The study also addressed issues related to disaster management, such as a lack of competence and knowledge, which resulted in disaster management ineffectiveness. The paper's third portion discusses the government's involvement in catastrophe management. Several initiatives and support have been implemented.

Development of Ethnomathematics Teaching Materials to The Character Education Student's of Junior High School

Education and culture play an important role in developing the noble values of a nation that have an impact on the formation of human character. However, the reality is that cultural values and character are increasingly eroding based on current phenomena. For this reason, it is necessary to have teaching materials that integrate character and cultural education to prevent this from being eroded. One that can bridge between culture and character-based education is ethnomathematics. For this reason, this study aims to develop teaching materials in the form of the friend app application to improve student character education through good quality puppet characters seen from the criteria of validity and practicality. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) which refers to the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). This research was conducted in class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Godean. In addition to students, the source of data in this study is a validator. The instruments used were the KaWan app, material expert validation questionnaire, media expert validation questionnaire and student response questionnaires. The results showed that the validity aspect was categorized as very good from the material expert and media expert validator and the practicality aspect was categorized both for small-scale trials and large-scale trials. So, KaWan apps based on character education for wayang figures to improve character education are declared suitable for use. This research will still be continued to achieve the effective criteria.

Romanian naval dimplomacy, continuous evolution in the swirl of external diplomacy

From ancient times the dominion of the seas has been a condition for gaining power and influence, and the position of a state near a sea has been an advantage for both its development and the neighboring region. Due to its geographical position, the Black Sea is a region of great importance for all actors claiming leading positions in the world hierarchy and the intensification of economic relations between the states of the region after the end of the Soviet monopoly and its connection to the world market generated auspices for a new cycle development and regional prosperity. The relocation of the EU border to the Black Sea, along with the integration of Romania and Bulgaria, brings in many economic benefits, given its dependence on oil imports, but its expansion, like that of NATO, does not only mean benefits. The EU and NATO must also take on vulnerabilities in the area, such as underperforming economies, arms, drug and human trafficking, illegal immigration or frozen conflicts, and thus try to help stabilize the region. In recent years, the military has not only played a destabilizing role, but has made a decisive contribution to ensuring the security of the Black Sea region. In this sense, the military naval forces of the riparian countries, including Romania, had a special role. Through the wide range of missions in which the Romanian Naval Forces participate in the Danubian-Pontic space, both internally and externally, in cooperation with the states bordering the Black Sea and with the NATO member states, Romania contributes to the promotion of regional security and stability. The naval diplomacy actions carried out in the last thirty years thus reveal not only the role and purpose of the Romanian Naval Forces within NATO in the actions of maintaining and consolidating good relations with the states bordering the Black Sea, as well as maintaining security with allies in the distant maritime districts. They also point out that naval diplomacy has contributed to the expression of foreign policy in different areas and with means that have increased its effect, impact and efficiency.

Anticipating the impact of natural disaster on foreign tourists through collaboration in the city of Pare-Pare

The purpose of this research is to build a collaboration between the travel business and the relevant government and the people of the City of Parepare in dealing with disasters. In addition, the parties who are members of the collaboration group carry out the stages of the safety process for tourists affected by the disaster to facilitate the handling of accident victims in the field. in the City of Parepare. Then this study, using a descriptive qualitative approach, the data collection techniques used are interviews, literature study, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that it is necessary to establish cooperation carried out by travel business parties to related sectors in the form of collaboration and the need for a soup or guide book to be made as a way to facilitate and understand the duties of each member of the cooperation group. are required to be able to equip their employees by adding skills and training, especially those related to First Aid in Accidents (P3K) this is important for travel businesses and related agencies to avoid more serious accident victims for tourists.

Investigating the Role of Governmental Factors Affecting Social Capital (Case Study: Iraqi Kurdistan)

Social capital is a latent wealth and property arising from a society's members' mental and psychological readiness to give up personal interests and engage in collective action. Social capital is a form of capital that potentially exists in all human societies. For flourishing and actualizing social capital, factors must be transformed, and special conditions must be satisfied that are seldom and difficult to meet. This study aimed to investigate the factors affecting the strengthening of social capital through the role of government. The study was applied research, and in terms of data collection method, it was a descriptive correlational study. The statistical population of the study was the citizens of Iraqi Kurdistan in 2020. One thousand subjects were selected using the convenience sampling method. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. Content validity and measurement model results were used to evaluate the validity and reliability of measurement tools. The questionnaires’ validity and reliability results were confirmed. Structural equation modeling through Smart PLS 3 was used for data analysis. The hypothesis testing results showed that the economy, geography and environment, and culture and society would strengthen social capital through government. According to the value obtained for the model fit index, 0.54, the overall model’s goodness of fit was confirmed.

Management of Popo village development strategy as a marine tourism village in Takalar Regency

The purpose of this research is to find out the right tourism development strategy to be implemented in Popo village as a coastal tourism village in Takalar Regency. The method of this research is descriptive research. The instruments in this study include; Observation of Data Documentation, Interview and Questionnaire. The result of the research shows that the development of tourist villages requires support from various parties so that they can become income for the community in the tourist village. In the development of tourist villages, there are various factors including driving factors and inhibiting factors. The driving factor of the tourist village being the driving force for the promotion of the tourist village will be a factor inhibiting the development of the tourist village so that it can be accepted and managed so that it can be entered as a tourism partner village.

The results this study show that product innovation and influencer marketing have an impression on the interest in buying Bluebutton fashion products. The magnitude of the influence of product innovation.and influencer marketing on buying interest by 40.4%.

Hybrid Model of MSMEs for Livestock Hype Product Facing Consumer Sudden Shift on Pandemics

Pandemic covid-19 breakout has a massive impact on the MSMEs sector. The majority of producers could not survive due to unpreparedness to face the economic shock due to declining purchasing power. So that, the research was designed to create a resilient strategy for business through a hybrid model with an analysis of planned behavior theory. The research focuses on livestock products that currently excites the community, intended for role models of agricultural food products as perishable food and susceptible to an unbalanced market. So that, the decline in purchasing power of the consumers is imbalanced with availability and vice versa. The selected products are mozzarella cheese and honey. The research used an interview survey method with producers and consumers. Data analysis used game theory to design a model that conforms to the condition of the business. Results of the research showed that hybrid model of MSMEs for mozzarella and honey (livestock products which are hype during a pandemic) has the optimization of strategy to bring more adaptive business into reality by improvising strategy of popularity for mozzarella product of brand X and improvisation from an advocacy perspective for a honey product of MSMEs brand X. MSMEs products have opportunity to acquire market and compete with big companies in each product because it has superiority that would be able to meet the consumer needs and conform to the purchasing power.

THE INFLUENCE OF WORK MOTIVATION AND SELF MANAGEMENT PRACTICES ON EMPLOYEE JOB SATISFACTION (CASE STUDY OF PT. BIO FARMA IN BANDUNG)

This research aims to determine how the description of work motivation, self-management practices, and employee job satisfaction, as well as to determine how the influence of work motivation and self-management practices on employee job satisfaction PT. Bio Farma. The factors tested in the study were work motivation and self-management practices as independent variables, while job satisfaction was dependent variables. The research methods used in this research are descriptive and verification methods. The population in this study were employees at PT. Bio Farma. The sampling technique used in this study was Purposive Sampling and the size of the sample in this study was calculated with the formula Slovin, so the total number was 200 respondents. The analytical methods used in this study are some linear regression analyses using SPSS25 for Windows. The results of this study show that work motivation and self-management practices affect employee job satisfaction at PT. Bio Farma. The effect of work motivation and self-management practices on employee job satisfaction was 59.3%.

The relationship of accounting comparability between the profit value relevance and book value

This research tries to investigate the comparability between the profit value relevance and book value of the listed firms in Tehran Stock Exchange. The research sample was selected by using the systematic removal sampling method by applying the research variable, 138 variables, during 2012-2019. Furthermore, this research has two hypotheses. This research is applied and the method is correlational based on nature and content. The research was conducted in the framework of deductive-inductive reasoning and panel analysis was used to analyze the hypotheses.
