This study aimed to determine and analyze knowing and describing the principal's strategy in increasing the competitiveness of SD Negeri 1 Supat, Babat Supat District. This type of research was descriptive qualitative research. Data collection tools used were documentation, interviews, observation and literature review. The data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative analysis technique which consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and fermentation. The results of the study stated that 1) the principal's strategy in increasing competitiveness at SD Negeri 1 Supat, Babat Supat District a) planning a program to improve the quality and competitiveness of the school both in the short and long term; b) determine the program that has been planned in the form of an activity instrument which is carried out in SD Negeri 1 Supat, Babat Supat District; and c) implement the strategy set by the school; 2) The obstacles faced in efforts to increase competitiveness lie in efforts to improve the quality of learning at SD Negeri 1 Supat; and 3) Solutions to some of the obstacles faced in increasing competitiveness through the quality of learning at SD Negeri 1 Supat, among others by: a) implementing continuous coaching to increase the experience and knowledge of teachers; b) supervise teachers as well as evaluate and provide direction for improvement. Provide training and assignments to improve teacher skills; c) assignments in various activities both at school and outside of school and provide opportunities for teachers to interact and communicate with many parties; and d) capacity building activities carried out through sending training participants, workshops, socialization, training, and KKG activities.

This study aims to determine and describe the role of school principals in improving the quality of education in SD Negeri 4 Air Kumbang District. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection tools use documentation, interviews, observation and literature review. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative analysis technique which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion and ferification. The results of the study state that the role of the principal in an effort to improve the quality of education in SD Negeri 4 Air Kumbang District is carried out by establishing a program to improve the quality of learning by implementing a program to improve the quality of learning into the vision and mission of the school then the principal communicates the vision and mission of the school related to standards quality of learning; and improving the quality of education through interpersonal teacher competence by encouraging teachers to improve their competence and teaching ability. The principal should improve his competence so that the role can have a maximum impact in efforts to improve the quality of education.

This study aims to determine and describe the ability of elementary school teachers in preparing the 2013 curriculum-based learning administration tool in SD Negeri 3 Air Kumbang sub-district. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection tools use documentation, interviews, observation and literature review. The data analysis technique used qualitative descriptive analysis techniques which consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion and verification. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's ability to arrange learning administration tools in SD Negeri 3 Air Kumbang District, which is carried out through the process, strategic planning, strategy implementation and strategy evaluation have been going according to what was expected from the start so that there is the ability of the teacher to compile this school administration tool. then it can help in improving the quality of learning at SD Negeri 3 Air Kumbang District. It remains only to how the teacher and all school members maintain the quality of learning that has been obtained by SD Negeri 3 Air Kumbang District.

The principal as a manager or leader must have a strategy in developing educational facilities and infrastructure. Educational facilities and infrastructure are one of important resources in supporting the learning process in schools. The purpose of this article is to describe the principal's strategy in improving infrastructure through the development of infrastructure. This article is qualitative field research. The form of the research is descriptive qualitative with the design of data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this article found that the principal's strategy in improving the quality of learning through the development of infrastructure at (Public High School) SMA Negeri 1 Jombang was quite effective and efficient, especially seen from the presence of CCTV facilities that made it easier for the principal to control the teachers, as well as students during the learning process and LCD can understand the material presented by the teachers. The principal strategy in developing infrastructure is through the planning stages of infrastructure, organizing infrastructure, mobilizing infrastructure, and controlling infrastructure. The conclusion from the explanation above is that the principal's strategy in improving the quality of learning through the development of infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Jombang seen from the CCTV and LCD facilities is quite good because after seeing the results achieved, it has fulfilled the objectives to be achieved, namely to improve the quality of learning.

<p>Several errors in spelling and grammar were found in the students' writing on Indonesian language courses. The errors affect the quality of students' academic works. Based on the findings, this study was aimed at (1) describing the forms of misapplication of Indonesian rules and writing in the students’ writing, and (2) defining the aspects behind the application of Indonesian rules and writing in the students’ writing. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This research was carried out in data collection, data classification, data analysis, and informal data analysis presentation. There are two results in this study. First, language errors were found at three levels, namely errors in aspects of letter writing, elements of paper and use of words, and writing sentences. Second, there are some factors behind this error, both internally and externally.</p>

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi yang dilakukan badan pengurus dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru Pelayanan Anak dan Remaja Gereja Masehi Injili di Timor (GMIT) Benyamin Oebufu untuk memberikan arah pencapaian tujuan pelayanan serta mengantisipasi perubahan yang akan terjadi pada saat pergantian periode pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini  dilaksanakan di GMIT Benyamin Oebufu Klasis Kota Kupang Timur dengan subyek  dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang yang terdiri dari badan pengurus  dan unit pembantu pelayanan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analysis Interactive yang terbagi menjadi 4 bagian yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi badan pengurus dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAR GMIT Benyamin Oebufu adalah pembahasan materi ajar, pendalaman Alkitab, pelatihan, seminar dan studi banding. Keuntungan yang diperoleh dari peningkatan kompetensi guru PAR adalah lebih memahami firman Tuhan, kreatif dalam pengajaran, membantu persiapan pelayanan, kualitas pengajaran meningkat dan anak lebih memahami pengajaran yang disampaikan. Kendala internal dalam peningkatan kompetensi guru PAR yaitu kesulitan pembagian waktu antara pekerjaan, sekolah dengan pelayanan. Kendala eksternalnya yaitu terbatasnya biaya operasional kegiatan. AbstractThis study aims to analyze the strategies implemented by the governing body to improving the competence of the GMIT Benyamin Oebufu Child and Adolescent Service teachers to provide directions for achieving service goals and to anticipate changes that will occur at the change of service periods. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at GMIT Benyamin oebufu, Klasis East Kupang City. The subjects in this study were five people consisting of the management body and the service support unit. The data collection techniques used in this study was interviews and observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Analysis Interactive which is divided into four parts, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion / verification. The results showed that the strategy of the governing body in increasing the competence of GMIT Benyamin Oebufu's CAS teachers was discussion of teaching materials, Bible study, training, seminars and comparative studies. The advantages obtained from increasing the competence of CAS teachers are better understanding of God's Word, creative in teaching, helping service preparation, improving the quality of teaching and children better understanding the teaching delivered. Internal constraints in increasing the competence of CAS teachers are the difficulty in dividing time between work, school and services. The external obstacle is the limited operational costs for activities.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mendeskripsikan persepsi dosen model dalam efektivitas menerapkan lesson study learning community (LSLC), serta proses monitoring dan evaluasi dalam pelaksanaan LSLC pada proses pembelajaran. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah pendekatan kualitatif. Informan ditentukan dengan teknik purposive dan snowball sampling. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Data penelitian yang terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan pola interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana, meliputi: pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi LSLC sangat efektif dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya kolaborasi antar dosen model dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, perkembangan tingkat keprofesionalan dosen dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan sehingga berdampak pada kualitas pembelajaran yang lebih optimal. Selain itu, proses monitoring dan evaluasi oleh tim pengembang LSLC pada tingkat fakultas juga menambah keefektifan LSLC dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Abstract: This research was conducted to describe the perception of model lecturers in the effectiveness of implementing the lesson study learning community (LSLC), as well as the monitoring and evaluation processes in implementing the LSLC in the learning process. This research using a qualitative approach. Informants were determined by purposive technique and snowball sampling. The data collection process was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The collected research data were then analyzed using the interactive patterns of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, including: data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of LSLC was very effective in improving the quality of learning. This is evidenced by the collaboration between model lecturers in carrying out the learning process, the development of the professional level of the lecturers in implementing learning has increased significantly so that it has an impact on the quality of learning that is more optimal. In addition, the process of monitoring and evaluation by the LSLC development team at the faculty level also adds to the effectiveness of LSLC in improving the quality of learning. This study aims to find out how the management of market retribution in increasing Regional Original Revenue in the Lapulu market Kendari City. The approach of this study is a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive qualitative research. The technique of collecting data is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.The results of this study indicate that: planning in terms of setting targets that have been arranged is optimal. This can be seen from the determined and implemented stages of targeting that are carried out every year, but the achievement of targets has never been fulfilled due to lack of awareness of traders or mandatory retribution in terms of paying retribution. The conclusion of the study was that the implementation of market retribution management in increasing Regional Original Revenue in the Lapulu market in Kendari City was not effective due to the lack of intensive collection of mandatory levies, delinquent payment of levies by traders for various reasons so that the realization of market retribution did not reach the planned target.

This research aims to obtain a clear description, complete and in-depth about the management of the tourist village in Mas Village, Ubud as well as to know the community participation in management of tourist village. Research method that used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection is done by observation, interview, literature study and documentation. Data analysis technique that used is descriptive qualitative analysis technique, such as data collection, data reduction, similar data grouping and data interpretation. The results showed that in the management of Mas Tourism Village can be seen: (1) in the planning aspect type of participation is induced participation; (2) in the organizing aspect type of participation is induced participation; (3) in the actuating aspect type of participation is spontaneous participation; (4) in the controlling aspect type of participation is induced participation. Community participation in the management descripted on three indicators, namely (1) decision making that can be seen on organizing, actuating and controlling, (2) implementation of management that can be seen on planning, organizing, actuating and controlling, (3) sharing profit that can be seen on organizing. (3) Appropriate components of<br />the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) based on Permendikbud No.22<br />2016. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach The data<br />analysis technique used is data collection, data reduction and data <br />presentation conclusions. The technique of guaranteeing the validity of the <br />data is done by checking trust, checking examination and checking<br />dependency. The results of the study can be concluded that the results of<br />the Analysis of Suitability of Annual Programming, Semester Program,<br />and Learning Implementation Plan can be categorized as "In Accordance"<br />because the results are obtained based on the scores of the Annual<br />Program, Semester Program and Learning Implementation Plan (RPP)<br />compiled by the teacher Islamic religious education in SMP Negeri 1<br />Percut Sei Tuan Deli Serdang.</p>

Inovasi layanan drive-thru perpustakaan merupakan sebuah layanan yang diciptakan Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Inovasi layanan drive-thru ini berbentuk tempat / loket untuk melayani kebutuhan pemustaka tanpa harus turun dari kendaraan. Inovasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pelayanan kepada pemustaka dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan budaya literasi.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi layanan drive-thru di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Kriteria Inovasi menurut PermenPANRB nomor 3 Tahun  2018 meliputi 5 variabel yang terdiri atas Kebaruan, Efektif , Bermanfaat , Dapat direplikasi, dan Berkelanjutan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara,observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, pemaparan dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk hasil penelitian menunjukkan inovasi layanan drive-thru memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Pada kriteria kebaruan menunjukkan inovasi drive-thru merupakan suatu penemuan baru serta menawarkan cara baru dalam melayani pemustaka melalui loket. Untuk kriteria efektif tujuan dari diciptakannya drive-thru adalah untuk memudahkan pemustaka sudah memenuhi, tetapi untuk meningkatkan budaya literasi belum tercapai. Untuk kriteria bermanfaat sudah dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat dan bagi dinas yang menerapkannya. Pada dapat direplikasi inovasi ini dapat menjadi contoh/rujukan karena sudah ada beberapa instansi yang menduplikasinya, lalu kriteria terakhir keberlanjutan untuk kedepan inovasi ini akan tetap dipertahankan karena mendapat dukungan dari berbagai stakeholder. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah lebih menggalakan sosialisasi agar drive-thru ini bisa lebih berkembang dan dimanfaatkan oleh lebih banyak orang.    Kata kunci : Inovasi Layanan, Drive Thru Perpustakaan, Budaya Literasi   The library's drive-thru service innovation is a service created by the Library and Archives Office of East Java Province. This drive-thru service innovation is in the form of a counter to serve the needs of visitors without having to get off the vehicle. This innovation aims to facilitate service to users in the hope that it can improve literacy culture. The purpose of this study is to describe the drive-thru service innovation in the Department of Library and Archives of East Java Province. The focus of this research is the Innovation Criteria according to the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PermenPANRB) number 3 of 2018 covering 5 variables consisting of novelty, effectiveness, benefit, transferbility, and sustainability. This type of research is a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. For data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation, presentation and conclusion drawing. The research results show that drive-thru service innovation has advantages and disadvantages. The novelty criterion indicates that drive-thru innovation is a new invention and offers a new way of serving visitors through the counter. . For the effective criteria, the purpose of creating a drive-thru is to make it easier for users to fulfill it, but to improve literacy culture has not been achieved. For useful criteria, it can provide benefits for the community and for the agencies that implement them. If this innovation can be replicated, it can be used as an example / reference because there are already several agencies that duplicate it. Then the last criteria for sustainability for the future of this innovation will be maintained because it has the support of various stakeholders. Suggestions that can be given are to promote more socialization so that this drive-thru can be more developed and utilized by more people.
