The research aim is to determine development strategy of Banjar Samu as a tourism village. This research used qualitative and quantitative data with source from primary and secondary data. Observation, interview and documentation are data collection techniques. The sample method used purposive sampling while data analysis used descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis.  Based on the results, the research indicate is that Banjar Samu have tourism potential which is consisted of natural potentials include panorama of rice fields and water springs. While the potential of culture include: community activities, hospitality and attitude of mutual cooperation, temples: building architecture and religious activity, sacred art of barong landung and another arts entertainment such as joged bumbung, arja, gambelan geguntangan, as well as local craft communities such as wood carving, silver handicrafts, yoga-meditation activity and sekaa such as sekaa gong,  joged, geguntangan, arja, angklung, subak and sekaa santi. Based on the analysis of SWOT Matrix, the results obtained by SO strategies are improving the quality of tourism potential and establish tourist activity. ST strategy is improving the security services. WO strategies are increasing cooperation with the government college, arranging some promotion. WT strategies are providing education and establish a tourist village management system immediately.   Keywords: Tourism Potential, Strategy Development, TourismVillage

Melasti beach is a tourist attraction of the beach that is just starting to develop. Melasti Beach still in development in the governance by the village of Ungasan and yet the existence of a management system. Melasti beach is located in Ungasan, South Kuta, Badung Regency, has the potentialities are wonderful and interesting to develop. The assumption behind this is based on the chosen research topic "melasti Beach Development Strategy as a tourist attraction in the village of Ungasan, South Kuta, Badung Regency. Data types and data sources that are used i.e. qualitative data, primary and secondary data. Data collection done by way of observation, unstructured interviews, study kepustakan, documentation, research instrument is the guidance interview. The analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative data analysis with the use of tourism potential and analysis approach to SWOT analysis which clearly sets forth the findings based on the issues examined with accurate data sources. In the results of this research demonstrating that the Melasti Beach has the potential of nature is very beautiful, it also has the potential of culture as well as potential human or artificial to developed, capable of attracting tourists visit. Although still in the development phase is already visited by tourists and foreigners to the archipelago. The conclusions from the results of Shore Development Melasti is need for management systems, many still lack facilities to complement the tourist attraction due to the lack of funds and contributions from the Government is still waiting for him. Badung Regency is more dominated by beach tourism. More than ten famous beaches in Bali are in Badung Regency. These beaches are only located in a few districts in Badung Regency. Inequality between sub-districts also occurs between areas that have tourism potential such as beaches and areas that have other tourism potential such as waterfalls or other tourism. This will create new problems for Badung Regency in the future. In fact, sub-districts that do not have coastal tourism potential have challenges as well as opportunities to develop. One of them is Petang District, Pelaga Village. This village does not have beach tourism but has other natural potentials that can be used as an attraction for tourists to come and visit Pelaga Village. These potential differences must be implemented which can then be used as opportunities for Pelaga Village. The purpose of this research is to produce a strategy to develop Pelaga Village as a tourism destination. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data obtained from primary data and secondary data. The data is then processed using data triangulation techniques to reduce the researcher's subjectivity and is also analyzed using SWOT analysis to produce a development strategy. In this study, it was found that Pelaga Village has a lot of potential for agro-tourism and can be developed such as asparagus and some hydroponic plants. . Not only that, the community's high interest in developing agro-tourism also supports the development of Pelaga Village. After assessing the potential that is owned by the opportunity, the threat from Pelaga Village came up with several development strategies for Pelaga Village, namely to further activate the community, especially farmer groups in developing their agro products. increasing the existence of the Agricultural Culture Festival in Pelaga Village, refining the missing destination components such as the availability of restaurants and inns, creating an organization that can bring together various farmer groups in Pelaga Village, in relation to the community in developing and managing the potentials of Pelaga Village.

The basic concept of tourism development strategy mangrove forest is reviewing the state of observation in the area of mangrove forests, perceptions and preferences of society and local government, and the use of SWOT analysis. This study aims to determine the development strategy of mangrove forest tour in the village Langadai Kelumpang Hilir Subdistrict, so mangrove well then expected to implement development programs and the development of an integrated strategy between the conservation of natural resouces with economic development in a sustainable society. The application of the concept of travel in the area of mangrove forest ecosystems in general is expected to reduce the rate of destruction of these areas by the public.  Processing method used is the analysis of the potensial landscape and strategy development SWOT analysis. Analysis of the data elements of the landscape each focal point of the model pengharkatan done that is by scoring according to the criteria assessment landscape elements that have been modified. While the SWOT analysis is a technique for identifying problems based on potential or strengths and weaknesses to address and respond to the opportunities and threats. So that the analysis results can be used as a basis for the development of mangrove forest tour in the village Langadai Kelumpang Hilir subdistrict in the future.  Based on the results of the assessment landscape mangrove forest tour in the village Langadai Kelumpang Hilir Subdistrict is in the range of 19-33 which means to have a high quality, so it has the potential to be developed as the natural attractions. Based on the results of this study resulted in several recommendations that include: Completing the supporting infrastructure of natural traveled activities such as: roads, bridges, gazebo, fishing, sanitary facilities, public toilets and others. Promotion to the public both in the region and outside the region. The government should  make the rules tight areas in the preservation of nature and fully supported by the community. Improving the quality of management of natural attractions integrated manner.

The growing public interest in travelling has become a different strength for the tourism industry currently. The existence of a person on a trip that can be shown on social media can be a force that indirectly becomes a promotional tool. The tourist village that is currently trending is a form of tourism which consists of natural tourism which is integrated with other tours, to provide a unique value compared to additional terms. The Karst area in Maros and Pangkep Regencies has the potential to be used as a tourist area, but currently, these karst areas have been widely used as raw material for the cement industry. One of the villages that has natural karst tourism in Maros Regency is the village of Botolempangan which has been planned by the village government as a tourism village because it has various unique natural resources that can become new income alternatives for the community, so it is essential to be developed as well as a reason to maintain the area. Karst which began to be eroded by industrial companies. The purpose of this study was to identify tourism potential and analyze the development strategy of the tourist village of Botolempangan. The research method used is observation, in-depth interviews and FGD. The analysis used is a descriptive qualitative analysis and SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the village of Botolempangan has tourism potential in the form of natural karst tourism, cave tourism (leang), fisheries tourism, Sulawesi endemic monkeys, natural scenery, outbound, camping and educational tours. Based on the SWOT analysis, there are four strategies that can be carried out to develop the tourist village of Botolempangan, i.e. 1). The increased synergy between the government, universities and the community, especially managers in maximizing the supporting factors for the implementation of tourism villages 2). We are managing the Botolempangan karst area into a tourism village that is integrated with nature tourism, fisheries tourism, culinary tours and educational tours 3). Optimizing village budgets to improve tourist facilities and providing education for managers in supporting tourism 4). Increased promotions that prioritize the uniqueness of the region, facilities and the convenience of visiting through social media and partnerships with a local travel.

Every tourism potential owned by Bali needs to be studied, researched and developed in order to meet the needs of the economy community. One of the tourism potential that needs to be developed in Bali is the wine tourism. Buleleng Regency is one of the largest wineries and also the house of the oldest wine factory on the island of Bali. But there are still many foreign tourists who are not aware of the existence of the wine producing region. This study aims to determine the perception of tourists about the wine products and to know the development strategy that must be done in order to support the activities of wine tourism in Buleleng Regency. The results of this study showing that the tourists perception regarding Bali wine product shows that they feel the quality of the products is good and also shows their interest to do wine tourism in Buleleng Regency. Based on the results of SWOT analysis, there are several strategies that can be applied to develop the wine tourism such as increasing the promotion of tourism in Bali to be better known by foreign tourists, government working together with the wine-producing companies to jointly develop wine tourism activities in Buleleng, and the last by expanding the area of wineries in the district of Buleleng so there is an image or existence of wine tourism in Buleleng. In connection with the results and discussion in this study, the suggestion that is expected to be done by the government is to work with companies that produce wine in improving the quality of products and services, and pay attention to periodicity and innovation on a regular basis.

Pejukutan Village has very good natural and maritime potential, one of which is Atuh Beach's tourism potential which has a white sand beach with very good reefs, Melonteng Hill, Tree House, Diamond Clip besides that at Atuh Beach, there are 4 (four) islands large coral, namely Batu Melawang or Pepadasan Island, Batu Paon Island, Batu Abah Island and Batu Jineng Island, this is one of the attractions of Atuh Beach. In this study, the data obtained by way, observation, in-depth interviews, documentation studies, literature study. Using data types in the form of qualitative and quantitative, while the data source in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis and analysis SWOT matrix (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). The results research is Atuh Beach as a marine tourism and natural tourism with the potential possessed such as the scenery possessed by Atuh Beach which is flanked by two hills from the left and right, underwater scenery, has coral islands such as Batu Melawang Island or Pepadasan ( Batu Bolong), Batu Paon Island, Batu Abah Island and Batu Jineng Island, Melonteng Hill, Throwing Tree House and Diamond Clip. the people of Pcantutan Village are mostly farmers. Aside from being a farmer in the Potanutan Village community, they are also craftsmen in weaving and raising livestock. The Pincara Village area has one of the potential of a tourist village in Masamba District, North Luwu Regency. Pincara Tourism Village has a beautiful landscape so that it can be used as a natural tourism object with the uniqueness, authenticity, social, and culture of the community. The development of the potential of the Pincara Tourism Village must be more focused so that its development and development can be better. The aim of the research is to see the feasibility of the Pincara Tourism Village and to find out the direction for the development of the Tourism Village. In achieving the objectives of the research, several stages of tourism potential analysis were carried out in order to determine the potential attractiveness of the Pincara tourism village which was feasible to be developed, besides using a SWOT analysis in determining the development directions that must be carried out in determining the development direction that will be applied to the Tourism Village. The result of this research is that Pincara Tourism Village is a tourism village that is feasible to be developed with excellent village potential to further improve the development strategy carried out in the form of a Master Plan for the development of the Tourism Village area, maximizing the processing of tourism potential, increasing government cooperation with the community in developing village potential, utilizing the functional relationship of the surrounding villages.

The purpose of this research is to study the prospect, problem fared and formulate the developing strategy of raising the chicken laugh at Kendari. The results of this study are expected to be useful as a reference basis for government and practitioners in developing chicken laugh at Kendari and as a reference for further research. The study was conducted in October - November 2012 held at Kendari. Determination of sub-sample study conducted by purposive sampling based on the amount of chicken population Ketawa most, the samples used were each 10 Baruga farmers in the district, sub-district and district Poasia Kadia. Methods of data collection that is through interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis was performed based on a percentage of the value and use SWOT analysis then reviewed descriptively. Prospects for business development in the chicken laugh Kendari supported by the high price of chicken laugh, the majority of farmers belong to the productive age and height HR breeders. The problem faced by the chicken business is a sideline laughing, limited capital breeder, the lack of a stable market and a lack of knowledge and skills in disease control. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober – November 2012 bertempat di Kecamatan Baruga, Kecamatan Kadia dan Kecamatan Poasia Kota Kendari. Penentuan kecamatan sampel penelitian dilakukan secara purposive sampling berdasarkan jumlah populasi ayam Ketawa terbanyak. Jumlah responden di masing-masing Kecamatan lokasi penelitian sebanyak 10 orang peternak, sehingga seluruhnya berjumlah 30 orang responden. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data berdasarkan nilai presentase dan menggunakan analisis SWOT kemudian diulas secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa prospek pengembangan usaha ayam ketawa di Kota Kendari didukung oleh tingginya harga ayam ketawa, mayoritas peternak tergolong usia produktif dan tingginya SDM peternak. Permasalahan yang dihadapi yakni usaha ayam ketawa bersifat sambilan, modal usaha peternak terbatas, belum adanya pasar yang stabil dan kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pengendalian penyakit. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT maka strategi pengembangannya yakni perlu pembinaan manajemen usaha dalam bentuk pelatihan dan mengarahkan usahanya menjadi usaha pokok yang berorientasi pasar, meningkatkan skala usaha ternak, memaksimalkan peran dan fungsi ASPAK untuk menyelenggarakan kontes ayam ketawa serta pameran-pameran peternakan, perlu adanya pembinaan pengendalian penyakitKata Kunci : Prospek, strategi, pengembangan, ayam ketawa, Kota Kendari

This study aimed to analyze the development strategy of business and goat milk processing in the Goatzilla Farm, Lumajang, East Java. This research was descriptive. Methods of data by surveys using questionnaires. Data were analyzed by SWOT matrix to find out opportunities and threats in Goatzilla Farm. The results of the study used SWOT analysis. Alternative strategies recommendated in the Goatzilla Farm were SO strategies (Strength Opportunities), namely comparative strategy primacy, efficiency and internal development, and information technology to improve product quality. The results of the study showed to need cooperation with the government, farmers, and distribution networks to provide raw materials and increased product sales. The threat of Goatzilla Farm needed to watch out for was licensing which was processed immediately to support a bargaining position. There was no sufficient licensing, it could threat the sustainability of the business.

The Indonesian government is promoting the development of the potential of villages through the tourism village program, but the formation of a tourism village requires prior study to assess its feasibility as a tourism destination. This study aims to analyze the potential and develop strategies for developing Babahan Village in Tabanan Regency, Bali Province as a culture-based tourism village. This research is a qualitative descriptive study which begins with data collection of tourism potential using SWOT analysis and continued with the IFAS-EFAS method. IFAS-EFAS calculation results show the strength factors of the development of Babahan Village as a culture-based ecotourism village are : having a tracking path (0.305), good natural potential (0.305), the existence of Besikalung Temple (0.302), and beautiful rice field views (0.300). SWOT matrix analysis is in Quadrant I (Supporting Aggressive Strategies) with the results of four Strengths-Opportunities (SO) development strategies, namely: a). maintaining and improving the quality of tourist attraction, b). develop and organize the natural potential that exists, c). improve the quality of service to tourists, d). development of tour packages. The conclusion is Babahan Village, Tabanan Regency, Bali has the potential to be developed into a tourism village.
