AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi yang dilakukan badan pengurus dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru Pelayanan Anak dan Remaja Gereja Masehi Injili di Timor (GMIT) Benyamin Oebufu untuk memberikan arah pencapaian tujuan pelayanan serta mengantisipasi perubahan yang akan terjadi pada saat pergantian periode pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini  dilaksanakan di GMIT Benyamin Oebufu Klasis Kota Kupang Timur dengan subyek  dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang yang terdiri dari badan pengurus  dan unit pembantu pelayanan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analysis Interactive yang terbagi menjadi 4 bagian yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi badan pengurus dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAR GMIT Benyamin Oebufu adalah pembahasan materi ajar, pendalaman Alkitab, pelatihan, seminar dan studi banding. Keuntungan yang diperoleh dari peningkatan kompetensi guru PAR adalah lebih memahami firman Tuhan, kreatif dalam pengajaran, membantu persiapan pelayanan, kualitas pengajaran meningkat dan anak lebih memahami pengajaran yang disampaikan. Kendala internal dalam peningkatan kompetensi guru PAR yaitu kesulitan pembagian waktu antara pekerjaan, sekolah dengan pelayanan. Kendala eksternalnya yaitu terbatasnya biaya operasional kegiatan. AbstractThis study aims to analyze the strategies implemented by the governing body to improving the competence of the GMIT Benyamin Oebufu Child and Adolescent Service teachers to provide directions for achieving service goals and to anticipate changes that will occur at the change of service periods. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at GMIT Benyamin oebufu, Klasis East Kupang City. The subjects in this study were five people consisting of the management body and the service support unit. The data collection techniques used in this study was interviews and observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Analysis Interactive which is divided into four parts, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion / verification. The results showed that the strategy of the governing body in increasing the competence of GMIT Benyamin Oebufu's CAS teachers was discussion of teaching materials, Bible study, training, seminars and comparative studies. The advantages obtained from increasing the competence of CAS teachers are better understanding of God's Word, creative in teaching, helping service preparation, improving the quality of teaching and children better understanding the teaching delivered. Internal constraints in increasing the competence of CAS teachers are the difficulty in dividing time between work, school and services. The external obstacle is the limited operational costs for activities.

The research that will be raised is the metonymy of the "speaking" in the Banjar language in a traditional store (warung). Issues discussed included how the metonym structure of the "speaking" in Banjar was in store? The purpose of this study is to describe the metonym of the Banjar language "conversation" in the warung. The method used is descriptive method with a semantic approach. Data collection is done through reference and recording techniques. The author takes three steps of work, namely the stage of data collection, data processing, and the stage of presenting the results of data analysis. The data analysis technique is the distribution method. The presentation of data analysis describes conversations containing metonymy in Banjar language. Data presentations are written in ordinary words. The population of this study is the Banjar community located in the Gambah neighborhood, South Hulu Sungai Regency, South Kalimantan Province. The time of data collection is from January 2017 to March 2017. The results of this study include metonymy based on part elements with the whole, metonymy based on place attributes, metonymy based on objects for content or function and metonymy based on time attributes.Penelitian yang akan diangkat adalah metonimi panderan “pembicaraan” di warung bahasa Banjar. Masalah yang dibahas meliputi bagaimana struktur  metonimi panderan “pembicaraan” berbahasa Banjar di warung? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan struktur metonimi panderan “pembicaraan” di warung bahasa Banjar. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan semantik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik simak dan catat. Penulis menempuh tiga langkah kerja, yaitu tahap pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, dan tahap penyajian  hasil analisis data. Teknik analisis data adalah metode agih. Sajian analisis data mendeskripsikan ujaran yang mengandung makna metonimi dalam bahasa Banjar. Penyajian data ditulis dengan kata-kata biasa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Banjar yang berlokasi  di lingkungan Gambah, Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan.Waktu pengambilan data dari bulan Januari 2017 sampai dengan bulan Maret 2017. Hasil penelitian meliputi metonimi berdasarkan unsur bagian dengan keseluruhan, metonimi berdasarkan atribut tempat, metonimi berdasarkan objek untuk isi/fungsi dan metonimi berdasarkan atribut waktu.

This study aims to determine and describe the ability of elementary school teachers in preparing the 2013 curriculum-based learning administration tool in SD Negeri 3 Air Kumbang sub-district. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection tools use documentation, interviews, observation and literature review. The data analysis technique used qualitative descriptive analysis techniques which consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion and verification. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's ability to arrange learning administration tools in SD Negeri 3 Air Kumbang District, which is carried out through the process, strategic planning, strategy implementation and strategy evaluation have been going according to what was expected from the start so that there is the ability of the teacher to compile this school administration tool. then it can help in improving the quality of learning at SD Negeri 3 Air Kumbang District. It remains only to how the teacher and all school members maintain the quality of learning that has been obtained by SD Negeri 3 Air Kumbang District.

This study aimed to determine and analyze knowing and describing the principal's strategy in increasing the competitiveness of SD Negeri 1 Supat, Babat Supat District. This type of research was descriptive qualitative research. Data collection tools used were documentation, interviews, observation and literature review. The data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative analysis technique which consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and fermentation. The results of the study stated that 1) the principal's strategy in increasing competitiveness at SD Negeri 1 Supat, Babat Supat District a) planning a program to improve the quality and competitiveness of the school both in the short and long term; b) determine the program that has been planned in the form of an activity instrument which is carried out in SD Negeri 1 Supat, Babat Supat District; and c) implement the strategy set by the school; 2) The obstacles faced in efforts to increase competitiveness lie in efforts to improve the quality of learning at SD Negeri 1 Supat; and 3) Solutions to some of the obstacles faced in increasing competitiveness through the quality of learning at SD Negeri 1 Supat, among others by: a) implementing continuous coaching to increase the experience and knowledge of teachers; b) supervise teachers as well as evaluate and provide direction for improvement. Provide training and assignments to improve teacher skills; c) assignments in various activities both at school and outside of school and provide opportunities for teachers to interact and communicate with many parties; and d) capacity building activities carried out through sending training participants, workshops, socialization, training, and KKG activities.

This study aims to determine and describe the role of school principals in improving the quality of education in SD Negeri 4 Air Kumbang District. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection tools use documentation, interviews, observation and literature review. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative analysis technique which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion and ferification. The results of the study state that the role of the principal in an effort to improve the quality of education in SD Negeri 4 Air Kumbang District is carried out by establishing a program to improve the quality of learning by implementing a program to improve the quality of learning into the vision and mission of the school then the principal communicates the vision and mission of the school related to standards quality of learning; and improving the quality of education through interpersonal teacher competence by encouraging teachers to improve their competence and teaching ability. The principal should improve his competence so that the role can have a maximum impact in efforts to improve the quality of education.

The technique of guaranteeing the validity of the <br />data is done by checking trust, checking examination and checking<br />dependency. The results of the study can be concluded that the results of<br />the Analysis of Suitability of Annual Programming, Semester Program,<br />and Learning Implementation Plan can be categorized as "In Accordance"<br />because the results are obtained based on the scores of the Annual<br />Program, Semester Program and Learning Implementation Plan (RPP)<br />compiled by the teacher Islamic religious education in SMP Negeri 1<br />Percut Sei Tuan Deli Serdang.</p>

Inovasi layanan drive-thru perpustakaan merupakan sebuah layanan yang diciptakan Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Inovasi layanan drive-thru ini berbentuk tempat / loket untuk melayani kebutuhan pemustaka tanpa harus turun dari kendaraan. Inovasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pelayanan kepada pemustaka dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan budaya literasi.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi layanan drive-thru di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Kriteria Inovasi menurut PermenPANRB nomor 3 Tahun  2018 meliputi 5 variabel yang terdiri atas Kebaruan, Efektif , Bermanfaat , Dapat direplikasi, dan Berkelanjutan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara,observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, pemaparan dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk hasil penelitian menunjukkan inovasi layanan drive-thru memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Pada kriteria kebaruan menunjukkan inovasi drive-thru merupakan suatu penemuan baru serta menawarkan cara baru dalam melayani pemustaka melalui loket. Untuk kriteria efektif tujuan dari diciptakannya drive-thru adalah untuk memudahkan pemustaka sudah memenuhi, tetapi untuk meningkatkan budaya literasi belum tercapai. Untuk kriteria bermanfaat sudah dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat dan bagi dinas yang menerapkannya. Pada dapat direplikasi inovasi ini dapat menjadi contoh/rujukan karena sudah ada beberapa instansi yang menduplikasinya, lalu kriteria terakhir keberlanjutan untuk kedepan inovasi ini akan tetap dipertahankan karena mendapat dukungan dari berbagai stakeholder. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah lebih menggalakan sosialisasi agar drive-thru ini bisa lebih berkembang dan dimanfaatkan oleh lebih banyak orang.    Kata kunci : Inovasi Layanan, Drive Thru Perpustakaan, Budaya Literasi   The library's drive-thru service innovation is a service created by the Library and Archives Office of East Java Province. This drive-thru service innovation is in the form of a counter to serve the needs of visitors without having to get off the vehicle. This innovation aims to facilitate service to users in the hope that it can improve literacy culture. The purpose of this study is to describe the drive-thru service innovation in the Department of Library and Archives of East Java Province. The focus of this research is the Innovation Criteria according to the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PermenPANRB) number 3 of 2018 covering 5 variables consisting of novelty, effectiveness, benefit, transferbility, and sustainability. This type of research is a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. For data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation, presentation and conclusion drawing. The research results show that drive-thru service innovation has advantages and disadvantages. The novelty criterion indicates that drive-thru innovation is a new invention and offers a new way of serving visitors through the counter. . For the effective criteria, the purpose of creating a drive-thru is to make it easier for users to fulfill it, but to improve literacy culture has not been achieved. For useful criteria, it can provide benefits for the community and for the agencies that implement them. If this innovation can be replicated, it can be used as an example / reference because there are already several agencies that duplicate it. Then the last criteria for sustainability for the future of this innovation will be maintained because it has the support of various stakeholders. Suggestions that can be given are to promote more socialization so that this drive-thru can be more developed and utilized by more people. Kebijakan kurikulum 2013 yang dikeluarkan oleh Pemerintah merupakan upaya dari penyederhanaan pembelajaran dan adanya penilaian sikap dalam struktur kurikulumnya yang bertujuan agar peserta didik memiliki kompetensi sikap, ketrampilan dan pengetahuan yang lebih baik dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 di Kelas IVB UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik Kecamatan Driyorejo Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penyimpulan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pelaksanaan K-13 sudah berjalan dengan baik tetapi masih terdapat kendala dalam pelaksanaannya yaitu melihat dari efektivitas dalam pelaksanaannya belum  sesuai karena materi ujian nasional masih berdasarkan KTSP; terkait dengan efesiensi jumlah guru masih kurang; terkait dengan kecukupan dalam materi K-13 belum mendukung kompetensi belajar peserta didik untuk materi ujian nasional, terkait dengan perataan masih belum merata karena kelas satu sampai kelas enam tidak semua melaksanakan K-13, terkait dengan responsivitas yaitu adanya respon dari peserta didik maupun wali murid dalam pembelajaran yang mudah diterima dan terkait dengan ketepatan dalam pelaksanaannya sudah tepat sasaran kepada peserta didik. Simpulan dari peneliti masih ada kendala yaitu jumlah SDM yang kurang memadai, semua guru belum mendapatkan pelatihan, dan tidak sinkronnya materi UN (Ujian Nasional) dengan kurikulum yang berlaku. Disarankan sebaiknya dilakukan penambahan Sumber Daya Manusia atau guru (tenaga pendidik) dan ruang kelas, Sinkronisasi materi UN (Ujian Nasional) dengan kurikulum yang berlaku serta pelatihan guru yang dilaksanakan oleh semua guru.   Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013, UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik   The 2013 curriculum policy issued by the Government is an effort to simplify learning and the existence of an attitude assessment in the curriculum structure that aims to make students have better competency attitudes, skills and knowledge in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to describe the 2013 Curriculum Implementation Evaluation in Class IVB UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the implementation of K-13 has been going well but there are still obstacles in its implementation, namely seeing the effectiveness in its implementation is not appropriate because the material for the national exam is still based on KTSP; related to the efficiency of the number of teachers is still lacking; related to the adequacy of the K-13 material, it does not support the learning competence of students for the national exam material, related to evenness it is still not evenly distributed because not all grades one to six grades implement K-13, related to responsiveness, namely the response of students and guardians in learning that is easily accepted and associated with accuracy in its implementation is right on target for students. The conclusion from the researchers there are still obstacles, namely the number of human resources is inadequate, all teachers have not received training, and the material is not synchronized with the applicable curriculum. It is suggested that the addition of human resources or teachers (teaching staff) and classrooms, synchronization of National Examination (National Examination) material with the applicable curriculum and teacher training carried out by all teachers. This research examines and discovers the variation and formation of slang in the street food court (angkringan) of the Perpek community, Ponorogo Regency, which is indicated by a variant of the slang language. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The research data is in the form of words from languages that contain slang forms and are spoken by sellers and buyers. Data collection uses observation techniques supported by note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique used is the equivalent method and the method of religion. The findings of this research are four processes of the formation of slang language in terms of the formation of phonological structures, namely: (1) reversing the overall arrangement of letters, for example "mahal" to "laham", (2) giving an insert at the beginning and at the end both vowels and consonants, for example "kopi" becomes "ngikop", (3) exchanges consonants and replaces one or two letters, for example "sedikit" becomes "sikit", and (4) words are shortened or cut without changing their meanings, for example "mama cantik" to be "macan". The results of the research findings indicate the formation of new slang languages that are different from the original languages, both from Indonesian and regional languages (Javanese). Penelitian ini mengkaji dan menemukan variasi dan pembentukan bahasa slang di angkringan komunitas Perpek, Kabupaten Ponorogo, yang terindikasi ditemuakan varian bahasa slang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian berupa kata dari bahasa yang mengandung bentuk bahasa slang dan dituturkan oleh penjual dan pembeli. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi yang didukung dengan teknik simak-libat-catat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode padan dan metode agih. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh temuan berupa empat proses pembentukan variasi bahasa slang dari segi pembentukan struktur fonologis, yaitu: (1) membalikkan susunan huruf secara keseluruhan, misal "mahal" menjadi "laham", (2) memberikan sisipan di awal dan di akhir kata, baik vokal maupun konsonan, misal "kopi" menjadi "ngikop", (3) menukar konsonan dan mengganti satu atau dua huruf,  misal "sedikit" menjadi "sikit", dan (4) kata dipendekkan atau dipotong tanpa mengubah maknanya, misal "mama cantik" menjadi "macan". Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya pembentukan bahasa slang baru yang berbeda dari bahasa aslinya, baik dari bahasa Indonesia maupun bahasa daerah (bahasa Jawa).

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of price (X1), service quality (X2) and promotions (X3) on customer satisfaction at Bu Rajab Resto Pancing and Cottage. The study used a quantitative approach and was conducted from March to June 2020. Purposive sampling was used. 120 people were included in the research and 97 people were selected as samples. Participants were customers of Bu Rajab Resto Pancing and Cottage who had visited at least 2 times. A questionnaire was used for data collection. Data analysis involved linear regression, hypothesis testing and classical assumption tests, using the SPSS program. Price and service quality had a significantly positive impact on customer satisfaction, but promotions did not. Keywords: price, service quality, promotion, customer satisfaction

BACKGROUND: The condition of middle adult patients with palliative disease is prone to experiencing physical weakness and psychological suffering, disrupting dignity. As a caregiver at home, the family plays an essential role in providing support to maintain patient dignity. AIM: This study aims to determine the image of the dignity of the middle adult patient with palliative care needs by family at home. METHODS: This research is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. Participants were seven people with the purposive sampling method. Data collection methods were conducted using in-depth interviews and semi-structured observation. Research instruments included interview guidelines, field notes, and an observation form. Data validity used reference material, rich and thick description, and peer debriefing. Data analysis included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. RESULTS: The results showed that the dignity of patients was considered by six themes; self-esteem went up and down, the meaning of illness and death, family response to the patient, sources of decision-making, an image of the quality of life, and future wishes. CONCLUSION: This study had six themes depicting the dignity of patients that consisted of subthemes. The themes included self-esteem went up and down, the meaning of illness and death, family response to the patient, sources of decision-making, an image of the quality of life, and future wishes.
