Mantang  Besar and Mantang Kecil islands contain marine resources that can be developed for ma-rine tourism activities. For the above purpose, a study is needed to assess the potential of the islands. The objectives of this study were: (1) to analyze the sustainability potential of marine tourism on Man-tang Besar and Mantang Kecil islands and (2) to determine the policy and strategy to develop marine tourism in Mantang Besar and Mantang Kecil islands. Multi-Criteria Analysis (MCA) with Rapid Appraisal Index Sustainability of Ecotourism approach was used for the sustainability analysis of the marine tourism potential in both islands. The results showed that the sustainability status of marine tourism potential on Mantang Besar and Mantang Kecil islands for A dimension (ecology) was in ave-rage of 50.4592 within the category of sustainable, for B dimension (socio-economic) with average of 31.6113 within the category of less sustainable, and C dimension (institutional-technology) with ave-rage of 32.5581 wihtin the category of less sustainable. For the succes of the strategy development, B dimension should be prioritized and followed by B and C dimensions.                                                                                   Keywords: MCA, marine tourism development strategy, Anambas islands

This study aims to analyze the tourism potential of Santolo Beach and formulate a development strategy for Santolo Beach so that it can be developed as a marine tourism area to increase tourist visits. The research was conducted at Santolo Beach in January - March 2021. This study used a case study method using primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained from questionnaires and interviews as many as 60 respondents consisting of tourists and Santolo Beach managers using purposive sampling method as the research sample.Secondary data were obtained from related agencies. The analysis used is a SWOT analysis to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Santolo Beach which will produce a development strategy for Santolo Beach. The results of the study are based on calculations carried out through SWOT analysis, the final value of the strengths is 1.64, the weaknesses are 1.44, the opportunities are 1.78 and the threats are 1.41. It can be seen from the results of these calculations that the Marine Tourism of Santolo Beach, Garut Regency has dominant strengths compared to weaknesses and greater opportunities than threats. If these values ​​are included in the SWOT Quadrant Diagram, it can be seen that the position of marine tourism development to increase tourist visits in Santolo Beach, Garut Regency is in the position of the Growth Strategy / SO Strategy, which is to make optimal use of the strengths and opportunities it has.

Melasti beach is a tourist attraction of the beach that is just starting to develop. Melasti Beach still in development in the governance by the village of Ungasan and yet the existence of a management system. Melasti beach is located in Ungasan, South Kuta, Badung Regency, has the potentialities are wonderful and interesting to develop. The assumption behind this is based on the chosen research topic "melasti Beach Development Strategy as a tourist attraction in the village of Ungasan, South Kuta, Badung Regency. Data types and data sources that are used i.e. qualitative data, primary and secondary data. Data collection done by way of observation, unstructured interviews, study kepustakan, documentation, research instrument is the guidance interview. The analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative data analysis with the use of tourism potential and analysis approach to SWOT analysis which clearly sets forth the findings based on the issues examined with accurate data sources. In the results of this research demonstrating that the Melasti Beach has the potential of nature is very beautiful, it also has the potential of culture as well as potential human or artificial to developed, capable of attracting tourists visit. Although still in the development phase is already visited by tourists and foreigners to the archipelago. The conclusions from the results of Shore Development Melasti is need for management systems, many still lack facilities to complement the tourist attraction due to the lack of funds and contributions from the Government is still waiting for him. Baluran National Park in the regency of Situbondo, East Java-Indonesia, highly prospective for development of sustainable tourism that can improve the welfare of local people. The suitable tourism type is eco-tourism with local people envolvement.The purposes of this study were: 1). To know the local people envolvement in eco-tourism development; 2). To know the potenciesof Baluran National Park; and 3). To formulateEco-tourism Development Strategy.Using the matrix analysis method of IFAS and EFAS, produce a common strategy; SWOT analysis generates alternative strategies. This research was exploring, to formulate policies and programs based internal and external conditions. Data were collected by questionnaire, interview and observation. The number of respondents 25 people who are competent in the field of tourism.The results showed, local people envolvement of Wonorejo, Bajul Mati, Bimo Rejo, Watu Kebo, Sumber Waru and SumberAnyaras buffer villages, in the development of eco-tourism in Baluran National Park needs to be improved through approach, training and community empowerment. Alternative strategy obtained eco-tourism product development strategy; development of basic infrastructure and facilities as well as supporting tourism; tourist market penetration and promotion; increased security; as well as institutional and human resource development strategy of eco-tourism. Eco-tourism development strategy is a strategic priority of generating eco-tourism product development programs and maintaining biological resources.

The research aim is to determine development strategy of Banjar Samu as a tourism village. This research used qualitative and quantitative data with source from primary and secondary data. Observation, interview and documentation are data collection techniques. The sample method used purposive sampling while data analysis used descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis.  Based on the results, the research indicate is that Banjar Samu have tourism potential which is consisted of natural potentials include panorama of rice fields and water springs. While the potential of culture include: community activities, hospitality and attitude of mutual cooperation, temples: building architecture and religious activity, sacred art of barong landung and another arts entertainment such as joged bumbung, arja, gambelan geguntangan, as well as local craft communities such as wood carving, silver handicrafts, yoga-meditation activity and sekaa such as sekaa gong,  joged, geguntangan, arja, angklung, subak and sekaa santi. Based on the analysis of SWOT Matrix, the results obtained by SO strategies are improving the quality of tourism potential and establish tourist activity. ST strategy is improving the security services. WO strategies are increasing cooperation with the government college, arranging some promotion. The purpose of this research is to find out the right tourism development strategy to be implemented in Popo village as a coastal tourism village in Takalar Regency. The method of this research is descriptive research. The instruments in this study include; Observation of Data Documentation, Interview and Questionnaire. The result of the research shows that the development of tourist villages requires support from various parties so that they can become income for the community in the tourist village. In the development of tourist villages, there are various factors including driving factors and inhibiting factors. The driving factor of the tourist village being the driving force for the promotion of the tourist village will be a factor inhibiting the development of the tourist village so that it can be accepted and managed so that it can be entered as a tourism partner village.

The basic concept of tourism development strategy mangrove forest is reviewing the state of observation in the area of mangrove forests, perceptions and preferences of society and local government, and the use of SWOT analysis. This study aims to determine the development strategy of mangrove forest tour in the village Langadai Kelumpang Hilir Subdistrict, so mangrove well then expected to implement development programs and the development of an integrated strategy between the conservation of natural resouces with economic development in a sustainable society. The application of the concept of travel in the area of mangrove forest ecosystems in general is expected to reduce the rate of destruction of these areas by the public.  Processing method used is the analysis of the potensial landscape and strategy development SWOT analysis. Analysis of the data elements of the landscape each focal point of the model pengharkatan done that is by scoring according to the criteria assessment landscape elements that have been modified. While the SWOT analysis is a technique for identifying problems based on potential or strengths and weaknesses to address and respond to the opportunities and threats. So that the analysis results can be used as a basis for the development of mangrove forest tour in the village Langadai Kelumpang Hilir subdistrict in the future.  Based on the results of the assessment landscape mangrove forest tour in the village Langadai Kelumpang Hilir Subdistrict is in the range of 19-33 which means to have a high quality, so it has the potential to be developed as the natural attractions. Based on the results of this study resulted in several recommendations that include: Completing the supporting infrastructure of natural traveled activities such as: roads, bridges, gazebo, fishing, sanitary facilities, public toilets and others. Promotion to the public both in the region and outside the region. The government should  make the rules tight areas in the preservation of nature and fully supported by the community. Improving the quality of management of natural attractions integrated manner.

The aim of thus study is to establish a community-based tourism development strategy in Tidung Island. Researcher use Strategy Management matrix, In this research, tourist entrepreneurs and tourist as an observation unit and is determined as an analysis unit of the company that is the decision makers are very influential in the company itself, including related Human Resources, Finance, Production, and Marketing. Eigen Factor score is use ase the weighting input data from the results of questionnaires. From the questionnaire, a score is obtained from the average given by the respondents at each key success factors, where in the input process the researcher used IFAS / IFAS Matrix, and in the process of strategy formulation, the researcher used the recommendation from the Grand Matrix Strategy output. The results of the output recommendations, which will then be implemented in the development of community-based tourism on the island of Tidung. Based on the Grand Matrix Strategy chart seen that the outline of Tidung Island tourism into the weak category, where the quadrant Challenges and Weaknesses is much greater than the strength and opportunities. Thus the strategy that can be done is with; improve tourism governance by maximizing the function of tourism development programs of DKI Jakarta Province, encouraging the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta to allocate funds and attention to alternative tourism such as marine tourism located in Kepulauan Seribu, maximizing Community Service Activities of Higher Education as a medium of knowladge community transfer Tidung Island, improving the mode of transportation and increasing the frequency of ship felling Jakarta - Pulau Tidung.

<p>Pariwisata ditegaskan dalam berbagai Rencana Strategis (RENSTRA) maupun Rencana Induk Pariwisata Nasional (RIPARNAS) sebagai andalan penggerak pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Aset berupa sumberdaya budaya dan sumberdaya alam yang dimiliki seperti keunikan wisata alam berupa wisata bahari dan berbagai event budaya daerah serta keaslian budaya dapat dikelola dan dimanfaatkan untuk bersaing dengan destinasi wisata lain. Kesemuanya itu untuk menarik wisatawan mancanegara maupun domestik untuk datang ke Indonesia. Salah satu program pemerintah dalam  pencapaian target tersebut adalah penciptaan 10 (sepuluh) destinasi wisata prioritas atau dengan istilah “Menciptakan 10 Bali Baru” yang tersebar diseluruh Indonesia, yaitu Danau Toba, Tanjung Lesung, Tanjung Kelayang, Kepulauan Seribu, Borobudur, Lombok Mandalika, Wakatobi, Morotai, Bromo-Tengger-Semeru dan Labuan Bajo. Dalam rangka mencapai tujuan strategi pengembangan wisata bahari di Lombok, maka diperlukan langkah-langkah tata kelola destinasi antara lain inventarisasi kesiapan terhadap keadaan daya tarik wisata alam maupun budaya, dapat dimanfaatkan dan kesiapan aksesibilitas, amenitas serta akomodasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif  dan analisis SWOT. Dari sisi ekonomi, diharapkan berdampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sehingga peluang pemanfaatan dan pengembangan wisata bahari di Lombok Barat diharapkan dapat menguntungkan semua pihak. Hasil dari penelitian antara lain : perlunya strategi pengembangan wisata bahari yaitu mengembangkan fasilitas infrastruktur, terutama perluasan dermaga, meningkatkan kompetensi SDM melalui sertifikasi kompetensi  pariwisata dankerjasama antara pemerintah, industri pariwisata, akademisi, masyarakat dan media dalam rangka peningkatan pelayanan dan kenyamanan wisatawan,untuk mencapai target 20 Juta wisatawan mancanegara yang berkunjung ke Indonesia tahun 2019.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Kata Kunci:</strong> Wisata Bahari, Gili Trawangan, Analisis SWOT</p><p align="center"><em> </em></p><p align="center"><em> </em></p><p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT:</em></strong></p><p><em>Tourism is affirmed in various Strategic Plans (RENSTRA) as well as the National Tourism Master Plan (RIPARNAS) as a mainstay driving the economic growth of Indonesia. Assets in the form of cultural resources and natural resources such as the uniqueness of nature tourism in the form of marine tourism and various regional cultural events and cultural authenticity can be managed and utilized to compete with other tourist destinations. All of them to attract foreign and domestic tourists to come to Indonesia. </em><em>One of the government programs in achieving the target is the creation of 10 (ten) priority tourist destinations or with the term "Creating 10 New Bali" scattered throughout Indonesia, namely Lake Toba, Tanjung Lesung, Tanjung Kelayang, Kepulauan Seribu, Borobudur, Lombok Mandalika, Wakatobi , Morotai, Bromo-Tengger-Semeru and Labuan Bajo. </em><em>In order to achieve the goal of marine tourism development strategy in Lombok, it is necessary steps of governance of destinations, among others, inventory readiness to the state of nature and cultural attractions, can be utilized and readiness of accessibility, amenitas and accommodation. This research has a specific purpose: (i) determine the potential of coastal area can be developed as a tourism product, (ii) Knowing constraints are faced in developing the tourism potential, and (iii) determine strategies that can be used in developing the tourism potential of the coast as a creative tourism products Yeh Gangga Beach, Sudimara village, Tabanan Bali. The general objective to be achieved is to improve the performance of the tourism sector in the welfare of society Tabanan through sustainable tourism development by developing creative potential.. The research found that (i) Yeh Gangga Beach has some potential creativity attraction, such as : art market, handycraft,video and photography, music and art performance, scenery, and accomodation; (ii) The main problems encountered are (i)Most strategic land has been switched ownership to investors. The strategy should be applied is (i) Maintain Yeh Gangga Beach as tourist attraction developed Tabanan through local regulations, (ii) increasing public awareness of tourism. The implications are (i) theoretically enriching literature of sustainability in tourism coastal area, (ii)practically could enhance the government to develop coastal tourism in Tabanan Bali.
