi   Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai.   ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the extent of the influence of Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) Wae Manurung in Bone Regency. out through questionnaires and carried out on 67 employees of PDAM Wae Manurung in Bone Regency. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 24. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling technique and data testing techniques used in this study include the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The analysis shows that simultaneous clarity of Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction influences employee performance and partially the dominant effect on employee performance is the organizational culture.   Keywords: Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance.

 Abstrak                Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tourism ambassador dan reliability terhadap minat berkunjung di objek wisata Museum Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Simple random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 370 orang yang pernah berkunjung di Museum Deli Serdang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner yang pengukurannya dengan skala interval dan diolah secara statistik menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji F, uji t dan koefisien determinasi yang sebelumnya data telah diuji menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS 21.0 for windows.                Secara parsial tourism ambassador dan reliability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung pada Museum Deli Serdang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel tourism ambassador dan reliability secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (394,043 > 3,02) dan nilai signifikannya 0,000 < 0,05. Uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,682 yang berarti bahwa tourism ambassador dan reliability berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung sebesar 68,2% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kata Kunci: tourism ambassador, reliability, minat berkunjung. AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of tourism ambassador and reliability on visiting interests in the Deli Serdang Museum attraction. This study uses quantitative methods with sampling techniques using simple random sampling technique, with a total sample of 370 people who have visited the Deli Serdang Museum. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by distributing questionnaires whose measurement with interval scale and processed statistically using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with the F test, t test and coefficient of determination before the data had been tested using validity test, reliability test and test classical assumption. Data processing using SPSS 21.0 for Windows.Partially tourism ambassador and reliability have a positive and significant effect on the interest of visiting the Deli Serdang Museum. Based on the results of the study showed that the tourism ambassador and reliability variables simultaneously affect the interest in visiting. This can be seen from the value of Fcount > Ftable (394,043 > 3.02) and the significant value is 0,000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination test shows a value of 0.682 which means that tourism ambassador and reliability affect the interest in visiting by 68.2% while the rest is influenced by other variables. Keywords: tourism ambassador, reliability, interest in visiting.

Notary designation for someone who has received legal education licensed by the government to do legal matters, especially as a witness to signing the document. Objects in this study are permanent (active) employees in Notary's office Pekanbaru City. The research population is 894. Sample selection is done using probability sampling method with Simple Random Sampling technique, so that the number of samples taken was 276 employees. In this study, parametric statistics were used with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadeship style and satisfaction have significant effect on performance while work motivation has no significant effect on performance. This research was conducted to determine the price and product quality towards consumer loyalty in the city of Bandung. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze how the price and quality of products provided by Xiaomi to its consumers, as well as the magnitude of the effect of product quality and price simultaneously and partially on consumer loyalty in Bandung. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and causal research types. Sampling was done by using non-probability sampling method, purposive sampling type, with the number of respondents as many as 100 people. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis with SmartPLS software, it was found that the price and product quality factors together had a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty in Bandung..

<em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>

This research was conducted at PT. Prosperous Indobali Trada all branches in Bali. Data collection is done by questionnaire with saturated sampling technique. The number of employees who become respondents is as many as 46 people. Data Analysis Method used in this research is to use multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on company performance. This shows that the greater the leadership style the company will increase. Positive and significant organizational commitment to the company's performance. This shows the higher level of organizational commitment, the higher the company will be. Positive and significant work motivation on company performance. This shows the higher level of work motivation, the higher the increase in the company. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the extent to which the influence of Auditor Competence, Auditor Independence and Professional Ethics on the Quality of Audit Results. The research was done by quantitative approach. The population in this study is all auditors and prospective auditors at the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia amounted to 160 people. Sampling technique is done by simple random sampling with the number of samples of the study amounted to 115 respondents Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research shows that there is no significant influence between the auditor's competence with the quality of the audit result and there is no significant influence between the auditor independence and the quality of the audit result. While professional ethics significantly influence the quality of audit results. Together the competence, independence and professional ethics affect the quality of audit results. For further research is expected to use a questionnaire with a wider coverage and expected to use more variables that affect the quality of audit results.

This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Total Assets (DAR), and Corporate Governance (CG) on tax avoidance in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period. Corporate Governance is proxied by the Composition of the Independent Commissioner, and Tax Avoidance is proxied by the Effective Tax Rate (ETR). The population in this study were 179 companies listed on the IDX. The sample selection used purposive sampling technique and the research sample was obtained as many as 60 companies. The data in this study are secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The data analysis used is descriptive analysis followed by the requirements test including normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. The statistical method used to analyze the data uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Return on Assets (ROA) had a significant negative effect on tax avoidance. Meanwhile, Debt to Total Assets (DAR) and Corporate Governance (CG), which are proxied by the composition of the independent board of commissioners, have no effect on tax avoidance in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period.

This research aims to determine the influence of Brand Image and Price on consumers purchasing decisions in PT. Hasjrat Abadi Tendean Manado. The population that used is all of the consumers’ of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Tendean Manado where the population size is unknown. The sample which is taken in this research is 96 respondents who had used Toyota Avanza and used the simple random sampling technique. The sample based on respondent level techniques and the data collection method with using questionnaire. The statistical analysis that used in this research in linear regression analysis with using SPSS 25 for windows. The result of this research demonstrate that the Brand Image and Price have a positive influence and have significant influence on purchasing decisions. The amounts of Brand Image and Price influence on purchasing decisions are 59,5% and 40,5% which are influenced by other variables. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis that the brand image and price variables have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine the influence of price earnings ratio, debt to equity ratio, dividend payout ratio and firm size on firm value at LQ 45 company in Indonesia. This research uses quantitative methods and uses secondary data as a source of data. This research uses purposive sampling technique and has 96 company samples. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that Price Earnings Ratio and Dividend Payout Ratio has a significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, the variable Debt to Equity Ratio and Firm Size do not affect on firm value.
