Agriculture has been a dominant livelihood for the farmers in West Lombok District, West Nusa Tenggara Province. Other than that, farmers usually try to increase their income from livestock. To date, buffalo stock business in rural area has not consider the aspect of benefit at farmers’ level, in contrary to food crops which already shifted to agribusiness. The objective of this research is to analyze farmer’s income at various levels of agriculture and buffalo stock business. The discussion is based on the primary data from field survey and interview with 119 farmers at 4 (four) villages: Umbe, Kuripan, South Kuripan, and Kediri Villages. Secondary data was obtained from the local government agencies and research results. The data was analyzed descriptively and further statistically using two-stage Cochran sampling, t-test, double linear regression, and financial analysis of the food crops and buffalo stock using B/C ratio. The result shows that the average net income from agriculture is IDR 9,90 million/year or equal to IDR 825 thousand/month with B/C ratio 2,7; while net income from buffalo stock is IDR 6,28 million/year or equal to IDR 516 thousand/month with B/C ratio 2,3.

The high level of corruption in the Indonesian government sector makes good governance difficult to achieve. Accountability and transparency is a must in the effort to realize good governance. The efforts to reduce the level of corruption in Indonesia is the awareness of civil servants to disclose the fraud in the workplace agencies. This research uses qualitative methods with the aim to describe the implementation of accountability and transparency of local government financial reporting as well as identify potential whistleblowing for misuse of funds. This research uses primary data in the form of in-depth interviews with informants and secondary data in the form of financial statements of Salatiga local government that has been audited by BPK. The resource persons in this research are civil servants domiciled in Salatiga City and work in SKPD Salatiga City in the finance department of each SKPD. The results of this research indicate that Salatiga City Government has been accountable and transparent in local government financial reporting as well as there is no potential whistleblowing for misuse of funds. The results of this research can be used as an evaluation material for government agencies to establish a good whistleblowing mechanism so that civil servants working in government agencies are more willing to disclose the fraud. Cassava is a major food crops which widely developed in Lampung province, it caused   high adaptability, easily cultivated, smallest risk of failure, and high price. The study was objective to analyze competitive advantage of casava farming system compared to  maize and soybean farming system. The activity were conducted at Central Lampung regency from April 2012 to February 2013. The primary data were obtained from respondents with sample of 90 farmers, using survey methods with structured interviews and questionnaires. Secondary data were obtained from the office of relevant agencies and BPS Lampung. Data analysis were financial analysis and competitive advantage analysis. The results showed that cassava farming more profitable than maize and soybean farming system  income Rp.21.109.000/ha and R/C of 2,91 compared to corn farming income Rp.15.935.000 and R/C of 2,01 and soybean farming income Rp.5.187.800/ha and R/C of 1,48.  Cassava farming system will be competitive compared corn and soybeans farming on the productivity levels at least 34.567 kg/ha and 20,788 kg/ha and cassava price at least IDR 654/kg and IDR 394/kg.

<p>Dalam mendukung pencapaian swasembada gula, Pulau Madura menjadi salah satu sasaran lokasi pengembangan tebu. Di Kabupaten Sampang pengembangan usaha tani tebu dimulai sejak tahun 2009. Program ini<br />didukung oleh masuknya perusahaan perkebunan serta bantuan penganggaran dari APBN. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui kelayakan secara sosial dan ekonomi serta potensi pengembangan usaha tani tebu ke depan dan untuk mengetahui peluang dari usaha tani tebu ini bagi masyarakat di Pulau Madura secara umum.  Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai September sampai Desember 2013 di lokasi-lokasi kecamatan pengembangan tebu Kabupaten Sampang. Informasi dikumpulkan dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder dan data primer melalui wawancara dengan individu maupun grup/kelompok masyarakat, dinas/institusi terkait. Data dianalisa menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk memperoleh gambaran kondisi yang dihadapi dan pemecahan dari masalah yang dihadapi di wilayah yang diamati. Analisis aspek usaha tani meliputi data input-output komoditas existing dengan analisis finansial. Untuk melihat kelayakan usaha tani digunakan R/C Ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kelayakan usaha tani tebu adalah kepemilikan lahan, insentif rangsangan dana bantuan sosial (Bansos) APBN dan subsidi pengembangan Tebu Madura (Dinas Perkebunan Provinsi), serta kerja sama kemitraaan dengan pabrik gula (PTPN X) yang menawarkan bantuan modal, subsidi saprotan, alat/mesin pertanian, serta jaminan pasar. Kemitraan yang telah ada antara PTPN X dengan petani tebu di Sampang dapat dikategorikan dalam tipe kemitraan subkontrak dan layak diteruskan.  Skema yang sudah diterapkan dalam kontrak ini adalah pola kemitraan antara pemerintah daerah, swasta (PTPN X), dan petani tebu. Usaha tani tebu dengan R/C ratio sebesar 1,05 dan 1,68 dan pendapatan bersih Rp1.358.920,00/ha dan Rp14.024.360,00/ha pada usaha tani tebu awal dan tebu kepras I, membuktikan usaha tani tebu di lokasi penelitian sangat layak untuk diusahakan dan menguntungkan. Selain peluang bagi masyarakat memanfaatkan potensi lahan tidur dan sub-optimal untuk pengembangan usaha tani tebu yang memberikan manfaat ekonomi bagi masyarakat di Kabupaten Sampang.</p><p> </p><p>In order to achieve self-sufficient in sugar consumption, the Madura Island became one of the targets of sugar cane development area. In Sampang Regency, the development of sugar cane agribusiness have been started since 2009. This program was supported by the companies as well as financial supported from national budget (APBN). The study aims to determine the feasibility of social and economic as well as the potential<br />for future development of sugar cane farming and to understand the opportunities of the farming for community in Madura Island on the whole. The study was conducted from September to December 2013 at 14 districts of sugar cane developing area in Sampang. Information was collected by using secondary data and primary data through interviews with individual and group/community groups, agencies/institutions concerned.  Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis to obtain a description of the conditions encountered and the solving of problems encountered in the observed region. The analysis covers aspects of farm commodity input-output data with the existing financial analysis. To look at the feasibility of farming used the R/C ratio. The results of the study showed that some factors which influenced the farmer to plant the cane were: land ownership; the stimuli of incentives from social grants (Bansos) from APBN and subsidy from project<br />development (from Provincial Agricultural office); the cooperation of partners through sugar company (PTPN X) which offered grants, input subsidy, equipments/agriculture machinery as well as market assurance. The partnership among PTPN X and the sugar cane farmers in Sampang was feasible and categorized a subcontract partnership type. Meanwhile, the scheme that had been implemented in this type of contract was the<br />partnership pattern between local government, private (PTPN X) and the sugar cane farmers. The sugar cane farming with R/C ratio of 1.05 and 1.68, or net income recieved of Rp1,358,920/ha and Rp14,024,360/ha at<br />the first harvested and second period harvested, proving that the farming in the study area is feasible to carry on and profitable. In addition, it is the opportunities to develop the potential of the unused and suboptial<br />land for sugar cane agribusiness development that provides economic benefits to the community in Sampang Regency.</p>

The  study  was  conducted  in  the  village  of  Pulo  Bandring  Tanah  Rakyat District of Asahan in North Sumatra Province. The study was conducted in 2015 using the method of field survey on 30 respondent beef cattle farmers in a way purposive random sampling. The primary data obtained through interviews directly in the field with farmers beef cattle, which refers to the questionnaire has been prepared, while secondary  data  obtained  from  the  Extension  Service,  Plantation,  Agriculture  and Livestock  local,  then  the  data  collected  was  processed  and  tabulated  descriptive, quantitative  and  economic  analysis.  The  purpose  of  this  paper  is  to  determine  the economic analysis in the beef cattle business in a manner shepherd breeder dilahan palm and rubber plantations in Asahan. The results showed that the net income of the business of cattle by means of grazing dilahan oil palm and rubber plantations around Rp.3.185.000/breeder/year with B/C ratio of 1.2. Labor  breeder  beef cattle by about 20,000  working time/day 8 hours is calculated based on the first working Hok / day. For the breeders of beef cattle in the Village People's District of Pulobandring Asahan immediately in the push towards commercial business, so that the cattle were reared by farmers to grow, can produce well, and pertamabahan body weight increases, so that the sale value of cattle higher in terms of the market price of cattle.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the financial value of food crops and beef cattle integrated farming trans migrants in Central Bengkulu. The research was carried out in Margo Mulyo Village, Pondok Kubang Sub-district, and Central Bengkulu Regency of Bengkulu Province from year 2017 to May 2018, by applying survey methodology. Secondary data were obtained from Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Plantation of Central Bengkulu  Regency and the primary data were gathered from respondents by purposive random sampling as many as 20 trans migrant farmers. Data were analyzed descriptively and economic analysis of business feasibility. The result of the research showed that the absorption of labor trans migrant farmers about 154.22 man days/ ha, corn cultivation business about 154.22 man days/ha and business livestock beef cattle around 139.4 man days/ha. Rice cultivation which expended by IDR 5,314,740,-/harvest, yielded net profit of IDR 4,938,495,-/harvest with B/C ratio of 0.96±0.23 Corn cultivation which expended by IDR 5,260,650,-/harvest, yielded net profit by IDR 1,100,600,-/harvest with B/C ratio of 0.24±0.09. Whilst beef cattle keeping, which expended of IDR 47,200,500,-/year, yielded net profit of IDR 5,902,500,-/ year with B/C ratio 0.14±.0.07 Integrated farming of food crops and cattle was financially beneficial.

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

The study focused on marketing and value of additions of timber in Ife East Local Government, Osun state Nigeria. Specifically, the study examined the market efficiency, determined the profitability of the timber business, examine the level of value addition and the constraints facing the timber industry. Data were collected with the use of primary and secondary data. Primary data needed for the study were generated from structured questionnaire. Fifteen sawmills were randomly selected and one hundred and fifty questionnaires were distributed to the timber marketer and furniture m firm. One hundred and forty eight were retrieved. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive and budgetary analyses. The result showed that males had the highest percentage (89.2%). Majority of the respondents were within the age range of 40 -50 years (83.8%) and most were married (81.8%) it was further revealed that (67.6%) had regular supply of their product and the means of transportation was lorry (44.6%). The study also revealed that benches with 42% added more value addition to the industry. It showed that the year 2013 had the highest efficiency with 2.6. The budgetary analysis showed that the average revenue for the industry for the year 2012-2018 ranged between N2, 285,108.45, 889,107.12. It also revealed that the total profit for the timber ranged between 7, 340, 54.59 and 2,304,897.47.government policy, inadequate facilities in the market, inadequate facilities in the market, inadequate credit facilities, inadequate power supply and high cost of transportation were some of the constraint faced by the timber industry in Ife East Local Government. his Research proves that the implementation of Aceh Qanun No. 12, 13 and 14 Year 2003 on Khama r, M a i s i r , and Khalwat in Subulussalam is not completely worked well, because in addition to legal issues qanuns, most have efforts political consolidation of the central government and local government. This thesis supports and strengthens the conclusion Michail Buehrel in this article entitled “The Rise of Sharia by Laws in Indonesia District an Indication For Changing Patterns of Power Accumulation and Political Corruption ” (2008) who found the formulization of Islamic Law in the region is political consolidation instrument for exploring the local government, especially financially in building. Buehler did not even find a conservative movement in the imposition of Islamic Law in the area. This research also support M.B Hooker’s opinion in his work entitled Indonesian Syariah : Defining a National School of Islamic Law, (2008)which states that in legislative process of Islamic law in aceh. There are many obstacles and barriers , because the Sharia Law to be applied must necessarily correspond with the system national law, while the central government to add more breadth of autonomy for Aceh in the part of Islamic Law to legislate in the part of law qanuns jina&gt;na&gt;t . This thesis does not agree with the conclusion of Harold Crouch in his work The Recent Resurgence of Political Islam in Indonesia, “ Islam In Southeast Asi a: Analysing Recent Development” , ed. Anthony L. Smith, (Singapore: ISEAS, 2002) as saying that the barrage history of failure of Islamic parties in order to implement Islamic Law-making opportunities for the application of Islamic Law in Indonesia did not exist. Crouch’s opinion just say that the application of Islamic Law to be in the sense of establishing an Islamic State. Data obtained from field research (field research) with qualitative methods and approach the socio - legal - historical . The primary data of the document and the results wawancara and field observations. Primary data in the form of documents are: Law No. 44 In 1999, Law No. 18 of 2001, Law No. 11 In 2006, Qanun 5 In 2000, Qanun No. 12, 13, 14, 2003, Qanun 7 In 2013, Qanun 6 In 2014 and Qanun 8 Year 2014. The primary data in the form of interviews and observations sourced from: Office of Islamic Law (DSI), the Wilayatul Hisbah (WH), the Court Syar'iyah (MS), the Police, the Mufti Consultative Assembly (MPU), the Aceh Tradition Council (MAA). Secondary data in the form of: 1) the books on Islamic law, sociology and anthropology of law, the historical development of Islam in Indonesia; 2) journals and other scholarly works that examine the rules of Islamic law, the application of Islamic law, social and Community; 3) as well as other sources such relevant, scientific papers, websites, newspapers, magazines and others

Carp (Cyprinus carpio) hatchery cultivation is one of the business activities carried out by the community in Ciparay District, Bandung Regency. This research aims to analyze the financial feasibility of carp hatchery cultivation in Ciparay District, Bandung Regency. This research was conducted using a case study method consisting of primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from interviews with respondents and secondary data obtained from related agencies. This research uses 38 respondents as samples based on the sampling method (purposive sampling). The analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results obtained from this research are carp hatchery cultivation in Ciparay District has a profit value of 164,225,000 IDR/year, Profitability of 217%, R/C of 3.2 and Payback Period of 33 days so it is feasible to run and develop. Carp hatchery cultivators in Ciparay District, Bandung Regency are indicated to be prosperous because they have a higher income than the Regional Minimum Wage of Bandung Regency.

The Analysis Influence of Knowledge Taxation, Socialization, Service, Tax Sanctions and Education Level of Taxpayer Awareness Paying PBB P2. SkripsiStarta One (S1) Accounting Departement STIE Widya Wiwaha Yogyakarta 2018. The purpose of this research is to know influence of Knowledge Taxation,Socialization, Service, Tax Sanctions and Education Level of Taxpayer Awareness Paying PBB P2 with using multiple linear regression and dummy’s variable. The sample in this research includes 120 respondences who are in the District of Prambanan, village Bokoharjo, Madurejo, Sambirejo, Sumberharjo, Wukirharjo, Gayamharjo. The sampling method is convenience sampling. The collected of data to use primary data with questionnaire technique and secondary data that is data taken from DPPKAD (Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan Aset Daerah). The results of the research to drawn that the partial, knowledge taxation has a positive relationship and significantly influence the awareness of paying taxpayers PBB P2, and Services have a positive relationship and significant effect on the awareness of paying taxpayers PBB P2. By mutual independentvariables affect the awareness of paying taxpayers PBB P2 as a dependent variable.
