Based upon the analysis of E. Fromm’s philosophical ideas the problem of man’s choice of the system of universal orientation is considered in interrelation with the individual development of the subject. The article shows the principal impossibility of personal growth with no regard to the ontological imperative foundations of human existence. In the work the concepts of “religiosity” and “faith” are being distinguished and deconstructed. For this purpose, the concept of “faith” is taken out of the traditionally religious context and is shown as the subject’s inner orientation modus in relation to the overall integrity. Systems of orientation differ in the scale and capability of realization of human creativity in relation to the surrounding world and oneself. The choice of system depends on the personal maturity and the individual’s readiness to perceive yet implicit levels of being. Philosophical faith thus provides an opportunity to reveal the hidden, implicative orders of existence, and the human spirit is viewed upon as an active beginning to fulfill these new ontological dimensions into life. Conclusions are made about the correlation of human inner growth with the number of dimensions of being that can be embraced, processed and integrated. Switching to another center of orientation becomes possible only if profound changes take place in the whole person. This kind of “personal growth” requires not only understanding, but also inner strength. In this case, a higher and more productive form of understanding and orientation can give liberation from its lower form.

The field of psychology is under a spell of believing that the person is merely a product of nature and nurture. This belief holds that the individual person plays no causal role in their own development. This belief assumes that epiphenomena (like persons, which originate from nature and nurture) lack real agency and cannot be a cause of themselves at a later time, so personal growth and the transformative self are illusions. This chapter explains the faulty logic in such beliefs and presents the nature, nurture, and ‘ndividuality model of personhood, which holds that the individuality of the whole person influences that person’s own development in ways not explained by nature, nurture, or their interaction. This model relies not on notions of free will or even intentionality but rather on another model of the person as a self-organizing system—a dynamic, organismic system within a pluralistic ecology of systems.

The nature nurture issue has been an important debate in all aspects of the individual development. According to Jensen’s heritability ratio, hereditary has an impeccable influence in the development process. Based on these, dermatoglyphics has been used in the present case study in order to observe the innate potential of an individual, to give parents an insight into their child’s hidden potential and to groom them effectively. The present case study is confined to the acquiring methods and unique quotients of the subject. The findings of the study revealed the unique quotients of the subject and the best suitable acquisition method for the subject. Aim/Purpose: To test the methods of learning and unique quotients of the subject with the help of Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test DMIT. Int. The paper discusses Kant’s concept of the subject through Heideger’s critique. Heidegger deconstructs the structure of Kant’s idea of personal identity as the moral subject. In the 13th paragraph of The Basic Problems of Phenomenology (1927), Heidegger distinguishes three basic aspects of Kant’s idea of the self: the personalitas transcendentalis, the personalitas psychologica, and the personalitas moralis. The personalitas moralis is defined as the sphere of pure morality, the intelligible realm of freedom. This is an aspect of the individual beyond physical features and also beyond the determinism of laws of nature. The causality by freedom forms the basis of practical actions ordered by moral law. Therefore, it acts as the highest level determinism of Being in human existence. Heidegger’s conclusion shows Kant’s failure in delineating a functional model of the moral subject but accepts Kant’s contribution to laying the foundations of such a theory.

Today, researchers are increasingly concerned about the loss of humanity's landmarks of their development, which, naturally, leads to attempts to realize the goals and meanings of being an individual through the religious motivation of the formation of his outlook. In the XXI century, for the first time, the existential states of man, that is, his life's self-determination and election, not only became the object of conceptual reflection, but also acquired a qualitatively new metaphysical status, in contrast to the traditional one, became the subject of another, existential, method of philosophizing. System-forming concepts of a new type of reflection have become "man", "existence", "personality", "consciousness" instead of earlier established categories of "world", "being", "essence". As a result, world events are now interpreted as subjective or radically dependent on the subject. From this perspective, the analysis of the existentialities of human existence (in particular, the phenomena of freedom, love, holiness), the elucidation and realization of their heuristic, ontological, epistemological, and methodological potential of Orthodoxy - seems to be a very topical task.

Sandor Karacsony (1891–1952) is a prominent figure in Hungarian pedagogy, in his educational work, and writings; he combined Reformed theology and education science theory. Karacsony interpreted the reform pedagogical responsibility (playfulness, experience-oriented education, etc.) principles, and studied that it referred to the different ages, e.g., the role and prospects of autonomy. However, for example, respecting the other people, placing the individual development into the center, creating benevolent atmosphere, etc., can be explained with his Calvinistic conviction as well (Karacsony, 1995, 2004). According to Karacsony, the joined development of body and soul is recognizable, we always have to look at the whole person. His conception has a lot of similarities with the dialectical conceptualization of Hubert Henz, Ernst Christian Trapp, and Friedrich Daniel Ernst Schleiermacher, furthermore with Dilthey, Nohl, and Wilhelm Flitner’s pedagogical fundamental relation, communication-centered theory. Examining Sandor Karacsony’s findings on education, it can be stated that he speaks not so much about education but rather collaboration and a sharing of life. In short, the general aim of the upbringing is the increase and the finding of what is possible only with relating and common language.

Det hele menneske og en kristologisk funderet forsynstanke: Om brugen af “Sjæl” og “Støv” i to grundtvigsalmer[The whole human being and a Christologically based belief in providence: On the use of “Soul” and “Dust” in two of Grundtvig’s hymns]By Aage SchiølerThe reading of two of Grundtvig’s hymns, one much used and one less known, uncovers the influence of Old Testament material on his ideas of basic human conditions and on the wording of Christological dynamics within his notions about Divine Providence. First, the use of “Soul” and “Dust” is briefly surveyed. Then the hymns are analysed in order to clarify the impact of the terms on Christology as the crucial element determining the subject-matter of his view on Divine Providence. The outcome of the analysis is that only through inclusion of the existence of the individual person into the destiny of Christ as our equal and brother in life, death and resurrection, the hard questions posed by human existence can be challenged by reference to a God characterized by omnipotence, omniscience, and supreme goodness. The omission of this Christological element, which in Grundtvig’s context is presented through the Preaching of the Gospel, granted the individual through Baptism, and continually maintained through The Lords Supper, would leave Divine Providence as idle talk or mere chance. Finally a modification of the concept of complementarity is used as a means to clarify the term Christian Hope as the liberating potentiality in Grundtvig’s ideas about Divine Providence.

The article is devoted to the actual topic, which reflects modern trends in the development of the information society. The author tried to derive the formula of personal capitalization in the system of self-improvement of the subject. Since modern society is influences by rapid information mobility, individuals have to constantly change. The speed with, which information flows actualize modern human activity, cannot be compared, analyzed or even determined. We can only observe certain trends, but as soon as we can focus on them, they immediately lose their relevance. High informatization conditions imposed on constantly changing trends present new requirements for a modern person. They are little perceptible and the subject is in a constant search for personality characteristics that can satisfy the "insatiable appetites" of the information egregor. The theoretical basis of this article, the work of Michel Foucault, «Self-care» is especially interesting. In this work the author anticipated the modern culture, referring to the work of Christopher Lef «The culture of narcissism». The study of postmodern society updated a list of issues: whether individuals need «spiritual exercises», how to form a system in «self-care», in “knowing yourself”, what is behind these transformations – personal growth or manipulative technologies of a consumer society. The author notes that a person located between social networks, between everyday life and its future projection, loses real assessments of what is happening. These “three pillars” determine the economic, socio-psychological, spiritual and cultural portrait of a modern subject in the conditions of the information society. A person, as a hostage of the system, is looking for opportunities to satisfy their requirements. A personal approach to achieving this goal is the most relevant, since it is much easier at the individual level to adapt to information mobility. For this, it is necessary to undertake the capitalization of one’s own personality in order to be able to allocate assets and liabilities, profitably actualize strengths and work out weaknesses in order to increase competitiveness in the human resources market.Such a pragmatic approach is necessary, first of all, for the individual himself. Working on your-self, self-improvement processes are quite difficult. For their implementation, willpower and internal motivation are necessary. The source of such motivation is most often located from outside, attracting additional external resources. The individual scans the reality around us through the information channels, with the possibility of continuous analysis, feedback searching, how it meets the requirements of a modern public. The analysis of health capital, emotional capital, spiritual capital and social capital are presented as part of a systematic approach, where all components are closely intertwined. The relevance of the topic is to develop a system of personal capital to increase the capitalization of the individual in the information society. Understanding this combination will allow a person to use their own resources more comfortably, as well as better understand personal prospects for growth and development.

In the small and voluminous works of Turysbek Sauketayev, which represent a special type of thinking in Kazakh literature, the destinies of people and various social situations are intertwined. The writer is distinguished from others by a special style of writing and the choice of the subject of the work. The novel "I am a madman" has a high symbolic meaning. The damage caused by negativity and untruth in society to the fate of the individual, truthfulness, justice, love, etc. reveals a break in ties, contradictions between society and the individual, reflecting the devaluation of human values in the soul of the hero. The novel raises questions of humanity, the search for justice in human existence.

Albert Camus, and his work, is the perfect example of achievement through personal growth, with a unitary conception of the individual and their relationship with the world and with others. In confronting the immediate, the author offers repose; in the face of the absurd, revolt, and in the face of a meaninglessness he proposes love. His task is advance, our advance, climbing a long ladder that we may also descend, although transformed, no longer as we were the first time. This project will analyse the book La Peste / The Plague, relating it and the ideas here expressed with the concept of work. Work being understood as something beyond mere occupation, or way of making a living, but the endeavours of the subject as an essential component of life. This becomes evident when one seeks to grow fully, in harmony with humanity as embodied by Camus’ characters in a situation of collective emergency, in a city in the grip of the plague. The result is a hymn of hope, of momentary triumph not without repeated stumbles, recalling again and again what we are and what we can become. Just as in our own lives, the nebulous is the constant companion of victory, which is never entirely complete.
