RRI Mataram is an independent, neutral and non-commercial Public Broadcasting Institution that serves to provide information broadcasting, education, healthy entertainment, social control, and maintain a positive image of the nation in the international community. In the digital era, which was the era of media convergence, RRI Mataram did not escape from efforts to remain in the midst of society. This study aims to determine the management strategy of LPP RRI Mataram in the face of the digital era. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with several steps, namely: Observation, interview, documentation, data analysis and conclusion. From the results of the study, the researchers formulated LPP RRI Mataram's management strategy using a SWOT analysis, including: understanding market share by presenting interesting and interesting shows to the community, maximizing and expanding networks of cooperation with various agencies, utilizing relations with the government, organizing programs for listeners, provide rewards for employees who excel, improve the quality of human resources by providing continuous training, conduct Joint Branding, add segmentation to program 2, improve program quality, and utilize other media as a medium to improve the existence of LPP RRI Mataram, and also complete broadcast systems with audio and video streaming, as well as fixing the RRI PLAY GO application, and minimizing technical problems with optimal device maintenance. Keywords: management strategy; radio; RRI Mataram; digital era

Public Relations of Headquarters of the Indonesian Armed Forces (TNI Headquarters) must work with the Government Public Relations strategy to maintain a reputation by maintaining credibility, trustworthiness, reliability, and responsibility in delivering positive news to the internal and external public. This study aims to see how the government public relations strategy of the Indonesian National Armed Forces Information Center (Puspen TNI) maintained the reputation of the TNI institution. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method by interviewing the Head of Puspen TNI, non-participant observation, and documentation. The results showed that Puspen TNI in maintaining the reputation of the TNI, first, maintained credibility by measuring the objectivity and quality of the news. Second, it proclaimed information about TNI and the contribution of the TNI to the nation-state to the public through mass media and social media. Third, it disseminated the news according to the facts. Forth, it reported the performance of the TNI to the external and internal public regarding responsibility to the state and nation professionally and proportionally by providing information delivered directly through the TNI website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and TV public relations TNI Streaming produced by Puspen TNI. It also maintained good relations between external media and editor in chief and journalists of print, electronic and online media.

Starting in 2010 the Government of Yogyakarta, according to regional regulation about parking and levy on the edge of public street parking. This policy expected to increase parking levy’s revenues, more secure services and convenient parking, and traffic flows smoothly. This research used qualitative descriptive method. This research analyzed qualitative indicators of quality of service: 1) tangible 2) reliability; 3) transaparant and 4) security. This research found that public street parking less well and yet according to the wishes of the community. This is because the layout of the parking spaces are not in place that interfere with the capacity of highways and disrupting the pedestrian capacity. Then the rates charged by parking operator which do not comply with official rates. Human resources of Transportastion Department that monitor directly into the field just a pick up that add up to 12 people to keep an eye on the parking lot 900 people outside the parking operators so ineffective, so that a parking lot of cheating.Keywords: Parking Service Quality, Parking Space, Lack of Human Resource.

This study aims to analyze the quality of services available at the health center of Mranggen in order to formulate a strategy to improve the quality of health services of Puskesmas by analyzing the importance and level of performance in six dimensions of service quality (Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Accessibility) to produce performance (performance) that can satisfy customers. The data analysis of this research was conducted by qualitative descriptive method, to answer the problem formulation about how to improve the quality of health service of Mranggen in accordance with the quality standard set by the Government, then used "Importance-Performance Analysis" with Cartesian diagram, the number of samples of this study 75 respondents taken from three Puskesmas available at Puskesmas Mranggen. The result of the research shows that the dimension of Responsiveness is the main priority to improve the quality of service because it has the highest importance of 81.3%, while the performance is still low with the level of conformity of 71%, while the next sequence based on the level of conformity is Assurance dimension, Accessibility, Tangibles, Reliability, and Empathy. Thus the whole health center Mranggen considered good enough from the level of customer satisfaction.

This research was conducted to analyze the business development strategy of PT Tanabe Indonesia in the face of the JKN era, by describing the internal conditions such as Marketing, Finance, production and human resources and also external condition of companies, namely the five-force analysis. Then a SWOT analysis is performed to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The study was conducted with a qualitative-descriptive method using primary and secondary data collection techniques through interviews, observation and identification of company documents. From the results of the study it was concluded that the business development strategy in facing the JKN era carried out by PT Tanabe Indonesia was a focus strategy, namely focusing the company on narrower market segments and maintaining production efficiency and effectiveness.

The Chairperson as the highest leader in STKOM Al Ma’soem plays an important role in building a quality culture. The quality culture is built through the establishment and implementation of a quality assurance system that is based on the National Higher Education Standards (SN-Dikti) and the Standards Beyond SN-Dikti. This study aims to answer how to build a quality culture of higher education through transformational leadership using SWOT analysis. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, using SWOT analysis. School-based management applications carried out by a private education leader to improve the quality of education and realize the welfare of school citizens can be done by developing innovations in the aspects of entrepreneurship and providing education based on national education standards.

Abstrak Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode desriptif kualitatif. Langkah yang digunakan yaitu melakukan analisis data dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian pertama, berdasarkan tahap analisis terhadap strategi yang tepat dilakukan oleh pengelola dalam memasarkan Rumah Produksi dan Promosi Sasando adalah menjaga dan mempertahankan posisi pada indikator internal huruf E, yaitu memiliki jaringan kerja sama dengan pemerintah yang selama ini sudah dilakukan. Kebijakan yang umum dari strategi ini adalah dengan melakukan penetrasi pasar dan mengembangkan produk. Artinya pengelola perusahaan harus mempertahankan posisinya dengan terus mengembangkan karya-karya seperti membuat karya dalam bentuk alat musik dan miniatur/cendera mata. Kedua, berdasarkan kuadran analisis SWOT yang menunjukkan posisinya berada pada kuadran IV yaitu menggambarkan situasi organisasi sangat buruk, karena di samping berbagai kelemahan internal, timbul ancaman dari luar, strategi defensif dapat meningkatkan ketangguhan setiap keunggulan bersaing yang dimiliki perusahaan bila dikombinasikan dengan strategi ofensif untuk meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing perusahaan. Jenis strategi defensif dapat dibagi dalam dua bagian besar, yaitu strategi menangkis (deterrence) dan strategi tanggapan (response). Abstract In this resarch using qualitative descriptive method. The step used are doing data analysis and SWOT analysis. The first results of the research, based on the analysis phase of the appropriate strategy carried out by the manager in marketing Sasando Production and Promotion Houses, are maintaining and maintaining the position on the internal indicator letter E, which has a network of cooperation with the government. The general policy of this strategy is to penetrate the market and develop products. This means that company managers must maintain their position by continuing to develop works such as making works in the form of musical instruments and miniatures/souvenirs. Secondly, based on the SWOT analysis quadrant which shows its position in quadrant IV, it describes the organizational situation is very bad, because in addition to various internal weaknesses arising from outside threats, defensive strategies can increase the resilience of each company competitive advantage when combined with offensive strategies to improve competitive advantage company. This type of defensive strategy can be divided into two major parts, namely deterrence strategies and response strategies.

Abstract             The main fuction of the Bank as an funding and lending activities by offering various types of financial transaction services an attractive choice for people who do money laundering to hide money proceeds of crime. Because of that the government and Indonesian Banks make regulations related prevent money laundering that contains Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence. Bank Mandiri Syariah has implementation Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence as an effort to prevent money laundering. This analyze aims for knowing implementation Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence that has been applied by Bank Syariah Mandiri. In this study using a qualitative descriptive method. Data retrieval is done by observation, interviews and documentation to three sources of informants Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bekasi Timur and one sources of informants that specifically handles money laundering prevention program that is SKAP( Satuan Kerja APU PPT) Bank Mandiri Syariah. Data analysis will be done by doing three steps, they are; data reductions, data display, and verification.The observation result shows that implementation Customer Due Dilligence done at the time prospective customer open the account and the Bank doubt information customer by doing identification and verification. implementation Enhanced Due Dilligence is done to customers Politically Exposed Person/ High Risk open the account, but in practiceat Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bekasi Timur done when there is suspicious transaction or there is a case. Reporting process suspicious transaction through the system SIAP (System Aplikasi APU PPT) to Satuan Kerja APU PPT (SKAP) Bank Syariah Mandiri then SKAP reports to PPATK (Pusat Pelaporan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan). From implementation Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence Bank Mandiri Syariah has been prevent money laundering enter the financial system at Mandiri Sharia Bank.

ABSTRAK Rumah sakit adalah institusi penyedia jasa layanan kesehatan, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro sebagai salah satu Rumah Sakit milik pemerintah kabupaten Bojonegoro. Sebagai pusat rujukandari beberapa rumah sakit di daerah Bojonegoro dan sekitarnya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunkan suatu pen dekatan dengan analisis SWOT yang merupakan langkah awal dari suatu perencanaan strategi pengembangan yang dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, tujuan organisasi sampai pada menimbang kekuatan dan kelemahan sendiri serta peluang dan ancaman dari luar dan juga melakukan beberapa langkah penting yang menunjang pemasaran atau pengembangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan Populasi dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah pasien rawatinap dan pasien rawat jalan sebanyak 200 orang responden Sampel merupakan sebagian atau wakil populasi yang diteliti. Dalam penelitian ini mengunakan sampling pertimbangan (Judgement Sampling) Dari hasil pendekatan dengan analisis SWOT perlunya pelaksanaan atau realisasi dari struktur organisasi yang menempatkan farmasis dalam farmasi klinik, peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya manusia, serta perlunya penambahan fasilitas berhubungan dengan IPTEK untuk kegiatan pelayanan farmasi baik secara manajerial maupun ke arah farmasi klinik. Kata Kunci : Farmasi, Analisis SWOT ABSTRACT The hospital is an institution health care providers, Regional General Hospital Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro as one of the government-owned hospital Bojonegoro. As the center rujukandari several hospitals in Bojonegoro and the surrounding area. In this study using the approach with a pen SWOT analysis is the first step of a development strategy planning which starts with the identification of the problem, the purpose of the organization came to weigh their own strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats from the outside and also did some important steps to support the marketing or development. This research is a case study using qualitative descriptive study design and population in this study population was rawatinap patients and outpatients as many as 200 people respondent sample is partially or representative of the population studied. In this study, using sampling considerations (Judgement Sampling) From the SWOT analysis approach with the need for the implementation or realization of the organizational structure that puts pharmacists in clinical pharmacy, improving the quality and quantity of human resources, as well as the need for additional facilities related to science and technology for good pharmaceutical service activities managerially and in the direction of clinical pharmacy.   In this digital era, all information and communication technology emhanched faster all the time. This issue gives a big chance on communication practice become more effective than before. Hence, to full the tight competition on digital era such as online media, the researcher wanted to investigate about applying ethic of journalist code in the online media and in journalist understanding to the ethic journalist code. The researcher used qualitative descriptive method which oriented on the field research and literature. On the other side, the qualitative research also directs into the finding of basic theory which is emphasized the process over the result. It also limits the research with the focus which has criteria on finding the trustwothiness dta. Based on the result on the research about applying ethic of journalist code in the Islamic rubrik OASE at Depok POS.com, online media in Depok POS always apply the ethic of journalist code with colaborate on that ethic such as the way which always used in the field by journalist and the ethic of journalist understanding are the specific detail and detail things which manage about how should the media worker such as journalist, editor, chief of reporter, news achor and every profession which can called a journalist can behave on ethic of journalist code. Further, ethic of journalist code is the basic of journalist thought.

Sea transportation is a major factor connecting the islands of Indonesia which has strategic and important value in supporting the sustainability of the national economy. Along with the government's policy on the sea highway program and the development of the domestic shipping industry, the growth of the commercial fleet, especially vessels, is currently experiencing rapid progress. In supporting the government program and the demand for reparation and procurement of new ships in domestic production, readiness is required from the shipyard. However, the current condition of the shipyard is only able to meet 83% of the demand for new shipbuilding so that the shipyard still needs to be developed in order to improve its capabilities, so that it can meet the needs and be able to carry out its functions in accordance with the progress of shipping technology. In this study discusses the strategy of developing shipbuilding using qualitative descriptive methods and quantitative SWOT analysis. In this case study shipyard development strategy by increasing the ability of shipyards to meet the demands of ship building by increasing supporting facilities and accompanied by increasing the ability of human resources in the mastery of science and technology.
