The achievement of learning objectives can be seen from the learning outcomes obtained by students after the learning process. Appropriate learning strategies by paying attention to multiple intelligences in students can affect learning outcomes. This research aims to analyze the relationship of intelligence learning outcomes with the student's biological learning outcomes. This research was conducted on 1st-grade students of natural sciences at Padang High School. The sampling technique is stratified using purposive sampling and proportional random sampling. The research instrument used multiple intelligence questionnaires and multiple-choice questions. The data in this study were analyzed using the Spearman rank correlation test. The results showed that each multiple intelligences had a significant relationship with student learning outcomes, except for three types of intelligence: visual-spatial, physical kinesthetic, and intrapersonal intelligence

Student learning outcomes have not reached the minimum completeness criteria. Teachers have not measured the level of Multiple Intelligences (MI) and the student's interest in learning. The learning process is still teacher-centered. This is the problem facing the world of education in the 21st century. Efforts to overcome this problem are by measuring the relationship between MI and interest in learning biology with student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the relationship between MI as a whole and the interest in learning collectively on students' learning outcomes in Biology subjects in class X Mathematics and Natural Sciences SMA Negeri in Padang City. This research is a descriptive study that was conducted in March-April at the public high schools in Padang City for the 2020/2021 school year. The sample was taken using a purposive, random sampling technique and obtained a sample of 297 students spread across five public schools in Padang. The research instrument used the questionnaire MI, the interest in learning questionnaire, and the question HOTS. The data in this study were analyzed using multiple correlations. The results showed that there was a close relationship between MI and interest in learning with the results of studying biology class X MIPA SMAN in the city of Padang

Abstract This study aims to determine the completeness of the relationship of learning resources with improved learning outcomes, and the degree of closeness of the relationship between the completeness of the learning resources with improved learning outcomes of economic subjects in class X second semester. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. Where a population of 397 students. The sample in this study as many as 38 students were given a test in the form of 20 multiple-choice questions to determine student learning outcomes and questionnaires to determine the relationship of the completeness of the source of student learning. Testing the hypothesis in this study using product moment correlation test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing that has been done with the author, obtained = 0.645 greater than rdaf at the level of 5% with N = 38 is 0.320 (statistics table) this means. Namely 0.645> 0.320, which means that there is a relationship completeness of learning resources with the results of the economic study in grade x second semester. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan kelengkapan sumber belajar dengan peningkatan hasil belajar, dan tingkat keeratan antara hubungan kelengkapan sumber belajar dengan peningkatan hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi pada siswa kelas X semester genap. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Dimana populasi sebanyak 397 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 38 siswa diberikan tes dalam bentuk pilihan ganda sebanyak 20 soal untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa dan angket untuk mengetahui hubungan kelengkapan sumber belajar siswa. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan penulis, di peroleh = 0,645 lebih besar dari rdaf pada taraf 5% dengan N = 38 yaitu 0,320 (tabel statistik) hal ini berarti . Yaitu 0,645 > 0,320 yang berarti bahwa ada hubungan kelengkapan sumber belajar dengan hasil belajar ekonomi pada siswa kelas x semester genap. Kata Kunci : kelengkapan sumber belajar dan hasil belajar

<p>This research is done for the development of students’ worksheet (LKPD) about multiple intelligences-based lens materials for improving the students’ visual-spatial intelligence and results of learning of SMP N 2 Banda Aceh. This research uses a quasi-experimental design with pretest and posttest group. The sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. The data collection was conducted with pretest and posttest for visual-spatial intelligence and learning outcomes. The questionnaire was used to determine the response of students after using students’ worksheet based on multiple bits of intelligence. The results of normality and homogenity test show that the data was homogen and normally distributed. Therefore, the average difference test against the N-gain visual-spatial intelligence and learning outcomes between the two classes used t test and obtained a significant difference in learning outcomes between the two classes. The average score of the N-gain visual-spatial intelligence and learning outcomes for both classes was in the middle category, where the experimental class is 0.65 (65%), while for class gained control is 0.46 (46%). Learners gave a positive response to the use of multiple intelligences-based students’ worksheet dealing with lens materials that can enhance their visual-spatial intelligence and learning outcomes.</p>

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the relationship of understanding of working drawings to learning outcomes practices lathe machining techniques; (2) the relationship of learning outcomes lathe machining engineering theory with practice learning outcomes lathe machining techniques; and (3) the relationship of understanding of working drawings and learning outcomes lathe machining engineering theory with practice learning outcomes lathe machining technique class XI student of SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan Academic Year 2015/2016. This research is a correlation study. Members of the study population consisted of 149 students. Samples were taken based on the formula slovin is 110 students. Sampling was conducted using Proportional Random Sampling technique. In this research, there are two independent variables that relationship understanding of working drawings and learning outcomes theory lathe machining techniques, as well as the dependent variable is the result of learning practices lathe machining techniques. Methods of data collection using tests and documentation.Data were analyzed using partial correlation formula and double correlation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between the understanding of working drawings to learning outcomes practices lathe machining techniques. Evidenced by the price of r count larger than r 0.285 0.186 table. It shows that the higher a person's understanding of working drawings, the higher the learning outcomes the lathe practice machining techniques; (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between learning outcomes lathe machining engineering theory with practice learning outcomes lathe machining techniques. Evidenced by the price of r count larger than r 0.250 0.186 table. It shows that the higher the yield learning theory lathe machining techniques a person, the higher the learning outcomes the lathe practice machining techniques; and (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between the understanding of working drawings and learning outcomes theory lathe machining techniques together with the learning outcomes the lathe practice machining techniques. Evidenced by the price of R = 0.372 and p = 0.000 smaller than 0.05. It shows that thehigher a person'sunderstanding of working drawings and learning outcomes theory lathe machining techniques a person, the higher the learning outcomes the lathe practice machining techniques.

The background of this study is the lack of student learning outcomes, some students are less to enjoy some sports activities, not eager to practice sports activities, are less confident in doing sports activities, physical health of students who are less supportive. The objectives of this research are 1) the relationship of physical fitness to the learning outcomes of students in class XI SMA 5 Bukittinggi, 2) the relationship of learning motivation on learning outcomes of students of class XI of SMAN 5 Bukittinggi, 3) relationship of physical fitness and motivation toward learning outcomes of students in class XI SMA 5 Bukittinggi. The research is a descriptive correlational. The population in this study amounted to 149 students, the sample used is proportional random sampling technique of obtained 25 Students. The data analysis is used in this research is product moment correlation formula. The results of this study indicated that physical fitness closely related to students’ learning outcomes of SMA 5 Bukittinggi r>0.654> 0.396, students' motivation relates to students’ learning outcomes r> rtabel 0.453> 0.396. Physical fitness related to student learning outcomes of SMA 5 Bukittinggi r> rtabel 0.488> 0.413, learning motivation relates to student learning outcomes women r> rtabel 0.420> 0.413. Physical fitness and motivation of students learning together in student learning outcomes associated with men's 51.5%. Physical fitness and the motivation to learn together related to students’ learning outcomes of 76.9%.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and test hypotheses about the relationship of students' perceptions about the use of learning strategies and learning motivation with the results of learning Fiqh. The benefits of this study provide a treasure trove of student perceptions about the use of learning strategies and learning motivation to do with student learning outcomes. The method used in this research is descriptive method with correlational techniques. The population of this study were all students of Madrasa Aliyah Darul Huda Mandalawangi Pandeglang Center in the even semester of the 2019-2020 academic year, totaling 281 students. The sample consisted of all XI classes, namely 81 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis used multiple correlation test and multiple regression test. The results of this study are: There is a positive and significant relationship between X1 and Y of 0.936, meaning that it is classified as very strong, There is a positive and significant relationship between X2 and Y of 0.479, meaning that it is classified as quite strong, There is a positive and significant relationship between X1, X2 with Y of 0.95, meaning that it is classified as very strong. The conclusions of the results of this study are useful for improving student learning outcomes with students' perceptions about the use of learning strategies and motivation to learn.

The research  motivated by the low of study result of santri, which is suspected because of the low of parent support received by santri at MDA Nurul Haq Nagari Cubadak Kecamatan Dua Koto Kabupaten Pasaman. This study aims to (1) describe the support of parents, (2) describe the students' learning outcomes, and (3) to see the relationship of parent support with students learning outcomes. The type from  research is quantitative correlational. Population in as many as 40 people santri. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling. Samples taken as much as 50% ie 20 people. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, while data analysis uses the percentage formula and Saperman Rho. The results of the study found that (1) Parental support is categorized as low. (2) Students' learning outcomes in categorized are still low. (3) There is a significant relationship between parental support and student learning outcomes at. Suggested (1) To parents, to further improve the provision of support to children (2) To the students are expected to be more active in learning so that the results obtained high learning (3) To the next researcher, in order to see other factors that have not been studied in research this.

Background: Nurse performance plays an important role in ensuring high quality care to achieve patient outcomes in hospitals. Therefore, factors related to the performance warrant investigation. Emotional intelligence and workplace culture are assumed to be related to nurse performance.Objective: To determine the relationship of emotional intelligence, workplace culture, and nurse performance at one of private hospitals in Medan Indonesia.Methods: This study employed a cross-sectional design with 126 associate nurses who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. Emotional intelligence, workplace culture, and nurse performance were measured using valid questionnaires. Spearman-Rank correlation test was used for data analysis.Results: Majority of nurses had high performance, emotional intelligence and workplace culture. There were significant relationships between emotional intelligence, workplace culture, and nurse performance, with a strong (r= .68; p= .01) and medium level (r= .30; p= .01), respectively.Conclusion: Nurses with high emotional intelligence and good workplace culture would show good performance in providing professional nursing care to patients. It is recommended for the hospital managers and nurse managers to improve emotional intelligence of nurses and create better workplace culture in order to improve the nurse performance.

ABSTRAKMenstruasi merupakan perdarahan periodik dan siklik berasal dari uterus yang bersifat fisiologis dan mempengaruhi fisik dan psikis setiap wanita terutama perilakunya. Perilaku wanita dalam penggunaan pembalut adalah faktor yang sangat berpengaruh untuk kulit genetalia yang kontak dengan pembalut tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan penggunaan pembalut dengan kerusakan integritas kulit yang dialami oleh wanita saat menstruasi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain korelasi.Variabel independen perilaku penggunaan pembalut, variabel dependen kerusakan integritas kulit, Dengan jumlah populasi yang ada sejumlah 60 mahasiswa semester 4 dengan penghitungan sampel menggunakan teknik hitungan simple random sampling didapatkan sampel 54 responden. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pengisian kuisioner yang diisi oleh responden. Data reponden yang telah didapat akan diproses dalam tabulasi data. Dari data dan proses penelitian yang sudah dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa 81,4% mahasiswa sudah baik perilakunya dalam penggunaan pembalut dan 37,1% mahasiswa yang mengalami kerusakan integritas kulitnya dan 62,9% tidak mengalami kerusakan pada integritas kulitnya.  berdasarkan uji korelasi rank spearmean dengan progam IBM statistic, didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perilaku penggunaan pembalut saat menstruasi dengan kerusakan integritas kulitnya dengan  p = 0,001 dengan koefisien sebesar 0,445 yang menunjukkan tingkat korelasi sedang antara penggunaan pembalut dengan kerusakan integritas kulit. Dari hasil tersebut disimpulkan bahwa kerusakan integritas kulit yang dialami akibat dari penggunaan pembalut disebabkan juga oleh faktor-faktor lain. Penggunaan pembalut yang terlalu lama dipakai dalam kondisi yang sudah terkontaminasi dengan darah menstruasi merupakan faktor utama kerusakan integritas kulit disekitar genetalia, sehingga akan menimbulkan rasa tidak nyaman, gatal, dan nyeri.Kata kunci : Menstruasi, perilaku, kerusakan integritas kulit    ABSTRACTMenstruation is the periodic and cyclic uterine bleeding which is physiological, psychological and physical affects every women, especially the behavior. Behavior of women in the use of pads is very influential factor for skin genitalia in contact with these pads. This study was conducted to determine the relationship of use sanitary pad with skin integrity damage experienced by women during menstruation. The research was correlation design.Variabel independent was behavior on use sanitary pad, the dependent variable was skin integrity damage. The population was at least 60 4th semester student  and used simple random sampling technique, and count samples obtained 54 respondents. Data collected by fulfilled behavior and skin integrity damage questionnaire. Data respondents who have obtained, was processed in the tabulation of the data. From the data and the research process showed that 81.4% of students had good behavior in the use of pads and 37.1% of students who experienced skin integrity damage, and 62.9% did not experienced skin integrity damage. Based on Spearmean Rank Correlation Test with IBM program statistics, showed that there was a significant relationship between the behavior of the use of pads during menstruation to skin integrity damage with p = 0.001 with a coefficient of 0.445 which indicated moderate level of correlation between the use of pads with skin integrity damage. From these results we concluded that skin integrity damage experienced as the result of the use of pads also caused by other factors. The longer use of pads that have been contaminated with menstrual blood was a major skin integrity damage factor around the genitalia, so it will cause discomfort, itching, and pain. This study aims to determine the relationship between interest in learning and learning outcomes of physics class XI MIPA students at SMAN 1 Bungo. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire instrument and test questions. To measure interest in learning using an interest scale test which is based on content validation. The learning outcome test uses multiple choice questions with a total of 25 items with the material elasticity and hooke's law. Respondents in this study were students of class XI MIPA 4, XI MIPA 5, XI MIPA 6 at SMAN 1 Bungo. The sampling technique uses random sampling technique. The method used in this research is Descriptive Statistics. The data analysis test used was the Normality Test, Homogeneity Test and Correlation Test. Based on the results of this study indicate that interest in learning has a positive and significant relationship to the learning outcomes of students in class XI MIPA 4, XI MIPA 5, and XI MIPA 6.
