The principal is a leader in educational institutions that regulates and manages educational activities in schools. Therefore, school principals play an important role in improving the quality of education, especially improving teacher performance to be more enthusiastic and professional in teaching and developing themselves who are in charge of delivering lessons to students. This study aims to identify the role of principal supervision as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching at SMA Negeri 10 OKU.This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 10 OKU. The research was carried out for 3 (three) months, starting from September 2020 to November 2020. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used include: (1) Interview or Interview; (2) Observation; (3) Documentation. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the principal had a role in the supervision carried out as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching. It is known: (1) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher in planning lesson plans which are made reported and approved by the principal and according to the curriculum; (2) The role of principal supervision is proven by the teacher in carrying out the learning process in accordance with the learning device guidelines and using teaching aids; (3) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher evaluating the learning outcomes and reporting to the principal; (4) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher following up on the learning outcomes in accordance with the direction of the principal; (5) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher providing guidance to students.

This study aims to see the role of principals and teachers in improving the quality of learning at SMA Negeri 5 Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU). The formulation of the problem in this study is how the role of principal leadership and teacher professionalism in an effort to improve the quality of learning. This research is a qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive method. The data source is 50 teachers. The data technique is done by interview, observation and documentation. The results of this study illustrate that the role of principal ownership and teacher professionalism in an effort to improve the quality of learning in schools has been done as well as possible. This is with the shared role of the teacher in planning the Learning Implementation Plan that has been made and approved by the principal.

This study aims to determine how the role of principal In Improving Teacher Quality in Private MTs Nurul Falah Talok Kresek Tangerang District. This research is qualitative with Field Research approach (Field Research). In this research, it is found that the head of madrasah in improving the quality of teachers in private MTs Nurul Falah Talok Kresek Tangerang Regency can be achieved. Achievement and success are based on a number of findings in the research that took place, namely 1). The Head of Madrasah has empowered the effort to improve the quality of teachers by covering various practical and logical work such as teacher competence test, guidance of teaching program and improvement of teacher professionalism, Increase of income and teacher welfare. 2). Madrasah principals undertake various development and fulfillment efforts related to infrastructure and madrasah infrastructure facilities. Another result of this research is that the success of the madrasah head that can support the process of teacher quality improvement can occur due to several factors, among others 1). Madrasah principal can play an important role as a leader with its central power to always move the artery of madrasah life, 2). The head of Madrasah is also able to understand SOP, their duties and functions for the success of madrasah accompanied by a strong attitude towards the subordinates who lead in this case the teacher in his madrasah. This study aims to describe the role of the principal in the implementation of academic supervision, the results and obstacles of academic supervision in improving the professionalism of teachers of SMP Negeri in MuaraTelang, Banyuasin District. This research uses qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The location of this research is SMP Negeri in MuaraTelangBanyuasin District. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction techniques, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the findings is done by observing persistence, triangulation and reference adequacy. The results of this study explain the positive and significant role of principal academic supervision in improving the professionalism of teachers of SMP Negeri in MuaraTelang District, Banyuasin. Through discussion of the implementation of academic supervision, the results of academic supervision, and the inhibiting factors for academic supervision of school principals. The results of the supervision carried out by the principal of the State Junior High School in MuaraTelangBanyuasin District were able to improve teacher professionalism in pedagogic competence, personality competence, professional competence and social competence.

ABSTRAKPeran Pustakawan dalam pengelolaan dan penerbitan jurnal ilmiah berdasarkan pengalaman dari pengelola jurnal Sosiohumaniora, Bionatura, Dharmakarya dan  Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di Universitas Padjadjaran, tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini, yaitu: (1) berbagi pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan jurnal serta manfaatnya bagi pustakawan; (2) menjelaskan peran pustakawan dalam pengelolaan dan penerbitan jurnal ilmiah; dan (3) menunjukkan kegiatan atau pekerjaan yang dapat diklaim sebagai angka kredit pustakawan ketika menjadi pengelola jurnal online. Metode yang digunakan metode kualitatif- deskriptif.  Metode kualitatif adalah ”disebut pula metode  penelitian  naturalistik karena penelitiannya dilakukan  pada kondisi yang alamiah. Pendekatan deskriptif adalah ” suatu penelitian yang  didasarkan pada data yang ada atau penyelidikan  yang  bertujuan pada pemecahan masalah.  Peran pustakawan sebagai pengelola jurnal ilmiah perlu pula masuk dalam kompetensi pustakawan karena berkaitan dengan keahlian pustakawan dalam memberikan layanan informasi. Dengan demikian, adanya peran aktif pustakawan di berbagai lembaga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan jurnal ilmiah di Indonesia. Kata Kunci : pengelolaan, penerbitan, jurnal online, administrator jurnal ROLE OF LIBRARY IN MANAGEMENTAND PUBLISHING SCIENTIFIC JOURNALSABSTRACTThe role of librarians in the management and publication of scientific journals is based on the experience of the managers of the journal Sosiohumaniora, Bionatura, Dharmakarya and the Community Service Journal at Padjadjaran University, the objectives of writing this article: (2) explain the role of librarians in the management and publication of scientific journals; and (3) showing activities or work that can be claimed as librarian credit numbers when managing the journal. The method used is qualitative-descriptive method. Qualitative methods are "also called naturalistic research methods because their research is carried out in natural conditions". Descriptive approach is "a study based on existing data or an investigation aimed at solving problems. The role of librarians as managers of scientific journals also needs to be included in librarian competencies because they are related to librarian expertise in providing information services. The leadership role of the principal in improving the quality of learning at SDN 3 Makarti Jaya, Banyuasin Regency can be said to have played a role in improving the quality of learning.As educators, school principals guide teachers how to deliver effective and efficient learning materials, as managers of principals able to optimize educational facilities, as administrators able to compile programs,as a supervisor able to compile an educational supervision program, as a headmaster leader Understand the condition of the school community, as an innovator able to implement reform (change for the better),as a motivator to be able to regulate the work / learning atmosphere, as an intreprenuer of the principal together with the school committee to work together to work creatively in extracting sources of empowerment to improve teacher professionalism,especially with regard to teachers to attend professionalism education and training as well as sending teachers to attend seminars.

This article examines how technology can be utilized in the process of Arabiclearning. Many problems of learning of Arabic language in accordance with the context faced in various educational institutions, a teacher allows modification formethodsof teaching and learning. This can be done with technological developments that contain lots of information that can be used to improve learning outcomes. Discussion about the application of technology in learning Arabic contains the question of what kind of technology that can be utilized, whether the technology can play a role in the alignment and sustainability of learning Arabic from basic to middle level, whether the technology can make learners will be more interested in learning the Arabiclanguage, whether the technology can create realization and relevance to what the students perceived, whether the technology can create Arabic learning media more varied that still lacks, whether the technology can improve the ability or competence of teachers in teaching Arabic, whether technology is able to take advantage of time allocation for learning Arabic, whether the technology is able to create an Arabic speaking environment. Through qualitative descriptive method, this article summarizes some of the above questions.

General Store is one of the important sections in Hotels that are included in accounting Deparment. The general store is a storage place for all operational items of the hotel. Each hotel makes its own eforts to keep the inventory of the hotel which will become the guest necessities. This research aims to know what eforts are made to maintain the quality of hotel operational goods through the role of general store section at The Phoenix Hotel Yogyakarta. Is in accordance with the standard or does not give special treatment to the operational goods (ignored). The research method used is qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through interview. Interviews were conducted with general store staf, cost control staf, and trainee of food beverage at The Phoenix Hotel Yogyakarta. The results of the research show that The Hotel Phoenix Yogyakarta made positive eforts that can reduce damage to goods stored in the general store and always ensure the goods that come to the guests in good condition, so that guests will feel satisfied.

Construction of the mosque not only pay attention to the physical building, but also must be optimized pemakmurannya. Efforts to raise the quality of life can be achieved by improving the Human Resources (HR) to carry out economic and social activities based mosques. This paper discusses How do standards of living and the mosque's role in public life, and how the role of the mosque in the village of Wonosasi improve people's lives, District Tapango, Polman. This study uses qualitative descriptive method, since it attempts to find the mosque's role in improving the welfare of the ummah. Research is needed to understand the organization's activities (mosque) in accordance with the wishes and needs of society.

Abstract This study aims to describe the role of principal as a motivator in improving the professionalism of teachers' performance in SDN 2 kalirejo pesawaran. Data collection is done by conducting observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis used was qualitative descriptive analysis. The technique of checking the validity of the data used in this study is to use triangulation of sources, that is by comparing the data of observations with the data of interviews and comparing the results of interviews with the contents of a related document. The results of the study show: The role of Headmaster as a Motivator in Improving Teacher Professionalism at SDN 2 Kalirejo Includes: the principal is able to create harmonious working relationships among teachers, able to create harmonious relationships among employees able to apply reward principles, Punishment), able to apply / develop internal and external motivation for school residents. The Role of School Principal As a Motivator in Improving Teacher Professionalism at SDN 2 Kalirejo has been running well, although in the implementation there are still many obstacles and obstacles in each component of madrasa management field. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeksripsikan tentang peran kepala sekolah sebagai motivator dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme kinerja guru di SDN 2 kalirejo pesawaran. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengadakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisa kualitatif deksriptif. Adapun teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan triangulasi sumber, yaitu dengan cara membandingkan data hasil pengamatan dengan data hasil wawancara dan membandingkan hasil wawancara dengan isi suatu dokumen yang berkaitan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: Peran Kepala Sekolah Sebagai Motivator dalam Meningkatan Profesionalisme Guru di SDN 2 Kalirejo Meliputi : kepala sekolah mampu menciptakan hubungan kerja yang harmonis sesama guru, mampu menciptakan hubungan yang harmonis sesama karyawan mampu menerapkan prinsip penghargaan (reward), mampu menerapkan prinsip hukuman (punishment), mampu menerapkan/mengembangkan motivasi internal dan eksternal bagi warga sekolah. Peran Kepala Sekolah Sebagai Motivator dalam Meningkatan Profesionalisme Guru di SDN 2 Kalirejo sudah berjalan dengan baik, walaupun dalam pelaksanaan masih banyak kendala maupun hambatan pada masing-masing komponen bidang manajemen madrasah. Kata Kunci: Kepala Sekolah, Motivator, Profesionalisme Kinerja Guru.
