Abstract. In recent years, the world of Islamic banking in Indonesia has shown very rapid development, both in terms of the number of new office openings, types of bank businesses and the volume of bank activities they do. Al Salaam SRBs are BPRS that are superior compared to other SRBs in the city of Bandung. However, the level of BPRS Al Salaam's problematic financing (NPF) was the highest among other BPRS. The problematic financing that occurred at the Al Salaam SRB was due to several factors and processes that did not occur quickly, where these factors could be sourced from bank management aspects as well as customer aspects. This study aims to identify the Internal and External Factors that determine Non-Performing Financing (NPF) in mudharabah financing at Al Salaam Bandung Branch. This type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive research with survey methods. The survey method was carried out by interviewing and distributing questionnaires to 10 respondents namely 5 bank management parties and 5 customers. Sampling is done by simple calculations using purposive sampling technique. Data sources used in this study consisted of two types, namely secondary data and primary data. The analytical method used is the Likert scale analysis method. Test requirements analysis using validity and reliability tests are assisted using the SPSS program. The results showed that aspects of bank management from the perspective of bank employees and customers are at sufficient intervals to determine the occurrence of problematic financing or NPF while customer aspects from the perspective of bank employees and customers themselves are at intervals determining the occurrence of problematic financing or NPF.   Abstrak. Pada tahun-tahun terakhir ini dunia perbankan Syariah di Indonesia menunjukkan perkembangan yang sangat pesat, baik dilihat dari jumlah pembukaan kantor baru, jenis usaha bank dan volume kegiatan bank yang dilakukannya. BPRS Al Salaam termasuk BPRS yang lebih unggul dibandingkan dengan BPRS lainnya di kota Bandung. Namun demikian, tingkat pembiayaan bermasalah (NPF) BPRS Al Salaam pun paling tinggi diantara BPRS lainnya. Pembiayaan bermasalah yang terjadi di BPRS Al Salaam disebabkan beberapa faktor dan proses yang tidak terjadi secara cepat, dimana faktor tersebut dapat bersumber dari aspek manajemen bank maupun aspek nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi Faktor Internal dan Eksternal yang menentukan Non Performing Financing (NPF) pada pembiayaan mudharabah di BPRS Al Salaam Cabang Bandung.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Metode survei dilakukan dengan wawancara dan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 10 responden yaitu pihak manajemen bank sebanyak 5 orang dan pihak nasabah sebanyak 5 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan perhitungan sederhana menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua jenis yaitu data sekunder dan data primer. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis skala likert. Uji persyaratan analisis menggunakan uji validitas dan reabilitas dibantu menggunakan program SPSS.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek manajemen bank menurut perspektif karyawan bank maupun nasabah berada pada interval cukup menentukan terjadinya pembiayaan bermasalah atau NPF sedangkan Aspek nasabah menurut perspektif karyawan bank maupun nasabah itu sendiri berada pada interval menentukan terjadinya pembiayaan bermasalah atau NPF.

This research aims to analyse the practice of halal labels as well as the process of consumer choice when choosing Halal products at Indomart Panumbangan. The data used in the study is primary data and secondary data. Primary Data is obtained directly from the survey dissemination to the research respondent. Secondary data is derived from literature, journals, or data related to research purposes. The population in this study is the consumer of Indomart Panumbangan, a sampling technique is a simple random sampling, a sampling of 50 people. Methods for collecting data using questionnaire or poll. The data analysis techniques in this study are validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression analyses as well as linear coefficient (R) analyses and determinations (R2).  The results of the study showed the halal Label on each packaged food product offered at Indomart Panumbangan 90% of the official halal Label, the rest of which are labeled halal but not in accordance with the provisions of LPPOM MUI. The selection process on products labeled halal, consumers influenced cultural factors. From a variable X R2 test (Halal label) it affects 29.8% against Y (consumer choice). From simultaneous test results and variable X partial tests significantly affect the consumer's preference (Y).

The study intends to determine simultaneous and partial influence of service quality (X) consisting of physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) on patient satisfaction  (Y)  in  the  General  Hospital  of  Banggai  Islands,  where the  study  is  located.  The type  of  research  is  descriptive. Sources  of data  is  primary  data  retrieved  from  questionnaires  and secondary data  obtained  from  documents  of  the  Regional  General  Hospital Banggai  Islands.  The sample consists of 72 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Based on the results, it is shown that the quality of service (X), consisting of physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) simultaneously have significant influence on patient satisfaction (Y) of 69.60% while the remaining 30.40% is influenced by other causes. Partial test  shows  that  there  are  three  independent  variables:  physical evidence  (X1),  reliability  (X2)  and assurance (X4) that have non-significant influence to the patients’ satisfaction at the General Hospital of Banggai Islands.Tujuan  dari  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh kualitas  layanan  (X)  yang terdiri  dari  bukti  fisik  (X1),  reliabilitas  (X2),  responsivitas (X3), jaminan (X4),  dan  empati (X5)  secara simultan  dan  parsial  terhadap  kepuasan  pasien.  (Y)  di  Rumah  Sakit  Umum Kepulauan  Banggai.  Lokasi  penelitian  ini  di  Rumah Sakit  Umum  Kepulauan  Banggai.  Jenis penelitian  ini  bersifat deskriptif.  Sumber  data  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  data  primer yang diambil  melalui  kuesioner  dan  data  sekunder  diperoleh  dari  Rumah Sakit  Umum  Daerah Banggai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 72 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah  purposive sampling.  Berdasarkan  hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  variabel kualitas pelayanan (X) yang terdiri dari bukti fisik (X1), reliabilitas (X2), responsivitas (X3), jaminan (X4),  dan  empati (X5)  secara  simultan berpengaruh  signifikan  terhadap  kepuasan pasien  (Y)  dengan pengaruh 69,60%  sedangkan  sisanya  30,40%  dapat  dijelaskan  oleh penyebab  lainnya.  Uji  parsial  menunjukkan  bahwa  terdapat  tiga variabel  bebas  yang  tidak signifikan yaitu bukti fisik (X1), reliabilitas (X2) dan jaminan (X4) terhadap kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Kepulauan Banggai.

This research was conducted to find out the motivation of female tourist to visit Gay club, the perception of the tourist and local community towards the Gay Club. The methods used in this research id descriptive qualitative. The technique of determination of informants used is purposive sampling technique. Data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. Primary data in this research is sourced from direct observation to the research location by means of observation and interviews. While secondary data in this research are the data obtained from the documentation or studies library to complement the primary data. The result of the research shows that most tourist say curious to see Gay club as a motivation for a visit; most tourist plead happy after seeing the atrractions there; most neutral against Gay tourist; most local community already know about Gay club; most local community are not disturbed; most local people are not benefitting from the presence of the Gay club. Purpose: We attempted to empirically examine the fitness level of enterprises CSR strategy and its context with contingency and configuration approach. Furthermore, we used 213 CSR managers of state-owned enterprises in Indonesia as samplesDesign/methodology/approach: We used the purposive sampling technique to examine the data, also the contingency and configuration approach are measured with regression Euclidean distance.Findings: The result of the configuration and contingency approach has shown fit between CSR strategy and elements of contingency such as socialization tactic and time orientation. This condition also emerges on proactive CSR strategy and reactive CSR strategy, However, there are limitations of this study: an existence of the influence of the situation and condition when this study takes time; there is a concern on the result of not generalizing population, also the organizational performance only considered the size of organizational performance from non financial measure.Research limitation: (a) respondents’ answers are highly influenced by situation and condition when the study takes time. Although validity and reliability tests has shown the right outcome, there is still a possibility of a bias, (b) state-owned companies in Indonesia are represented by CSR manager samples or PKBL with purposive technique so there is a concern on the result for not generalizing population, (c) this research only used primary data through questionnaires. It would be better to combine both primary and secondary data for future researches, (d)  organizational performance only considered the size of organizational performance from non financial measure.Originality/value: There is a methodological contribution in testing the fit of a relationship, both contingency and configuration are superior in terms of research method which used Euclidean distance, and used multivariate fit and bivariate fit linear regression. This research model used systematic approach by testing the fit of a relationship, using deviation from design ideal type for socialization tactic and time orientation or contingency variable that influences organizational performance, hence it could be acknowledged the value of the influence between ideal relationship from CSR strategy, socialization tactic and time orientation.

The province of Aceh was struck by a massive earthquake and tsunami on Sunday, December 26, 2004. The earthquake and tsunami disaster killed 173,741 people and 116,368 people were missing. The earthquake and tsunami in Aceh Province resulted in thousands of houses and public buildings being damaged and caused almost half a million people to be refugees. This study aims to determine the level of preparedness for earthquake disasters on users of public buildings Office of the Governor of Aceh Government. This research uses survey method by distributing questionnaires to users of public buildings and observing the building of the Governor’s office of Aceh Government. The selection of samples in the field is using probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique which is the technique in determining the sample with certain considerations. Secondary data was obtained from literature review and previous research. Data processing uses analysis of validity and reliability and descriptive analysis with index frequency analysis. This study begins with the pre-survey process, where testing is conducted on the questionnaire to determine the level of validity and reliability in each item of statement tested so that the validity value is 0.3120.3 and the reliability value is 0.6130.6. The results of field observations have not yet fully indicated the components of public buildings that are ready to deal with earthquake. From the results of the frequency analysis the index obtained is as follows; aspect of knowledge and attitude has a score of 62% (good), aspect of policy and guidelines has a score of 66% (good), aspect of emergency response plans has a score of 65% (good), aspect of disaster warning systems has a score of 65% (good) and aspect of mobilization of resources has a score of 62% (good)

The purpose of this article was to study the effects of reversal of school rules and student participation in scout extracurricular activities on the learning discipline of high school accreditation A students in the city of Padang. This type of research was associative descriptive. The population in this study were 5340 respondents from Private an Accreditation Private Schools in Padang. The sampling technique was a two-stage cluster random sampling. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The technique in collecting data was the form of a questionnaire. The instrument testing used a validity and reliability test. The data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that (1) there is an effect of student compliance with school rules with student learning discipline (2) there is no relation between student’s participation in scout on the learning discipline (3) Student participation in scout extracurricular influences compliance with school regulations.Keywords: obedience to school rules, scout extracurricular, learning discipline

The development modes of transportation in Indonesia led to competition in the various modes such as by land; sea and air were increasing. Railway is one mode of transportation, especially as the most dominated by the passenger in Bandung. Due to higher competition pattern, efforts were made to improve passenger satisfaction. Various complaints can occur, and will increase if not addressed promptly so that the company should seek to restore service (service recovery) that passengers are satisfied. This study was conducted to determine how the implementation of the program service recovery Argo Gede Train, perceived satisfaction of passengers and how much influence the program service recovery on customer satisfaction.The object of this research was Argo Gede Train passenger route Bandung-Jakarta. The independent variable in this study was a service recovery program (X), and the dependent variable was customer satisfaction (Y). The type of research was descriptive verification, through explanatory survey method with simple random sampling technique, and 100 respondents were analyzed by linear regression analysis. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, with data collection through interviews, direct observations, and questionnaires' research, and literature studies. The results showed in the service recovery program, has improved the accuracy of the biggest scores. The results showed that the service recovery program has the effect of 47.80% on customer satisfaction to note that the service recovery program has a significant impact on customer satisfaction.  Keywords: Service Recovery, Customer Satisfaction

Purse seine is one of the fishing gear that has been used by PPN Muara Angke fisher to catch pelagis fish. The selectivity of purse seine was still being researched until now . This research was conducted  determine the selectivity of purse seine fishing gear with parameter the length of Euthynnus affinis, weight and numbers catch on purse seine fishing gear landed in PPN Muara Angke. The research used a survey method with quantitative descriptive analysis. The sampling method used in this was purposive sampling and random sampling. The data collected during the research were primary data and secondary data. Primary data included the number and weight of catches, fork length of Euthynnus affinis from five purse seine fishing vessel in PPN Muara Angke. Secondary data included production data of purse seine catches from 2015-2019 and vessel data obtained from Central Port Management Unit Jakarta and PPN Muara Angke. Purposive sampling used for the number of catch, weight of catch, production of purse seine catch from 2015-2019 and purse seine fishing vessels data. Random sampling used for fork length Euthynnus affinis fish, 250 samples were taken randomly on one purse seine fishing vessel. The research results pusre seine fishing gear which was landed at PPN Muara Angke was not selective due to the percentage length of the Euthynnus affinis was worth, proportion of amount and weight less than 60%.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor intern bank dan faktor ekstern bank terhadap kredit macet pada PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan menggunakan kusioner dan melakukan wawancara, sedangkan untuk data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah kredit macet pada PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna pada tahun 2018 yang berjumlah 46 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan non probability sampling menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan korelasi determinasi.Hasil dari penelitian ini variabel yang paling dominan adalah faktor esktern bank. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh faktor intern bank dan faktor ekstern bank terhadap kredit macet pada PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya. Dimana besarnya kontribusi faktor penyebab kredit macet terhadap kredit macet pada PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang sedang.Kata Kunci : Kredit Macet, NPL, Bank Perkreditan Rakyat   AbstractThis research aims to determine the factors internal bank and factor external bank of causing non performing loans at PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya. The research method that was used in this research is descriptive quantitative approach. Primary data were collected by using questionnaires and conducting interviews, while for secondary data obtained through literature study. The population in this study is non performing loans customers at PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna in 2018 as many as 46 people. The sampling technique that was used is non probability sampling and done by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique that was used is a multiple linear regression test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, and the coefficient of determination.The results of the research are the most dominant variable is factor external bank. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is an influence of factor internal bank and factor external bank  to non performing loans at PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya. Where the magnitude of the contributing factors causing of non performing loans to non performing loans at PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya showed a moderate influence.Keywords: Non Performing Loans, NPL, Rural Credit

<p><em>The research was conducted to calculate the break even point (BEP) of cattle breeding farm. Research was done from January to May 2007, located in Sleman District. Survey methods was done to collect primary data at the farm level and secondary data from related institution. Purposive sampling was applied to sellect farmers’ respondent. The BEP with calf sales calculation of keeping Simmental, Ongole and Limousine grade cattle were 8, 9 and 7 cows per farmer respectively, which mean that farmers will annually benefited from keeping cattle when the number of cows was larger than those of BEP.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Key words : cattle breeding farm, BEP analysis</em></p>
