RESUMEN La educación, como uno de los ejes esenciales de la sociedad, es fundamental para contribuir a que los sujetos se desarrollen e integren plenamente en el contexto en que viven. En este escenario, los profesores son los principales agentes formativos que preparan a los sujetos para la vida comunitaria, al encargarse durante toda la escolaridad de la formación integral de sus miembros. Así, afianzan actitudes y conductas democráticas, en equilibrio con la adquisición de conocimientos que equipe al conjunto, para afrontar la vida en libertad, equidad y responsabilidad social, con conciencia crítica, de manera de conformar a un individuo creativo, pleno, útil y comprometido, con conciencia de sí mismo y de su entorno. ABSTRACT As one of the essential axes of society, Education is fundamental for its contribution to the development and social integration of citizens within their environments. In this picture, teachers are the principle formative agents who prepare citizens for community life by being in charge of their educational and formative process. Thus, this guarantees democratic attitudes and behaviors, as well as the acquisition of contents and critical conscience that will equipped citizens to face their lives with liberty, equity and social responsibility as a creative human being, committed to and aware of his environment. RESUMEN: ntendemos la creatividad como destreza adquirible, como un rasgo del que participan todos los seres humanos, aunque precise ser cultivada. La capacidad de ser creativo es una mezcla de conocimientos, actitudes y habilidades que se pueden conseguir mediante la práctica. Se trata de hacerse con nuevas ideas, saliendo de las rutas trazadas, por la experiencia para conseguir nuevos productos. Desde la escuela es necesario estimular la creatividad para poder afrontar los retos que hoy se plantean, en los distintos ámbitos de la realidad, dando solución a los nuevos problemas. Eeducar para la creatividad es una estrategia de futuro. Palabras clave: creatividad, innovación, educación, creencias, actitudes.ABSTRACT: This paper conceives creativity as an acquirable skill, as a trait shared by every human being. Hhowever, creativity must be developed: the ability of being creative is a blend of knowledge, attitude and skills that can only be learnt through practice. It is about having new ideas and departing from habitual pathways traced by everyday experience in order to obtain new outputs. It is essential to stimulate creativity in school in order to be able to handle efficiently today’s new challenges, which present themselves in different areas of our lives. Teaching creativity is therefore a strategy for the future. Key words: creativity, innovation, education, knowledge, attitude.SOMMAIRE: Nous définissons la créativité comme une habilité que l’on peut atteindre, comme un attribut auquel tous les êtres humains participent, même si elle a besoin d’être cultivée. La capacité d’être créatif est un mélange de connaissances, d’attitudes et d’habilités que l’on peut atteindre moyennant la pratique. Il s’agît de trouver des nouvelles idées, en sortant des chemins existants, à travers l’expérience afin d’obtenir de nouveaux produits. Dès l’école il est nécessaire de stimuler la créativité pour pouvoir affronter les défis actuels, dans les différents domaines de la réalité en apportant des solutions aux nouveaux problèmes. Eenseigner la créativité, c’est une stratégie pour l’avenir.

Resumen   La  administración  es  una  ciencia  social  encargada  de estudiar,  dirigir  y diseñar  las acciones organizacionales dentro  de empresas,  instituciones  y organismos  públicos,  privados  y  Estales;  y  el  cambio  climático  es  un problema con caracterí­sticas únicas, ya que su naturaleza global e impactos involucran interacciones complejas; por lo tanto, lo primero que debemos hacer como administradores es tener conciencia de que tan grave es el problema, y asumir a plenitud la fragilidad que nos asecha, como individuos parte de la humanidad; de esta  manera el compromiso como se advierte resulta insoslayable para la Administración.       Palabras clave: Administración, rol, ética, responsabilidad social, cambio climático.   Summary The  administration  is  a  social  science  entrusted  to  study,  directing  and designing  the  organizational  actions  inside  companies,  institutions  and public, private organisms and State; and the climate change is a problem with the only characteristics, since his global nature and impacts involve complex interactions; therefore, the first thing that we must do as administrators is to have conscience of which so serious it is the problem, and to assume to fullness the fragility that us, as individuals it departs from the humanity; hereby the commitment as he becomes aware turns out to be unavoidable for the Administration.   Key words: Administration,  role,  ethics,  social  responsibility,  climate change.

Enciende luces en las noches, pero está ciego...   Alberto Morales Damián   Resumen:   La  paz  más  que  un  valor  buscado  por  el  ser  humano  es  una  situación anhelada en la humanidad, sin embargo el hombre actual no muestra claridad en sus pasos hacia este anhelo, lo que circunda en muchos espacios son guerras en paí­ses y comunidades, busca de poderí­o en la polí­tica, corrupción y manipulación en los gobiernos, acceso insuficiente en la educación, desvinculación en la familia y sin sentido en muchos hombres.   En este artí­culo se analiza el concepto de paz y se proponen, desde el ámbito axiológico  y educativo,  herramientas  que  permitan  ir  a  su  encuentro.  El objetivo del mismo es, ante la realidad caótica, perfilar el establecimiento de diferentes acepciones de lo que es la paz y distinguirlo del proceso de valoración que sigue el ser humanos para asumir alguna de estas concepciones.   Se   persigue   aclarar   que   varios   referentes   asumidos socialmente, más que valores son normas o reglas bajo las cuales se  juzga el entorno. En esta disertación se propone la educación como el medio que puede atender la urgencia de justicia, de paz y de comprensión en nuestras sociedades.             Abstract   The value peace more than sought by the human being is a desired situation in humanity, but the modern man does not show clearly on his way to this desire, which in many surrounding areas are wars in countries and communities,   seeking   power in   politics,   corruption   and   government manipulation, insufficient access to education, disengagement in the family and meaningless in many men.   This article discusses the concept of peace and proposes, from within the axiological and educational tools to go to meet him. The objective is, given the chaotic reality, outline the establishment of different meanings of what peace is and distinguish it from the valuation process that follows the human being to  take  any  of  these  conceptions. It  is  intended  to  clarify  several references  made  socially  rather  than  values  are  standards  or  rules  under which judges the environment.   La importancia de la responsabilidad social empresarial (RSE) reside en el impacto positivo que una empresa puede tener con la sociedad, el medio ambiente y la viabilidad económica. Dado que es un tema relativamente nuevo en Ecuador, la mayoría de las empresas grandes son las que cuentan con un programa de RSE, mientras que son pocas las pymes las que lo consideran un factor necesario para su desarrollo debido a que estas últimas tienen distintas prioridades y por lo tanto, no toman como preferente estructurar un programa de RSE. El objetivo principal de este trabajo fue determinar cuáles son las características principales de los programas de RSE en pymes, mediante el estudio de caso de la empresa Nueva Colonia. De manera que se la pueda aplicar en pymes del Ecuador. Los objetivos fueron alcanzados mediante una revisión bibliográfica, y una entrevista realizada al gerente de la Hacienda Nueva Colonia.   Palabras clave: responsabilidad Social Empresarial, Programas de RSE, Nueva Colonia, pymes.   ABSTRACT The importance of corporate social responsibility (CSR) lies in the positive impact that a company can have on society, the environment and economic viability. Since it is a new issue in Ecuador, most large companies have companies that have a CSR program, while they are the only words that are a necessary factor for its development. and therefore, they have not been structured as a CSR program. The main objective of this work was to determine the main characteristics of CSR programs in SMEs, by studying the case of the company Nueva Colonia. So that it can be applied in the SMEs of Ecuador. - This paper, written by the author in the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the psychiatric residential treatment center "il Caprifoglio" is a testimony of ten long years of work in a team and is the opportunity for recounting what is meant by therapeutic environment in that structure. What strategies and expedients are considered indispensable so that every guest of the residence can feel accepted as an individual with his or her subjectivity as a human being with a story, a personality, capacities, physical and organic characteristics and an inner world. The author chose to listen to the guests' voices. Not able to record them directly, he uses a narrative artifice which transforms their desires, fears, difficulties into a story. What emerges is a faithful and amazingly concrete view of community life.KEY WORDS: therapeutic environment, relationship, caring, containment, respect

Uno de los problemas más apremiantes en el proceso pedagógico de la educación especial es la integración social de los egresados. Problemática que repercute en las escuelas especiales del municipio de Urbano Noris, provincia Holguín, por lo que el objetivo de la presente investigación es proponer una concepción teórica- metodológica para desarrollar el trabajo comunitario por parte de la escuela especial que favorece la integración social de egresados con retraso mental leve. La escuela especial tiene el encargo social de centralizar y dirigir las influencias educativas intencionales que caracterizan sus funciones de carácter profesional y especializado dentro de la formación de la personalidad de niños, adolescentes y jóvenes, que puede incluso extenderse directo o indirectamente a los adultos y a la comunidad. Para que la escuela especial pueda cumplir de manera óptima su propósito de socializar y entrenar a los educandos, en la responsabilidad social de manera que puedan vivir en una sociedad auténtica y democrática, requiere mayor flexibilidad y capacidad en la  realización   de  sus  proyectos  educativos   más   allá   de   sus   muros; respondiendo  a  las  exigencias del trabajo comunitario integrado.  La  construcción  de  estos proyectos educativos debe tener un carácter colectivo y mediacional donde prime la orientación socio comunitaria para estimular el desarrollo de las potencialidades creativas de los alumnos con énfasis en los egresados en función de la integración social plena. THE INTEGRATED COMMUNITY WORK THAT IT DEVELOPS THE SPECIAL SCHOOL: A ROAD TO FAVOR THE SOCIAL INTEGRATION OF GRADUATED FROM THE EDUCATION SPECIAL WITH LIGHT MENTAL DELAY  ABSTRACT  One of the most urgent problems in the pedagogic process of the special education is the social integration of the graduated from the education special. Problematic that rebounds in the special schools of the municipality of Urbano Noris, county Holguín, for what the objective of the present investigation is to propose a theoretical conception - methodological to develop the community work on the part of the special school that favors the social integration of graduated from the education special with light mental delay. The special school has the social task to centralize and lead the intentional educative influences that characterize its professional and specialized functions in the formation of the personality of children, adolescents and young people and this function could even be extended direct or indirectly to adults and to the community. In order to fulfill its purposes rightly to socialize and train the students in the social responsibility so that they could live in a democratic society the so called Special School requires a greater flexibility and capacity in the realization of its educative projects in such a way that it could answer to the requirement of the Integrated Communitarian Work. The elaboration of these educative projects should has a collective nature centered in the sociocommunitarian orientation to encourage the development of the creative potentialities of the students in function to the plain social integration. Education is the backbone of a civilized society. Values have an important role in education system of any society. Most important thing is that, education should be based on some core values of human being like truthfulness, honesty, justice, good behavior etc. Only this can help a society to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. As all human beings are social animals, so this is the duty of every human being to obey their social responsibility. Mahamana Malaviyaji is one of those great personalities who felt his social responsibility very well and established Banaras Hindu University to bring people out from the mode of ignorance. He values our Indian culture and tradition, which is based on Bhagavat Gita and Srimad Bhagavatam. His genuine effort was to build the character of new generations, so that they can be a good citizen of the country and thus can serve the country. This paper intends to focus on Mahamana’s practical thoughts and applications to contribute to the value-based education system.
