This article discusses the role of parents in the digital age. The digital Era is characterized by the presence of technology, where there is an increase in the speed and flow of knowledge turnover in the economy and community life. Parents who are part of the information society cannot avoid that children in the digital age never escape from objects related to technology. The increase of digital technology in children's developmental life invaded many development phases that the child should achieve. Technology makes their lives faster (instant) and more efficient. Entertainment technologies such as television, internet, video games, iPod, iPad, and others have grown so rapidly that it makes a family hardly aware of the significant impact and lifestyle changes in their families. The education undertaken anciently differed from today's education. As new knowledge and technologies and cultural shifts are caused by thought patterns that are influenced by information obtained in a very easy way. It is demanding that parents always update/upgrade their knowledge in order to give direction to their children in a wise way. Parents need to accompany to avoid unwanted things so that the concern of parents and educators of early childhood in the digital age is the importance of the introduction of religious values, local wisdom, so as to fortify the child from global influences.

Technological developments are increasingly rapid in the digital age today, causing the values that are born, both positive and negative also experience a tremendous surprise for humans. From these surprises, so the role of parents in educating their children also changes by the development of their times. In the 80, parents in educating their children must have experienced a difference in the digital age today. The parenting style that initially experienced differences from other parents, which only applied authoritarian, permissive, democratic types of parenting, had experienced success in educating children, but in the age of the digital era, the three parenting styles would not succeed, if they did not synchronize according to the time of the situation and conditions in terms of parenting.

This paper aims to analyses the role of career woman in Islam especially Islamic education in a digital, modern era. To this end, analyses on the relevant literature have been carried out. As a result, an educated family with values of Islam is the greatest favors. In a family, a woman has a central role in Islamic education. Nowadays, many women opt for a career outside their home. In Islam it is allowed, even in the recorded history, several women who became wives of the Prophet also became career women. Islam provides a strong motivation for women to run their careers in any fields in accordance with their nature and dignity without leaving their duties as ra’iyah fi baiti zaujiha (person(s) in charge of the internal problems of households). The role of a career woman in the field of Islamic education is a challenge. Considering the fact of the digital era, it is significantly important to take account of the concept of monotheism. It is the single concept referring to that of God, the Absolute Power. In this digital era, the principle of tauhid as the main one of monotheism itself is to stand for a belief that Allah, the only God, encompasses all the things. In short words, the digital age would bring people into the circumtance where they are united to be faithful to God Almighty. In the sense, career women are eble to optimize their roles in lifting this tauhid value as well as especially educating their family.

Parents have the biggest role in recognizing and knowing the children's growth and development. The relationship that exists between parents and children is determined by how parents taking care of their children. Parenting is a way for parents to raise children by fulfilling the needs of children, give protection, educate their children, and also influence children's behavior in daily life. The role of parents determines children’s behavior, especially in nurturing and educating children in this digital era which requires an extra effort compared to decades ago. The digital era is certainly closely related to the internet and smartphones. Parents act as determinants of children's behavior through appropriate parenting patterns and by making changes in children's behavior to more positive. One of the things that can be done by modifying the behavior. Behavior modification is an attempt to apply the principles of the learning process as well as the psychological principles of the results of other experiments on human behavior. In this community service activity, the method used was not only by providing counseling and discussion material but also by giving a pre-test and post-test. The pre-test results show that 75% of participants do not know the types of parenting and do not know the types of parenting that have been applied or would be applied to their children. Regarding the internet, the results of the post-test show that all participants know the types of parenting that existed based on the exposure given. In addition, 80% of participants have also been able to determine what types of parenting would be applied, most of them determine authoritative parenting. While 20% of participants are still limited to knowing the type of parenting and have not been able to determine the type of parenting that would be applied to children. Keywords: parenting, behavior modification, good internet   Abstrak Orang tua memiliki peran terbesar dalam mengenali dan mengetahui tumbuh kembang anak.

This article discusses whistleblowing and fraud in the digital era in Indonesia using a literature study. Digital whistleblowing allows someone to reveal a number of information accompanied by photos/ videos through social media/ other online sources. This information is investigated further to find out if there is fraud after checking the truth, because there is a possibility that the information is inaccurate. The absence of a checking process and confirmation of its truth causes inaccurate information. The case that occurred in one of the SOEs in Indonesia initially emerged from a tweet on a Twitter account which was finally able to uncover the alleged fraud in terms of abuse of office. This is an example of the role of technology in digital whistleblowing and fraud. Digital technology can detect if there is a change in the softcopy file through the recorded digital footprint and then submit it to the authorities so that they can track the identification of previous users related to the possibility of document leakage. Artificial Neural Network (ANN) which is part of artificial intelligence (AI) technology can be used to detect fraud. ANN is a system that is able to process complex amounts of data through pattern recognition. There has been much discussion about the use of information technology in Indonesia, but the use of ANN has not been much discussed.

This paper explores the role of teachers in the digital era to improve the self-regulated learning of GenerationZ students for optimal learning outcomes. The method of writing this paper uses library researchapproach by looking for references to theories that are relevant to the cases or problems found. Thean analysis is carried out by describing the concepts and dynamics of the theory relating to the problem, basedon the available literature, especially from articles published in various scientific journals. The results ofseveral studies explain that the presence of digital technology now brings the gap between teachers asdigital immigrants and students as digital natives, so that the development of strategies and skills ofteachers in teaching, guiding and motivating students to be more independent and self-regulated is neededin managing more learning strategies right according to the needs of current students, so that learningoutcomes are obtained optimally

Inspired by Herbert Simon's notion of nearly decomposable systems, researchers have examined modularity as a powerful approach to manage technological change in product innovation. We articulate this approach as the hierarchy-of-parts architecture and explain how it emphasizes decomposition of a design into loosely coupled parts and subsequent aggregation of these into an industrial product. To realize the scale benefits of modularity, firms successively freeze design specifications before production and therefore only allow limited windows of functionality design and redesign. This makes it difficult to take advantage of the increased speed by which digitized products can be developed and modified. To address this problem, we draw on Christopher Alexander's notion of design patterns to introduce a complementary approach to manage technological change that is resilient to digital technology. We articulate this approach as the network-of-patterns architecture and explain how it emphasizes generalization of ideas into patterns and subsequent specialization of patterns for different design purposes. In response to the increased digitization of industrial products, we demonstrate the value of complementing hierarchy-of-parts thinking with network-of-patterns thinking through a case study of infotainment architecture at an automaker. As a result, we contribute to the literature on managing products in the digital age: we highlight the properties of digital technology that increase the speed by which digitized products can be redesigned; we offer the notion of architectural frames and propose hierarchy-of-parts and network-of-patterns as frames to support innovation of digitized products; and, we outline an agenda for future research that reconsiders the work of Simon and Alexander as well as their followers to address key challenges in innovating digitized products.

The digitalization of the world has brought with it changes in the mutual relationship of parents and children, upbringing traditions, and challenged the parents' role. Parents' attitudes towards the digital world could be described as “fear and fascination,” where a fraction treats the possibilities provided by the digital environment with uncritical adoration, while another fraction is convinced that the digital environment poses a variety of risks, which is why children should be deterred from the use of digital media for as long as possible. None of the approaches is productive in helping the development and growth of children born in the digitalization era. That is why an objective for the study was set out – to identify parents' competence in promoting children's digital literacy in order to seek solutions and make recommendations for parents to promote children's digital literacy. The chapter summarizes the results of a part of an ongoing study of parental competence in raising kids of the digital era.
